Is the applicant here to speak? I'm here to represent him. Terrific. If you just head up to this microphone right here and give us your name and an address for the record. My name is Martin Jarvis. My address is 10808 Harley Road, North Virginia, 22079. I know a Harley Road. That's out in Mason, that, right? Yeah. My dad lives down there. Is it really? Yeah, yeah. It's a nice area. Yeah, I got Jarvis' stables down there. Everything. Yeah. All right. Would you like to give us a presentation or just answer the board questions? Yeah, I just answered, because I'm here, the owners are on travel, and so the last minute they asked me to show up and I figured I'd answer any questions. Or thing. Does any member of the board have it? Look, look, can we just clarify? Are you the architect or... I'm the design builder, and I have an architect that did the drawings. Okay, design builder, thank you. or just want to get that for the record, thank you. Does any member of the board wish to ask the applicant any questions? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. elaborate on this? I'll start. I'll go ahead. I have a question for restratums actually and it's the relationship of the columns to the edges. Is that correct? I'm just asking. That's incorrect, right? Okay, it's not all I want to know. Would you be willing to work with staff to slightly adjust the columns where they sit or reduce the header above the columns a little bit because it shouldn't extend past the edge of the columns. I can show. I'm not sure. Of course, the two on the far right in the middle one are supporting a beam and supports that section of roof. The other one, and then it also supports a beam goes back to the house, and one on the left goes back. And when you say move it, it should, the columns should be a little wider than the header. That's all. Oh, as far as the top plate, the top cap. OK, we have no problem with that being wider. It comes wider. No, not the, yeah. Well, I think the proportions of your columns are fine. I think the beam above the columns, is it shouldn't be tucked totally underneath the beam a little bit. The column should stick off the edge a little bit. Okay, so it's a cap. When so, when the cap, usually what we do is the top of the column, whatever thickness that is, the brown portion, we make the beam that wide. And then the cap comes on and it normally sticks out. So now he, I'm not sure why he didn't let that protrude out on that far right side, but that that will happen because the cat that you get with the column is going to be wider. You're not saying the drawing doesn't look right that's well. Yeah. Is that that's a change that you would be able to. Absolutely. To work step on that. Okay, great. I'm do any other members of the board have a little bit of comments to make? Or a motion is welcome. Motion to approve with the condition that they worked, that they applicant works with staff on the capital to be in location placement. And does that include the staff recommendation? Including staff recommendation, sorry. Do we have a second? Second. Mr. Gunky? Yes, ma'am. Second. Okay. Excuse me. How is Mr. Spencer? Hi. Is that Indian? Hi. Mr. Adams? Hi. Is Tony Nio? Hi. Is your lines? Hi. Mr. Scott. Hi. Congratulations. Thank you. I'll make sure I get the- they're gracious to be all sent to the text. Terrific. Thank you all. Have a good evening. Do we have any other matters? I thought we have for tonight. Do any members of the board have any matters they would like to raise? Mm-hmm. This hearing is closed. God be by a minute.
