the time is 721. This is a special, this is an Emoryville as successor agency to the Emoryville redevelopment agency meeting. I'd like to note that all members are still seated. And I'd like to entertain a motion for approval of the final agenda. Motion to approve. Second. We have a motion in a second. Madam clerk, the roll. Council member Prifors. Here. Council member Solomon. Here. Hi. Hi. Sorry. It's I. I. It's I. I. Thank you. Council member Welch. Vice mayor car. And mayor moora. Motion carries. Next is exparte communications. Do we have any exparte communications to report? Seeing and hearing none, I'll move to public comment for the consent agenda and items not on the agenda. Do we have any members of the public who would like to make comments on the consent agenda or items not on the agenda? Please come to the podium. You'll have two minutes. The mayor should extend the amount of time from two minutes to three minutes, because that's traditional on Emryville. For the first 20 years, oh, as there was five minutes, Nora Davis were lowered it to three minutes, and then John Bouters lowered it to two minutes. There's no reason why it should be two minutes. You should raise it up to three minutes. Okay, so now there's a violation of Courtney Wels' violating the code of ethics, because she's not her eyes are not meeting mine. Sukeep car is not violating. The mayor is not violating. Council deep car is not violating, the mayor is not violating, Council member Solomon is not violating and neither, okay so it's only Council member Welch, I don't zoom in on her, she's not actively listening to me, but who says she needs to actively listen? the city attorney, John Kennedy, he says that Mr. Kennedy says You're required to actively listen. And furthermore, in the code of ethics, it says what active listening is. And one of the provisions is that your eyes must meet the speakers. You must look at the speaker. So you can see here Courtney Wells, Council member Welsh is violating the code of ethics right now. And so it's because we trust the city attorney who wrote the code of ethics that he, that it's a good document. We can see here that the mayor, I mean, Council Member Walch is violating it. And so we need to do something about it. We can't let these kinds of violations of the code of ethics just go unpunished. I've suggested what we do is we bring her up on charges and have a meeting so we can discuss. Thank you for your comment. Thank you. Thank you for your comment. Any other members of the comment or members of the public? Seeing none, we'll move to the consent calendar. At this time I will enter to approve consent calendar. Do we have a second? Second. We have a motion and a second. Madam clerk the roll. Council member Pryforce. Aye. Council member Solomon. Aye. Council member Welch. I. Vice Mayor Carr. I. And Mayor Moura. I. Motion carries. Next we have action items. We have item 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. These are relatively routine items. I would be amenable to a waving presentation unless there are members who would like to see a presentation. I agree to wave. It looks like we have a consensus to wave presentation. Would you like a motion on all three together? Well, at this time we should take any questions. Do we have any questions for staff on these items? Seeing no questions, I'd like to take public comment on these items together. Do we have any members of the public who would like to make comment on 7.1, 7. So, I think we have to make comments on these items together. Do we have any members of the public who would like to make comment on 7.1, 7.2, or 7.3? Please come to the podium. You have two minutes. Okay, again, I'm speaking, but councilmember Welch is not actively listening to me. The rest of the public is Okay, again, I'm speaking, but Councilmember Welch is not actively listening to me. The rest of you are. So it just Councilmember Welch is not. So why isn't she reprimanded by her colleagues? In addition to not actively listening, right now she's violating the Code of Ethics. In addition to that, on her Twitter site, she called me a fuckboy, and she's called me after the Code of Ethics was certified by the council. She called me a liar, and she called me a racist and a misogynist. All those are prohibited, especially by the code of ethics. So says our city attorney, John Kennedy, especially specifically verboten, but she violated. So the fact that you're not enforcing our code of ethics, except for only one of you, only the unpopular, the progressive council member, which is council member, Price Force. Only he is required to obey the code of ethics. So you can see our council member, Welsh, is not required. And so that's selective enforcement, and it's unethical. So ironically, Mayor Murra, you're being unethical by not holding everyone to account equitably in an unfair and equitable manner. We have, I've had it and the rest of a lot of people have had it with cynicism and government. the public. Thank you for your comment. Thank you for your comment. Thank you for your comment. Thank you for your comment. I'll entertain a motion for approval of one, two, or three of the resolutions. I can make a motion to approve 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3. Second. We have a motion in a second. Madam clerk, the roll. Council member, pry force. Aye. Council member Solomon. Aye. Council member Welch? Aye. Council member Solomon? Aye. Council member Welch? Aye. Vice Mayor Carr? Aye. And Mayor Moira? Aye. Motion carries. This meeting is adjourned.
