Are there any members of the public who would like to make public comment? Please come to the podium. You have two minutes. Successor agency. The successor agency. Okay, thank you for that. I'm speaking now because I want the council to hear what I'm saying and I want my council members to actively listen Thank you and I appreciate you, council member car mayor is doing it. I appreciate it. I can't remember Solomon is also actively listening. Council member pry for us in his usual way. We appreciate all of you except for. Council member Welch, so I'm going to zoom in on her. She's not listening to me right now, but she doesn't have a choice because she signed the code of ethics, which says the council members are must, the word is required to actively listen, and then the code identifies what defines what active listening is, and it means your eyes meet the speaker when they are, or public speakers are speaking, meaning like the public, citizens. And so it's in the code that Council Member Wells signed, but she can't bring herself to obey it. And what happens to people here at the安 Ravel City Council, Council members that violate the code of ethics, what happens to them? They get censored and sanctioned. So I'm building my case against council member Welsh who's violating clearly, and not my opinion, it's the opinion of the city attorney who in the staff report when the code of ethics was voted on, said the word was required, required to actively listen. And so council member Welsh's obstinacy is really reprehensible. It's beyond the pale. But it's okay because justice will come because I'm sure the rest of you will do your due diligence to protect the code of ethics and censure and sanction her like you have done to Mr. Pryor for us for violating the code. So I have nothing but faith in the new guys. I think you're fantastic. You're going to see to it. Thank you for your comments. Swaged. Next is the consent calendar. We have a motion to approve the consent. Motion to approve the consent calendar. Second. We have a motion in a second. Madam clerk the role. Council member Prifors. Aye. Council member Solomon. Aye.
