We've got a good looking crack out this morning so be patient everybody get a chance to speak. Mark. So, a most times we're in a low-εΊ¦ arrest. We give a school we file school at. We ask everything we do today being called the school will to say to somebody in the MSG's crust. Amen. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. I need a approval of the minutes for the planning workshop June 20th. Motion, Mr. Seats and Second Mr. Osteen, all in favor. Need approval of the regular meeting from June 20th. I have to administer O's, Dean, Second Minister, keeps an all in favor. Vouchers, you don't have a chance to look at them. I have it. We'll come back to the vouchers. The officers here like to speak. I know, Mr. Wright, that we ain't got no public care this morning, so let's get right to it. Mr. Rackford we ain't got no public hearing a small and so this good get back to it Mr. Brown. Good morning, gentlemen. I appreciate it. So, you got quite a few things on our agenda because it's a and then we had several things afterwards. As soon as the meeting, as soon as my portion is over, I will have to leave. We have some training. Chief Mark, we have a lot of questions from us. We have quite a few representatives. We are going to help him. We have some questions from the other members. We have a presentation quick. A couple of questions. We have a few minutes. We have a meeting from quick. Co-op, thanks, Dr. Holt. Seeing a few minutes, we haven't seen you from this paper. I guess on yesterday, the task force was for station 3, station 6. That's just six. It's going outside of Horshey Beach. Getting close to securing a policy with land there, we're thinking that we're going to have to fill that. I'm not sure yet, but we're pretty sure we're at that point. We have some meetings before she beats schedule and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th and the 30th landowner that has willing to sell pizza land there. So I think that's going to move fairly smoothly if well once we get these task orders in. You will see on those task orders that it's the same fraction but less than the other ones. The design is going into one and we're just going to look at better the station. Also on our EOC project, I'm anticipating them that they've been working over the last few weeks after the bid were presented on some of what is the proper terms? Value engineering due to the fact that one was over bid by about $500,000. They've worked that that number around. We've cut out a few things. Some of our circle drives are different things. The green paving of the office. We've done quite a few reductions there. We've all been fencing out of our local budget. That station is going to come in for everything that we will have to pay. We will come up to about $63 or $67,000. We will have to pay additionally above what the state has provided. We do have that amount funding and our impact fees without any issues, there's no problems there. So we'll be able to cover that. And myself and Mr. Gain and the other guys had met a couple of times until we should give that money back to the state and not build that building for $6,000-$10,000. That would be a great idea. They will be bringing that even with the data that you want to present anything on that right now while I'm here. I don't know if you have the contract here as well. So I think that's how we're doing. You're looking at them. So it looks like that is in place if the board is interested in doing that, we can give you more detailed numbers if you want to give the chairman the ability to go ahead and sign those contracts between now and next meeting if they get them together. We are short on time. This money is good through June of 25 with the amount of time that this building is set to be built. It's only going to leave about 60 to 70 days in that time frame. We should not be an issue, but we do need to do things long as quickly as we can. So I'm not sure where the board is there if you'd rather just bring it back at the next meeting. Or if you want to go ahead and give the chairman permission to approve based on those numbers there we have received? Are you numbered on line? Yes sir, I want to say we'll have to pay an additional 60s. I think 62 or 66. I've got to be in that meeting. Motion to approve. You got a motion Mr. Hatch to approve, second Mr. Osteen, in discussion. All in favor. All right. So just maybe we'll move over to that. I appreciate that. That time for me is getting really tight on lips. And we don't want to be cold or hands down there. Um, that would be him. You have in front of you a beautiful little show. That first thing is not projected to the usual model. It is going in and out. The fact that it started to cool more about there and the other track and behind it, they will have started downgrading the percentage of cancer that's going to develop. So we're thinking that it will hold them and not never hold off. If it does, it is also a different form of sinkhole. So we already have had, well, three stone, well two stone, but all of a sudden, the credit that's to be four, this would be four if it may. So they're projecting up to 25 this year, busy season. So we'll give that a year, every week, we've got, now everything is holding good there. Keep garnering, our staff involved still move forward, recovery money from last year's storms. Some of those things are starting to look a little more positive for us. We still have any future time lapse for you, just to understand. I'm not even, I'm not even going the men are just smalling some of them. They're moving on. So as we get those updates that are definitely going to bring to you. I don't think I have anything else. That's the board have anything I'm leading for. I bring the department to help. Is that what you want to come up? Now we have overdicting the guilt risk of what she's going to tell you is going to be all of the witnesses. Good morning. Good morning. I'm the administrator for the health department here in Dixie County. I'm going to be the governor of the state. I'm going to be the governor of Dixie County. I'm going to be the governor of Dixie County. I'm going to be the governor of Dixie County. I'm going to be the sort of, because that is. Good morning. Good morning. I'm the administrator for the Health Department here in Dixie County. And I'm here with our director of nursing with powers. And so, we're here, our clinical supervisor, Wittingsie County. And we came to talk to you about primary care. We believe that we can help you fulfill a need for some additional primary care here in Hostody and Dixie County. What we would like to do is we have some grant funding identified. We'd like to bring on an OPS position for three days a week who can provide primary care. We also have our APRN one day a week at Smurndon-Norton, who I know many of you know. We've been working hand in hand with emergency management and his community paramedics. And we'd really like to develop a program and a partner just so that we can help our residents stabilize their health and hopefully reduce the number of trips to the emergency room, because I know that's a long, long drive. So we are in the process of developing the physician description and getting the HR pieces in order but will be advertised in very soon and I'm hoping the chiefs will help me find that one. But that's how big news. Liz and Cheryl are going to tell you some other things we're doing. But in addition, we have a new dentist on board who will be doing dentistry for children two days a week. And she has just started an up and running. And we're also in the process of getting a six schedule for our mobile clinic so that we can take your two specific spots in the county on a regular basis each month. And I'm going to let Liz and you put out me dinner. Yo, I have the availability to do that for you and stuff like that. We will. We don't right now, but we do bring a position award. I think that's going to be one of the things that we really need to have because that's going to stop a lot. Stuff going to game deal. We have to do the egg tray. So that's... When you set some remote there, it's going to be just give a brief description of what that cover is. Well, sit calls, things that take people to the EOR, they don't get treated. You know, UTIs, stress growth, minor injuries. Trains with sedacles. We have Dr. Holmes back three days a week plus they have had their other. Is that the lip grant? Not lip our CDC infrastructure grant which is for people to expand our public health work. We have it for two years so they are while we did have to go to the town, have to ask permission to establish a primary care program. They are very supportive. They said if it's fulfilled the need and. I only question I got an interview for Darren. I know that we had some different ones working on getting like a little ER type thing over here Is that going to hinder that coming about or is it going to help it or what is yourself from that? Do you have a care week to get in this county to improve? There's different agencies if a primary care agency is different Hospital entities that have all talked and looked at many of them have denied us. Some of them were still looking. It was a gentleman that was in the room a couple of easy to go. It was a stupid thing that he could get that to happen and y'all were gonna get together. I can't think of any of that. I understand, but at the same time, if you got something in the work, and you do something else, then it goes back. They're going to be shooting yourself in the foot. We need primary care. We have a shortage of care. That's that. Ron needs to go out there for a run. We only have three facilities in this community that provide medical care in the nature of what is now we've spoken about. And one of them I understand for chance that old town is not accepting new patients. So that only is two in town. And one of them last time I had a doctor else that I did have in the practitioner. So we need something to help the citizen here without having to go to the gangsville. It reduces my call load, it reduces my transports to gangsville because we do carry a strec thread, we do carry simple feet, we do carry brilliant fingers that need an X-ray and if they can take care of all that and our health department, that saves us. In fact, I got into the old information years ago whenever the state changed the way they do things for whatever reasons. And they pulled those nurses and doctors out of the health department to stay quiet, not just eaten. And this is that first step to start giving some of that back. And I think what's in place between what myself and Ms. Natalie and her staff have talked about. I think we can progress this even better to hopefully give us back to where we were with a primary care doctor, a dentist, there's already pediatrics care out there not through the problem of health but we can work in conjunction with them. There's some other things that they're looking at that she hasn't told you and I'm not going to tell you. So there's what you'll need for us to help y'all facilitate this. Well, you know, you can have the facility and the funds to fund the program, finding the people. We just recruiting will be ours. Dr. Honey, Dr. Honey. What does it say, Dr. Honey? You mean Dr. Honey? How about the end? I think I'm just ready to see our head that they can put it back. I'm proud of that. Thank you. We hope to make you proud and hope to expand it. We do have to find a way to sustain the program. I think with contract school private insurance companies will be able to do it. We've done it before. What out there is the essence of the grant and we'll get back to it. Thank you for having conversation about the dentist somebody a year ago. the and how to conversation about the years and I was a little rough on you. I'll appreciate the hard work you and there and staff. So I have led and I'll continue to tell you two other things that we're going to do all along and we'll continue to do more community. Good morning. I have a list of our friends that I don't know yet. I'm the nursing director for three counties. But my heart is so much here and I looked through that where we changed from primary care and it was rough. It was really awful. So I don't want to ever do that again, but we are the agency to this responsibility, you know, like it matters to us or not to some private person who's trying to see where they can make some money. So we're so super excited about getting primary care back and we are there. We do have nurses there. We still do our core public health services, which we will always have to do. And so I was going to tell you about a couple of those. There's them, especially like infectious disease. I'm not going to take them as time. There's 90, at least, or so. So I'm not going to go through that by probably doing this. I can give you. So I just want to tell you what's going on in Dixie, QB, because if we're doing our job in public health and infectious disease, you don't know it. This is not the outbreak going on. There's not a big, um, a lot of people getting sick. So, and we do that intensely every day. The most common lens is the lead-yard animal bites, and rabies, exposure, and still life. The January was at 18 people that we had to give rabies that things theory through and take care of all that. Hepatitis C, GI illness, salmonella, I can relate to that. I recently got bit by dog within after. And I got, he had I be so far and I had seven, I think these doctors working on me to try to figure out what antibiotic would go. What bacteria? No, it's bacteria. I have a lot of that in the mouth. And while we all make a bet, we live here because we love these out sides. So when you think about all the things you've come in contact with in the woods, cut in a gravy, brussels, this is a mixing. They've been to hog time to run ever once they know about it. We go out to talk to you. We've had a couple people test positive and something that has really weird symptoms. And do you have for this of us that like to be on the water, which is probably most of us. You know, that's there naturally. We can't stop it, but we can educate people and now not to get infected. So we're always doing that in the background every day. We never stop doing our core public health shows, going to take them out. So we have our more clinical things that we have continued to do. But we want to get that help in people. We don't try not to turn people away for anything when they come in, try to get them help, or get some suit help, but it's going to be so much nicer when we can do it ourselves back here. We still have like a lot of the infrastructure, but we'll have to get some of the equipment back, like X-ray. And if the nerdy care came in, they'll be here on Saturday, they'll be there at night. They'll be in the hospital. I think that we can all work together. We can't have enough care. We're going to work with Allison and the Community Paramedic Program so that she has two of the positions that can help fill for their services. And she can help her back and forth. Just keep those folks at Comet Hospital and they get home, but this was the medicines that they don't even have. And when they're out of those, they're back calling and yelling us again. And it's just a, you know, around Robin. And she's made such a huge difference in there, but if we have more of that, you know, it's going to make a great impact on the community. So we appreciate support, you know, and just getting the word out of what we're doing. I'm going to leave this list here and show us a bit of what we are still doing. If you can get that out that we're not close, we are doing things so we appreciate it. Can we do one thing for you? Maybe raise some oil and oil indoors because we're like, quick, quick, quick. Do it, do it. Yeah, you can do whatever you want. Back to go, get to your job and not have it. We do, we just move the wicked inside so that brings people back in so they know that it has broken which leads to writing success which means that we care things like that and it's coming to get to the dentist so we're trying to just get all those pieces back. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you very much. Okay. So I am Cheryl Turner. All your faces are familiar. It's nice of them. But you just may not know what I'd be. You know I can. I didn't see it, but what is it that she does? So we're going to talk to you a little bit about that. Just briefly, I'm not going to pick up too much of a time. So, Asmark said, way back in the day when we were in the war days for primary care, and we were seeing patients and you know, they were coming out of the door and we were, it was standing running on in our deal list. All of that changed, and it changed immediately. And not it wasn't already certain that a lot of that. And it left many of it, so we lost lots of staff at that time. And then we also lost a lot of our connections to our community through our patients and taking care of those patients. We've always provided for public health to our patients, we, even, and I have to be honest, didn't know what that meant. The world is for public health. What does that mean? How is that valuable to our community and to our people here? Those just spoke about a lot of the things that we do on the backside of it, you know, monitoring for community and health diseases and things like that to make sure that we're not getting those outbreaks that are important when those last coming groups, it comes on our dashboard, on our desk, and we're doing a case investigation on those. We're following up in the background making sure that there's not something connected in the community that does that. So what does pass out to our board member, Q.O. is basically what our key role is right now. So what were we left with when that first, that primary care piece pulled out, then what were we left with? So, poor public health, which also had to be defined to me to you by the way, as the nurse working in primary care, out-to-health farm and out-to-no-over stand either. So, family planning, place a key role in what we do. So, what that is basically is the prevention of pregnancy and that also includes our teens. Okay? The DC County Health Department offers all types of work. We offer a peel, we offer a shot, we offer an implant, we offer IUDs, as well as male and female sterilization. The sterilizations are free and available to uninsured and undershared, underinsured in our community. So, underinsured, that definition is you have insurance that may be that deductible's waste you have that you can't need or reach it. So, you know, there's possibilities we can help you there. So, while a lot of these methods are available at some of the other primary care facilities in the area, team unknowledge our provider, Miranda Norton, Raines, as I said he writes, is the only provider in the community who does two places, IED. So IED, how that is important, why that's important is because there's long acting reversible contraceptives, devices that we have are placed in the procedure and then they're good for 10 years. There's nothing for that person to think about. Many times our failure rate and what causes our pregnancy rate to go up is because of non-compliance. They're not taking that pill, they're not doing that shot. So or there's barriers. Maybe they can't get transportation back to the facility to get that shot. So, we know that what works in long term are these long-acting reversible contraceptives. Okay? So, what I want you to look at is the things that I'll pass out and if you'll notice in the area where it says Professor E. Melchized F.D., Family Planning Client, which is on the end there. The target goal for 15 to 44 euros is 2%. So if you look, these targets are for them. This is the county exceeded that goal at 24.3% in January from 24 to 26 to 24. And was at 30.4% last year January to December of 20, 2030. And I'm just going to remind you the target goal was 2%. Also, we're listed the other counties, local CHDs in the region. And it's actually their percentage. So you'll see that just the county is exceeding those goals. So in addition to family planning information or clients when they come in, they also receive education and services to help reduce the incidence and the impact of sexually transmitted disease, the screening and treatment, the big part of what we do. As they mentioned, Miranda's been clinic on Friday. I'm a registered nurse. I've also credentialed recently been credentialed in the University of Alabama in Birmingham. So I can add in additional protocols that I can work under to help hurt a patient. If they needed to start on heels and learn just not there that day, I can take care of that. If there are other things that need to be detailed with, I can take care of those too as As a registered nurse working under-partisol. So an extent with my right to being there on Friday's only, there are still certain protocols that I've worked under that I can take care of that. Something, not all the time. So let's see. So I'll just kind of want to add in, when a patient comes to us, what we typically teach are patients without insurance, okay? And we know that for that patient, they come in during the week and they're having an issue. They can't just go to an urgent care because they don't have insurance. That's not necessarily a possibility for them to do. But when our patients come in and they're underinsured or uninsured, they leave with their labs. They leave with their medications. They leave with their assessments. They're diagnosed as many times. And if they fall after a serious body spiel they don't pay anything. So our different guilt patients do not pay, all right? And they receive all of it out there. Lab, the medication, and doctor's visits for no pause. We often do pregnancy testing and counseling and during this visit we link the mother with services such as Blitz which now is writing her building in our hallway on Wednesday. We're able to do that or either do it through the phone, get them an appointment. We provide the prenatal vitamins with scheduled appointment if we need to. We make sure that that executive mother has what she needs before she leaves our office. And we also are able to connect them to our high-risk pregnant mothers. We're able to connect them to immediately services such as like Shelty Family, Shelty Start, Nurse Family Partnership, all of those are important programs for our current 11. If you can, it helps the department also test and treat clients for 8-by-the-end to market life. And I've listed many times what is going on in our communities is not seen. So you don't always know how that's important, how that plays a factor. Okay. how that's important, how that plays a factor. So January from 2024 to today, in-house in our health department, through the patient that has come in to be tested, we have diagnosed four new HIV clients. So in that, we're able to immediately get them referred into care, provide that education in that counseling and support that's needed, and then also get them put on medication. Because if they can get put on that medication right away, then that viral load is suppressed. The quicker that viral load gets suppressed, then they're not able to then transvest that throughout our community. Okay. then they're not able to then transmit that throughout our community. Hi. To Marcia Leises, it's probably not one that you think is on the rise. We're not that common, but we do have it here in New York City County. We have had. In 2023, we had no cases, but in 2017, since the 2019, we did have two active cases. Many times what that involves is that we are monitoring those patients. Many times there is a home quarantine. There we are monitoring that person making sure that they're not out in the community until they are able to do so and they're not no longer infectious to others. So I also passed around the brochure of what we do, what can help you to help you. I could go on and on and on. Is that mainly? It's a holiday here. Yeah, you guys don't want to hear that. But, you know, basically what I want to let you guys know is that we are out there. We're not close. I mean, studies for the same outcomes. I'll share Mark's passion for what we used to have. And I'm, you know, thinking, I know, I know what the leadership is. Well, we have now. It's come coming that. We're gonna work in this. And I appreciate your support. And if you, anyone in the room or outside of the room, anywhere, as ever, just want to come that out to the health department, you know, visit, sit down with us, see what we do, see what our numbers are, what are we looking at? You are invited, the doors I've been, without our control. I just, I would like to say that this has been a long, long journey and so proud and happy to see the turning of it. And there's been a lot of patient situation seeing some of the things and thank you all for what you're doing there. Thank you, New South. This much needed asset for our care and it's going to greatly increase our medical care. So I appreciate all the whole across the board. Thank you. The doors are front. Don't work on bringing in the back where you'll do the permits. Well, you'll have the greets them too. Thank you. Two more things. I thought about launching the speaking. One, with the joint, you know, you that we have with the Department of Health, with Ms. Allison, we're going to be sending her out in a month of the faces and we're going to be taking their local clinic, but we're going to get different things out to areas. We've identified some like the parking lot out front whenever the United Christian Services open and passing out things. Meeting center, a different different places where there's food distributions, a lot of people, they're going to be out there on those days and they will be able to want to identify that they all up and running. And secondly, refer people not only to the Department of Health and anywhere else. So we've got three other primary care providers and this house and already does that with all of them. So that will be occurring in the very near future. I think we're scheduled to start this month. Oh, it's the oldest. So very shortly, you'll be seeing that here and that. The other thing that I had that I thought about, we mentioned the old matter a year and a half ago about our wait times at hospitals. Sometimes they hold our trucks on the wall, we can't abandon our patients. And if the nurse doesn't claim it or the doctor doesn't claim that patient. I have had some that have killed there as long as five hours waiting for the patient. That kills us ladies and gentlemen. We have three trucks and we have about 4500 dollars a year. I watched your county for the past few years. I don't know just how long. I've been billing the hospital after a certain amount of time if they keep their trucks there. Guess what happens whenever our truck is there waiting to get rid of the patient and the watchful county comes in. The watchful county gets their patient taking an our proofs and there. Some of the other agencies around that started building the hospitals as well. While I was going last week I struggled to keep Ferguson to move forward in the back, I'm not sure that it's totally as way here, but we are going to start that process and start building those agencies for holy applications because technically, by all means, our front arrived on the hospital property that patients is their patient. Yeah. But our amatics are not going to abandon that patient. So, in the floor, some agencies actually carry the cost and have cost over there and put the patient on the leave them You can't do that. We can't do that. We're not going to do that. But we are going to build these agencies unless the board tells me the other guy And it probably will be a substantial amount of money But the intent is not to collect money, the intent is to get in our patient's office or our beds And get them taken care of and provided care so that our trucks can get back in service and they can be with. So unless the board tells me otherwise we're going to continue moving forward with that program. Keep moving forward. You can leave too. Thank you sir. Jim, if that is all I have unless you have anything of me. My staff, most of them we're going to leave. We do have some training, the tests and the book job, I have some plans to date so we're going to be at the office. It's something comes up and I appreciate all your support and all your help today. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate you all. Yeah. With the people straight up. Anti-drug. Anybody here from Anti-drug? I'll go to all this morning. I'll leave you. Goodbye. Okay. right here for man to drug. We skip the bouts in. Um, unfortunately, I'm not going to step out. I'm going to go in. Yeah, lots of it. Uh, partly we're back up to 931 in town. With the plus five since last meeting. So a lot of people are doing the rebuilding. Um, we, we had a emergency meeting this past Monday. A lot of information was given out to the public. Got the ground in front of the insulation. At the end we had public comments, went to go to the place, some people praised us, some people didn't. All in all, it was a good improvement for me. I have the correct might last matter before. I believe I said the audit was 2324. It was actually 2223 and I should have stated that it was 2223 and for the last 10 years, at first time in the last 10 years, we received a clean audit with no correct evaction. Good thing, FEMA. We finally got our first check for a reimbursement. We got that last Tuesday. It is now in the back. Also, the grinder pumps, we are in the final stage of replacements and we probably have about 1,220 left. That's all they got. I'm going to ask you a question. Thank you, Mr. Steeve. Just, Hyundai Nought runs a very transparent making. I appreciate your holding that. Yes, I was frozen coming from both sides, that is always, but I but Born down a very good job holding head up hands from the best of questions best of our ability I know that you said that go had issues on the getting those work height and all that stuff how you're coming with that Some of them, the shield wasn't exactly right, so we went there with direction 51, we resiled them and actually put a feeder talking also on it so we would shield better. And then the wave events are replacing what candy bins and they have a wall and water that goes up seals the system. So the top portion of the canister which has the electric in it is now sealed off. No, please much better. Good deal. Thank you, Mr. State. All right. Thank you, all. Mr. Good deal. Thank you Mr. State. Thank you. Mr. Gray. Good morning. The backup to the EOC just to give an official motion toward the contract to great distress and that was the month letter at that amount and then we'll prepare that because we're probably going to send that document, that motion to the prayer date to see. Motion to be discussed. Motion to be discussed. Seconded, seconded, first thing, any discussion? All in favor. Ah, thank you. I want to hold on to CDBG project here in town. It's a galaxy. It's an air of use so as soon as they get the back door, you should be able to prepare the toilet here. Good deal. Good deal. That's a working one for that. And the oil I have is helped here. It's out for a bit right now. Bit of the BG lot of 16. It is good. Thank you. is out for a bit right now. A bit of the VG-60. I can do it. Okay. Yes, good. Thank you. That's all I have. Thank you. Thank you, sir. He's up to good work. Yeah. Chairman, so I don't forget we also have a 205.90 seconds chamber true and every time in conjunction with that at the same time, the hopefully will get a response to this. Good deal. in conjunction with that at the same time. The host will do the responsibilities. Good deal. Mr. John. We're Mr. Chair, I'll be brief. So quick update on the three projects that were doing under the H&P program. Chief and I talked about the FOIA. That would be the town of 20 Dredging, kind of R.C. Dredging, and in Charlottes the beach for nourishment. So we had our subcultivated coastal subcultivated salt now the last week with all three sites. To the couple days we got samples that we needed from the channels. We got samples from the spore sites. We got to show that we can meet the criteria from back and use for the beach. That all went very well after the lab now to do all the testing. It's got to be done. Thanks to Hutch for showing us around making sure we got what we needed. And we have Mayor Horshu also went around with us. We're at Horshu and we're very nice and helpful to us. And so that's what we are on that. Okay, we got a question. So we get that data back. We'll start preparing those applications. The only other thing I have is Mr. Chair, you mentioned to me last week I was looking at about some grant opportunities for the baseball part, some sports part. Yeah, I've got my folks laying out some conceptual designs which I'll bring to you all to share. Okay. You can use those and then we'll make some cost estimates that'll help you put the prank process. Okay, good deal. That's in works. That's it. Yeah. That's it unless you have something for me. Thank you very much. This thing is not here. John, I do, I'm sorry. That's okay. I'll let you slip by, but I just don't want no confusion about the dredging this one. That is inner canals. Correct. It's not our baby with your impact. Correct. Okay. I just want to make sure that's out there. It is not with your impact. It's a completely different project. Yes. That one we're working on. We are. County is, but yeah but it's not bad. They're they're canal. Yes. But that did you have something? Yeah. That's just salt creeps. Well they should think the canal is on riverbed. Just on salt creeps. Correct. Thank you. That's it. You're sitting in my hair. Mr. Steve Freeman. family's not here. It's just Steve Freeman But you got your thing Thank you I've been calling on much less Two weeks before the two last coming up time to make swanley look for it. I just want to thank him for what he's done. You are not just wanted but throughout the county. Thank you. Thanks. Go for it all. We recently went out to Garntown and we've wound up with being steeped first right there. We thought we were going to get 12 sites scattered. But after doing some majoring and checking we wound up with 14 sites I believe. And those are going to be numbered and they're going to be set up where they can be pre-redged so people will have and finally get their vacations set up and have a base together. We're going to have that available. And I appreciate that getting that. The one thing I have to add to that is be sure on our septic system, you're the septic man, I know you are. There is no hookups over the four of them counters. That's where I would bid through D, P and O is a grant of funded stuff out that way. That'll be once that. With that, because we're running, that will hold you. When we first started, I think, of course, he was 18 to 20 swats. For that, the way. We've been having tons of campus under the issue. We've been having in some of them for the first ways in box. I know it's an interesting thing. It's an nightmare. It's an also team if you will. The first district of the Rock Pit, someone to ask about putting the privacy fence, I got thinking about all that dirt. I got the Stevie couldn't. They can get no money to put a fifth stuff around if we got none. But we got plenty of dirt there. You know, we'll get together, let's be able to burn. Then they can have to put that up the heel and back down the heel. And also that gentleman that was, that I talked to you about maybe getting a no-trash pass on him the one that we cleaning up that yard that was in. We're here to talk about that one when I cleaned up again. Yeah, I think he's telling him we took that just front yard. He's telling about that much backyard steel. But, uh, we took out of that. But I know you're working on that. They're not in spines. We can get to who we were taking them off. Free 50 one to find out where they're going. We could probably get about $20,000 of spines back. We can find them. I appreciate you. About the... Because the reservations aren't we got a ungun lack of visiting rules. War on the dirt? First come first serve. Yeah. Well we go what? Well I will make a motion that we own on the first district court and we go to where they can schedule pre-scheduled slots. Because the first front on first service hard for anybody is on a plan of vacation. You can't plan nothing if you don't get first come first or if you don't know if you get spot down there or not. I understand that. I got in rule. But whatever we need to do. We can't have to get that. All right. It's not in an ordinance. I've got a copy of the ordinance and it doesn't specify in there the Catholic path to be. First come for a third of. I don't know if that's something that the board just agreed upon doing and passed. I've got the copy of the ordinance that I have actually this month. Yes, that's the road that I got. So I said, it's a, come first, first basis, no reservations in my room. I guess you got something different. My answer I'd like to get. Okay. And get rid of the baby and we'll be needing baby. There you go. I think I've got some live files, documents. Everybody's seeing things that I've had in the way. If it's in there but I'll find a way with it. I was in Iowa. I'm pretty. Maybe county. Old county, handbook or something. Yeah. It's different from the park. It is. Right. It's safe to boy. Yeah. Well, we'll look into that. Maybe change it together and figure out what is the function. Um, you can change it at the board. I mean, I'm looking at the approach to um, most of you need to change the board as far as I'm ready. John, do you have something to say? Sure, back on the board, those touch-pickers, you, these changes, they can hold us and bring the guys in line to set us in position like y'all are just with us within that location for whether it's even the planning or something. We're in there, Yeah, sure. Yeah. I'll be on the dragging because the rest of the time, one is not even being dead. We were told there was going to be the other channels over there on that side that the other channels are going to be We were told there was no need to go to the channel. I'm going to come to my house. We're in the call. What's called a call? Mr. Hutch, I'm going to say thank you, Scott. Again, because I know you've got 20 looking good, you've got course you, because I was working on the horse you yesterday. I cleaned it up, you cleaned it up, you're even out there where I'm at, where Jody's at, 353, it's real good. All around where I've been is looking real good, I just want to thank you and all your guys. Scott, and the did's kind of... Oh, yeah, sorry. Scott, can you look at that? What she's told me, if there's anything left, that might be able to add any of that, because you did say one time that you all could add a few projects. Just take a look at it and see if... But the funding that we're talking about with the Green is that the last funding that we're even paying for. So that is... There's no extra funding there right now. But we can do other funding down in the dot-up. Okay but we had a contractor go through and that's where. Maybe the call test was where? Yeah it was the call department and what canal needed to be dredged through the previous county manager and that's where that was come from. The county itself did not go out and say this canal that has been out from that contractor and that resident down there that's when we submitted everything. Just look at the side also. I just want you to know that myself, Mr. Paul and the folks that are here now and Mr. Tan and at the time we did not go out and say this one and this one get done, this one don't. It was a resident and a contractor that was down there that did that. Okay. I mean the Griff fast and all that's in the project. That's not it. No, it's not. That is another one. Well you can graduate all that in man, they they just be going to drive around inside. They don't be able to go to work. We figure out a way that we don't know. Almost grant please, let us know. The way we went from Congress to, I don't know where we are in hell. We've been everywhere. This is for funding all that. A lot of people look at us. You got another avenue please, let us know. We want to slow down the grass them go fast Well get home now. I'm gonna care about some of my efficient and then try to come in We're actually doing that. We've actually been here to hung us something out there at home him up and let's sign that We don't know. We're going back We did We did that. They all done This is Tim We did. We did that. They all done. Tim? In my apartment, I need to know what direction we go on. Why are we on the stop? We're only in where I'll most hear our post on on I need to know some kind of direction what to do. Tim, I honestly I've talked to Paul about this yesterday and about demo permits. I'm taking a year if they ain't done it in the years time. Yeah. Yeah. You know what I mean? At the end of the day if you go there and you pull a demo permit, just go to get a demo permit and you're inland, you was not affected by the storm. We're still, we're still say, hey, I got a demo permit and that's not right. So the demo permit waving the fees on the demo permits was a storm related thing to not greater more burden on the citizens. That's why, that's why we're doing that. I think honestly, if we need to look at a sunset date on that, we need to look at it pretty quick. And honestly, if it gets to that port to where I say from this port forward, wherever, Leon, how has your demo apartment so department so they start to actually close them now You still have How's the clear Central and they're trying to see if they can be a grant for them to elevate their structures They can't stay the way they are So they're kind of in the limbo Okay, great because if you got a house, Daniel Woods House, I'm using Daniels as evidence, because I know he ain't got one down there. But if it's Daniel Woods House, and then it is damaged by storm, we could actually use that name with our demo permit and then Tim has something to say, no, Jamie's house is not included on this. Yeah, we have a list of them on down there. So that's honestly what we should start looking at really, and clearly you get his list and then we can start there and that's down a little bit more. We could help right there when we issue a demo permit. We could stamp it if it's a sustainable damage project. I got to come in over that way, it's been a couple of weeks ago. And a demo permit, but he couldn't really identify where it came from. And you get that, and I mean, you know, when I got a demo permit you don't want I mean you know you want to be right fine but I also don't want to say the county to bail for something that they don't need to be. Well we don't want to take advantage of the situation all the time. It was put in place for the best intentions and most times the health pay would get attention. So honestly I think with you and Leon, you'll get work out a lot better. You agree to helping Leon with that? Absolutely. Do you have anything else for me? No. Thank you, Mr. Tim. You should. The truck still do it all out of our green bill. Yeah, we should... Your Trump still do it all right up very greenville? Yes, after that. Yeah, it's where it is right now. Hey, before Tim walks off and Lee on, while Lee on's up there, I want to say something else, and actually I want to make a motion that without the approval through building and zoning, the demo permits is just demo permits If it's not run through the proper channels they pay And I'll make the motion to do that second. We got a motion mr. Hatch Second and a second mr. Wood What you want to know? Discussion I'll prepare for big on exactly what that's going to change. The hurricane, the hurricane. If they didn't hurricane and they could want to fight. Exactly right. What about fires? We're a burnout. Well, that's about case thing. That's about case. That's about case clock. That's yeah. We're not waving. They're not pulling the demo from it for fire. So previously in a previous board meeting we had talked about writing that into the policy for fire as we've been told historically that the speech would wait. That's in your new LDR, so that's not for pete yet. So we'll revisit that whenever that comes about. Okay, we got a motion. And a second in was just all in favor. All right. Okay, I got a couple of information I have to show you. I don't know if any of you are aware of there's a house built in 49 that got passed. It's, and we've seen it happen in, of course, you're in 20, last hurricane event, where people are trying to apply for assistance. And they were getting turned down because of the assistance that already previously been applied for at that location. So with this bill, it would be forcing the flood disclosure. You know, right now, if you buy a piece of real estate, you already are told if it's in a flood zone, but you're never given any history on it. And now it's disclosed that the seller has or has not filed a claim with insurance provider relating to flood damage. And if the seller has or has not received any federal assistance to flood damage on that property to include not limited to you, but some management agents. They're only going to pay out so many times on that piece of property before they're not going to touch it. And you've seen that happen several times in our coastal communities and they're asking a reactionary to this. So if you start hearing anything about that, that's what that is. I think this is a good thing. You go to my vehicle, you look like Carpach, you go buy a house, you go to the history with it. I think that's a really good thing. I did attend that swan water board meeting in swan water. That was a very unique meeting to put it so that everybody here understands the building apartment has zero involvement with that. There's utility company and they operate underneath the umbrella of some exemptions. There are all of them. This was a learning curve for them. The LDRs, we showed you about that. We ran the process of the Cougar portion that pushed the GERP part of the LDRs to finalize those up. The lawyers are calling for us some training. Could not continue with the training. She was on our campaign and her co-counsel was not interested in doing that training with us. Instead of reinventing the wheel, it was suggested that we go to a lot of a county and meet with their attorney over there, Ms. Diane Johnson. This chain has been in tongue contact with her and we set up a date for that review of it. Preliminary investigation identified just what we were already talking about that there was issues there and I think it was a good catch before we stopped it something and then had to come back to change it or it was a bad to potential loss and That's not what we wanted The other item that I have for you is in the previous award meetings and he's talking about the additional code that put into the building code for We have a phone conference on the 10th at 10th early with the State and the Building Commission. This is our second phone call with the Building Commission. It seems like we have one of the commissioners who now start to understand and it's going to be a great deal. State and the building commission. This is our second phone call with the building commission. It seems like we have one of the commissioners who now start to understand and agree with us. There is a bridge community that could go in there and line straight out as well looking forward to it. I really agree that it will fall each effort for an agenda item that doesn't fall. I don't want to have a place, but it's not there. That was for your information. The last item that I have for you is I'll pass out a graph. And every month, that's the last thing you want to have. And I've sat down to see my colleagues this year, I've already been basically the new, we look at adding another staff member to our staff and we can see this graph to the state increase. No, several laws have passed this past year to the state I permits and keep them on track. And I think we've foolish not to realize that we're going to continue to see an increase. And I want to make sure that we continue to do good customer service. But I was told that I need approval from before to even have that potential to be a plan. I'm going to say this. Our people are customers which is actually our boss. I talked to Leon normally and I said this way whenever I have a question. Throw me around 10, 30 to 11 o'clock in time. And 95, isn't it? He's at the building department. Yeah. And I'm not just throwing an average half of the water supply. This happened all the time. And I asked him what he did when reviewing plans. It's his quiet time where he gets stuff done. But also, eight o'clock next morning back to work. So I'm the full support of adding someone there to permit the permit's pay for it. It's a must-eat position we are drawing. We're going to continue to go. So I'm full support of it. It won't need to make a motion. I'm more than glad we make a motion today to do that. And that's my motion. We got a motion. I'm more than glad me make a motion. I can do that. And that's my motion. We got a motion. So, second. Second, Mr. We got a motion. Mr. Hatch. Second, Mr. Osteen. Discussion. All in favor. So that everybody else here understands the concept when I first took the position in in 2015, we also set 620 permits. We closed out the 2023 year with 288. So the graph is a steady increase. And when we start to look around at the other counties and we start to, we realize these large tracks of land have been set aside and they're planned for development in the present time. It's naive to think that that's not going to spill over and continue here. But I don't want to do this when we look at applications per person. When 18 and 19 and 20, you would do about 200 per person. And then in 23, we were at 72 per person. And that's not counting the people that come in or the volume of applications that aren't complete. But at the end of the day, yes, there's a lot of times I am there late at night and sometimes it's easier to get more done in three hours and even time and then it is eight hours down the day. The following people coming in but if somebody does come in they have questions. I feel obligated to try and help but they are there. It's just so hard. But thank you. Thank you. Thank you. That was the plan. We sat down. Sure. That's one of the first. I have a tie for a full composition. Now, don't even run. Down this room. I'm in health and the building department and stuff. And every now and then, you know, you find good people that we get with Mr. David. He has been a true blessing to have. This morning very, very, very well. And if we look back from 2019 to all we are now, I would say that the park chairs are not successful. That's what I was going to say to you is. Just here, would you be free that several of the county's here? We always. Yeah. And. So. I'll say talk about how, how good you're doing. How light and help the heart to. It's going to get all the way to the mother phone calls. I just want clarity on something other that Tim Tim don't let Tim lay. Tim will go back to the right. Okay. So I'll talk about the other thing. LDRs. You said y'all do have an attorney's will. Can I know is that correct? We do. I've been in communication with our We went to and she sent us this morning. Do we have any timeline of when this is going to start? Well, we can get this thing rolling and get it get our. At the very minimum, we have to run the advertisement and bring it back before it's over. So we are talking about. So I can answer. Probably September. I have to again, I reviewed a bunch of the items that was sent over to us for review. That is written in text and then the changes that we have to write into this. We need to bring that in, but it's going to require at least two times one for us to sit down. Review it, make sure that it lines. They operate the same way that we're wanting to operate. And the good part is it's narrowed down to just enforcement part of the ODR. And I think it could be a smooth transition. What's the estimate call? Don't let Hillary see things from up. It's the mid-20 western movies on my page. I can tell you that much. That is still something I did ask her because she is what I'm talking about this, assistant attorney to the Lachel County. Much counties have chief attorney and then have numerous assistants. She's an assistant. So she is trying to avoid all of that out through her chain of commitment to see, but she is willing to work with us either way. And she said, you know, she didn't anticipate much cost at all. Now that being said, we don't know until we can get it found. We didn't pass, we went through these young counts, we didn't get that many of them. But you can't. Before we go. Sir. In the past on getting those subdivisions of different things or the ODRs then they go through that other council that well, students now are among them. Remember the ones we got that of one we fired. No part of whatever. Yes. Yes. The call for them was a year. The call for them was 13 or 5 years. What is the project? This one, like I said, what we're asking her to do is help us get the technique implemented. I don't anticipate it's going to be that. I guess my mic is going to be getting beat up about we're gonna pass something That the citizens are gonna want to play out. Well, I just permanently you get stuff done Go ahead to finish this afternoon So what this is is in our current safeguards. Right now, if you look it up, it will tell you that the second-degree misdemeanor is the offense for creating a land development code violation. Code enforcement is a separate offense and it's processed differently. Whereas with the misdemeanor, you must write a ticket and they appear. Those are processed differently because you're now dealing with liberties versus fines and penalties. There are reasons to have both. For example, being homestead, properties, and items, you know, that we discussed in previous other meetings right here. There's a problem, and here's why I was so angry with the Planning Council, is we have multiple cases that we were fighting with. And they did show up. And then when they did come, they told us that the judges of opinion didn't matter. He stood right here, this pulpit said that. I've said for three years, the fire them. And we were in the same situation that multiple other rural counties were in with them. And they give the book out, they say it's good, offer very little support. And that's just the way I felt about it. That's my opinion, but I can also back it up with documentation too. I know that's brutal analogy, but at the end of the day, we paid out attorney fees for 20 grand on one case, and we paid out on the health court lawyer on another case. We have $50,000 tied up in cases that we didn't set the quick win. And so we still have the 13-5 that we didn't pay them this year and we have to use more of that to help pay for the to get this set up. We have 185 cases pending that's on hold right now plus Steve has a backlog and we have to go back and redo. That's two different apples. That's apples and oranges on the street but LDRs, where are we at of getting the LDRs? The LDRs are ready when you're saying LDRs, but code enforcement is part of your LDR. I know. Oh, no. It's only the code enforcement. The enforcement. enforcement of the land development. Right. Right. That is part of the enforcement procedure in that stack of documents. Right. So where are we at with getting this return to the two-tilted or assistant? Where are we at with getting them? You just said 30 days, advertisement of work. I mean, how long have working with the other people. We're 60 months behind schedule. Right. We wanted to add this about different January. Right. You know, we've been into this for over two years now. Obviously, I didn't anticipate hurricane. You know, we had setbacks. But for the last six months we've waited until the legal. I mean that's what we're at is we realize that this is the key element in all of it is DNA. We can write down 100 things if we can't enforce them then it's pointless to write them down. Right. So where are we at on the attorney that you're talking about? What do we got to do to bring this attorney on board and get this baby? Because it's already walking down, probably running my nails, this skip of crawling, the best part of it, and all that. So where are we at with? What's our timeline of getting in the attorney, getting these LDRs to where we can get them? In my opinion, I would love to have them adopted for the beginning of the new year for us which would have been October. That's what I would like to see. Only because that helps us with all record keeping as well. And I don't anticipate that's an unachievable goal. Like I said, we have been working on this. We had an attorney that was helping us that fell through. As her co-council, her lack of another way of referring to her, I said no we answered. So we've had to reach out and reach groups. This particular attorney has been very much forthcoming. Okay. Matt Her, I'd introduce to her last week and we've already got documents and stuff that we're looking at and making things happen. We are working with her, hopefully she has not given me a firm date to say hey I'm coming to Dixie County or y'all can come here and sit down and we'll go through these but I anticipate that that will be forthcoming. I've been fact-sits flash Friday you know, when we all come back. So we've had three days a week and I've been in contact with her every one of those days and we're making headlaces sent us the information that has helped in me because these type of procedures are very unique to county government. And when I have talked to many counties, Dair County Attorney is not even involved in the process. Nicole Shally for Levy County doesn't touch. She said, if I've got a code enforcement issue, or I need something answered on code enforcement, because I don't do nothing about code enforcement, I reach out to Diane. So this is kind of the way it is. I mean, so we're working on it. Okay, now since you opened up a lot of, I want to ask a question. What is being of baseball for, when we're on to get him or an account for on this, and code enforcement, would it be feasible for that to happen because like you just said if other county attorneys, I'm not checking anybody, I mean don't don't like that. I'm just we're three years honestly if we get off cover we're three years still working on the early arts so would it be feasible to buy a higher attorney to handle this for him? You're gonna be looking at more than 13-5. I'm okay. Yeah, this is not a simple fact. Three years. And that this summer's going to line. We got people wanting to build stuff. We got people that's wanting to do things within our county. And we don't have the means to do that right now. So we have, you and I talked about a little bit of this. I talked with some more of the understands because I still owe you a talk. But do you see what I'm saying? I mean, and I'm not throwing nobody under the bus. I just want to put a solution to this problem that is a smooth transition or we get this done and if he needs a different type of attorney let's get it more. What I'd like to do is at our next meeting bring back to my work plan of action for this and I'll be with that. That's fine. I just want to get something moving on this honestly. And if I offended you, I didn't mean to. Honestly, I didn't sometimes. I'm like, that is the worst thing I've ever done. But this is a long process. And I know for a fact, we've got several people waiting on this. And we're wanting to build stuff to do things within our county and they can't right now. So anyway, you bring this plan back. Okay, now the other thing is Kim. We might, I just won't, I don't want no charity phone calls and I don't want no competition on your way and out there with your people they call you. We'll set the sun for you. You got a demo permit blah, blah, blah, blah. I think you are all demo permits up to today at 12 o'clock to get Leon time to get back to his office from anything issued from today at 12 o'clock, you honor them and then from 12 o'clock today, if Leon don't have this pamphle on there, we don't all And I think that would be a lot of Cawishing I got this and you know just skills the communication they put a permit you can get through your list This is a stance and Can you order that one? Does that make sense because you know as good as what I'm I'm gonna say I'm gonna get a phone call, Daniel, all of a sudden. He's in honor of the department. And so whatever's been pulled from trouble clock down, just don't argue with it. Take it. And then from trouble clock on today, if they don't have lay-ups, still have approval on it, they pay a hit and face. Well, see my old one, the Oregon, deep, all the other day, from Robert Uppers, call that guy, that one guy come in, they're all by, had a deal with her, but he couldn't find him. He got a guy, he said, some lady out of Tampa. Right. And that's what, that's honestly what, let me think, are y'all okay with that? So so you and him y'all work that out and then that stops all the argument and they know before they even get the permit that Hey, they ain't got the stamp on it trying to pay it But the time they get me y'all that that question's answered Is that fair? Yeah Is that good, man? Yes sir Okay, that's all I have Is that fair? Is that good, man? Yes, sir. Okay. That's all I have. You can tell, but what you leave, I got one thing I don't know, it would be a good thing to have another child fight. But the first district got far worse than you're thinking about putting that one. I'll just let you get off it. I mean, it's you there. That's probably the war of the moon. That I would say most problematic, but it's quite upset. And it would stop the law in the dumps or digging. I mean, is that where you wanted that to be? What's going to happen to that? That's where I would prefer it to be. I'll make a motion to put it up there off to it. We've got a motion, Mr. Hatch, second Mr. Osteen, in discussion. Y'all go ahead, we need it. All in favor. It looks very far this, that whole gap. It's a lot cleaner than what it used to be. It looks better than it ever has. It looks better than what it was. And in my brief, I brought it up. And the most important thing is that any kind of equipment, some of the most important equipment, any kind of equipment, any kind of equipment, Thank you. Mr Scott You got For The The 20-curations, without the council, out of case, part of the airships are from tax to be used for our improvements to our recreational facilities that are used by our business groups as well, our businesses. Right now, we've sent out, using some of those funds to set out bid for two per billion to go buy the tickleball courts. Because, no, definitely, it's a lot of you that bring in a sense of time to stay silvers. So we're working on that right now for both of our tickball facilities, because they've been very popular. Fireworks, first of all, Scott's thesis is going great when everything up hurts. We have several fireworks programs set up. You all doing the fireworks of the third? We doing them on the fourth set. We always do them. We're doing something a little bit different. I was going to wait until the information arrived. I was just beginning to go up and we were going to wait and lay that out there. It's seven o'clock. We're going to start a little early and we'll do the national anthem in the prayer like we know me do But then we're going to allow any candidates that want to come speak Steve's setting up a sound system as you can hear from two sisters to my old school So anybody wants to speak even the candidates is running against me can get it out of five minutes to get up there And we'll be no queue of acos everybody's scattered so far but there'll be a lot of people that they can talk to and try to get their agenda on what their plan is out. Also, same hacky, it's having dinner fireworks. We're at the Community Center on the 4th. Where's your beat? It's going to have them on Saturday the 6th. I'm not sure if we have any. Is there a corner with that? Anyone know? I wish you. Just a phrase is all about the only other thing I'm aware of. But a phrase can be on. They don't do it. Okay. Okay. What's host on? The hurry? Yes. 730. I don't know. You know lady in the hill, I've got the host, or I can get you out of the host on the firework. Firework? Yeah, that's all we're going to take care of this year, but we'll surely make contact with you after this. Thanks. So there's Vincent. You should know. Yes, I've been doing it for 20-something years. I can tell you. My wife, that we finally made it by the way, they did a big, she's seen a ride up of all the fireworks around the area, Jacksonville, Gameville, and Gallic, Christopher River. Oh, sounds deep in some work is in the left. If y'all need somebody to help with the far work, I'll be more than glad to do a finale for you. If y'all was like, I don't want to step on nobody's toes, I offered that last year and... Oh, I'll pass that on. Thank you. And the gentleman that y'all hired, that y' but I'm reading that bring that up. It helped you get that he's worn a lot of fireworks and he was willing to try to help you out. He felt bad the way that guy did it. So. Thank you. And I think the Portuguese fireworks was on Channel 20 this morning also. So the lower popularity there. Sliny will be having their fireworks on the 6th also. They'll have the golf park parade starting at 5. They'll have to land at 8 and then the fireworks at 9.30. So those are the main celebrations that I'm never going about. So everybody have a good and safe holiday. We want to say on the fireworks up there for sure. That thing is scattered on those vendors are welcome. But there is no certain road to people walking up and down. So if you want to go with ourselves, more than likely you can set up somewhere, but you can only just hop inside and stuff and just travel to time to simply take that. Just to turn it back to how you mentioned something with me on and just take mention of me. like that. or everything else right now is only a 10 by 10. So we're dealing with the county in 4-she park and the shared park. So it's larger for them that we cannot get that building code changed through CRC or whatever the issue is we will have to look at different provisions at parts as far as more than the first foot is this loud? I tend to put my 10 foot for being There's a lot of heat on that right now. We can do a 10 foot by 10 foot with all these roll out roll back. Just keep that in mind if they come about working by on that call. So I'm going to shut the paper. Thank you very much. Part of the Regeneration's 20th Saturday. This should be. Yeah. Yeah. Let me go. This time you mentioned pickball forage and swanning. I kind of missed some of what you said about the bleachers and the covered worms. It'll be. Play that again. Right. So what we're doing is we're doing four a 30, 15 by 30. Copy for billion. 50 for one. Yeah, 12 arms per billion. Instead of doing bleachers, we'll have the technique tables and they're people who bring their chairs and stuff like that. How far out of the way from that? I tell people I need is the biz in next Monday and I will say this the board of commission done pickable and swan in I don't know about this a lot but they went on hamburgers and I said that's important. But this is a very, very big thing down the under, and they use them every day. They have tournaments they have this. They have the... They have big foot things. They are very regular. They are. And so, any help that I've really appreciated, and it all right in your warehouse. Yeah, and the local players all the time, you know, you know, that's the thing. Some New Jersey without their playing with them. And our those there are also enjoying it. So it's a win-win for everybody. It's win over real big down. Because they've seen it has a big group. It was done as a campaign. It's putting up the volleyball polls for Chief Travall court now. and they're paying this putting up the volleyball poles for future volleyball court and they were the first people they've been calling out and then they're staying up there in a little RV park and they play there all weekend long and every time you go by So I'm just going to put it back in place. I just put it up between the court and the blind players. They were the only people that were having fun. I'm going to leave that alone, but I can't. That's when I was talking about football. He thought I went on hand-barged sticks. It might be what I could do. I done a really good job then. It might be what I could do. They've done a really good job, then. It turned out great. And while we're either at Glendos Park, I think the thanks to Scott and him for the yellow pad down there, that looks really good. And we get our windsoft up, Billy. Pretty bad. We need to throw it down the under to put a windsoft up. So thank you all for telling that and appreciate you all for talking to Paul. Paul Matt. Okay, I will hurry. Thank you for everything you do. Thank you. Thank you. You're scared. Sam, you got anything? I don't have anything but I would like to recognize and thank you for your Sir, Mr. Chairman, we have the person. How does it work? I'm going to have a question. I'll start with, and we'll start with another one. I remember back at the workshop at this Jackie Krillow and we talked about the first floor of the Southwood. So I would like to request Board of Groups to accept the quote from Tyler Technology in the amount of $1,496 for the purchase of the purchase for the saltwater initial setup and then $5195 in reoccurring annual fees for that. Motion. Motion Mr. Stevenson. Second Mr. Osteen in discussion. All in favor. Uh-huh. Number two, we request Board approval to the next piece of classroom associate's LLC work orders. 24-11 also runway 142 pavement with the billitation at the report, any amount of $189.3 hundred and eight nine thousand, $370. Most. Most must abstain. Second must read all in favor. And just for information we did have that bit of the yesterday's, the past room, the associate's, so I'm working through the back to determine if there was a response for the bid to move forward to that project. Number three, request board approval of the North Florida professional services task or order for the district one fire station number three for engineering and CEI in the amount of 223,000 to 250 dollars motion. Is that a motion, Mr. Stevenson, second Mr. Osteen, all in favor? I have a four request for approval of the North Florida professional services task or order for the portion of these fire station number states for Engineering and C.E.I. and an amount of $200,000, $277,000. Thank you, Mr. Osteen. Thank you, Mr. Steeves and all in favor. Thank you. We've got a approval of the Meridian Behavioral Healthcare Contract for 5th, 4th, 4 Bob in the amount of $6,361 as well as the good nation of the use of the land that the center is located on from Vestra forever to US probably not seen across the. That value of that space is estimated at $1800. Bob, we got a motion Mr. Stevenson. Take it Mr. Wood, all in favour. Requests board approval to these little part of professional services. We can focus further restore act grants. And if approval will be contract back in the next one. Most. They said Mr. Osteen, seconded, Mr. Steve's in all in favor. Number seven, request board approval for rehab reimbursement for general protein in the amount of $24,600,000 and $95.00. Motion. Got a motion that his Steve's in second, Mr. Wood, all in favor. Number eight, request board approval to allow Richard to scan us and hold a community celebration event at purpose landing on Wednesday July 3, 2024 for 8pm to 10pm. The local residents agreed to bring a big review back to the event and the event will be open to the public. Your motion is hosting? back at Mr. Hatch all of us. What is the event? I'm going to have a motion to do lots of preparations down there to be in the event where they're just going to be going to be going to be going to be in the hot dogs given out to you. I'm going to make sure you. She's concerned the fireworks. I did inform the director that they were recorded against shooting all for having professional fireworks in a county park. He assured me that they have other alternatives to do it. I'll probably do it. It's possible both having a river. He assured me there will be any shooting all the fireworks. We can have a park. He's drawing the paperwork yesterday, which I forgot to bring the police, showing the lot that they are going to be shooting fireworks. Which is the next door neighbor to the park. So they're all the proud property of those concern over the town. The thing that they want to do within the consign of the county park is no more than community technique with food and things like that. Unless the authority is in the issue within the past and approval is in the new goal. The only issue I had seen was if our work being shot off in the park, we did discuss that and thank you. I said they will not do that. The only other concern is like anything, is our part does have no option of year one alcohol that type of thing. But again, that is standard. They know that. It's an any county part. That's just a police issue and enforcement issue, if they do. In more discussion, I'll answer. I'll answer. Who is the second one? I'll answer. Mr. Hath. Thank you. That's it for that. My Lord, this is a couple of international items. The stormwater task force will hold a public meeting here at the NACC meeting room on Thursday, July 18th. It's about the clock prior to the river Boorby. And this is to inform the public of past projects completed and future projects be burning flooding issues. So I'm just going to take a look at the block. We'll hold that meeting here, open to the public. Number two, the mayor and the council of the town of Borscht and Beach has requested a public workshop with the county and all of emergency management to discuss future collaborations between the county and the town of Borscht and portion between the working emergency response services. They were lots of other meetings on DOI and 30M at 6pm down the panel portion. Right. Before it came on, we were to be having a workshop down there with the panel portion. Yes. Yeah. Yes. Good. Good. Yes. Yes. When I come in by now, that you got along, you can go ahead and add it on the count. The last 30. I would think that we're a host in the meeting that we would advertise it, but I'm not sure We have to do too, yeah Better y'all host it real Big big Boy Big big uh, secret, boil, yeah. Wow. Is that it, yeah? I only send it $100. Okay. Just a reminder that county officers will be close on Thursday throughout the fourth. They do have a fifth. And observations of continuously and as well as Monday's and Friday's full of Monday's, the water's coming. So that's the very first thing you can tell me about the thing that's been seen so far. Okay, I give Mr. Powell. Mr. Chene, you got anything? I do want to give you on update. The bus of settlement reached in the USK. We did not have an aviation route prior to the mediation. They cancelled it. The parties, attorneys for both sides, of course, was working together and they did reach a settlement agreement. The Milton case is filled's still blooming over us. That goes into the situation where it's very much smaller. So, if you have a problem with the heating system before, it's not there. And just take the authority settlement. But this is... I'm not very far. But this is. We have to agree to that. Well, I mean, do that. Not again. I just want to know they have reached out to us for our consent. Like they always do, but it's well under the limit of what the insurance company handles. What about, I don't have to make the motion. We already made the motion two or three meetings together about motion and the settlement. Yeah, I mean, we did have a conservatively higher rate than what it is here. But it is kind of a better field to swallow, especially when the fault. Which is a good thing for us as far as the fault law, the violence change still will be just happened after this accident. Of course, this one fell out side of that limit. But there is hope that maybe going forward, the change in that law will benefit us, because if they're 50% responsible, supposedly their reliability is pretty much kneeled. It's there at least 50%. And most of the ones we've had, especially this one, was definitely well about the percentile. That's not the end. You know, I believe the damage should be placed on both five boundaries, so that's two or three. That's all. But it is very much a two-tapy world. I mean, you see all the billboards, all these attorneys that collected all these meetings, the dollars. You see that out there when you continue to have them. So I'll see. And of course, businesses are at the largest risk. The blessing for the state or for state or perhaps it was considered sovereign, so our authority is passed. Gentlemen others in that, I continue to work on the code enforcement and the other issues, but everything else is moving forward. Okay. All right. Thank you. The sickle mom. I want to give chain to my condolences or pass on a patent. She was a big part of this community and she's going to be forming this. Yes. The services for her are going to be Saturday at the high school gym. The new high school is understanding the meet and maintenance and maintenance. We did receive our information from the Charvallais of Public Pairers, so we are first know this number now. We have a different number of areas that we can bring back to you. We're going to have to know that next week, we can't adjust that, but we are going to, you know, if once you've read all of the things we can't go up, you can go down. We'll work on some numbers so that we can get all of them. And area is, so we will go into that next. Next, here are the source and what, how to manage yourself with our own budget, what's ahead on your everybody's numbers, right? So, I'm sure we know that meetings can come with a budget so it's a good they're really important. That's all I have. Thank you. Thank you. Commissioner Adams. Good. I want to give my OCC, Miss Chania and the Force and her family, and the pass and staff are very, very important lady this meeting was. The next thing I got on here is a couple of things to Paul. Got with him earlier. He needs to sidewalk, do hotel school. Be cleaned off, trimmed up. How that done before school. And let's keep on with that cross-cloth, where it Anderson and Rick Prane's going in there. See if we can try to get that took care of too, because that sounds like that's definitely needed. Yes, sir. I had reached out to, uh, just to have upshall at the end here, the achievement and the every afternoon with some, uh, some options that he's going to provide for us. It's an awesome possibility. Social funding for that project. Good deal. All right, just everybody have a safe. What do you lie in there? Great weekend. That's all I got. Same, Miss Tannin and her family. All for help. So, Miss Catherine should be greatly missed within our community. And a lot of good for a lot of folks. The next thing is as I said, Mr. Bill, I see you got, I got you saying and I've asked you to come up with him and I've been talking about this already and I apologize I've no quality yesterday and believe it or not. My phone's linked a couple of times and I got busy. You are a busy man, I know and I thank you all for hearing me out today. What I've proposed is to extend the value of the system and that we have a position in the capacity airport for additional 10 years in order to make it financially feasible for means to put up some more shade hangers. We all know there's a definite need for hangers that are airport. I know the county has some grant money and is in the process of getting some bids to put them up a waiting list that are in existence or we couldn't put up enough hangers for it to Keep everybody happy. I would not, in any way, take any bread off the county's table. If someone's in my anger and they're on your waiting list, their name comes up. I'll help them move, because there's always somebody right behind them. I gave him an example, one of my customers sold his airplane flight before it was off the airport. I had his space rented in my hand. And that guy is also a benefit to our aviation community and he is a licensed airplane and power plant mechanic with inspection authorization. So, I'll go ahead and now we've got a licensed mechanic on the field, which we haven't had since all past. Many work on airbuckers. Some questions. Yeah, we're going to use the existing land, which is on the existing lease. I gave a couple of propositions out there, you all got more. The proposal is the same mortgage as the existing lease with some numbers changed. Now, a couple of y'all expressed a concern that my existing lease has been that way for 24 years and the rest never done up. Well, I just doubled it on my proposal. Just double right now. And let's just go with that. Well, of course, when this lease expires, all this belongs to the county, another benefit is that the more aircraft we have based on our airport, the more aircraft movements. That is take awesome landings, the more fuel sold. The higher our database is for obtaining grant money from the FAA and the DOP for future or improvements. If there's two airplanes on the airport, they look over, just look at us like they don't need anything, but as you know all the hangers are full. My hangers are full and you know how you got approval on this rule. Put a deposit on the first four hares, shade hares. And by the way, they're already verbally promised. So there is a need for them. And I hope you all consider that. I think it's a win-win situation for everybody. And I hope to do this just for the third possible. I'd love to see it happen. Probably I'll review them numbers and bring something back, honestly, on our next point. And I hate to put you all to the next board meeting, but let's look at what he's proposing. Give it to the board and let us make a decision. So I'm ready to make a decision right now. We're going to sell the machine and come look at that oven. We can bring back, you know, exactly what he's proposing. And then the board proves we can get execution of that. Yes. Does that get it up for Bill? Yeah. You two wait when that's to get an after-yet for another? Next one, Hank, here is what I'm proposing. That's the proposed lease on the back is the Exhibition. You will see that God did. God has taken them both, right? You got the word. You got the exact wording. Yeah, but the existing lease missing, missing amount of, I've been working on the missing amount of, I've been working on the missing amount of, I've been working on the missing, missing amount of, I've been working on the missing, missing amount of, I've been working on the missing, missing amount of, I've been working on the missing, missing amount of, I've been working on the written, the increase in the, the increase payment wouldn't take effect until the new lease did when the existing lease expires in five years. Just go ahead and start making the double payment. The county's been very good to me in the past with this lucrative lease and benefit. They may be able to stay in business, pay for what I've done, and it's time to move ahead. Again, I thank you all and I hope to see that I'm on the track'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Thank you all again. Have a very safe way to life. Thank you. Thank you. The other thing I got is, because I got to say something about Spawning again. It looked really nice down there. By the firework, the off-carp for 8, put your golf cart in the parade. And down there, get your golf carts car and I hope everybody has a safe and wonderful 14-odd JDC be careful in that. At least I always bump myself up. I'm already fed. I'm already fed. I'm feeling it. Oh she's black my cut my arm. She's the fee so I'm already wounded so I'll be being good. Mr. Gray do you have anything to add to? Thank you for coming. Thank you for trusting this really like the local world of hands and I'm going to be years of doing anything to get me to. Appreciate it. You got it? Mr. Smith? I find it for everyone to keep this. Having me against the family and the folks in front of me, she's been a big part of our community for many years. And just saying anything on these. Much, I appreciate all the work you've been doing down there on that Gina highway. The dishes and stuff, the culture, it looks really good. I appreciate all the work you've been doing down there on that Gina highway. It's just tough. It looks really good. And the jail in bail that we've done last weekend down there, it's done real well. Real well, we're going to do it with a cook all done. And they're also here shortly. And the movie night has been going on down there. It's been going real well. And I appreciate everybody that's been involved with the paint job. So I'll just go to the dirty. Shade in my hat, it's not clean, but I've got a challenge for you. It's a big choo that can't have. Somebody got to pick it that toilet from the youngs and the school and the scholarship and all that stuff to continue that old. Yeah, she... I mean, that was her heart. She loved that stuff and she worked it right up till she couldn't work at them all. I thought I should have picked that toilet show and keep it burning. I got her energy. She could win. That was like I wish everybody had the torch. I want to thank her. She's getting all kind of thanking, but he did something that most of us, we out of the house, the hotways, that kind of range, it created a problem. We never could get there to see what was happening. Well, I just happened to be doing the land clearance up for Ravenick come along and see that I run under Sean O'Fidget. He's sending to him and then I will sweep the sticks in the man's room. They all come together throught the fire. Well, prayers go out to Miss Kat because I used to think of all the melting of Kat in the county school teacher. I actually dug out two or three mobbles that she gave me over the last 52 years or 50 years in my life and raised up with Rodin in her kids so she was like a mom to me been for and everything else always cheers beyond and uh... gonna miss her but i know where she's at definitely know where she's at but i just keep that family in the prayers and uh... want to wish everybody happy for. Please be safe and don't pull a juggie's teeth in the tip of firework zone and get shot with it because a long time ago for juggies you used to do it, action pull. You used to do it. I understand exactly very easy to do. Very easy to please be careful. And we've had a wonderful crowd, a good meat and so much. You had four thank yous. Now you got five thank yous. You got this county from one end to the other. Tell your you guys you clean up guys you guard guys Thank you because they they doing a great job We sure can't do it without you and the guys doing the work So thank you if they'll make sure you tell the guys that they got five. Thank you's up here All right now it's y'all story. Anybody like to see anything? Yes, Mark? I just wondered if there's some way at some point in time that we could get off analysis comparison with the effect effect. Okay. How it is helping, how much it is helping with the stress in the rest of the way? Tim, do you want to hit on that a little bit? You want to do some research on it? Because I can tell you a little bit. How much is the number available right now? We've been running one for a while. You can see it considerably. I think for every 30 yard can, 40 yard can, so for every two and a half of them, I said trailer load. What would be ideal is we can never get set up to carry that straight green bill. And that takes from going up to the transfer station, dumping it and carrying it back. You still have to manpower it into the trailer and then take the truck and truck it on to. But our ultimate goal would be honestly to have a truck that can steady haul. So with our amount of people that's moved in, if taken from work load there, also of it, to every two and a half loads, you've actually hauled an extra semi load of trash that you did not have to handle out here at the transfer station. With manpower of machinery, hydraulic hose, I mean you know the list of running equipment. So actually that's our end goal. So that's why we keep trying to put compactors in place to lighten the load at the transfer station. And then what that does also, it takes us on the DEP side to where we don't have the trash on the hill and actually might, they say we leave trash on the hill but who knows I want to know you might have something up with where DEP don't like and so that was the famous money on finance and stuff like that but yes we do have some numbers and I'm sure Tim can gather them up But that's the method behind the madness. One other thing on that is on that compactor, economically wise, it saves them the type of players a lot of money. We got to hold that all the way to Dreamville and you can only pack it so much in the truck you can hold it all the way to the flow of the bear cause the same amount of fuel as you can hold like a package which you can get a lot more on the truck weight wise. So there's almost all the closest classes looks garbage on one of them, compacted the truck and then the other you take the fuel and the man in the hours it takes a good degree wheel back, that's a significant savings drop there. It also saves a lot of time for people from digging and their dumpsters too. That's a lot of men and I was awesome. Anybody else? No, nobody else. Got nothing to say. He's the motion of the adjourned. He's the motion of the adjourned. Second Mr. Hat.
