Are we good? All right. Let's get started. The time is 5 o'clock. It's like 12 o'clock in March 13, 2025. Meeting the parks, record, open space, advisory board, and confirm that eight-four of his present regular members including my cast, Mia, a Lemalry, David Park, lesson, Warren, all 10 member, Mojave, Elfini's here as well, and Bruce Meade. There appears to be no one from the public who wishes to speak today. Seeing none, we've got this. This is going to be a good speech agenda based on what I'm, what I saw. So it's like, it's my 89 slides. OK, I know. I can take that. Thank you. So I say no one to speak on a genitis for an untaught hearing items will move to item number 25-45 minutes at the parts wrap. It's basically for me February 13, 2025 action is required. Do you have a motion to approve this item? I'll make a motion from David. Do you have a second? Yes, I have. Second. Monica, your own favorite say aye. I have a aye. Those. Who's she passes? We're going to item number And just wanted to give you some, and an update on everything going on in the and I have some of the available updates for you guys. And so, if it's, we've had a lot of happy meetings. So, we had ainney Park and Stratford Regional Hurray event on February 15th. And we have our next one on March 29th at the North Service Center. The first one was such a success. We hired the last record I heard was 106 people. And they stayed extra tons of people showed up. I know several positions already full, which is always great on and into the spring break. So it will be able to button up all the seasonal stuff that we need after cement coming up. Child, Jeremy, was a huge success at Tom Lake. But we're, just a few highlights. And this girl to the left caught it was a 14 inch rainbow trout. Unfortunately, we call her I'm and she caught it for the win-two minutes after we call time. I just had a trip being a trip to to her but it was a great event and it was a little chilly and estimated about 2015-2000 people shared that. We didn't have some ice issues because it was that cold in the morning so we were having a breakup. Ice and ice were where all the break-up travel was. So such a successful event and like, we're going to continue that out at Tom Lake. Trapsi conference was an album in our neighborhood city so we were able to bring a lot of the team members to it. And it was a great event. Kicked off of the golf tournament, the next rodeo we had one participant that participated in that. We had two full days of sessions and just great networking opportunities. March 4th we had the story image and just one that I liked highlight some of the photos that we had. This was primarily at Town Lake. This is just a small collection of photos of the data just that we had. We had already can probably get more estimated and how many trees we had down. Going into it knowing that there was some power and issues on some of the facilities and it was all hands on deck and the entire leadership team was out at the parks helping play now. So just wanting to acknowledge the team for doing as other duties assigned. So staff was awesome out there helping the parks team. PPA, tour the CIC Texas Open, that's happening right now. I have been working with them. I have the privilege of watching the championship or he built. And this was taken to you, State University, I believe. So they bring in all the course blue, and we kind of like it so we might think all the course blue. But it is just a great modular stadium that's built out there. Is there anyone going out there to speak in to check it out? Okay, awesome. That's how, obviously outdoors. Is that in use at modular? Is it on the existing board? The industry is in. The industry is in I got to. Yeah. So today this morning I started my team out there. They had cameras pretty much around me. I've been using broadcasts, actually. So there's TV trucks. There's huge tent structures out there. It was like a whole new facility. But very cool. I'll make sure to get some photos out there to make sure you're not highlighting some of the super excited and not and you can still be a take-ins. Let me know. I'm more than happy to help with that. Spring break hands to the right around the corner next week. We have several camps and not just going to. We have the apex that's money through Friday and from 8 to 5 there is prior and aftercare repeated. Old settlers will have their spring break and the seniors in our housing grant there is camp that I'm not sure where they are in the registration. So a lot of happening next week for spring break. Ops is in the acceptance day celebration. This is the first time in a normal event that's gonna take place at Town Lake on Saturday, April 5th at 9 a.m. And they will have an Ops is in law that they'll also have entertainment, some news out there, some food vendors, they'll also have a different resources for parents that have kids with autism, so they'll be able to get some good resources for the people. International rules help. Okay, it's quickly approaching the 16 and 20th. I don't have updated numbers because there's a team that's out at a different conference, but I know we're still looking at about 230 to 250 teams. We have 14 international teams or 14 countries that will be represented in Berkshire Bar. And so this will be a great event. There will be an opening ceremony for the top salon Tuesday, April 15th, 2006 to 9th. And then the tournament will be the different locations. The main location will be of course the McKinney at Slogan College. Project updates, just again, when I highlight Horizon Park, playground, or in placement. Again, this is completed and now open. And the old playground was going to be into project playground. And I don't know, do we know where my edge, we get it. Yeah, there were no. Okay. OK, I was going to show it up. It's one question I was going to ask. And then, super excited, 88 or apart playground to replace with that is complete. It's open. Argo was to have an open-wise print break and it is open. So thank you to Coda for updating the photos. This is as of yesterday. And when it went out, there was already kids playing on it. So they were having a good time. The Randall's Park. This is unofficially open. There's a few items that they're still hunchless items that that they're trying to complete but our goal was to open my screen break. So here's just some updated videos of that. I'm just going to include and Jill's video of her going down the zip line which was very fun. Anyway go buy and check that out. But very excited to have that little advice for a break. We'll think of a great grain strut. The only thing that's a view is complete building, shaping and around here, but the trouble is pretty much complete. I'm looking at and hopefully you can end September, sorry, March, September, March. Just a quick... and hopefully you can end September, sorry, March, September, March. Just a quick up thinking of these projects, Winterford Park, they are not being a civilian and a fence will be either placed in the next starting in the next few days. Just to highlight, we are dedicating a pitch thanks to my Councilman FDA and for putting that together. But we're going to be doing the dedication for the family that lost and the boy. I'm on March 29th at 10 a.m. so and make sure to include you all. There's an interest, I'm sure it will be open to that. So this is something that we've all had as importance and to have out of that part, give the whole play of the illness enclosure so we're working with and also including in the family to make that happen for them. So excited about that. If any soccer complex phase two, we have awarding the construction company. I'm Alice who completed the first phase. That should just work on the docs. So hopefully that could start right after the international girls gap. And towards the end of April, that's moving on at around the same time. And this project will start right after that. Recreation is in our town lake. This has been the number of being and renovation. And the last word has been June. And so I'm hoping to be able to have some format opening in my goal with you July. And so we're gonna come, but with that rule, we open sometime in June. This time, like White Walk, we haven't ordered that bit. We're just waiting for them to move on to start their projects. They have a complete linear future. And then the dot cart has been and go into the reasoning. And I was so glad that it's made complete and so it will be able to initially start that as well in the near future. With that, I'll stand for any questions and then I have a whole separate list that I more than happy to answer any questions on these items. So I haven't say an unofficial list but just some highlights. And since I, this was the only gen I had but I just wanted to take this time to give you some important updates. And so as you know, we've been working on this for the past several months, but we have separated special events from the reparations that are job duties. So we have officially hired sheets, except that she just has not started it, but we an A.M. special and a supervisor. She has worked for 39 years of experience. And she's worked for the cities of Frisco and Lilleau. So she brings a large-scale knowledge of all size different events from June, June, June for the July, June festivals. So, really look forward to seeing what she brings to the table to really have our game in parts of the recommends. And you know, I feel like we have a ton of space, a ton of parts that we can activate, get people there. So, Ward and Tom, I'll make sure to buy for them, but excited on board. And, in power, I actually, I know we've talked about the FIFA field and we've found it on silence. We are still negotiating and we're trying to finalize what our letter of intent is. There's been some back of the word between attorneys and just defining what we can and what we can't do. Currently, they're looking to move the fire lane to the south side of the property running closer to the creek. So working with the fire marshal of the planning and just go through the triple process. And we had one final meeting, we had another quick title up in the next. I think tomorrow, so hopefully this full concentration in the next week. And the last catalog is coming up in April, not for the last hope to be able to secure a team for the team. So this is the first step of doing a letter to intent. I come up with what that is and we'll come up with a little bit of a separate method. Once we get into the catalog, this FIFA puts it. What's that happens? Then they'll start working on the fields. If they do not secure a field, then that field will come back to us. We're still negotiating, but just so you guys know that we're still working good. We're hoping to get a fee for team because that would be a huge and economic impact for the city. So hopefully next time I'll have some good news. I might have been able to talk to this some talk to your team. So I'm excited and very, very hopeful that they'll have some luck. Great, great. I know that that was a topic of last meeting. I just wanted to let you know that we will be and we'll be doing a quick presentation as the work session on March 31st and just to provide an overview here as well. We are it was supported by parts and so that would be taking place so again just trying to give you all the update on timelines of what's happening. Also, we've talked about CAPPRA, the accreditation from Parks and Rec. We've submitted that in January and our site is that it has been selected for April 7th through the 10th. We're still working on those cyclists there are going to be here specifically sometime that week. And once we get out, we'll be able to appropriately plan. But one of the things that we'll meet your support is we're going to be having a reception to provide support and some of the CDC members and leadership council. I'm just going to come talk with them and to say that they have a community behind this. So once I, you know, what day that is in time, I'll make sure we'll send that and buy it out. But we'd love to have you attend. But it's a two-year process. It's sorry, it's done an amazing job. And that's been all she's done for two years, figure like all the details for it. And the final thing I want to talk about, and I just wanted to, so as you know, we are ending our CDC. So it was a five year agreement with CDC for a 5.5 million dollars. So we will be renegotiating that in the near future. There's been some concerns from I think everyone is how it appears that it looks like those fund dollars are not being spent but when they really are it's just the last money that's spent. So looking at what that is and you know is there an opportunity to possibly spend the money first but so we're just talking through that currently I know MCDC is going to be talking with the financial committee and then we're going to come up and start to judge what that's going to look like. But one of the big things that we're trying to do is come up. We have a joint meeting on May 8th, which is our normal meeting time, but we will be in Council chambers we, we are providing council and CDC in there, so it will be all three teams together. To talk about the funding and the main thing take away that we're looking for is the projects that CDC is looking to find is it the bigger projects. I just want to make sure to allow the way with the clear vision of the prior workies and just way everything out. So there's there's no miscommunication. So I think that that would be a very helpful and beneficial meeting just to discuss and the obstacles we have are we're heading the future, the projects. So just want to give you all the time, we have a couple of months, but that will be a really good meeting. And what would you like to get us out? It's May 8th. Okay. Yeah. And it's forever it's my time to welcome the council chambers. And then I guess I will end on and I know we're not in the city hall yet. On this meeting they were having to order a couple of technical pieces. But it should be here and we will be in that meeting in April so and I think what you like to do is and offer tours before whatever I'm if you guys when you come and pull the early for the half of the week three within you and in small teams whatever that looks like but just ready for you to see Can we tour a bachelor's corner office? Yes! That's so we're talking about in once we have it and we have to get training before we can have our meeting Sure I'm so. Yeah. Those were some of the. We're seeing tonight. Seed coins. And we areas in the city center. I'm just curious, you know, schedule. Yeah. So, hopefully we, you know, wrap up the comments and then you have back down and push rules to be local, complete set of plans and get it won't be that soon. Probably the rules. Yeah. and then we start to see the structure. Okay. But that's for the purchase of property at Great Ranks and 3, that allows you to get north of 380, anything you're taking on that, or is that still sold out? Is it kind of shake loose, or is it a matter of time, or is it startle or again? You know, a couple months ago, we actually had a meeting with the compound staff about you know that trails the trail thing in general and I asked them and you know staffs perspective they said I'm sure to get back on the gym then I'm sure you know there's gonna be a vote but couldn't identify when but but don't constantly take a look back on the agenda. Or put it there. Go. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a good idea. I think that's you know, maybe it makes sense that while we've done the release the funds that they committed to previously. Which is the thing that encouraged us to apply for it, that's right. But yeah. Can you update all the old sellers? I've been not really able to do a lot of, but I've been able to do that. Okay. I'm not really well. Okay. So I know that we're still working and waiting a little bit on the engineering on the street alignment and how that is going to fall. But I know that we're really poor trying to come up and finalize the design plans on that. And looking at hopefully in the next year, oh yeah, for sure, hopefully. And she said the complication was that align this evergenia, and they're still kind of turning the exact placement, which does effect our current mission. We're the roundup to the panels. Exactly. Yeah. But I think we're definitely about 30% into our civil designs. It worked. You know, pretty much just on a spot that a bigger area We have a just fine lighting. Wait, wait, not final line there to be the Germans. We are getting... area of just kind of like, what do you not find the alignment to the term? We are getting 3 million out of 2020 for lots that help with that and with the design So it is bringing me just hanging on in there and on the ass. I'm just doing one question. Just waiting on the air and on the sky. Any more questions or a director? I've seen that. Let's move into board comments. Open just real quickly. Basically, my argument is coming along very nicely. We have work day in the rain on Saturday morning. I expected three people to be there. We had 45. It was great. So we got a lot of landscaping planted. We've got probably 90% of the beds that have been built so far planted. Working on building six additional brick beds to universal design beds, wheelchair accessible beds. four pollinator beds, it will be mainly native plants and one blackberry bed and pipe beds. And along the lines with brick beds, one of the many things we're doing is partnering with the McKinney Eye. So the construction class of the McKinney Eye did a field trip last Thursday, they sent 20 kids out. We had Master Bricklayer giving lessons on how to do bricklaying. He had three of his guys, if he was paying full time pricing for it, but it didn't charge the dime, of course. He wanted to donate his time, not only to the garden, but trying to teach a trade to kids who are interested in that kind of thing, which is great. And he wasn't coming back out of the day top. So the brick that we're using is the original college stone from the McKinney town square. So we're re-purposing that, which is really cool. We're going to incorporate that into a border at some point soon that will be railing from disperse that were abandoned on the east side of the highway five too. So being able to tell a little bit of history about it. We're also working with the artist, Ali Kay, who did the design and is going to do the build for the roundabout on Rehville and Louisiana. She'll be doing a smaller version of that. It's complimentary, very prominent. But then I have sight from that on the garden. She'll also be working with us on art ways, trellises that will be both functional and artistic. We're working with a neuralist who's giving us a bit on three murals that will be on the side of it, that will commemorate and identify these recruiting money gardens. So a lot of the full stuff. And lastly, the McKinney-I Fab Class welding metal works is working with us and helping to use their CNC machine and welding capabilities to build this perhaps teaching ability inside, which will be a very big 12 foot by 2.5 foot fine, that should be pretty cool. So McKinney High is very engaged with us. And then the last thing I'll mention about this. So we raised $340,000. We received a $16,000 grant from the Bikini Garden Club two days ago who heard about the vandalism that had heard of the garden. I don't know if you heard about that. Truly, it was vandalism. There are a lot of comments about that. The vandalism was a bunch of 10-year-olds whose parents were at key at times. That's being more important. It happened in the middle of the day. Yeah, but not to let a new crisis go to waste. We perceive a lot of donations. So I think we want to mind the legalized art of art. I was supposed to say that. Just the vandalism. I was so upset about it. I was so upset about it. I was so upset about it. I was so upset about it. I mean, I was really like, yeah. I thought about it and reflected on it. The study won't run over there. I thought, okay, so there's a bunch of 19-year-old narrative else that we've got a random idea of how the East and in any cart and pull some onions out of one of your bags. I don't think that that's what that could be a lid. that you've got to reign in my idea of how the East and Kingdom of the World are going to pull some onions out of one of your beds. I don't think that that's what the vacuum could be. But 10 year olds yes, that's the way it is. So anyway, we've got some signage up to help people keep that from happening. And the test folks do their best to run the kids off, but it is what it is for now. Anyway, we're gonna incorporate up real public. I mean, 16,000 is to buy a equipment that was damaged. 15,000 is an idea that we're pushing to MISD high schools to create a propagation competition amongst the three high schools, where we give each of those high schools sterile around the world of biology class is $5,000 each to do research and identify a propagation technology and tool that they will then use to grow seedlings in a competitive environment. So they'll, who can grow them the biggest, who can grow them the best, who can grow them the fastest, will have a panel that will be the Garden Club, the Learning Garden folks, and probably some of our benefactors in In the garden pool judge that, they'll do a case study, hopefully present that case study at this for our teaching and the spring time. And any of the plans that come out of a seedling competition will go into school gardens that we also help to fund, either to enhance the existing school gardens that are there, only three of them, or to build school gardens that are remaining 32 schools in the ISD. So a lot of cool stuff that it can partnership with, I might as well be back. Sorry for that long window die tribe. Our next our next day is March 29th, the whole day out there. Then March 12th probably, and then the and then the City Hall and the decent community garden is on April 19th, from 12 to 3. Our personal will be from 1 to 3. The Bird Dogs featuring George Dunham will be abandoned, will be performing at the learning garden of grand opening. So it should be a fun day as the Saturday before Easter. So anyway, other board member comments? Yeah, I have questions. It's probably some of this question. Are we going to take us to the buyer room? I have not heard from anybody yet. My strong yesterday yes. Okay. But if not, then I think they'd park with some of this. Any of that? Yeah. That's your dollar's money. Any of what is your money? That's the big deal. I did a first painting this tomorrow. OK. That would be a lot better. Near and dear to my friend. Brisha's a follow-up on my daughter's classes. going out there on the 29th, and Wilman's a country. Great, we got her from Chomshi. And so she's excited to go out a little plant seedlings pretty good. A good deal. So I've put us to you for all that. You're doing up there too. That's fun. Good, any other comments from the firm? We'll move into the VHI comments. Let's start with MCBC. Can I join? Hi, everybody. So it's Grant's season. I think you'll know where we've got 3D primary grants that it's a piece of offers. So I'll talk first about project grants. We just awarded almost $7 million for an array of very interesting project grants. I'll talk about a few of them here. Cubs Cafe Training Center, or we're sort of by the learning board in the Tups. This is a new training center that we will keep the Cubs Cafe and provide a one step shop for restaurant cafe services and all of the technique training for the employees and a lot of a lot more of the Hubs team to get employed. The Canon Beach is a project you've probably seen on social media as from the Electoral Regresorbing Tell and a surf board beach area with many different components for family activities. Different players are looking to lease more commercial tech space around so there could be things like go-karts or rock climbing walls, things like that. It's gonna be like an entertainment destination center for the city. And, you know, because we don't just do big things, we do some smaller projects as well. One example is the Hollywood County History Museum. We give them some fun, the staff will better help them maintain and patch artifacts and then just displaced together. Retail development grants, we have three under consideration right now when we're building on them that are upcoming meetings and then the promotional grant cycle which of course is the things to advertise and market festivals and the like that cycle will open in it. What was the grant, how much to the students in the field of development? Out of 20k,k, I can pull it off. I'm sorry. I have no other. I usually have numbers in the front of me, but I can write. The one time. The one time. Okay, I'll get you that. Okay. Any questions or comments for... Is it good to... Seeing none else, we're going to do a visit to King. Keep... Keep going, it's a bit. Keep golf as a became liaison. Just a few things. Personally, it is similar to grants. We're all through it to propose grant procedure that the grant community has proposed for approval. So, we're going to try and make it really time into how many hotel rooms we can secure for these visits. So recently in the past we had given our grants to different festivals and events, but we had a senior return on the hot text. So we're kind of going through that, what we've been and what we've been through for teachers. So that's what we discussed in the last meeting. Other than that, we're really excited about the VBA and the International Bureau, so we'll be good. Any questions? I just want to get a shout out. This is what huge piece of both of these tournaments. So, Karen and this team is done an amazing job. Karen has built an amazing team and you have anybody that is looking for any help if you are keeping your visitors. Please reach out to the staff and look at your own setup. they're just looking to help people out. That staff is absolutely great. Who's the number is 31475? Thank you. Very percent. Any questions for a key? And last but certainly not least, Councillor Lennon for Brigade. I'm going to start off with two sad things. Number one, the seed being just within the last couple of hours, there was a shooting of the red group in which is what Avenue in 75. African American female was shot by an African American male or a motel rooms. She was shot with torso. She is taken to hospital in the second to live. Police responded. The shooter also shot and killed at K9 and then one of his weapon at the officers and the shooter is deceased. So but everything's under control now if you have an emergency out to you about the end of the house. So, setting number two is deceased. But everything's under control now if you have a reaching out to you about the end of the house. So, sad thing number two is do people have familiarity with the Jameer-Dabney car accident on the 21st of December? Some of you do. Okay, on the 21st of December, Jameer-Dabney 14-year-old boy was on Highlands, the Whitford Park is Highlands and Lake Forest. As best as I can tell, and I think I'm right about this, he was walking on Highlands going east found to the intersection of Lake Forest and Highlands. And he was auspiciously wanting to cross Lake Forest, there was some on Highlands who was wanting to make a right. Now if you can imagine if the light at Highlands is red and you're wanting to make a right on Lake Forest, you're looking this way watching for traffic coming. You're not looking this way waiting for pedestrian kids to cross the front of you. We have one video footage. Our normal invention is the video footage is out of WLFHM now. So it's out there for anybody to see. It is so dark, it is so green, it is so hard to see what happened, but what is for sure happened is I don't know if that first car would make the right picture mirror. I suspect that it may knock them into the road. But then a second car that was at the right of way, on the green light, the light force is what hit and killed. That's what happened. If you look slight from the smaller than the city we have, then it was just simply a terrible accident. The person who ran over and did that got them trying to render aid, but it was too late. They did not commit any crime. Our police force doesn't think that the first vehicle committed a crime. They think of anything they tapped in when he was maybe trying to cross and it was just an unfortunate thing. They could see that vehicle going all the way down in the same way and told way and never did it pause and never did it accelerate and just stayed in a certain rate which I think we could all agree that if we were driving and we knew we hit somebody we would react it somehow. We, you know, firefully infected. So in any way I bring that up because the family has a maturity. I pretty much stayed away from the family here for a time, but there is absolutely no case against the city, the cities are live, but we'd love to have you out there for the dedication of the bench, but I just want to give you a sense of what was going on, that's a terrible situation. When is the dedication? That's the one for? Yes, okay. Yeah, I'm like tracking Oh, okay. Is there a lot of issues there or like, you know, like, you can... That's a great question. That's a great question. It was in the evening and here's one thing I learned. I learned something that really was a job. But one thing I learned is the lights on light force. The streetlights are owned by on-court power company. And yes, the streetlight I ran there was out. Now we didn't have a camera there anyway, it could have helped it might have helped with some witnesses. Since then I've worked with a genius grandmother who's the major YARP in that family, and we've worked with on the port of few other people. We've got all those lights back on. To your grade, whether it was a wonderful Godly woman she's been making her mission to get all these other lights back on, that are broken around. So when you go down there, it's perfectly limiting right now. But there was a light out there. Yeah. Okay. Other stuff that's more normal for what I talk about. The Helen Hall Library is, I think we're getting close to the final stages of designing on the plane to execute. That library is going to be closed for about 18 months. We are redoing everything in there. Now, as you can imagine, it's 15 years old, those people who live around there are waiting to go to a sense of this, but there's a lot of vapor to see around there. We are relocating restrooms. We're increasing sidelines. We're doing a lot of stuff. Putting a plant of tarion in there, and then in the vet space where we can get school kids coming and doing stuff and having a very unique experience in there. But it will be close to reting months, and we're also making it so that it's not as paper and sea friendly to stay on the exterior of that. The e-mix instead of pushing those out. The airport is always on going out and that's coming to a different crescendo starting next week where I'm enjoying meeting with the EEC and CDC. At 3pm I think, you said you're since 3pm on Tuesday, and those as peaceful vote on doing their, you know, what has been requested then or their plan thing as far as going with that. I will still be you guys, and I don't really want to talk about it much here, but happy to talk about it offline with any of you? I've lost a lot of sleep and done a lot of homework on this issue. And I am 100% convinced it is a regional need big time. What I'm looking for is regional money big time. I don't think it needs to sit on it. All the facts and tax periods sitting at Kitty, although we can't do it, there's just a question we should have due at the time. And that's where I stand right now, but Stan is beating the bushes at the federal government right now and trying to get more money, but with doge, good luck. We're ready. So, in any way, we'll see how that goes, but CTC and ESU vote next Tuesday, Council will take their official votes on the 31st, which is a Monday. We don't really need two stays, but it's a common-carrying, regional day in Austin the next day, and a lot of people are going down there for that, and so we're actually being on the Monday on the 31st. Last high-if thing is we're still going to go to the speeches from the two G, which is the to of the downtown parts of the band. The good part about us abandoning that part of downtown is there's parking a little downtown now that we're gone. So there's shopping in a little parking at the new city hall that I'm hoping that gets freed up a little bit with the streets to get done. The reason for jig is not getting done is we are pulling the utilities to be under ground instead of over ground aquires. Never fun to deal with perv of lighting issue that I talked about earlier. And we're not going to have a jig get done from the railroad tracks to five until profit hours. But it'll be done in front of City Hall of Way, New in the month. Questions? Criticism. Oh, question on the amphitheater. Oh, groundbreaking for the amphitheater coming up. I want to say it's late April. I've got to take my thing. I'll try to get that to you. But that makes me not terribly optimistic. There'll be an open for the 202626 concert season. Right? Right? It just seems like it's four or five months behind schedule. A lot of us then go to public and post it out there and I'm not familiar with any deal with it. It has been timeline that's honored by my expectations and work. Sorry. I'm just curious. I think we're going to see that Troy had been called a little out of my question. Yeah. It is. It's like the fourth one of the work. It's the little classics. And for the biosomagic, why have you been troubled? I did it before I grabbed it. I have a question. These two big projects are energy considerations that were taken into effect. Because it's just come out that our cottage is set. We're about to grow to 140 gigawatts the next five years off data centers alone. We're talking about a project that probably used 20 megawatts at least. Yours could probably use five megawatts at the hotel. Is that ever an interconsideration? Is there ever consideration to go to nuclear reactor companies with small module reactors? Because we're about to put a huge load on the grid. And the grid has about 68 gigawatts of firm capacity. Sometimes get an 88 gigawatts, whatever it's about to get high. I'm just curious if that's ever a consideration. It's a little bit out of my paper, it's not going to make those decisions, but I will tell you that it's an fishy and out of energy. And this has nothing to do with this job that I've been. I'm a big thing to the SMR, small larger reactors. I think that is going to be a future. We've got to have a baseline power. I think that one makes a ton of sense, whether it's going to be Texas, where we have a lot of gas or not, I'm not sure, but I think they hate both of those sense. But basically, the companies can build these things have to do is get permeated and allow There's a lot of different entities that being one of them, but that's not my entity. You think? Basically, the companies can build these things out to do is get permeated and allow us to swim a lot of different entities. That being one of them, but that's not an entity. If they get it from power companies, there are original permits that they can build. And I will say though, what I can't really think and I don't need to go for the thing, but I think water will be a bigger deal before electricity is best as my sense of is. Yeah. Okay. We've got a lot of views. Any other questions for Councilor? Yeah, I have a cycle. Of course. I put some gas when there was top of the library closing for that link. And I just to make you aware that just like for the parks foundation exists there is a Mickey mode library foundation because it was newly started up and they are fundraising right now for some mobile lists of kiosks basically on that side of town that would have 247 library answers because the whole library is housing but also because people can always get to the library so these would be stationed. The very expensive and so there's a big fundraising drive for that and on April 5th at the John and Judy Gay library the foundation is having this kick off fundraiser. So I just want to make you aware there are some plans, so expensive projects, there's no budget for them but you know there's discussion because I know you concerned lots of people who have started out how long the library will be closed. And there's going to be more people depending on the library because the schools are closing their libraries. So, just a technical offer that I, the ad corporation team is working with the library to offer some of the programs that they would be having in the library when it's closed to come to the wax centers and do some of their learning there. So we are collaborating to make that happen. Any other questions for Leazons? All us? All right, see none. Do we have a motion to adjourn in 545? Yes. On a motion to adjourn. 545. You have a motion to adjourn. You have a motion to adjourn. That's it. One second. All the favor say aye. Aye. Opposed. We are adjourned. Thank you.
