He has a lot of them. Yeah, they're really. That's our rise for the pledge. Congratulations. The United States of America and to the Republic for which stands one nation under God, individual liberty and justice for us. All right, the one first thing we have or approve of the minutes, insurance and emotion approved minutes. Good, we have second. We've been seconded. Anybody have any questions or corrections of the minutes? No. Hearing mental loaves in favor, say aye. Aye. Opposed, same sign. Thank you. New business, we have one bit of new business today, engineering. Good morning, Dave Griffey, engineering department. Before you use a utility service agreement for Faith Christian, athletic, complex. This is a new agreement for an approximate five acre site in service area 3A. The project is located northeast of the existing faith east campus. The agreement is to provide sanitary sewer service. With that, when add, it's not a master agreement. Any changes in the future. Area, scope, use, addition of water service will require a new agreement to come before you for approval. So this is strictly for sanitary sewer service to serve some bathrooms and concessions then. They have paid the fee and we request your approval. Great. Thank you. Thanks to appreciate the explanation. Chantant and motion approve this utility service agreement or faith Christian athletic complex. So moved. Second. Moving. Second, anybody having a question? I mean, just the only question I want to look at it was if it's an ordinary, an ordinary act we would do for other situations like this. And in the case of the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the situation that we are in, the bathrooms that wouldn't be used frequently. And we tried to establish how to quantify that use in terms of the utility service agreement. And what we decided, and this was a group effort, who wasn't just me, was to use the parking area as the area to define the use for the calculation. So this is what I asked him to do about this earlier. This is the one I don't remember any other. This is just there's only sewers, no water. So there's no water fee here. They do have access to an existing well. Yeah, but existing well. And that's what they're using for the restrooms and whatever use there is and the rest of their campus have we also the rest of their campus has a full agreement has facilities with the city yes and this property falls outside of that agreement that they had previously that's why they needed to have a new agreement. I like that like Gary Sam it's not something that we. I understand if we do so my guess the last thing would be in the future would we consider this for other extenuating circumstances with properties. Yeah, I think we would have to take it on a case by case basis in the future. Yeah. That's eight. What's that? Is this for that's eight or? No, this is for their football. Oh, oh, yeah. That's for the, I guess they are now in the full IHSA football. Yeah. Yeah. Here's the questions. Okay. I mean, I get that. I just, I, I agree. I mean, I thought the same thing after a number of years, I don't think I've seen anything like this, but you know, if your office is reviewed it, sorted it out, it makes sense. Then I've never questioned that. So, for this charge, I'm assuming, and are- Yes, we have the residential subdivision to the west. They have a manhole there that's at their property line. So, the libbies in our facilities for that. So, okay. Any of the questions regarding this, or the motion, a second to approve this agreement, utility service agreement All those in favor say aye. I I put the same sign thanks Dave. Thank you. Thank you Next we have claims Good morning Jeremy Diel City controller controllers office has reviewed claims totaling 8,111,948.62 cents. I request the boards approval. Turn to motion, approve the claims. Oh, second. Move it in second. Questions on claims? I have one, they're just a clarification because I thought it was a little odd. On page, big page 26, and it's for Dixon construction, and it's talking about road patching. And I didn't know they did road patching. That's my only question. That's the very bottom of that bit, 26. Sure, we drive street patching. So I didn't know if that description was incorrect or what's going on. Good. Yeah, that is correct. So on that particular street, the travel lanes were in good shape, but the curb and gutter was not. So we had them pretty much replace the curb and gutter on both sides. And you had patched the street then. Well, some of the curbs there are wide. They're they're not your typical two foot wide gutter. It's more like a six foot poor that includes the curb plus the gutter piece. So yeah, so it was in the street as well. Okay, we have had them do other, it's concrete. Yeah, I have. We've had them do other concrete patching. Okay. Yeah. I just saw the description of Street patching. I didn't, I didn't understand. You've explained it. So I appreciate that. Thank you. Okay. You need the questions on claims? No. Okay. Have a motion a second to approve the claims. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Both of the same sign. Thank you. Thank you very much. This is your second or more to do this. You're in Lafayette. Me? No, I'm talking about the Alzheimer's association. Oh, I don't. I'm doing the same every year, aren't you? This is an annual event. Yeah, yeah, yeah. This is annual event. An annual event. Okay. All right. All right. We have a motion and a second to approve this special request. All those in favor say aye. All right. Opposed, same sign. Next, hops and goblins. We had goblins and hops. Maybe next year. I'm MK Relial, PDs Community Engagement Manager. We are hosting our second annual hops and goblins event, October 26th from 1 to 4 p.m. We are requesting the closure of 6th Street from South to Columbia from noon to 4.30 p.m. So we can set up the trunk or treat on 6th Street. We'll have a costume contest at 3.30 and concluding with a costume parade. Great. If you don't need this as a wild success last year or so. It was. Yeah, much more than anticipated, but we're ready this year. Okay, great. Chair, I think I'm motion to prove this special event request. Some move. Second. Moving and second. Anybody have any questions from the pay? Okay, hearing none. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Well, same sign. Thank you. Thank you good luck on that and hope the weather's great Now that's our agenda for today. Anybody have any announcements they want to make for the board? If not me needs a journey. Thank you
