Good morning and welcome to the Grand Opening for the Taco Project. I'm Katherine White, Executive Director of the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce and we're so happy to be hosting with the City of New Rochelle this ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony today. With us we have a number of special guests we'd like to acknowledge. We have Shae. Michelle Chamber of Commerce and we're so happy to be hosting with the City of New Rochelle this ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony today. With us we have a number of special guests we'd like to acknowledge we have Shane Ocean Lawyer he's the deputy mayor for the City of New Rochelle from the Department of Development we have Kevin Homenes and Mariana Hussify representing New York State Senator Shelley Mayer we have Louise Ocha representing New York State Assembly person we have Dale Barbaria representing Westchester County Legislator. We have Terry Clements. We also have members from the New Rochelle Police Department and IONU University, a nearby neighbor to Taco Project here with us as well. Of course we have such a great representation from the Chamber of Commerce today. We have President Rob Hayes, Executive Board member Carol Barella. We have James Amigone, Hugo Velasquez, Jim Colloran, Pete Williamson, and Glennie O'Rollhouse. I'm sure there's others who have arrived by now whose names I didn't get, but if I didn't mention you, I certainly appreciate all the support the Chamber gives to all of our grand openings. Then of course, I would like to welcome the building developer, the young companies. We have Bob Young, Donna Young, Donna Young and Connor Young here with us today because they built this beautiful building, the Illustrator. We're kind of in like the young company's role because the illustrator and the rock well across the street. All chamber members and all built by Bob Young. From there, I'd also like to welcome, most importantly, the building owners. We have Nick Meshi, Sebastian, Aliverti and Carmelo Milio and Chef Juan Aguero should be joining us later on. So now to begin I'd like to call up Deputy Mayor Shane Ocean Loye with a few words of welcome. Shane? Good morning everyone. My name is Shane Ashin Loye. I'm the deputy mayor of Nero Shell. I am so excited for this project especially because I've already tried their food and it's amazing. I would like to thank Nick, Sebastian and Carmelo for putting forth this effort to open the taco project. I'd like to thank Bob Young as well for putting this retail sector together. We have the Rockwell, we have Smokehouse, we have Kung Fu Tea, we have Finishline, Toastique is right down the street, we have good competition here, but the Taco Project, they might win that competition because the food is delicious. I just recently tried the Bidia, I'm pronouncing it correctly. I recently tried the beadea, the brisket is amazing, but they said they wouldn't compete on the brisket, but they'll compete with anybody on the tacos. So come down to the Taco Project and welcome to Nurse Shell, gentlemen. Thank you so much. I just want to give a quick word of welcome to to Caffer and White who does not get her roses and flowers enough for how many ribbon cuttings have we done this year, Catherine? This year alone. It's got to be more than seven. But this is all the hard work that's happening in Nureshall. So thank you all for the hard work that you do. Thank you for the Department of Development for being out here. Thank you to my comrades and government upstream from the state senate, senators offices to the county legislator. We're all here representing the growth of neuroshells. So we're very excited to be here. Thank you again gentlemen. Please give these gentlemen a round of applause for their hard work. And as the Deputy Mayor said, all of these grand openings in Nureshel, they really are a partnership with the City of Nureshel, the Department of Development, but everyone, police, fire, buildings, it's public and private. We have, you know, again, the young companies and then the business owners who come forward every day to bring out new businesses here in the city of Newark Shell. We love to see all the development. We have a great line forming today. Catherine, thank you for putting this together. City of New Rochelle, we've been working for a while to try to get a spot in the city. so we're really excited to be here. Thank you to Deputy Mayor Shane for his kind words. My partner is Lincoln Sebastian and Bob. Again, we're excited to be here in the city. It's a great opportunity for us to expand our brand in Westeresda County, where it all started.
