Next we have waterworks. Good morning. Morning. Steve Moore Superintendent for LaFat Waterworks. You have before you this morning a bill of cell from Duke Energy for the cell of electrical distribution facilities. The facilities include two utility poles and approximately 5,800 feet of medium-voltage electrical cable, located between the Glickwater Treatment Building and the Glickwell Film. Purchase the facilities is required as part of the Glickwell Film Improvements Project, currently being undertaken by Reynolds Construction and Houston Electric. The purpose of this project is to provide backup power to the Glickwell Field and the treatment building to provide a reliable supply of water to the city's customers even in the event of a power outage. During design, several options were proposed by Westmer engineering. And the most cost effective alternative included a reconfiguration of the existing electrical system such that the assets described in this document could be used to supply generator and normal power to the well field. Because it is not acceptable practice to run separately owned and controlled power on utility owned lines. It is necessary that the city acquire these assets. In discussions with Duke Energy and Western Engineering over the past several years, an agreement has been reached which sets before you today for the sale of these assets as is. The bill sale is in the amount of $48,500 and I recommend your approval. Okay. I'm trying to get in motion to prove this bill of sale from Deaconer GeFor for this. What Steve is just described. Seven seconds. Okay. Questions? I assume from this point on this, if we, if we, if these are hours, we have to maintain them. Yes. Yes. They don't do Yes. It's kind of a unique situation there anyway. It was non-typical electrical hookup of the way that the way was designed and built in the early 90s. So the way that it was configured, and I'm not electrician nor an engineer, but the way that it was configured, it was impossible to add a backup generator without doing these improvements. First thing to ask that's the wiring and then new transformers that allows us the ability to take that power and transform it and provide that power, whether it be normal distribution or through a generator. So it was necessary improvements. Okay. We have a motion to second. Anybody have any further comments or questions on this? No. No, we just wanted to question. Do we own any other assets? Have we ever done this before this the first time? No, that's the first time. First time? Good for us. Yes. Okay. All right, I have a motion to second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed same sign. Thanks, Steve. Thank you. Thank you. Oh, Kidoki. Next we have claims. Good morning Jeremy Deild, not fit city controller. The controller's office has reviewed claims totaling 1,882,350 dollars and 12 cents. I request the boards approve. Chantate of motion to prove the claims. Second.
