Okay, and good afternoon everyone. I'm Catherine White, Executive Director of the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, and welcome to the recently remodeled and re-opened McDonald's of New Rochelle. It's a great day here at McDonald's and we have a number of people here. I just want to acknowledge who are in attendance. From the City of New Rochelle, we have Fire Chief Andy Sandor. We have Paul Vaca, Commissioner of Buildings, Mariana Hussify, Small Business Relations Manager. From the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board, we have Carol Barella. And then from McDonald's, we have so many people who are here to enjoy this big celebration today. Starting with Davis, Colley, owner operator. We have Linda Bailey. Linda Bailey is the vice president of operations. Mikey Ortiz, director of operation. Dan Dragani, facilities director. Elizabeth DeJesus, supervisor. Martha Rodriguez, also supervisor. And Celine Garcia. She gets it done every day as the general manager. All right, and so everyone is excited. Everyone's happy. Let's bring up Commissioner Polavaca to say a few words from the city of Newark. Good afternoon, everybody. My name's Polavaca. I'm Commissioner of Buildings for the city of Newark, Shell. And I would like to just congratulate Bruce Colley and the Colley Group for this amazing renovation that they did here at the store. This store opened in 1974 and I believe went through two renovations. This is maybe the second one. We have improved our traffic situation with a double drive-up drive-through. We put it in a new play area for the children. We have all brand new ordering kiosks, and I have no doubt that this will be a successful venture. Bruce Colley, the owner operator, got his start in 1987 in this business. He was the second generation. McDonald's operator, his father Eugene Colley, started the business in 1967. And the business, the family is about to add a third generation to the business. Bruce is son Davis, who's currently here. He's in the process of being approved as an owner operator and the family also owns the other McDonald's in town on North Avenue. Bruce runs one of the top performing large multiple restaurant organizations in New York for McDonald's and we are thrilled that he brought if you need any and I offer congratulations to everyone in this group and congratulations to the store. Thank you Paul and now we'll hear from Davis Colley third-generation McDonald's owner operator. Hello, hello. Welcome to the air. First I just want to say thank you to everybody that made this happen. We have such an amazing team here. We couldn't have done this without them. It's been a lot of hard work, but it's coming to fruition with this beautiful store. I was so happy to be happier. Firstly, or secondly now, what a privilege it is to be a part of this community, New Rochelle. Thank you guys so much. We've loved being here. This is about our 50th year being in this location. We had a little bit of a late renovation due to COVID, but we're so happy we got to reinvest into New Rochelle and be here today. We're really happy with how this store turned out. We have the new double lane drive-through, which we think has been really helping our operations and improving traffic. So I just want to say thank you guys all so much. We're such a proud member of this community. We love supporting everybody here, helping with the education, supporting with any programs that McDonald's offers and encouraging anybody that works with us to further their education through McDonald's or whatever they'd like to do. So thank you so much for everything you guys have done with us and please come on into our McDonald's or whatever they'd like to do. So thank you so much for everything you guys have done with us and please come on into our McDonald's. All right. All right. All right. All right. Thank you. Thank you so much, Davis. We appreciate that. We appreciate your investment in the city of New Rochelle to just to go in re-enforce and enhance the thriving economy that we have here in the city. Of course, you can always come to McDonald's for 24 hours in this drive-through. And of course, birthday party celebrations or just you need a snack or a die coax is a drive-through. So, personal favorite. We have Carol Morella from the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce to present a little plaque to Davis. Thank you. Davis in the McDonald's group, we want to welcome you. I mean, you've been here for many years, but we want to congratulate you on your reopening and your renovation, and there's a certificate of recognition for you for many, many more years of success.
