This line of thinking truly lacks transparency and it really does insult the residents. Speaking on some of these resolutions is for for instance, 2025.43 regarding the expansion of our water service. You don't think that that's something that you all should be discussing together. Never mind the fact that it didn't go to the PUC, but who put something like this into a consent agenda, Mayor Joseph? You can look at me when I'm talking. It would be great instead of looking somewhere else. So that's a huge problem for me. And then there's 20, 25.44 regarding transferring our service to another utility. So like Bruce Lembertow said, we're going to lose customers, but we're going to try to sell to someone else and expand. That is pretty ridiculous. And then you're going to need to sell part of our infrastructure. And I know how you all speak about me as one of the commissioners who thought that a public private partnership was the right thing because that's what was sold to me from the manager and the attorneys and whoever else. But we brought it back and that was a good thing. But now you want to let it go. And I think it's very political what's going on here. So everybody better look at this really, really well because it's very political and you don't see it now, but you'll see it in the future. I also know that Vice Mayor Sue was very instrumental in wanting to expand our services. First of all, it's something I talked about with Bay Harbor many years ago, but nobody ever did anything in this city about expanding. But I know that Vice Mayor Sue wanted to do this because we've been talking about it since she was running for office."}, 'keyword': 'Public private partnership'}]
