All right, we'll call our meeting to order the 7th, 24 meeting of the HBC and the HEC. We're going to do a meet, a casual meet and each. So if we can manage that, the foods up in the community room and we can work our way there to grab a plate and come along back. If you remember you have the mic on and off so unless you want to chew and masticate that stuff on the mic make sure your mic is off. So it's still pretty good. You want to say there's plenty. Right and we'll come back and they're straight into public comment. Am I good? All right. I'm going to go. You got to go. Go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to go up. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call this one. I'm going to call you. How are you? You're doing well. No, I'm going to say something. Yeah. I owe you a call on email. Yeah. Congratulations. Okay. Also, okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay'm grateful. Also. Down that. I was in there my. He's the. The pocket team member I've heard about. Are you sure? I'm high. So later so like to jump out. But it's a lot of work. Quite lovely. A lot of music. How are you going to do that? I don't know. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. I'm going to be. Okay, right. For no one is there a play, Bruce. It's not the ball. Yeah, it's not you don't want to get a turn in the game. I'm going to, if we talk to him again, I think I just want to talk to him. I'm going to try getting the turning spills around because with the fields on the outside like that, the revenue of a concession is already lost. Yeah. Got any word of you out there? Correct. and the plus just so you got deals one and two. And we've got a lot of them. And I started in the academics. That's where I'm from. And I was the athletic supervisor. Sorry, I ran the ball box. And we had a field like that. And we could never get any games on it. We could fill the ball out of the fields because nobody wanted to walk. That's what I mean sir. Yeah. Because most of the bad news. Yeah. Every day. we could never get any aims on it. We filled a ball out of the fields because nobody wanted to walk. That's what you said. Yeah, because most of the families everything happened that far. Nobody's gonna send that eight year old daughter to the restroom 200 yards away. So, we can talk a little bit more. Right, right. There's a lot of people who come to the bathroom. Yeah. We're gonna do Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. 2018, that's seven games per season. Yeah, that's two hour time out. Yeah, you know, it's, you know, there's a, you know, there's a few more about there. one in Manstreet. And it's, it's, it's, they wouldn't even be able to make it in the city. There's, to see if that happens. So literally, really, you're here to see that there's just don't get the desired with a big, solid bar. And they tried, they went through, which has been the horse at the footer. They were under, had to break their 30-year lease of rents, and spent the whole annual summa of responsibility to bar it, got the whole thing to start over. And they were pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty. They were there. Break, you know, so that's the new one. Yeah, they did. They did. I guess the whole thing has started over. And they have pretty good issues. They must have been there. Correct. So that's the new one. Yeah. They can make money in the new year. And now they want to come back to the mid-sale and make a proposal that they all run to still be pulling this, but they're there for 20% of the top-up ranking. Yeah. But who's going to, I mean, I'm I mean, unfortunately, we're looking the way they are today. We've been on trend, we made my Saturday point up to a Sunday or to next on the day. We'd like to get in right to the four possible mass. Yeah, I mean, you would see we're doing something bad, you know, that's not what that's right.'s so nice. You gotta go. I am. Yeah. I look for the time. That's pretty. I think they're all right. Yeah. We were out of time. Yeah. That's like, you have to love this. It's a good. It's your you told me that's a good word right there. Use Pitchylar, no. Or that it sends it. It's a guy in the world. I'm going to go to the next slide. I'm going to start with the first one. I'm going to start with the first one. I'm going to start with the first one. I'm going to start with the first one. I'm going to start with the first one. I'm going to start with the first one. I'm going to start with the first one. You're serving almost there. problem in the thought. You're certain. Almost there. We have a panel. We have a panel. We have a panel. that's what I'm giving you, that's what we're all doing. You guys are going to be back here, you guys are going to be on the train for a free. We're doing on place. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. and that's the end of do that. Do you know? I think I have to know. I don't know. Oh, I think three-level. Yes, here. I mean, just be sort of here. Here. Here. Here. That's really good. That's really good. I'm actually going to say that. I'm going to say that. and going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that I'm going saying that. I'm saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. I'm not saying that. and it was down, it was about. Down. Yeah. You're. 30. What that. You're. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. and we be at the start. You can see that. That's probably very, very close to the point where you can see. I'm not sure that. I mean, I'm not. I'm going to bend again, I're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. You're going to go to the law. I did it alone. Yeah. It's not simply by. Now, I guess it's time. We got. I Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's enough. All right. That's the reason. It's not because. It's not because of the. But it's. But it's. It's. It's. We. Probably. They. We're We're We're We're We're We're We're We're We're We're We're We're any public comment. Okay. Okay. Any public comment this evening. Okay. All right. Moving on to three. where individual consideration, REA, the discussion actually regarding the minutes, November 19th, 24 regular meeting. I think everybody's had a chance to meet you in the comments concerns or edges. Why is it like a motion to the reporters? Thanks Miles. Miles makes a motion. They have a second. Second. Second. Mr. Barclays. All in favor say aye. On the high, great minutes are enhanced to approve. 3v discussion and action regarding council, staff and board and the local reports. Turn that over to you again. First real quick, as you recall, you sponsored the key holiday market in Crake at Reserve. It gave us a great opportunity to kind of move the reserve, move the city lifestyle, move the party. We, I think we engaged with at least 200 people and it was really exciting because everyone's excited about my part. Just great feedback on everything. So it was, it was a long day. I don't know if you can create them. You can, it was so extensive. I don't think they thought I'd all respond to support this. One of the first time of anything is I was a heart. You have to approve yourself. And a good couple of people came out. There's one family we know that came to see Santa, miles, cute, cute family. There's the other element that we sponsor. So we get some really good visibility and a really big different Santa and a whole department. The supervisor that I say is the groundbreaking, for the part of the a 19th at four. And we've been trying to address information out there. I think the most recent was to be able to get in which is getting. That's a great. Lastly, and I'm bearing in to get take over here. Would it count it counts on a team? Do us. Sure. I don't know. Still under. I'm here at the name. I don't know. OK. So thank you to the three representatives from the EDC who helped form a subcommittee. And that looked us over in the staff room. Nobody called that room. Your room will be there to be met in. Squadron. Squadron. Thank you call that room? Your room over there that you met in. Oh, squad room. To vet as many land options as we could conceive of and we landed back on clean and approached the city council last at their last meeting in last Tuesday and chief made a request to have to be commissioned to use studio property that shown here. Depending on the direction you're coming from, it's the top of the roundabout and just off to the left. It allows for good honest frontage, good location for drives to use the site and also maintains the ability to access all our native property for future use events. And I don't think I have anything to say about that. I'll give it over to you. Do you want to add to that. I mean, that's that's over to you. Okay. So we're moving forward. We have a RFQ that we plan to put out this week and get moving. Moving, we're done. Just a question for you. Is this going to allow you to not have to invest in the outlaw to the current building where you're fired to you? Hey, are you talking about raising the bill? Yes, we will not have to do that anymore with also the turnout. That's the build time above works will be able to store down there. Can we? Yes. I have one question. Yes sir. Are we going to how does this impact our insurance rating? Does this do anything as far as expanding our coverage? Coverage loss for this one station, not necessarily, but we have two options to go with our ratings. And it's either within 1.5 or overalls of the station, or within set NFPA 7P10, which is our turnout time and our response time. So over historical times, a European weekend, present our numbers of our response times if we meet within a four minute response within 90% of the time of our calls, then we'll go either way. But it doesn't expand our area. Just bring me a problem. I'm going to be talking about fire flow issue that we're addressing right now too. So that know if I'll just walk around. I don't really develop the fire flow issues. It'll help with the stacking and adding more foot. No, the school, the schooler can for the more fire fire flow. It's also getting actually our stormer on the water. The schooler is actually really, it almost got all the points. So it can turn out that I saw that we were getting brussels, our statin, station, and things. There had been some talk about putting it kind of tighter against the school for preservation of public private partnership that's kind of been discussed by the ABC board a couple times related to sports. I noticed the location is not necessarily fighting inside school. We're kind of relibrating or coming down a little bit for us. Are you talking all those? I guess the southern end of the TV screen? Yeah. Yeah. I don't tell you so. The left side. Yeah. Right there. Yeah. So what we kind of decided there, obviously the school owns that property next to it, that fence there. We did that we'd also take up a lot of that ground without we would have to figure out another way to get the apparatus out of the roadway because we're going to have at least a three-way wide system so we need that wide area to get out which is why it'll be on the other side of the team. To try to maintain that same line of thinking, instead of pushing it up against this property line, it made more sense to push it up against this property line. I think people here are not pushing it up, but about this portion that we're using against this side of the heater. There's also a lot more open space behind than doling. Then there is where these companies are on the American side. Oh, what do you think of break ground. Like my parents said, we'll get the whole thing to our HQ out within the next week or so. And then we'll have to select a company to the non-bill. and start to say you look at that time, or people in like four or five months, so you can do that for the increase in the, but, yes. The other updates from Council. Not from Council, but I do a couple of other staff updates. It was good. So sure, we have a new employee joining us on the back road tonight. This is JD's. I like. He had a very long career career's worth of experience in part management. And so he's coming on to assist Brian with obviously with our public, I mean, a town center part over here. And I don't want to miss or present everything he's doing, but that's a big part of it, I believe. Do you want to add anything to that, Ryan? So, so right now, he is brought on as inspector. We expect with his expertise, when the budget allows turning to something more so to help us this is with the programming and turf management in the home fields and things like that. But he's more on res me out of him speaking about it in doll-like period. other couple. Thanks everybody. I started in parks and recreation in 95. In my hometown of the Naked Oceans Texas. I moved up the ladder there and took a job here in the Metropolitan Blitz. As you can imagine with a town like Naked Oceans you know there's any other towns around it, so there's not that many options once you reach a certain level. So from my career, I continued to run out of some work here in the Metroplex, and I've worked at the colony, and the majority of my time was spent in a facility in Ulyss, where I was the park manager for the Parks and Texas Star, that holds the ice rings, the youth soccer, youth baseball, and some adult football pitch at soccer, was in charge of all the programming, all the maintenance, solid access and sales, from talking about it on the city, owns and runs that park on the private entity, but it belongs to the city. So, our tire for a little while went to work as Sunnyvale as the Parks and Recreation Director, Met Brian and saw the subjectivity in Brian. So, I'll get right on. Glad to be here. Welcome to the board. Thank you. Now I think that's all I have to do. Thank you. I'm going to be here. Welcome to the awarding. Thank you. That's all I have to do. Thank you. I said, OK. Oh, no, that's not it. Sorry. So you said for sure I realized that we have been working through the site line approval process on a building to complete the South. The current South Ridge development for standard service and CDS are located. There is a vacant lot there and we've made it to the approval process for one story building. that be very similar and styled to the other buildings that are along there. It's that same materials palette, a little bit different articulation and refinements that it'll be a good conclusion that you will fulfill into that development there. We've had some tent, kind of shots for some new retail space users that have been accomplished here in the last month or so. And there's all the books. So they are making scenes and movement in that regard as well. Well, standard business from the revenue miss me from the road anymore. It's not terribly just a bull now from the road. This will close off. The restaurant itself, not so, like the activity area and ban show. Yes, that will be the most impacted by the selling specimen. Yeah. Thank you for that update. But more. Okay. Three C discussion and action regarding the economic and quality of life benefits of fostering equestrian properties and activities within the city of the heaths. Equestrian-ass activities are part of the quality of life campaign that we've gotten behind, but probably underrated relative to some of the other things. And I think Brian, you have some experience with public private partnerships with these activities. So yeah, in the kind of study of Ellen JD, Dave, as well. we ended up building, well, actually, we've been back there. We're going to have a development coming in and it was going to take over. Sorry. I'm sorry. Thank you. And so I don't go by y'all. We have very little familiarity with the question and facilities, the infrastructure required for them to one together., I keep dirt in one of those, but what goes into it behind the scenes, nothing. But yeah, there's something that you can see a work trailer here, this is the horses and the trails. So sure, it's time for us to start getting associated with the move. Sure. Okay, this is on, where's the up? I guess I'm into that. I think this is working. So we never built the equestrian set. Now I will say that I'm a good boy. I don't know if that's evident. I think it probably is. I grew up. I brought the horse expert with me. There you go. We share., she could have had all the guy that could have had her about it. But so we had a property in heat that was brought. I mean, I'm the end of the Sunday of the spring. And the developer was all on it. And it was all at horse boarding on it. Some of the facilities were kind of undone down. Some of the renewables, some of the renewables were getting bored floor there was very old and the developer was purchasing all of it and taking them as one way so the citizens didn't love that you know they like the idea of looking at the windows and seeing the horses and driving up and down on the culture road there you turn on counties you can go to the other city of horses so the city bought the property and and allowed it and allowed the horses. So the city bought the property and allowed and then allowed the current providers to lease the property back and board horses there. And inevitably we built a fire station on it. That sounds familiar. Yeah, it sounds familiar. And when we built the fire station, they did a lot of research on upgrading and doing a true questions center back there. We have Seymour at the time. We had a ton of scope free and the price got out of hand where we're going to get out of time. But the time we got to the end, and this was a product of the C-Warm, not a product of the cost of ability tables and things like that, it just they were there were a fire station contractor We were trying to get them to build some lawn and it didn't work out. We ended up with plans It was relatively simple depending on what your style and what you want. You can go to just the rubber mat floors or we can do the fancy ones with the water massage. But the basic ones that we ended up with on hard designs were just, it ended up being a 12-stall. With a hot and total wash, where that can get hot water, that's coming in a tap room. And there are small locks. We're just, it was just in and of being a 12-stall with a hot and cold water washer, actually if you get hot water, that's kind of an inattachable. And there's small locks in the front that was climate controlled. Really there's nothing to it. Now you wanna build some kind of a ring on it, I was thinking he also, maybe you would cover it in some last-centage certificate to ride it, not? But other than that, as far as you want to go, and it's low impact if that does which all. I said about the expert of the question. So, if any of you have a corner of childhood and entry, it is. Of course, there, and was in front of that. Okay, it's still there. And what we did, and JD actually built the trail that goes around it. So people can walk around and you're not supposed to be the worst, but you can look at them and I'm sure people still stick their hands on. I know there was a lot of conversations with some of the Rockwell Countings sheriffs. Oh, Yep. And so initiatives that date back a while to put something together, because there's actually roads with you equine competitions in our backyard despite being in the Texas. Yeah, it would be what this, what ever the city wanted. You know, it's how far do you want to go? Do we want to do throw it in the air? Is this something that's a private partnership, or is this something staffed by the city, where we set up user fees, you know, from boarding and then, you know, if you need someone to stay and meet you with your floor for a bed, or anything like that, or just a straight turn around. Whatever you want to do would be different costs. I would say the city need to do it. They need to pay for itself. But it's low impact. Most of the land would just be looked like it looks now, except for the answer around it. So it's something you're looking to do. It's easy for the city, but it's not going to be bulk real or very in high traffic Well, we did something like that. I was hoping that we would like. There's a lot of trash, writing and you know, there's that out here. But not in he. But to our hands. I mean, you want to see some all different level of tables. Fireman, the place to go. Well, I was looking at around this area, it looks like it was a large floor tables right there out here that's in there. What? And it's gone. And I wonder why. Because it looks like it was like a 60-door, so it was massive. You know what I'm doing with Rihans and some of the catch don't I don't know what happened there Well developed or what does okay, but he's just hanging out on it. It's gonna be a neighborhood. Okay It's right down here on the other side. Yeah, sir Yeah, the one that's 49 Yeah, it's not the one that's just got a bird blast night and I called him. Oh, yeah I've been in the greenhouse Yeah, that's it. Yeah, it's a nice car. It got a bird blast night and I called him. Oh, yeah. He's in the greenhouse. Black star. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, it's a black star. Black star. Yeah, so I used to, um, was a grace of greed and that's a crazy facility down there. Oh, yeah. And that's a solid competition. I wouldn't think we'd be interested in something now. I was thinking maybe we'd do like a 20-sol or 30-bit, this bar was aren't concerned. This is what I was talking about. I haven't had a 40-course ball on it. 40-speed. It was a pain. Yeah. There's a reason why we didn't have it long. Yeah, 40- had a 40-course, then we'd have four people probably. Maybe five, I mean it. That would be, they had a small, very clear play days and they're wearing them. Yeah. Yeah. Definitely different service. Well, the lower rodeos they set up is that wherever. What's a trail ride need to be? I'm a person. Hey, to have a morning, an afternoon trail line. You need this much acres to get the money out. You know get the time Yeah, I don't know me. What if that that over there's how many acres is that We do the all-wear run We hit it down on the hand would do that and divide and just cut to the after some time I need to to do that and divide it. I just got to the cashier somehow. I need to have to cross things that let you just went all the way around them. I think the money would be in boarding, private, you know, privately unforces and competitions, the solid, barrel rates, and lessen. I think that was three things. It, we have money. Yeah, so I guess board, it looks like, from what I can. I'm not saying another word. Okay. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know what I can. If you need to catch. Not saying another word. But that's not pretty. And I think there's even if you have the space, we can just target. They don't get full of work. It's like 625 or something like that. I don't know if it does turn. You know, if that's something that that is a call life, they need people want to walk around around and walk along trails and make it look like the engines belong in those trails and trash cans and things like that. And I guess we could probably even clear it there. You can ride your horse along the trail beside it. If it's something you want to preserve the open space, you can keep the green space, that would be an easy amenity to do. I think we have to start with the vision. This is new, we're getting the concept of it, and stuff we can take away and think about. And as we drive around town, look at it and kind of meet on in the future. But nothing hard coming out of this point. If I was thinking about it, I was thinking, in my mind, I was thinking you put it behind the fire station and you know, the stable fire station and you were going to read it back behind that. And that's that it's open. You know, and you know, that it, you know, you don't really have the footprint. Now, if the bill wall builds on it, That's a whole never deal necessarily. J. He's. That patient would be. Well, Now if the bill ball builds on it, that's a whole nipper deal and that's where JD's Well if you get the ball builds you didn't do much with the horses that are really limited As far as open pasture to turn out Yeah, you'd be cut way to him just having the arena member. Yeah. So, so you did like a 20 horse barn and an arena and a trail going around like you said on 38 or something like that. What is the project with that cost? That's that depends on the trimming and the more on your state. You know, without, but I did look at process for 24-sol basic. Now that's not having to put up that is just out of the barn. Yes, just the barn. It was, it was about 600 grand. So I'm thinking, I'm thinking about 900. It all the in somewhere in that neighborhood. If we did desire to be a owner of a freebuilder, like that. I could try to do it cheap and be 1.2, something like that. And a rena, indoor rena, we take it and I'll show you the cover. I was going to be covering it. Just a cover. And that is, they'll have lives. You know, everybody works until 5-30, they're going to come and ride their horse. They're going to have to do it under two of them. If you want less than we can't to pay well, right? Right. Kind of range. Exactly right. Exactly right. And I'm glad you have played and'm helping. We can't lie to the reader. I'm going to write it to you. You can cover it. You can have to be covered. Oh, yeah. We can have a roof. Yeah. Yeah. But it could be full of our time. Yes, yeah. I meant the lighting. OK. OK. Jeremy Bruce. I would just be able to check with people that are doing it. We can do that. So I did call metal laying down here, metal, and there's a wait list to watch a horse there. And there's one stepping in this area. Yes, sir. And like the one platter band they are, these are different levels. I'm not saying there's a 21st one. We do x1, z, walker x11Z. All the way up to this course is worth it. God only knows how much. So, I'll pay you $2,000 a month. There's a short journey just from people looking for boring and big mess with those groups. And I mean, people have got quite a lot of ways to challenge someone. That's what they tell me. If you want more horse hairs, then you get on a weight list and somebody removes their horse or something or whatever, then this next one in line, it was more important. Is that the one you stop the tear and if you can still OK? No, it's called meadow line. It was over here in the 276 area. It's not even very big. They6 area. It's not very big. They don't send them like nothing ain't just done. The question was really ordinance against riding your horse down on city property. I'm like, what are they doing? I have to know. I have to know. I'm not a little upfront. I mean, standing like a night. He said, chief says no. He says no. You're going to get me on the golf cart. You got all the phone. That's a motorized view. Take out the camera. You're going to send. You're going to send. So people all my friends. There's not a whole lot to it. The young things like this, they want to see little canes or something like that. We hit the wrong. Because it's going to be a drawback there. It's the owner's probably not let us. You see about a nine or all of them there. And then I'm really out of my mind that too. Are you Brian barrels or anything like that? Yeah. Okay. Hey Brian, we spoke about this internally.. You mentioned staff in the staff. Yeah, depending on the number of stalls, I mean, right? Keeping stalls to people. How strong are these high school FAA programs or energy there? Are these kids? My installs? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. You might get your restaurant in the house. Well, that's a great question. What are you already doing out of programming? Start to get kids interested in this. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I suspect that we young people will be part of this. Yeah that right. Most of it's a much more. We had college in which yes, fun and that one. In grade 11 subcommittee that would do some R and D. We go do that. Great suggestion, Mr. Mayor. Anybody interested in sending you something? You have some experience and. Point of mind. No. I'm not several people in the background and rather the Chris Alex, and they have to travel way further than they want to. So I think some contact could work out here. Good. Couple of contacts I'd be happy to have you know. I'd say that I don't have any personal experience in it, but I know people with leaders. So. Now I think that's the whole thing, there even desire is a there if we built up 30 course or whatever there's 30 people and you want to go to the horses. Is that what you might be? So I'm just doing this one. The problem I have three of us. It sounds like a phone. The Finland city limits and entity ETJ start trying to do that research, which you're giving that data. More than needs wants. What's going to be going on? So a quick question maybe I hope I'm not too far off of it but if we're considering doing this, I guess that might raise the importance of maybe us making this molecule up here more, more tournament rate, if we're not going to allow anything to go in down there. I don't know if I can speak to that. Now, no, this is the thought process and how we're how we're, we're in the middle of reviewing the field. There's some challenges out there for us able to really currently, the way configuration is lies. We don't have enough hope to answer things like that. It wasn't a big deal, which we're going to think about building fields elsewhere, or they could be really looking to have, you know, which we're going to think about building fields elsewhere or, but it could be, we're really looking to have, you know, gains here, sanctioned gains here, that we would need to work on that field. I just think, you know, just listen to the words about, you know, I mean, I can get that model work, but the direction we might need to go there. One field doesn really going to let you run tournament. No, but could you do a showcase game that now you've brought people for the championship game at the heart or something like that? What is it like to or something like that? It has gained that to hospital man and if we had a tournament field available, we might get an overflow or something like that in there and as you see, those do you think? I can't get it. You can get gay that front. You're going to rent a little that field where you're about $1,000 a week in and have no city work. All we have to do is prep the bills before the first game on Saturday, prep the bills before the first game on Sunday, thinking restrooms are big up the trash. And we can make $1,000 every weekend they need it. And what they'll do is they take the lowest common denominator, the higher everything levels you get in baseball, the fewer numbers you had in it. if five tools are gonna rent the high school and use Rockwall and have some determined in the area, which is what we used to do, we didn't keep anything just in Texas Star. I would take as many things as I could and then rent fields all around us, like an auto tenant, great buy and so forth. Most of your high level, you're only gonna get six or seven, So you playyear-old majors. You're probably only going to get six or seven teams in that division anyway. They can play all their games right here and never have to leave. We can configure the schedule or they have a great experience where they don't have long gaps in the wait time and cater to that age group on that weekend so that when 5-2 has another tournament and a 13, we're going to say, and go back over there and play and you know that's how you're successful in the baseball world it's all world of mal and the condition of field. I'm not trying to read you real topic just, yes, we're currently working at the top of the brain. Yeah so if that's a direction we wanted to go it's I mean it's real it's real simple to fill that field up every Saturday at Sunday if we wanted to do that. Brian, do you have any thoughts in mind the proximity of this type of a tables area in restaurants like we have. So I don't see that driving and what's attracted forward or something like that. Maybe it's Maybe the latest. Oh, I mean, the riddness. I mean, it's going to be something. It's kept up. Yeah, I mean, it's not. Yeah, I'm wrong when they ask. I did my house smells like atmosphere. You know, packers, cows, and we're our self when West America has been home to the South. Yeah. What about that? Yeah, of course, we knew we had some nice fresh moments. I shouldn't have very much of you. I was scared. I think the one we were at dawn, I think. And have her notice. Did you ever notice anything? I never noticed anything. And those are right next to houses and right behind the fire station and with trail it goes all the way around all the way around the inside of it. I think the requirement just to keep stalls clean and turn over so much. I don't know how they get rid of it per se, but just the turnover of keeping it clean and not let them stack up, I think does a pretty good job of keeping the stench up. I should have preface that by I'm a city girl. And we get to sell fertilizer. One hundred percent, we get cows out there that be. Yeah, it would be be different. If we go from equine to bovine, then they're going to be a smell. So let's keep it. Yeah. Although I didn't hear that you know, an idea maybe even a little gopien back there, we keep up and maybe let the kids know you have to go to something like that. And do we even think about the part when we own back here where we're building the new DVX station? My grandson and I have no idea about talker, I'm not talking about talker. He one of the things you try out for them, and select them. They have tournaments. I mean, there's no lives. They're just during the day. From what I can tell, the places that they're having it, know the grades. And that's it. That's it. And they bring them soccer, and that's out there. And back to back. You know. Well, we're about to have multiple brand new fields that are lit. Now here is it that are gonna be programmed or are gonna be rented. That was the end channel long. I guess we had an agreement for our came here with Hawaii and we struggled with that. And it feels great, but they're gonna be very, very nice when we're done with them this time. So there's, I think J.D. or batting them on this. I think there's gonna be a feeding frenzy of folks wanting to use them. And we're going to be very, very nice when we're done with this time. So there's I think J.D. or batten him on this. I think there's going to be a feeding to friends. The opposed mom to use them and we're definitely going to charge. But I don't think we're reform allies to why agreement. Okay. Do we Suzanne? I don't think we have to do anything. Yeah, we did. We did. Uh huh. Okay. We thought they could run everything and give us a report, so revenue and we never were able to lose. Right. Thank you. No worries, but I had to add to your point that it's different on being very nice articles of buildings. Oh, I'm glad you're here. New fields that I can possibly not enter. No, great. Thanks. All right. Good night. Really. Update discussion regarding 1880 destination restaurant project in the reserve. So, once it's linked, we have a workshop this afternoon with the prospect, cities, and mic time and Glenn and we worked through the outstanding items on the agreements. There's not a very complicated punch list. There's mostly refinement and made a lot of progress there. We are now going to work towards the January 14th City Council meeting for through bank. City staff, city EC the city council council council with S. Drafted docs and having them prepared for a go and before taints with the prospects obligation if they're not able to turn docs to the 28th but we're trying to shoot everything's taken time on the website which council's just confidential with those let those factors by any of might say anything. Nope. Okay. So, looking forward to it. Good. Good. Good. Great. So, Nat and four convene executive session. Everyone, thanks for joining us tonight. I'm going nineteen. It's nothing. It's off end. Yeah, I should get it right. It's 690.
