All right, we have a special recognition today for a special person. Darryl Miller has been with City of Brennan for 20 years, so you allow me. She was first hired on May 16, 2005 as a staff accountant. And since then, has served the capacity. Director of Finance, Director of Finance, the Chief Administrative Officer, Assistant City Manager, Chief Finance Officer, Interim City Manager, and in January of 22, what's appointed City Manager. Carolyn's leader of our staff, providing strong physical leaderships. She empowers everyone around her to rise and do to their best. She keeps it close on on all our financial responsibilities to ensure that the city is in always in great shape. If you've been around here she shows a lot of emotion whenever there's a mom rating. It no reason to pray and on some of our certificates is when we see her at her best. When she navigates complex issues in supporting innovative ideas, she leads with heart and purpose. And that's for sure. She's always focused on what's best for our city and for our community, and the people that she worked with every day here. Two decades of leadership at the city, you constantly demonstrated integrity, vision, and dedication, and your service is appreciated for all those who've been around me. So, Carolyn, congratulations on with the regulations for 20 years. I'm going to give you a big round of applause. Thank you. We're going to all go around here. Everybody, please. The whole family. All these things. I'm the family picture. I know we're family picture. All right, get that thing. You're good. Hey. I'll just stand there. Don't touch it, Sarah. Are you okay? Sarah, I gotta use the toilet. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. You should be fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm not going to say that. I'm not going to say that. I'm not going to be able to do it. I'm not going to be able to do it. I'm not going to be able to do it. I'm not going to be able to do it excited. I got a countdown. One, two, three. Looking at me, one, two, three. And one more. One, two, three. And then over here, one, two, three. And one, two, three. And one, two, three. And then over here, one, two, three. And then over here, one, two, three. Yay! I'm gonna say few words. I'm going to say three of us. I'm going to step on here and talk. When I came in interview, I set out in the foyer across from film party and burst play. I'm going to step on here and talk. When I came in interview, I sat out in the foyer across from Kim Ho-D and Rose Floyd. And I was so nervous because I hadn't had an interview in a lot of years. And then, by joining the city, and as the mayor said, started out as a senior accountant. And I was just, as Cal Brandon sent him a piece here,, I took the stairs to the city manager's office. So I've always, I remember that, and the voice passed that along. So I've enjoyed about 20 years, and some have been more challenging with others, and I think JD will be more than a heck of a max. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. So I'm tired. Let's go. Yeah, excessive's a retirement. So, as a look at the audience, I see a lot of people that maybe I recruited some that were promoted, but everybody that I see is a friend. So I want to thank you for that. I appreciate council support. I appreciate the support from this team, but more importantly, thankful for my sweetheart's success. Thank you. I'll take a picture later. How about that? You don't want to say a word or two, how challenging has been? That was the last word you've been. Thank you, Claire. And I told her earlier, I said 20 is a good number? But it's a 25. It's not. Good talk. That's right. Rock-a-machines, that's the best people in the world. It's not a top man. It's not a top man. It's not a top man. It's not a top man. It's not a top man. It's not a top man. the National Peace Officer Memorial Week. And we're at there more than 800,000 law enforcement officers serving, including dedicated members of the city of the run-up police department. where it is the first recorded death in 1786 for the 24,000-long 40-per-doxers that made the ultimate sacrifice that had been killed in the land of duty. And whereas in 2024 there were 165 land of duty deaths of police officers nationwide, were 19 of those deaths in the state of Texas, whereas May 15th is designated as National Peace Officers Memorial Day in honor of all the fallen officers and their family, and US flag should be flown and asked that. Therefore our Mayor Andrew Cajura, the city of Brunham, do hereby proclaim the week of May 11th, 2017, 2025 is National Peace Officer Memorial Week. So, Chief, you're here, I know. And I'm very fitting that we honor those who, like I said, gave their ultimate sacrifice. A Citizens' comment, anyone to address the council with this item that's not on the agenda? If not, we will move to our consent agenda, Chancellor. We have the American Council related to item six lead. You see around the kindness, a substitute resolution. When the agenda was put together, the system uploaded a different resolution and related to a municipal maintenance agreement, which this is not. So we're collecting the items that it's substituted. Resolution which refers to the agreement for closing the vital work for the hotline school group. And so that's what I'm a resolution member are 25. Zero was three relates to item 68. All right. I heard the change in... Before did it? I don't know if the least one. Should we get a picture of the fire condition? Gene, do you all want to get it? We didn't get a picture for that approximationpillation. Can we do that before after this we take a vote here? Come back in and we'll do that. All right. I need a... We don't need Michael Stone in the Senate. I can send the Senate to the motion. Yeah, how will approval with the changes of the revolution are 25 or 13? Yeah. There a second. All in favor, same with that by ads. I vote motion carries. Thank you. Thank you. Second. Second. Second. Second. Second. The motion. I'll call. I'll call. I'll call. I'll call. I'll call. I'll call. I'll call. I'm sorry. Second the most We need to be warned. I know. Was it? Or I can't see Jimmy. One, two, three. J. Did you get it? Thank you. It's given positive active on resolution R25-014, authorized the acceptance of public infrastructure improvements for Tim ROG subdivision. Thanks for, Tiffany. Good afternoon, Mary Council. I encourage you to get comfortable. We've got along with you, the item for you today. All right, Stephanie, been on. Just kidding. This is an infrastructure excel. It's not for the board. That's not a lot in there. Sorry, minute. This is an infrastructure acceptance resolution for the Timber Oak subdivision phase four. Timber Oak is an existing subdivision located on the west side of Blin's campus over by the Ag building. There's 24 existing single family homes that are located in this subdivision. It's been under construction for about seven years now and initially there was plans to extend the subdivision to be located further to the south in additional phases. However, that land was sold to Blin College and asked such the developer wishes to change the what was a T intersection into a cul-de-sac. This would allow for additional road frontage and the ability to flat by additional lots within a subdivision. That infrastructure acceptance is simply just paving. There was no need for significant utility extensions because that was already located at the the lots. So before you today is a resolution of acceptance for a painting and the timber oaks drive right-of-way and the amount of $70,230. All of the infrastructure has been inspected. It is in accordance with adopted standards and we recommend it I'd be happy to answer any questions. Anyone? Good. Proof is cost 70,000. That was their cost, correct? That's correct. So they were going to have a streak it goes all the way through. Another nod is you sold that for the end. That's right, yes sir. So it's now there's a picture picture on your packet, page 38, and 40. And you can see how oak crest length and timber oak strive. It's no longer a tea intersection. The plaque shows this, a little bit of an elongated cul-de-staff design. Any other question? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? I'm it. Any other discussion? All in 30, 30, 5, 5. All right. Oh, but very. Thank you. Just for one minute. I'll be set to record. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be back. I'll be fast. My first celebration starts today. You move 70 make third.
