I'm trying to be cool but I'm trying to clean this patch. So I'm trying to get as a Justin. I mean, I haven't been having a good look with it. So let's pray. My question to Heaven Father. Look out for us. We go for this meeting to do best for the people in the county. And most especially look after a law enforcement and our forces as they scattered all over the world. Looking out for us so that we can be able to do what we're doing here today in the free country and Anybody that stick out there and click put you in out of it all over the world, looking out for us so that we can be able to do what we're doing here today in the free country. And anybody that's sick out there, put your hand up on them and put your heat on power, you get something. You'll start from the precious name we pray. Amen. Amen. I'll play the lead in History of America in the United States of America. It is a problem if we would say anything. One nation under the law in the middle where there would be an disaster for all. We just got something going on so we're going to go a bit, because there's you want to go ahead and get yours out of the way. After that. We've got my own stuff we've got for a call. I just have to say, Steve's done 18. We've got about something we've told you all about. We've actually moved forward and our end book check should be coming. That's going to be about what's the most funding to give to someone else. So as soon as we verify that money there, we're going to go ahead and start advertising the Dallas and some help. That's the biggest thing. That's not a budgeted position, but now that we've been granted, it's not a budgeted visa. That gentleman that came here, that doctor, they've working together. We've had a meeting with him in the Dallas and in the heart, getting together. together. There, they're in contact with him. So we've heard that we've been at least once, I think, twice actually. As far as the spaces go, Mr. Pate, they give you some more information. Our Mercy Operations Center, they have the sub walls up inside. They started last Friday, all walls are are up. The exterior walls, the roof, back in the home, they should be finished with the roof this week. They're installed in interior door frames today. When those were supposed to get started today, I haven't seen the truck with them yet, but that building should be pretty close, it's dry and short. That Christmas out there, plumbers are out there today working, it's moving along very quickly. all the offices everything is framed out so if you get time to win by and take a look we're a hard hat is working overhead. So that building is moving along station four. Miss Lacey said she expects to be done by the 28th and get the frontiers list done so we should have that building in our possession by March. They've got the inter-dolver dome, they've paint painted, they're clean and blowers. I built them almost finished. They were going to try to pay them this week, but I don't think it's going to happen that what they're yesterday, they finished parking lots. So I think we're supposed to start this week. So we're going to loan the land for station three up in the first district we got were both samples by this week. Everything tested out parts of there were in K to utilize that property. And that's a shame we've already got the tire sorts done so that's just a matter of getting the day on contact. You can only check everybody's sign in the contract. That's great because all of us are creating parts with the current location. Yes. What are we going to do with the, where dad had the original one put in the fire station that was you? the current location. What are we going to do with the, where dad had the original one put in the fire station that is the Pacific? We still have a volunteer cruise and there are engines out of there because we don't have room for that in the other station. Most likely once we get this one built and finished there we room for all of it, we'll probably combine it all together so that's just a quarter mile per mile apart. That's what I was getting at. I still have a few volunteers there, and I didn't want to upset folks just yet. So, we are as a community center, that's coming. And that's there with the community centers that are probably going to come here as well. It'll be a little bit, probably a year or so before we can get to that point. I do have that in my mind to try to combine some of that much as we can. The whole she beats me. I'm hit with the exception of the final approval from the owners in North Carolina. They got the contract last week. They have a repeat for the title of the company. So this thing is working on the title search now. It's a free Friday project. We should get that back next week. And I expect maybe today to get answered on the contract. I think the final problem we had to add a clause to give us 90 days to finish that access, where we have that in there in the next room. So that should be moved along. We just done that. Everything should be in our position and we should be able to start bidding those out that things are about 95% done on those two building well, on the horseshoe building, but the move. They will rent and they said they will. So we'll move that to that project. We'll repay the EOC for that. We'll have to pay the EOC for that. We'll have to pay the EOC for that. We'll have to pay the EOC for that. We'll have to pay the EOC for that. We'll have to pay the tanker station 4 that will move. They will rent and they said they will. So we'll move that to that project. We'll repain the EOC parking lot. We'll add the loops that we had to cut out. We'll go back and give us some money to do the IT work that we had to cut out because it was overbid. There was a lot of money for furnishings inside the building for furnish our offices. It'll give us enough for landscaping. So we should be in good shape. We're still only gonna have to ask for about $220,000, $250,000 in good shape. We're still only going to have to ask for about $220,000 to $250,000 in the state once we transfer the other money back. I think we'll be okay there. I think we've heard it. We're going to be good. So we're going to ask what we have to do by now. We're going to get that done two days. that two days. If that isn't, have a few letters to send for the appropriations, translations. That's all I have, Jill, and I think I've covered everything. Does anybody have anything over? I go- and have a few letters to send for the appropriations, traditions, and stuff. I'm gonna put it out here. That's all I have, Jill, and I think I've covered everything. Has anybody had anything over it? I got one of them. How's the conditions of your finances because? All right, every time if I go to games, I'll pass two or three, and I'm gonna go and then come in. I mean, they go, I'm every time. I never got a reception with tired. As you're aware, we were recasting one every year, three years ago, they started having delays and issues after COVID, we're getting chasties, we had some delays, we got all the stuff by around here and a half. We were able to buy the one truck during COVID, which helped us out. That truck has since been wrecked. It is in shock today, getting fixed. We have another one that was wrecked during Hurricane Demi. We should head it back this week, next week, a couple of weeks. So once we get those back, next week, a couple of weeks. So once we get those back, we're being better shaped. But mileage, we've kind of worked them around. We've got the two new trucks that are sitting in Texas. We'll get in a couple of months. That's going to help us get everything back into an order. We try to rotate those trucks on the mileage basis. We also have our re-chatting intens. we should get in a week or so, especially here in February. So all in all that, so your question were okay, but we are. makes us, we also have a rechassis in it is we should get in a week or so, especially here in February. So all in all that, answer your question, we're okay. But we are, we did get about a year and a half behind, but since we were able to buy the used phone that we got the other day and the two new trucks and the COVID truck, that's kind of put us back and it's also giving us enough trucks now for those additional units to be able to put one in this new station without having to go by one test and and see it was a couple extra trucks to put with our two engines the one and over town and the one here So if all of our trucks get busy that engine crew can transition into an ambulance and make it run But just for us keeping the mileage in shape on I mean we're still got two two three feet Yeah, we should have made miles parts right here. There is stupid we changed all every two weeks. Keep going or did you have anything you need to present on the on the Hurricanes side? We've not had any more movement on collections, gentlemen. I'm sure that some of the political atmosphere in Washington has kind of slowed a little of that down, but everything's still moving. We're still sending in the request, we just haven't gotten any more checks back, but that's still moving along. There was some paperwork that Chief had to sign for, Locklear to get the... The directing and reging of stuff all the way. Done, I think, Chief. Five times. And even though they don't let the date, Sorry, keep that. I'm sorry, this is a kind of a little too bad. In a few years, they all have to forgive me. Oh. I don't even know if they don't back today. Sorry chief, I'm sorry this is the kind of moving back. In a few years they all have to forget. But anyway, I think all that's still moving fine. It's just a slow process, you know. Anything else? I appreciate you moving us up front. We'll step out of something. I got a little comment or something out there. You don't need to get everything together because I had a bad year, the county had a bad year. And I started just not bad at 12 or 5. We might be looking for another bad year. So we did get to get all that stuff ready together. We're already in our magic situation because of the pressure structures. We've been doing things like this for a month to help accommodate that. Hopefully we'll all come to our ideas and through to ideas through that. Show me just go. Just pray that three and a half months. Now we don't have any. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't have anything else. We're going to step out. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Boy, something comes up. I'll leave it all. Yes, sir. Thank you sir. We go back we go back to the court we need to prove with the men we've got a motion drag it motion by Jamie thinking my Daniel in discussion all his favor all? All opposed? Same side? Motion carries. The vouchers? One minute or so. Yeah, the vouchers? Motion. I think that too many vouchers are getting to one. Yeah, I've always done that. I mean that's what we'll see. I'll put it in the glass. Very different. What do you mean? It's pretty good, sir. We got the other reg, the reg remaining one, 1625. Now motion by David, second by Daniel in his discussion. All all photos. I'm fine motion here the 1 22 21 25 works in meetings Motion motion by David second by Damien discussion. All in favor? No. In a position, Simon, motion carried. Now the vouchers. Motion by Jamie, second by David. In discussion. All in favor? No. On the vote. In a position, Simon, motion carried. The e-customs officers here would not speak. On the boat, in your boat, St. Sainte-Sainte-Sainte-Sainte-Sainte-hand. And we wanted to hear an update from you. So going on, what were the barriers that they had faced, what were some unexpected things that were likely, and what the 20-point-of-bob was like. So it was very amazing. We also invited this county high school at all. The county high school is a bit tough, well done. That time, it's a lot of work. Very good work. The first thing we want to do is to talk about the health of the health of the health So that was a great way. If you missed it, look forward to our next meeting. So we have those meetings quarterly. Community town hall meetings. I want you to talk about and hear about what's going on in our community. Thank you. Second thing we want to hear, I want you to hear about that Thursday and Friday. We were invited in October for the New York District School. I can say you want to hear about that first and Friday. We were invited in October to make this school to come and do some age of program and permission education. Now what they wanted to hear about some things they're having to deal with. They seem to be here for them and those kinds of things. And what we do is reach out to the floor and then push from. And I have a community education, and then they Mr. Michael Ford, but that community communication throughout the day for them. They had 30 years of television and six years doing this very job. So I heard they were very good at it. I had many before. We spent two days in all of the schools. We started in this in elementary and with all the way through, all grades, except for preschool. Because they asked for, I do appropriate, prevention education. At the end of the two days, I spent with him also Kristen Castle, who is our Dixie District HR person that she collaborated with. At the end of the two days, Mr. McCormick looked at me and said, you need a lot? I'm impressed. I said, really? Now, they impressed me, but not, you know, I haven't said it yet. I said, I'm impressed. I'm impressed that your school, even though it is a rural, rural community, the schools are very well-capped. The security is amazing. The students are very, they go out very well, and the teachers seem to be very, ancient of what's going on. It was amazing. You know, I don't know if the school board here very much and he good feedback, but he confirms what I saw. That's what the daughters that you give enough, that's what we're going to do with that. Would you prevent your education and recovery resources? So a second thing that we wanted to tell you about was thening, it's a money, but we also want to thank we've had two commissioners that attended our community meeting and we're thrilled to have that come and get you have any words? Very well done, very well put on the food with that slump, get speakers, get it right, good job really. Thank you. This Sarah stands that there. She was one of our speakers. Yes. And, yeah, Miss Shelley, what's there? Guys, we're very good people. We have. Very good speakers. I want to remind you about what's going on in high school. Something good is called Team Fort. This program, the Hamlet Foundation got a grant probably four or five years ago. They've been working towards this. Finally, this year, they really had it in the committee's action. So they're doing some innovative things around that. They had Bertha students, and we'll give you an example and I will tell you. But as one of the students, I used fighting. They do not want to send students home for that. So what happens is they go home, they get behind in their classwork, they're home alone, and they do what they want to do. They say, we have to the Hanley coordinator who actually is from Wilford County, so she's a country girl, she understands that our role is going. And they said, we need help, what can we do? There is a new organization in Trenton. A new counseling center is called a new way counseling. It is free. It is free. That's Hague Domination. She is not only business to come over, but they go all the students through us about eight of them. I think go all the students in a room and they started using the same things and then in. Now these students are not easy. You know, that's another little bit of a little bit of a thought. There's one, don't look at me, don't touch me. We don't apply after this, but that's why they're living in a life. At the end of that first session, because the light says that people didn't have any questions. But they said, right, we're human. He claim? Can we do this every time? Working. The players are the interest of the world. You can say, well what in the world can these students learn and immediately help themselves that can get encouragement? There's somebody there that's different here, that they can hear, that's listening to them and they can hear them. So real excited about this. Keep praying for it. We like everyone else had cut in our $52%. We've also had Ms. Debbie Quayne. They were this about seven years. She retired. she had retired, she'd get more students. One of our peers, Donna Cross, is at all the work we'll tell us about. So we're now down to four people and we're going to go and thank you, thank you for the money. We have deposited it in the bank. We'll be hearing from us. We'll also give a financial Here's what we have. Any thing just call, but they all from the Sheila and we'll probably tell you more than you want to. Thank you. Thank y'all for all y'all doing. Y'all, I'm going to keep fighting for it because y'all really lay down what you do with the phones and y'all do thing. I really shouldn't say this but when I was in school, first day of school they all took us in the brewery. The auditorium, and they tell us if we was even around to fight, spend just nine days. But not only for him, I never got in trouble for getting a bicycle, got three labor for my I'm a laser wolf. Yeah. Yeah. Yep. First, please. Mr. K here. I want to see them at a trade show. Okay. Mr. Bailey? We're't have anything to use out of that technical law project unless you all have any questions for us. Well, they did. Would you own a had that guy come look at those trees as they're on that road? I believe Mr. John, let me know. He's trying to get another close. That one trying to get another one. So I'm not sure what the numbers are at this point. We had one for $80,600 from gentlemen. I don't have to take the work down. I have it out of John's and make one of the days. We're trying to get three quotes. Well, there was good stuff. The gentleman that I carried around there showed the trees. That was his quote. That was his quote. Well, he didn't have several others in there. He said something else out there, I told him wouldn't really do that. He said he'd do it for free, he says, as long as he'd got all the free work of the county. But I said, no, we're going to do that. But I mean, from $100,000, say $6,000. $8,000, that's pretty good difference, ain't it? Yeah, that's good. I don't think he comes. I don't think he's gonna beat that lady. No, no, no. Gotta get him to talk more later. Yeah, I know it. Did they get the insurance? I think they get the insurance and all that stuff. Did you all need that? That would have to be required. I mean, he's got all that. I'm just making sure that all that's an order. I've done any of it yet. I can't do it. I can't do it. I'm just going to hold it. I'm just going to hold it. Yep. Yep. And we've got to get out for two more to give us a bit. And then we'll get some. There's a basket. I mean, Jay, you're doing pretty good, right? I don't think you got a fly from the market. You didn't look very good. OK. Right. I think that would be a good deal. OK. Yeah, I don't think you got a life from the youth. I'm very good. Okay. But I can go a bit. Okay. Good deal. Yeah. Good. Y'all. I'm not even getting my share of the food. I don't got anything. Thank you. Keep up the good work. I got one thing this the Indian assault they just are on way. If you will can you start sitting on this side of the room? Because I want everybody to go to the podium. And as long as you sit over there, then I really can't press the other ones because if that makes sense. I don't have time. As long as we can get the chair over there, we're doing it. We will get that happen. We will make that happen. Yes, ma'am. Thank you very much. We'll get you in the chair, you need to. Anybody here from the Fawli's Civil and Water? Commissioner, I know the to be interested. Anybody here from the Fawdy Suit servant water? No. Commissioner, I know Commissioner Cashwell may speak on that, but he always do the resignation from Michelle Vesta. She... Don't know me, she's in with me, but... We received it. Okay. So basically she didn't give us two weeks to send us a permanent step that's been going on down there where they have been having some tough to work on time, or at least that's what she sent in her letter, that she resigned immediately. That was on 1.27. So I know commissioners that last time they were looking at doing some advertising and anticipate that we also have to advertise for that position. I did not. I was aware of that. It was talking to me. Wow. Back with the issues that's going on down there. It's FYI. Well, I get everything working in the good working orders. I don't need to get into the conflict. It needs each other. How's the way you get that back? Movely run. I think if we can, I can get that part of the head. Come on. Thank it. Steve? Damn. Stone is late. Yes sir. We have one of these. The whole she read about the sips and their steel fairy mail and stones. And I are asking if they can handle the road along the top or have yellow itchy day dead line where they can be no more dumping of the stone to be indeed. I don't know why I've shakled that one. I thought that had done, can I have done it coming going? I thought. We have not been notified that it has been a dead face. I think they've it come and gone. I thought we had not been notified of it. It's been a day. I think that's already coming. We discussed in that last meeting with the town for FDOT stuff that picked up. That was two days after that. So we haven't said anything about our local roll offsites for people bringing their own debris. I know there's a couple companies because I stopped one yesterday that was dumping C&B on the sides of the road down the rock creek. And he should be arrested. Well, he spoke to the people that were picking up the C&B and they told him they were still picking up and to put it there. I had some calls to the OT and he told me to fill in the stops. He's no longer doing it as of yesterday. Whoa. And that truck did set up when he put out there. Right. I think we're making up a little more after that and he will not put out anymore. He did it there. Right. He would say long portions. If he thinks it's a that thing, he's gonna be like, oh, they've done some equipment problems out there. I don't know if we know a lot of them. I got that. I got that. I got that. I said to put like buying another knuckle boom, to load this truck, you could buy a really large activator for the thug and do that same job. And probably wouldn't ever wear it out because this is designed to dig and move heavy material. You could actually buy one that the undercarriage is bad because it just sits for like he doesn't move. I mean, I was that log letter, you got all those moving parts, but it's just maintenance. Basically all you do is picking up stuff up, smashing it and stuff like that. I mean, I just, I do, I like y'all to look at. I'm thinking about it. I don't know, I'm thinking about it. I'm thinking about it. So the dead one, then dumping in the red ol' socks. It's done going. I'm done going. Two days after we had that meet with FDS, we've never had died when FDS. We've been going to go and see if D is red ol' socks. Yeah, thank you. Where's the dead man? Dead dead. Get hooked. Did you buy me? Steve! I ain't got nothing to do with those things. I do. I want to command you on that road going up there to Marbles and I think everybody needs you go for a take a look at that. You couldn't need two cars to pass. Now you go down through the the three wide. You've got a crown with ditches like it's supposed to be. You'll be a lot less maintenance if we get the rest of it as can we done like that. Your job's going to be a lot easier to do. Thank you, sir. And you know, you're done in five years, so that's the way they should look. That's the way they do what I great them every day. You know y'all tell your man they done an excellent job and everybody needs to go spectacular. Thank you. We need to continue on. I don't know about rest of the guys but I want everyone in mind or you don't know. Thank you sir. We're going to There's nothing more out there. We've got five multiple more in swanning that we've given their substantial damage letters And those will be, I mean we get half dozen more than they're not in the office. I don't think we, I mean we got a problem taking it but I think what needs to happen is to come to the main facility out here to the go with small sites and making, we got the doma hello at the facility. That's what I told the man yesterday if he was going to take it to a roll off site and and then you can become way to making all of that and then pay as fee to your company. Yep. So, that's it. That's what I told the man yesterday if he was going to take it to a roll off site and he'd become way to mount a roll off site and then pay his fees without being. So there's more because they were waiting for their substantial damage to its automation. And speaking of that, we will have a updated catch-all-based floor of the substantial damage the surface or elevate Florida. We've met every coastal community and we help each other. We do get notification that Fixie County was the first county in the state of Florida to turn in their SD reports. That sounded good, but a lot of people don't really understand what that means. It means that Bixie County residents are the first ones eligible to submit their paperwork for Elevate Florida. It's going to be an individual applicant. They have to do online. I won't leave you very well for everybody. I have a stack of things. in the county on this you can like this you have other counties trying to copy what we're doing right here and I hope it works out very well for everybody I have a stack of papers that being and the next storm that floods we want to worry about these structures. I think there's some hesitation from a few people that I personally had known that house was down there they got damaged I reached out to him and told him what the program already and of course, they almost didn't believe it. And so you have to go and show them. And we've tried to do as much public outreach and explain this program as possible. And I'm sure there will always be somebody who should have ended in the night or who they are. I'm sure there will always be somebody to check it out. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. And I know who they are. I mean, your house is just right along with that's not all made with water. No. These homes we can't do nothing with. You know, that's an unfortunately serious one of those. As you have damaged identified and ideally you could win onto a mitigation program, there might be a while We're going there, but unfortunately you and Mr. Osteen both follow into the situation together. I'm terribly sorry. I don't know how strong that ball is. I'm going to be pulled out of the problem, but I'm still going to be good. They take me a long time, but I'm going to get it going somehow and other. You got a question for the floor, will you please come to the podium? Take your name for the record? I'm not sure if anybody who wants to come and learn about and what the thing is, I don't know, I want to be honest. We just said, just be on how the percentage of data is. You can say, they've already done, but if there's one available, I mean, I need to go and reassess or get interior footage of, I, so we'll hear from you. Okay, because we put our main down on the list of you set. Our house we've never set. Okay. All right. Thank you. Yes. more more just update for the board. The LPA planning is on a meeting the property. We're gonna have it here across the toilet. Yeah, we're going to go always to have it at the turn around. We're mailing down the exact date where everybody can be. Just a second. And before we place it out, we're gonna put it on. On. We're gonna dig to each coastal town. It's helping about an hour for quite a while, but the portal is getting ready to go. And we want everybody to have the chance to submit for it. And we'll be meeting with the state Monday, so we should have for our faces for us when they go out. So we'll be for it. And that's not just for the people on the coast, that could people out in the hammock and stuff that literally have trees get through their houses and some roots blowed off and all that kind of stuff, right? Yeah, there's a little bit of extra documentation that we have to do there, but they can be done. It can be done. Now, you have to understand, when we started this project, we identified what properties we were going to inspect. And we drew on the maps that we want to capture all these properties right here. Full disclosures, about 4,000 parcels that were inspected. We sent that scope of work over for Scott to put into the QCCI's unforet. We also asked that the gas team part, you know, be separated back out for the building department as well. So there was a way around it. And I want to see how to start to go up the elevator and be straight from the next door. So I hope that you can generally have a good Hi. Appreciate what you did keep the permits, Rose. We need to get them back online, we need to get that tacked money back. So you're going to tell the Hassees on so that stuff. Actually, I think we're having a telepuffer to stay on Monday with Bridget and Lauraet. The point is when they program, I actually kick off this for the application career. Scott, now with Thamnacius, we've worked with Leon and Deputy Suspens. We did the outreach as we have 100 people go up and sworn in, we had Deputy Shope and Gina, thank you for your session and I was thinking for showing up that really helped me still trust. I mean, the program's not intuitive. We've organized what needs to be done, and we've got Mr. Rice office there, and the actual issue is the transfer of damage determination letters on site, and answering questions. Only, who do I need to talk to about this, V's on, because I gotta pet people that. I put tea like this. The house, the water is closed in the water and it's provided a lot of stuff that the other's interior is in because you just get water going under there. Everything in there is getting debris into the water and those get to, if you look, it was worse than it went in. If I'm higher elevation into one next to me and he's in the good zone but I'm higher to him. I'm higher than him. But I'm closer to the edge of the water. But there's the debris coming to me. Number 18, you're asked for approval to seek a loan from finance. This is what I called y'all on yesterday. So I'm going to have some drive-by. Put on the report. The best order for you will be to seek a loan from financial institution with the best interest rate for the purchase of an upper boom loader. for 298,005 and a packer truck for 360, 9,160 for solid waste department. The total amount of it will be 6.67, 165. This is for brand new stuff. Brand new stuff. Brand new equipment. We've been talking about after two years. I'll make the motion. Check it. Come on, Patrick. I got a motion. Come on, pass like that. I got it. Huh? Yeah, you got it, bro. We got a motion. Check it. Come on, pass it. I got a motion for a second. I got a, I made the motion. He made a second out from this. Well, we got the discussion to do well. Instead of buying new equipment, I still say, I'm telling you, I'm saying, Murray, but I put him track through up there. Instead of a local blue boy, there's a lot of that view. Is this thing I hear with my- discussion. He said, by a new equipment, I still say, he's going to say, by putting a traco up there. Instead of a local blue water, what about him? Is this here I hear what Mr. Kim says he needs? Yes. Then that's what I'm going to go with. Yes, sir. He does them good job running this. And that's what he needs to make it happen. That's what he's doing. I taught him. You guys can go either way with Trackle or the other side. Yes, it's a fractal brand name. I already got one. The Heaven. Yes, ma opinion. Yes, my opinion. We need to look at William Lager. But the one we got, our ears on the wing and the bread. It's better than a fire. Pick up a mattress. I'm just I'm just being straight on it. We need. I'm not saying I saying don't get no work with I'm just saying if you got a extra Later was a phone pick that stuff up Those are the local but you're never gonna wear it out because this is either they grow up with heavy stuff You're gonna be moving for We'll that I know what you talking about with that pad swivel. No. The Nucleboon loader is non about. Without paid swivel. No. The knucklebone loader is nine. It's a swivel. It would be more logical to buy, brand new, knucklebone loader. Period. I think. So I got a note that I wrote after talking with all of them about this. So I just read this to you. I don't generally read my notes. It's all the waste department has funds and machinery in the budget the budget, but we do not need to deplete that fund due to the issues that arise throughout the year from research. Bumble pay for the equipment and we'll make the payments just like we have on the classic one. We paid off in July. I'd like to do it this way because I was preparing this information for y'all yesterday and getting it together and Mr. Carter come in and told me that we failed inspection on our weight scale again. So right now we're losing money on way entrashed that's coming in and we need to replace that scale. We can replace that scale out of budget because it's going to be somewhere around $150 to $200,000 and we have that in that budget. But have we have spent this money for these pieces of equipment out of that budget? we wouldn't have the money to be able to buy this scale to continue to operate our track. I'm waiting on the floor for that scale replacement from my research online 200 is about the top and that's for like a state of the art system so I don't think we need to go that in bed but I'm thinking we're looking at somewhere around $9,8 to $125,000. That scale is out there 50 50 plus years old. It's going from the continental turbine plant. We've got the money's worth that of it. We also have, I get to put it up, the people look at it and also have a, the only 70 on-pactors that we're trying to get placed at the 55-A roll off site that you all agree to. And from talking with them some somewhere around the 30 to 50,000 range once everything's completed on electricity and all Budget to be able to get that accomplished too We have We have, we hear what I'm doing. We're going to have to borrow the money. We have no money. We're operating, but it's quicker or cheaper right now. I'm going to be proposing on this, all these small sites, some of them close them down to Jane Lincoln, we're like the other counties are doing and put a gate where you walk through with the hand garbage and just put that garbage in everything up until that makes a difference. hand garbage and just put that garbage in everything up comes to that main facility. All you need to do is breathe where you're going to haul that squint with my force to try to burn. We've got enough land out there to put down the warm location and there's a company once we get so much there they'll come and grind it for free and we won't even have to burn. We got to do innovative ways to make up for what we've lost. I mean I'm trying to look down the road. We the road. We go by all the equipment, but we've got to make the payment. This right here. You go get them accounts. This right here is two weeks down the road. We were fixing to be in trouble. That's what I was told. And I believe the man that told me that. We have a problem. This is two weeks. You're talking about years now. I'm talking about financially right now. We're running by our stand now. That's where I went. I'll keep running by my hand. And we have we have money in their in their machinery and equipment but it's just like trying to make it through your personal life with your chat book if you need to go by pickup trust you don't spend all your money in your account to go by you take loans so you can send you off but you also got to have a budget figure out how you You gonna pay the flat loan? We have the ability to pay for the loan. And with new equipment you got the warrant deal with. And how long has it been since they've had some new equipment They've been Wapped up for years if that if that tractor goes down right now as we speak done the garbage ain't getting home And I responsibility to collect that garbage and get it gone The original price on that snuckle boom would have been about three hundred and twenty thousand dollars But this was a demo unit has a hundred hours on it and they cut us a break on it down to two hundred and seventy one I Cannot man without nothing all that Right that equipment is on we're working working with Quip in our 24, some of the 24, 25 years old. It's becoming a burden to try to keep the maintenance and repair up on it. Me and Roy looked at the maintenance and repair. We know that the fleet is 30,000, of 130,000 dollars in maintenance and repair on the quip. I've been in a full month period. It's going to cost us more to maintain this old equipment be to have something that I agree with that. Herfsy. No, no, I'm going to cost this more to maintain this old equipment than it would be to have something that I agree with that. I'm not playing up yet new equipment. I'm just saying get equipped but she's not going to have to replace. It's not going to cost as much as that local boy blader or local boy bladers are designed to load logs. Daddy, if you see one art, do we know of anybody locally that's using it? They bring the garbage up their dump in here that he's picking it up that track is spills around 360 degrees He picked it up for we ride around for the right in the truth Yeah, but that what the y'all having old trouble it all them hoes is spending that head back Borsair and a particular log up the sped it and sitting on that tree. Looking at a piece of equipment, it's probably got over 20,000 hours on it. Like, I mean, I've, I've, I've, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Here's what all I'm saying is that it's what that tracker designed to move thousands, hundreds of thousands of pounds of materials. Strong. Well that goes, but it's designed on that note. That is not, it's not designed. It's not, it's not, it's Well that dog is bucket designed on that. That is not just not designed. It's not just a work that you can't wear that other machine out because you don't want it. It's not going to work. It's going to be working at an idle speed. How many times a week are told you don't send some of the earnings and stuff of men? I got to sit there and wake or something. Oh, there's times a week. So they make road off-road to be down down so we'll be down to one road all close. I think miss Reynolds got something to say. Can we can we make it happen? Can we? Yeah. Boy and I talked about it. I mean we know that we're gonna have to find it We don't need to defend and have money. We don't know what the future holds. We don't know what the future holds. We don't know what the future holds. We don't know what the future holds. We can do that annually. We can't prepare for that. Like we make all of our money. We don't make the monthly. We do them annually with our local banks. So that does work out best for us. Because we are, you know, we do have to manage our money carefully. but we do need to save the cash flow in case of emergency. Mr. Chairman, when you're asked about the escalator, are you saying that in place of both of those seats, where there's no... Just to place the one. Okay, okay, I'll just... In our reality, in my mind, I'm going through this house, probably only go and get some of talking. The county needs to go to Bydler Rock, instead of processing it. We're running out of place to move it, dig up there. All the other counties, they said that Gilchrist was still minding that out in mind in nine years. It's cheaper to buy than it is to mind. We've got two excavators on hand. We go to Bydler Rock. to put those people to work somewhere else in the county, take one of the ex-vectors that we don't need to drop at them all and put it in his roll-off site and we ain't going to go find that slip-nope. But, but, but, there's does that excavator that head swivel. The head ain't got to swim or date. When you stick it down on that truck, you're going bust the sides of that semi. Nice. a later here just here's your semi that this way That's what you're sitting here. How many boats did they put in here? How many we got? I mean we got like this. I think we got the stuff too. Where are we at here? I think the ones that I can see. She won't say you use it. You can hit it. You take it here and you go right around it. It's already at bucket seats. If it's a direction you won't, you have more control than that. That's right. So that nobleman's doing that. It's not fair for her to remove it. It's like an arm with it in the air. Yes sir. One question is, can you get it? We have to discuss the discussion. We're discussing months here. I know, you're definitely discussing the way you're beyond what's busy. You know what, it's pretty great. I love it. I love it. I love it. Don't let don't y'all healed concrete guy save pay can't run a truck When can we get the track machine from the front pit they you ever heard ever heard of that? Put that wood board for the problem? Anyway, I'll do whatever you'll do. I mean we just I'm just trying to find actually home I am. Longivity and the whole deal. That was good. Tell you what you think you're gonna quit but What do you think about that? I think I think so. I can see you only to pretty good. I think it will be headed for our concrete. And we just prepared our concrete here. But you put in wood mats down there and parking on top of it. I can't, I think you'll have nine times out of ten when you park that machine hitting don't move. It's that's right there. With the change the change down trash here that hundred ninety eight but that's the machine itself so I'm a two seven more. We've all run into on very very big. On the test. Here. 18 to 70. On your on your experience with equipment, see you on the road and that for us is what I'm going to like, like material. You wouldn't ever wear that much either. It just goes there to the island. Go save you, maintenance. Ah, there's more discussion. Okay, I have a question. How soon do you have the order I'm just gonna go now. Yes, yes, we do. We can't not. If our other pack of truck goes down, we'll be out of the trash business and everybody will have to crash it around until we can Not technically you're not. They're just like, they're with him, but he went down, we're at once for a couple of weeks. But then you have to get the rest of the run. Five thousand, five thousand a month for that. Oh, we can move on over to Strakow's Rock, put up with Shepard Rift to get the information. You can listen to them. more to be a figure. Can you listen to that? Yeah, I'll let me write. In a more detailed information than a research. Yeah, exactly. But, uh, come on, understanding that the machines running at eight broke right this second is big or break forever. And the main thing we got to get to kill, big, big, big. In a more detailed, you know, you got a motion to say it. I was like, raw, I'm a pose, I can't look, be like most of your kids. All right. Ah. All is right. Ah. I'm opposed. I can't vote anyway. Motion carried. That. That Mr. T. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. M. Now the first one is we're going to be putting in a PW with Scott for the 58 miles that can outpoint out that storm on the task force has already finished. They're moving on to phase two. This is part of phase one. They can't backtrack. They have the money to do phase two. So we're going to be requesting funding from FEMA to come and clean out that storm debris that's in there in the canine finish. Number two now, lighter recognized Scott Epinfor. He's the IT director for being a wonderful resource of information while attending the FAC Tech Summit conference. They called us and told us that he was able to answer and help them. IT security them certain questions and was a wealth of knowledge and they were grateful that he was there. So I'll start. Reminder County officers and people who are Monday, February 17, 2025 and observant of President's Day and also reminded the CrossFit, the Crossroads Festival, is this year on April 50, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. observant of presidents today and also reminded the cross-city cross-roads festival is this year on April 50th, 2025 from 9am to 2pm located at the cross-city city off. Yeah, the first stop is for the open on February 17th. You'll be looking on the 17th? Okay. I'll be working on the first bus. I will be too. I will be too. Yeah. 17 okay I will be too how will be yeah Okay one more. You got two? You got, you got anything here? Tina. Tina. I got you don't talk too long. I'm all glad you could get this. Got an email inquiry on property that we have a code enforcement case again. This is the case of Robert Jell here while back in head. This is a school floor disclosure. This property is current. We had a code enforcement case on it. It's current. The property owner's basically moved on. The bank has moved back in. They cleaned up. They've done everything on that. And now they're willing to move forward. And they reached out wanting to know what we would do as far as lifting this code enforcement lean. My recommendation on this is that they have cleaned up the problem, if not the original owners, if the board was basically giving permission to forgive this, lift that code enforcement lean and let them move forward with selling this and getting it back hopefully in the hands of someone who could a home there and I'm I'm sorry for all that practice. Who who clean up almost is the bank had to go in and clean it up because it was when they repoted they had to this is the case I've been talking about that we go to the county. The county the county the bank they had to give a special order even from the magistrate or from the judge to actually be able to go in and clean up the county and everything because of course the property owners and the parent. This is one that I wish Steve would probably identify better for y'all better than I think it's right here. Are we close? Have you talked to Steve about it? What is his take? Steve is aware of this. This is some of that old code and stuff that has been hired. And it's hard to find this back here. It's important with everything on it. Even if we wanted to collect it, we have to get back through and do some more legal work on this. More cost. So, it's like a face and bank is supposed to be a little clean in this property up and getting it ready to move forward. Well, it's a minor standing. I mean, I wish Steve was here, but what it is that the threshold is they sell the property. They can let's pay the county off, but it's like they did on the last one. They won't avoid that. avoid that. They would. Because we got to do more paperwork if they said it our lean has got to be cleared up when they say that property. The lean will have to be cleared. Correct. How much is that lean? I wouldn't like to have a property. It looks not. How much can carry, how much can carry have it? So what we're asking for is of course not what we actually have manpower in it. That's where it's been found continually because they didn't clean it up. This is on the old property owners. So our manpower hour of course will be a little bit different because that's been ticked. I'm not so much concerned about that but every time that little Mr. Landry comes over here we pay him a considerable sum to set to be the magistrate over that. Like correct? Yeah. I think you get, but I'm could be wrong. I have to look at it. I think it's about $600. I would say maybe you'd like Steve should be here in this discussion in my opinion. Oh, is he out in the lift? He's not barring to come back. What's he saying, James? I agree. Get him back here so we can, so we can answer this. I apologize, I did not research every event of this. I just paid a day with Don, being a lot of money initially on this project was a first property that repair but they have cleaned it up now. That's rather close to the least in heaven so I'm going to throw a small mcgady. Oh yeah, bad. That's right across the list in the town. In the Browns. Small and magnetic. Oh, yeah, bad. That's right. That's right. Right across the town. It looks good. It's always the time right now where I might have looked worse than our roll-off slide. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. It's time to finish. And how much do you think we got money? We tied up in the county? I know you think I know you think We have to move We have to solve prior to fee will pass go out at least to a three times You know, you know, because you have to give us notice and then you have to get money How much000. How much is that? It's about $8,000. $1,000 is that? $1,000. I'll show you the exact $1,000. You can get $1,000. But since he had to sit on it, make a ruling. Or really, maybe that's $1,000. He's got $1,000. He's got $1,000. So we got about $5,000 a day with... I would have thought that would probably got somewhere around that, that's a rough ideal. I know that the actual thing is the violation is still taken daily and you know it's an astronomical number. Well I'm going to say without getting a seat bag. I don't want to lose none of their money. So we get their money back. And when I say there is the county's money back that we got in it. So if we've got, if we've done spent $10,000 or $5,000, they can give us that money back. That's a lot of work. That's a lot of work. I'm a great guy. You know, now I've got that kind of thing about that, but I need some election from now as far as how we wish to receive. Because this one is a little bit different than our average country. Because of the way it transpires. They have had to go through the expense of forefathers. It had to go through the expense of cleaning all that debris and pay them for all that. And it was a month. It was a pile. It was on the side of the job. Like I said, I mean, I still know they went through hell, but the tax pay taxpayers has to You want to move to this barbie and what why don't we back up we can I don't have anything Oh, yeah We're going to have one more thing up. We'll come back to next week. We repeat a request for the board to use the proclamation. This clearing hazard is material awareness week of February 24th to the second. where I use the federal, provincial, to fiscal business and industries in the local government to maintain economic stability and the public health. What is your take over there? What is it? That's the local property that went through foreclosure. What I mean is it property did get cleaned up? It was burned down. We took it to court. It's that there. It accumulated a lot of funds but we didn't put no money really into it other than taking it to court. It's that there it accumulated a lot of funds but we put no money really into it other than taking it to court So do we got any money involved in in Mr. Lander and we did the count I mean that's what we got the court cost in there. Okay Be probably roughly round of grand Well, hey that was it. Yeah, I mean, the charge is for the court. But he also charges us for a pinion and all of that. I think it's bull is a 275 and an hour or something like that. Where a pinion. I remember exactly that. I was thinking of something. And it's usually at least an hour or so for the decision. And then 30 minutes or so. How many hours you got in there? That's... Miss Chena. I say we rounded up to 1500 just for us. I'm with Miss Chena. I make the motion to get our money back. Miss Marcia rounded up 1500. And uh... Most of the time he's, be done with it. I mean, the biggest thing is we didn't have to go clean that mess up after it marks. Exactly. That was good for us. Right, but they just lose money over there either. At that time, we were going to have to clean it. And the service is around that. I'll have to go. Very well happy. Thank you. Thank you. We had a meeting. Thank you. That was motion with a second. Our favor. All photos saved. Son, motion carried. Who was the first and second? Thank you. Thank you. We have a motion with a second. I will favor. I'll post it on. Motion carried. Who was the first and second? Jamie. Jamie makes motion. That job. Daniel's second. Thank you. Thank you. And thank you, gentlemen. I appreciate that. I will get that. I think that will be on that issue for. There is another resolution that was sent to us on this New York cannon. This one is actually directed. think that will be done by the issue for. There is another resolution that was sent to us on Mr. Hill Cannon. We're going to start with the resolution of the Dicks County Board of County Commission. I'm John Hill, I'm the chair of the Dicks County Tax Collector. We're still in the Florida Statute Chapter 145. We're going to do the same for the Dicks County Tax Collector here by our firm. We'll submit to the Board of County Commissioners all commissions and fees collected by the office of the PACs collector as required by the Florida statute 197.087 and that she shall operate the office as a budget constitutional officer. The board of county commission will budget and appropriate a dollar to the PACs collector and now specified in the floor of statute chapter 145.11, Sun Michelle F. Cannon tax collector on 121 of 25. She is asking that this be moved on and signed by the chair. And basically this is dealing with the tax collection and that she does. And I also want to give you on a bail on the non-agglomerate. I just pay you all the fees that I want to pay you all the time. Failed on my mission. So, is she asking for more money? Or... Now, this... She... She has taxes being collected for the right taxes and taxes. And what I've gathered from this, she did not talk to me personally about this. I don't know if she talked to County manager or not. Her salary is paid by the state, but only a employees in that office is paid by the county, correct? It is mandated what we have to pay her. Yeah, this is the way we go. She can't mess that. I mean, the only employees comes out of it. She is collecting fees and all on our behalf on our taxes. So all of that sheet has tests prepared. These rolls are tax rolls and stuff like that. She's also tested all of that. She will also be handling or does handle all non-admiring taxes. That's our fire, mosquito, garbage, and if we pass the RV one, it'll be our RV. And sure, sure, sure, I have to take care of all of that. Right. Now we do have some independent people who we contract with, I think it's for sure It a center. It was it was GFC that it would answer now. But anyway, there was the one that prepared these notices to our citizens on the the ablurant tax and the rate increases and all that that we bring before y'all every year. All of that still tracks tracks through Miss Ken and Alton. So will we do it with them people? No, we don't want to be only doing that because they do all the mail-outs for us. There's about a little over 700 and the mail-outs that have to be done. So I don't know if she's got more work load than what she can play her people can do. And she's needing more money to either give overtime time or hire somebody else or something. No, sir, if you would say, or would you leave that kind of part of it, say, or understand it, baby? She says she's here by a front end that she will submit to the Board of Commissioners. I said, all commissions and fees collected by the office as required by statute. Number editing So basically she just read from what she's been doing already. I'll make a motion to accept it. A motion taken by David in the discussion. All the favor? All the postings are in motion. I'm going to hold it. Make a motion. I'm going to hold it. And post about the Arby special exception going under time at Lurham. We need to move forward on getting that started out with Miss Cannon. She is really, of course, to collect the fees as you would expect. We do have to enter into a agreement with her according to the statute. So I've talked to her about that in her's night in a pack. The only pickup we're going to have according to statute is that it has to be done by January 1 or by March 1. And it has to be advertised for four weeks. That's the pickup. There's not four weeks between now and then. So we have a whole lot of help. How long have we been working on trying to get this done? We just talked about that right at the end of the year. And I thought it had come up prior to that. Not only that, but we have talked about collecting the seeds. We've been doing trying to deal with that. I make a motionless get started today. And that's what I would like to do is to bring that back before we all. I would like to give an agreement that Ms. Cannon will agree to track it up and then her will work on that. We have talked about it at that point once. What happy agreement will also need to be used. Notice out to all of our citizens being an initial notice that we're going to be collecting that, we will be required to do both mail-out and publication. We would like to reach out to the minister, the governor, their name, the guard. Whichever group this is, we have been dealing with because they have all these addresses and a lot of access to our systems and it will save you all money. I'm doing the mail-out versus our county staff or myself doing it just because it's not resolved. involved. And we can handle it because it's only been pretty extensive as far as we've got to get an assessment role develop that has to be brought forth roughly according to what records we have. We believe there is greater than 700 RB out there, special exception. So at $300, that's just for the check. That's what we've got to figure out. What? What? You see, it was going to start just to do that. And what the other people was going to start, because at the end of the day, it's can't make a major extra money on it. You would want to get that money when you come out with that. OK. So I could say, 800 mark you're looking about 300,000 dollars and then go. And of course before we could actually hire him we would have to bring it back through. And most likely we've got to bring him back. I got we got a motion for Jamie to get started in this process to get it moving forward. We've got a second. We've got a second by the Daniel. Any more discussion? All the favour? All the same. All the favour? All the same. All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? All the favour? And that will be a success. Thank you. Miss Marby? I don't have anything Brenda. Do you have anything? Good. How is how are we looking? Are we getting hold on to our own? We're getting a grant. What we still maintain in there. We're maintaining maintain. We're already on the parents of audit, so that will start. We got to an end. We're going to go to the end finding and starting on our audit. We work every week with our consultant, which is trying to make sure everything is aligned. And we work with it. We have expressed our concern that we want a bunch of barriers. So, a section to a certain act. Well, I think we're going to be off this year, but next year coming is going to be the hurdle. Eddie, we're ready for the public Keep it up. I'm gonna go to him. No, I'm gonna come back. Yo Commissioner items I got approached DC bare softball on this three-up or banner. Can we do that? Yeah, we have to do that. Yeah, I'm going to motion by Dave. Thank you. My Daniel. I have nothing else. We take that out of that camp that we do. And I have our Westwood good to do is baseball team. baseball team. Well, yeah, this will be new both our banners. I think it's like what 150 Well since they're 170 Yeah, since they're re-ups, they're a little, they're not 250 It's 250 for the softball girl Anyway, Stevie could tell man, got my rum ship sound. And thank you for moving quickly Monday morning. I know I didn't give you a lot of time on that, but if you made it happen, I appreciate it. Thank you. I'm good. David? Yes. Miss Barley. I just want to return to you. I know you're having a few try-and-towns. I know this one makes you know. My heart goes up to you. You told Mr. John. I would I know in years past you and Mr. Greg's work on trying to get us the urgent care something here. if we can, uh, uh, man, we're small places. But maybe we could reach out and try to do something a little smaller like on a weekend as I can. Probably, maybe, have a more intense. But I would say, bad, a couple of weeks ago, and I went to one, or I'd just stop them or. And I'll burn in there 30 minutes and it works. I keep our system. I've got all the data to the Lake City or whatever. I think we got some stuff in the work truck now to make that. Well, I'll make a few phone variables. From anyway. And yesterday I was up in Terry on our favorite known donor hole place. I found it. What was it? Four or five years ago I thought it'd give. There are other owners who come down here and have a little setup. We can go ahead and have a look. I found that yesterday. That. I got new owners that. So I gave them my number. number so I told him and he accessed a little place. I told him I want to what I'm asking everybody that I never been going to tell a I've never had shit a lot of times. We stopped right there, we went in, this was begging with them. We need them. People love them. I only don't know how to say this. I tried don't. I try to stay away. I don't want to find my staff but I want to. I'm here with him. I'll have the heart. That's this and told him. It's more like that than he would personally thank you for what you're doing. Thank you. They've been hard at it for about a week. Yeah. Thank you all for doing that. Yeah. How much? Yeah, first thank you. And to all your guys, they're time to call you. You ride on it. And they am on fake Tim. They work without old raggedy stuff. Yeah. A lot of people don't realize we got a young lady on that back row that sits right beside this herch that probably knows more about quickness because she's probably sold a lot of it. There's a lot about the local boom loaders, how they last. And ends and outs now that surf. I'm sure're trying to help me and I don't know. push me behind to the back here and pull around this. That's it. Maybe like a... trying to help me and I wrote down it pushed me to a place for rent. Do you like your British aircraft road on the rock here? I know that they said that we could put Krush on you and what was the wound up, the Z all now. I call them this week, maybe. And they were not giving you an actual, like they were still do it, they would not do it. But I can understand why they can keep us from losing the dump. I can see the DEP had something to do with it. I don't think it's just, you can stop us. From my understanding the permit for that, is that bad end of the rock pit and it would have to be reparmated for it to be the other end. So that's what we're going to do. You're going to need a key. Before you, if it's permanent at one end, before you drop that permanent, you better make sure. You got the other one tied in hand because it's literally that one. I know what's going to happen. What was your thought, David? What's your thought, so just mind rock, getting out this crush of this vine in business. What's your thoughts on this vine rock? What's your thoughts on this vine rock? Getting out of this crush of this vine in business. What's your thoughts on this vine rock? Getting out of this crush of this vine in business. What's your thoughts on this vine rock? Getting out of this crush of this vine in business. What's your thoughts on this vine rock? That was safe, that more than runs. And we've run it out of place, it's big. And all the other counties is already quit long time ago because it's more economical to buy than to dig it. I'm not going to try to get some numbers. Find out where Gil Christmas by on there is whatever that's just see what they're paying for son. What do you think? Yeah, it's definitely worth looking at. I agree with that. You have to see what the cost of emissions are. Well, we get...I mean... Oh, the other county isn't equipped because they were... I know I talked Bobbi... Bobbi Cross being Gilchers County about it, but I got some cost of comparisons on what it costs. What we're paying to keep the machines running and all that for we can run. Not only that, you're going to have a better control of your accountability because you're going to have so many loads in and so many loads back up. Yeap. Maybe there's a lot of people being down. I'm going to be able to even allow to get out of the truck. Okay, there's one of them hoes. You're going to have to farm on a steady. Assam! How heavy working y working, yo, Hull? We got hold of 100 pounds. I got one at way about 60, 90 pounds with a thumb. I'd like for you to hold it out and let Tim run it for a day. Just think, I mean just, that's not going to be right. If we just read that beat the truck to that head just hanging like that, I'm going to when it's going around because it's on that ball. It ain't in the fixed position. Anyway, that's not 25 years old. Just the swinging, you can't stop it from swinging and then they get by the truck up there. It's like, my man, man, man, man. Thank you, my foot. When a tracker, it stays solid in the fixed position. So they have to pull, read down break. They have to pull a torque so they can throw up to give a cause of that thing at big long pipe because they had to roll it up and down. They keep tearing them off to the front. I saw like that. I appreciate everybody. Everybody needs to be monstery that we can have some challenging times out in the road. We need to put on that belt. We gotta get in there's another notch if we can., let's go ahead. JD knows the horse you beat. Up to eight questions ago they missed a lot later over there. So I was just curious after I last spun conference meeting, how have we submitted the permitting documents for the grazing project. We got all the secret services from Chief Governor this morning and our goal is to submit it tomorrow. Okay, so it's fixed and be submitted. And we've tried to horseshoe and we've tried to reach out to the congressman's and we're going to try to push it through near that six month. We have that again as much as pressure as we can. If any of you guys want to help pressure that, we're going to need B.T.s, think, or the environmental. So they're thinking about probably about a six month approval process. But we might get it down to 90 days with a little bit of push. So any help with that? And I guess that's it. So just want to make, oh no, there was something else. The intermediate survey, the recurve, is that underway yet? We went out and grabbed some of the key spots that you identified with. And we could incorporate that in the series. There were, I think, four or five spots, if I recall that you identified it. You surveyed all those. I just didn't ever see anybody on screen. I did. I did. I did. I didn't show any additional fields, but it shows an additional field in the spot checks from my dad, which is for how much more Helene put in there on top of us. So, just the yardage? Yeah, but that comes out of the separate problem, and we've got to contract that separately. Yeah, but it was a massive amount, but it was a decent amount. Scott's handlin' that on his hand with Poplin. You know, okay. You got it. Thank you all. I know something for you. I hear the EPA with it up there. I know Florida economic health something. I'll need to be thinking about it and we're not trying to figure out what we could do. All that debris and all cans and all and all that stuff is out woods. Then nobody's gonna think they're gonna clean up, they don't have their money. That stuff is six like this before, but I think it's a good idea to have a fish like this. they're so far from the last door. I went out and checked some of them cans and get to the port they started to break. As this is going right out there, well you're gonna be fishing and then it gets all polluted, like are you around there fish? So you need to make them up that. Well it's private property but it feel something's got to be done. It makes sure it stays. I got the EPA on it now, but I mean, you see, that's got to... Anybody out? A program that we learned about not too long to do it meets with Fortercrown. Fortercrown provides jobs to people that have lost their jobs due to her case. The program is going to roll out very soon. We have another meeting coming up with the lady that's in charge of Miss Phyllis Marty. They do not provide them benefits as far as health insurance and all that, but it does give them a paycheck. So once that rolls out the people that they have in the plight to do those type of jobs will be doing the type of job that you're talking about. They will send them to the coastal's where all of that trash is and their job will be to go and pick up all that trash and they provide private property when they still have to get some access stuff or private, but most people are not against or the craft. They get it clean enough. They just don't want to pay for it. They go on their properties and stop stuff from being bad. So it's a property that they have to take care of, but she said that's something that is coming. We're going to talk all of those coastal swarming all the way down. We're going to drink all the way to James. This craft everywhere over there. Okay, here in Benardum, we're picking on the house of Cross City, the stormy move. We have a couple of clean up things for the people in the house. And really, we also try to get outside the city windows and go all the way back. Like past parties and all those pretty good. I'll take these down and join us on February 22nd. It's our first Saturday, February 22nd. 9 a.m. to 1130. We started, we need it City Hall and sort of dividing conquer front city restoranary. We provide all the trash bags and gloves. If you can have the picker effort, that would be helpful to bring that. We're going to ask our organizations to join in with us. We're trying to turn that towards the rules. If you have any student in the school system, they will hospital state it. Community service hours, they will get community service hours and we got growth doubts and beta clubs different. We're those that are going to join in and we'd like to invite all of you as well and often March 29th would be that is supposed to be the four of the cup as vegetable on April 5th. So those two days February 22nd March 29th, those dates will be not tell youth is that we're going to do a real big community push and try to ask organizations like Resilites, what they have said that they want to come with us. They have 190 employees. I think Cuncy Humber has 150 school organizations, the Hosses' Hall of the Club, the city does the same one. There's the students are doing an in-on this and they're going to sort of leave the way. On the 29th they going to be done. So the same one. There's the students are joining in on this and they're going for a lease away. On the 29th, they want to call it pick up and picnic. So they're going to provide what's that day, the hospitality, and they're going to buy other clubs throughout the hospital to FSA and that's all they've done. And so March 29th, you come to those. And what everyone's going to to those. At the 29th, we're going to hit our city part, right here outside your club door back door here. We're going to hit the city part, and maybe the women's club on the outside that day and the 29th as well, that bearer status. And the students at the County Hospital, again, the Hospitality Club with other clubs, work to do a community Easter egg hunt on the the end of the cost of the special. We don't have, they're gonna come to the Council and ask for approval of that, but at two a. But the, Mr. Bass said, 9 to 2 on the cost of the special is pregnant, so we're gonna, I think they're gonna ask for a 2, 2 P, on community Easter egg, because that's only two weeks from Easter. So the fifth to the 20th. So just trying to build community, surprise in our community and really brought up a lot of our parts here from the city. So we're going to do a deep thing there that day. But my purpose for you is the dumpsters again. If you always be willing to provide stuff through on February 22nd and then again on March 29th I do I'm not here I was asking I could have spoke to Odia about it but I wouldn't be here I don't think we got no problem but we got to get we here and see availability and what we're going to know okay that's fun and and they picked up my day or what how many just one one down sir they brought it as a to be our station right here last. The regular size note for the yard. I was just a regular size. It does whatever size they have available. They did a bigger one. I think it was a big one. It was, but it didn't. I don't think we needed that, that gig of one. Whatever it is, we need them all for him and them. That's for you guys. I feel like the 20 yard arts a small one all my way to my neighborhood. So I should do a lot. That's pretty good. Fill up a 20 yard art a small one all my way to my neighborhood Anybody else Break up to the party with the station name. And we can get more attention to the property that the 49 brothers have been in for 24. It's kind of an informal welcome back. Okay. Yes, sir. Okay. Thank you. Go, Ralph. He's my else. You know, she's a girl. My lady's taken by Daniel. All the favor. Uh-huh. He's gussens. All the plays played by a must-cars.
