We obviously can't comment on that, but we will certainly turn it in for you. So dearly noted and we We obviously can't comment on that, but we will certainly turn it in for you. So dearly noted, and we are well aware of that. Thank you very much. Anything else, sir? What are your efforts? You're three minutes? Nothing. You're done at two, set, fifteen. You're the man. Thanks, buddy. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Hello. Thank you, sir. Hello. Thank you, sir. Hello. Okay. There are no collars with her hands raised here. Again, I'm sorry. No collars online with their hands raised. Okay, and we open that up at about three thirty two. And we'll close it at three thirty four. If no one's coming forward. Okay. Okay, moving on to consent calendar. Do we make a motion on our consent calendar? Yeah. Yeah. Well, I, okay. And I'll make a motion. We approve the minutes on the consent calendar. Do I have a second? I said, I'm going to a second. All in favor. Hi. Okay. Three. Zero. Move an item to public hearings. the other one. I'm going to go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead for the development of the 8,000 or 84,800 square foot building and 4.32 acre site and a conditional use permit is required for the proposed cannabis uses. The subject site is located just north of cactus road and east of beaver. The subject site is zoned for manufacturing industrial and is bordered by properties of the same zone to the north, east and west, and the city limits to the south. Before you... east and west and the city limits to the south. Before you have a safe plan of the proposed for unit development, each of the units is 20,000 square feet and subject site has two access points along cactus road. Before you is a floor plan of the proposed layout of each of the units. And each unit will be leased to the tenants independently. Each tenant will then need to independently acquire their own cannabis licenses to operate. before you is a sample of the proposed elevation of the proposed metal buildings, the middle one got cut off a little bit to the side. Before you and the subject site meets all of the applicable development standards. The manufacturing industrial zone. Per sequa, an initial study was prepared and a mitigated negative declaration was preparedving location and development 2405 and conditional use permit 2404 based on findings and conditions of approval. The applicant is in the audience and is available to answer any questions. Yeah, come on up for a second now. Are you good before having me back last week? Thank you for tolerating us. No, it's okay. I appreciate your time. So as usual, this will be a project that we will be looking at upwards of the 50% required hiring of Adelanto residents. being that this will be a very large project, 80,000 square feet, we do anticipate a little bit longer time of getting at least up. But once it's fully least, it will be one of the bigger facilities in the area. This is going to be built by a Danville, which is actually owned by a lady and also owned by the same person that owns the tire recycling facility right next door. And we do anticipate that this will be another one of those developments that she will actually lead herself and make sure that it encompasses all of the requirements that were required for cannabis and falling compliance and the oversight and also making sure that we look to keep it clean. And it will be, as I said before, a very large project. Now, are you going to be able to start on this one if the tire is held up? We are actually going, our goal is to use this site as our pre-construction leading into the tire. The tire will be the beginning location. And then from there, we'll lead into this once the tire is up and built. The tire is 150,000 square foot building. It's a little bit larger. It's going to need a little bit more space for the construction. And then this would come in right after and be ready to go. Okay. And I, that's still with Jim, probably, on the tire. It is. We're hopeful by next month. Okay. And then your engineers, like I said, they come under the wires, as far as air. We do. Okay. And this is well under the air. Correct. Yeah. So we're good on that. Yeah. This will literally come right after we get everything going on that side. That's the priority. Cool. Yeah, because it makes sense to try to get some of that infrastructure done all at the same time. We actually believe very wholeheartedly in that whole area being a really a magnet for making good tax money for this city as well. The amount of tires that are in this area alone that we can go ahead and begin, that is really what we're looking to do. I got about 1,000. We've got a mile away, brother. That's why. We believe it be a very good stage. It will be it actually will be because you know, we have our cleanup and all that stuff and everybody hates tires. But you know, a cleanup day or food when target our city towards tires and going out and picking up these dump sites. It's a win win situation. The other thing is the tire will be a little bit better, but income in our opinion for people that will be bringing on. it'll be really a good area for people. And also too, I think they should be able to get a hold of everybody down below. come in our opinion for people that will be bringing on, it'll be really a good area for people. And also too, I think they should be able to get a hold of everybody down below because we used to have truckloads brought out to our kilns. Yes. And we used to burn them. We stopped doing that. Correct. So those truckloads are still available, you know, so. No, that's why we want to get with everybody in the area and start discussing those coming up. Yeah. Because we had them coming up from LA and stuff. So if you ever need to get that tap, if you don't have your thing already, just get ahold of me and maybe we can find that tap, is it where I work? Be more than happy to get it for you. Look forward to it. Yeah. And like I say, they were truck loads. We were all set up. They went on a big thing and they dumped out the back of the truck very professional. Correct. And that's what that place will be set up for is the bigger loads. Yeah, it's just lifting the whole truck. It's pretty miraculous looking. Track. Yeah. We've been working with architects and the civil and everything out there on the setup of the building and everything and getting it done. So that will be priority. And then as soon as that's up, the next one will be will be us. And the only thing I'll get with the final engineering or something because when Clark Pacific put up a street light that was in that that we'll call it. No, jokes anyway that the seven ones, twenty ones all that stuff, you know, so we'll watch on street lighting because it could have been brought down, but they just pulled it out. So we'll keep an eye on that one on the street. No, that's a small item. Yeah. Well, good. I hope to see this going forward. I really do. It brings definite infrastructure stuff. So we're looking forward to it. We think it'll be all around a grade plaza in that whole entire area. Because the next one, if this goes well, we have another 10 right behind that. OK. George High School. Yes school. Yes. Right on. Right on. Okay. Kinds. Sure. Okay. Any questions, gentlemen? Okay. We're good. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Well, okay. Well, okay. Sir, public hearing up at 343. Going once, going twice. Any hands raised? That's their hands raised. Chair. Was that no hands raised? Correct. Correct. Chair. Okay, then we'll close public hearing at 343. And I'll bring it back to the commission. Okay, I'll make a motion resolution planning commission of the city of Atlanta resolution P 25-12. Atlanta, San Bernardino County, California adopting and mitigated negative decoration and adopting the conditional use permit 24-04 to establish a medical and adult use cannabis facility use and Location and development plan 24 dash 0 5 to construct one industrial building with a total of 4 area 4,800 square feet located on the site northeast of beaver Road and cactus road in the manufacturing industrial zone in the city of Atlanta, California, APN number 312951-09 subject to conditions and making findings in support thereof. Do I have a second? I'll second in. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Thank you. Okay. Next item item item number two. Next item location and development plan 24 dash 10 will be presented by the planner Chris Espanoza. All right, good afternoon, honorable chair and members of the planning commission. This afternoon proposal to construct a modular storage facility on a vacant 4.14 acre site in the airport development district in the city of Atlanta for the storage of inactive computer parts. For this project only a location development plan is required for the development of the modular storage facility including one office, 16 modules and a loading area. No conditional use permit is required for this development as As storage is up permitted use in this zone. For the subject site located in the airport development district zone, it is a, it is located south of Auburn Avenue, east of Jonathan and north of Barcelona. And we'll connect to highway 395 in the future. Right now the road is closed. Before you as a site plan, please note that it has been rotated for to fit it on the screen. North would be pointing to the left side. The subject site has three axis points along the North to Auburn, the West to Jonathan and South to Barcelona. Before you is a floor plan of the proposed office area. And before you is a copy of the preliminary landscape plan to comply with the Idleanso Municipal Code, a more a final plan will be submitted to planning and engineering after the resolution of this project. And before you, some of the samples of the plants that are proposed for this project. Before you are the elevations of the proposed office using a bronze colors for the for the trip for some of the windows and in off white for the for the building. And before you is an elevation of the loading area for forklifts and for semis and these are going to have an exit route directly across so they'll be able to adjust leave from the site. And lastly, color and elevations for the modules, there will be 16 of these throughout the site. And so this is the, this will be the traffic plan. As you can see where they're going to be exiting and accessing the site from the north, the east and the south. And you can see the 16 modules here, the loading area on the middle right and the office on the upper left. The subject site needs all of the optical development standards. And. I did okay. And the subject site is determined to be categorically exempt from Sequa. And so and NOE was prepared and it will be filed for the, and it will be filed for this project. So tonight or this afternoon's recommendation is to adopt Resolution 2513, Recommending Planning Commission adopt the initial study and categorical exemption and approve proof location development plan 2410, subject to conditions of approval. The applicant is on the line and should be available to answer any questions. Okay. Anybody got questions for the applicant? Well, we'll get, go ahead and bring them on and bring on the applicant if you can Carlos and let's Let him introduce ourselves Here I'm going to unmute the applicant Okay Go ahead the applicant ending in number 223. You are unmuted. Hi, my name is David. I'm representing TKY Architects. Well, thank you whoever showed up the other night and we're sorry we lost our power. few places in the old city so thank you for being online on this one and no we appreciate you I guess it's storage for electronic parts looks everything looks clean you've agreed to all the all the conditions so it looks like a very good project so we welcome you to the family and we want to thank you do you have any questions for us at this point or? I was reviewing the conditions of approval and I was wondering about the public streets around the project. I think the fire I'll let my planner talk to you about that go ahead.. Yes, I'm sorry. What was your question about the streets? The public streets around the project. Yes, I believe that the northern is paved and Jonathan is paved, but I don't believe Barcelona is yet. But yeah, I think the fire department required it. Is that correct? Yes. And engineering department also. Oh, just for Barcelona. Yeah, because I believe Jonathan and Auburn are already paved. Correct. Yes. OK. I just wanted to clarify. Thanks. And the fire department, like I said, when we were reviewing this, they required it. And so did the engineering like he said so so yeah we appreciate that and Give them lizard some pavement to run on Okay And the snakes will curl up at night too when it's cold night, so we like that pavement Anything else kinds are No, I think that was it Oh, no, actually there's, well, this little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a It's basically a retention pond or some type of thing to natural in natural out and you got a whole lot of roofs and some pavement so Yeah, whatever asked to be engineered to hold that you know that should be fine It does rain here twice a year rather we want it to or not Yeah, it's more windy than rain. Yeah, yeah, well if you could get a wood Good windy rainy day then it'll blow the water away and you don't have to worry. Okay, so I'm gonna add in a very interesting note. My buddy engineering, he was a deputy director for San Bernardino County engineering department, Chuck Laird, and he was sharing with me, because well, you know where we get our flood laws from natural in and natural out. I said, no, where do we get that? He goes, well, a lot of people think that the castles back in England, that was a moat to keep certain things out, but all it was was a natural in and natural out, because it rains a lot, and they end up with a moat. So I always find that interesting to pick up where we get our laws from and our flood control. And like I said, we picked up that one, but if you ever go to England and ever get to a castle, that moat's there for rain, not for lizards or anything else or snakes. So it's kind of interesting, kind of interesting, the engineer that engineering that comes up with stuff. And with that, if you have no other questions, then I'll open up public comment for at 354. Do we have any raised hands out there? There. No raised hands at this time. Okay. That I'll close at 354 for public. Any question, gentlemen? Nope. Okay, well then with that, I'll, there was a, who knows? Okay, I'll make a motion resolution, P2513, a resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Atlanta, San Bernardino County, California, adopting a category of exemptions and approving location and development plan 24-10 to construct a modular storage facility with office buildings and 16 modules on a 4.14 acre a lot in the airport development district. So located on the southeast corner of Auburn Avenue and Jonathan Street in the city of at the state of Atlanta, California, APN number 0459-053-51. Do I have a second? Here we go, Governor. Second. and number 0459-053-51. Do I have a second? Sure, go ahead a second. All in favor? Aye. I lost my screen. Okay. Hi. 3-0. Thank you for the hard copy, Nike. Okay. Anything on parks and rack? Anything new new? I have one announcement. May 25th, this is State of the City. Atlanta State of the City will be on May 22nd, which is on a Thursday at Atlanta High School. A registration and networking is between 5 to 6 p.m. and the state of the city presentation will be from six to seven and then there's also going to be from seven to eight the community mixer so just market calendars for May 22nd of this month state of the city. That's all I have. Okay. New business. We would like to throw this down where we might look into this 330. If it's agreed upon you guys will ask the other commissioners and see what we look like and just move the meeting up to 330. I mean the crowds overwhelming will be able to just fit them in so I think we're I think we're pretty good. Oh stop, Terry. Some of us have to work for a living like me and Alan. And Mario and Dreddy over there. Okay. So yeah, if we could, if we could, you know, take, move forward on that, finding out about that. And then we'll be getting another the commissioner soon. Yes, that is correct. Okay. And okay, any any any announcements besides what you gave already. No, that's all I have. Thank you. Okay. Nothing on parks. Okay. I'll look for a motion. All right, comments, any comments? I have none. I have none. Except for I sure am waiting for that tire facility. That's just a side, that's a side comment. Nothing in particular, Alan. So I appreciate you. Okay, I'll look for a motion to close. I'm looking for a motion to close. Make a motion to make a turn. All in favor? Hi. We're closed. Resuited to seven.
