I'm going to go to the next slide. I'm going to follow the order of the Tuesday April 2020 by meeting on the spokely for a council. Please rise for the budget. By the other agents to do the fire of the United States or America, but and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God in the physical liberty and the trust that are on. I'm going to reveal the moral of the world. As Ms. Barnes. Yes. Ms. Bates. Yes. Mr. Bimmer. Here. Ms. Gourciat. Here. Mr. President Valenz. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. Here. you. Okay, we have a motion in a second. Are there any questions or comments? For a time, all those in favor, please say aye. I'm going to take the same questions. So we have to abstain, the rest are off. I didn't hear any names, anything. No, I'll take questions. At this time, I will take a motion accepting the monocle of reports. So second, I'm going to motion in a second. Any questions or comments? All those in favor, they say I on both, same. Okay. My motion passes. Hi, I'm Greg, our guest here for forward for public comment. You. This is a time for council to listen to what you get to say. And, um, not on the time when we get it in a long base. So, um, stay tuned in and you're in us and give us a short description of your issue. You're limited to five minutes. My name is Nicholas Lomley. I live in 318 Logan Street here in Suwakli. I live in 300 block which is one way. Basically, when it comes to the last couple of years, there's been some turnaround in public works. I noticed on the Burrow website, they only cleaned it, says, well, the clean, the right side of the street once a month, at the end of the month. However, the previous times, both sides of the street were cleaned. Basically, the left part of our street really hasn't been cleaned very often in the spring or summer. I've made a few calls. I spoke to somebody, the public works, they were very nice. And they came like twice after I called to clean the left side. But there's still some leaves and some kind of chestnuts kind of, you know, around stuff for dogs to walk, maybe some of the kids walk into school. Because we originally signed from a previous neighbor of ours to have the street clean once a month because both sides are being cleaned. There's not been any enforcement. We've had a number of folks move in and out of the neighborhood. I see the signage. I move my car age Friday of each, of each, and of each month. We've had some, you know, neighbors that have moved in, like, taken my space. And some of the cars haven't been driven around. So the left side hasn't been cleaned. So I was just hoping that, you know, I could maybe make a point. It's springtime, I thought I'd kinda check. Cause I've had to make like a few calls and you know, sometimes it's been done, but I prefer not to call it. It's just one someone. So maybe like a year or so, it's a sharp one. Right, exactly, exactly. There are signs that says left side two and right side are No, no, it just says it is clean. I'd be Friday of every month. I went on the borough website earlier today before I came in. And you know, a number of streets maybe just say that it's on the right. Some say both, but ours is only one way. So, you know, that again, a of folks have moved in and out, so, you know, people haven't been moving their cars or been notified. So maybe if we could do some notification, I would be tickled pink, but sides can be clean just at the end of the month. Okay, I'm especially just a little bit excited. Thank you, thank you for that. I appreciate it. Thank you Yes. Okay. When we write along. Shall we go to resolutions to be adopted? I need a motion to approve resolution in 2025-007. Staying at the swiftly. Viral is requesting a nano-motorized trained program. The new month of the 19133030 from the Commonwealth and the Institute for the Use for a Worldwide Memorial Park Trail in Bridgewood, pretty bad. So move. Sorry. Right. If a roll should be second. There are any questions to tell. I'm going to then almost and later please say aye. Aye. Does it pose? Does it pose? Motion. Or this is to be an end to not Council America. Mr Mayor we're all in there. I invite you to your new care. You'd like to share this with us tonight. It's a very emotional saying that I have my work. It's emotional for us to. I hope it helps my hearing that so far has. I'll do that. I don't know anything that. Thank you. Okay. Anybody else want to weigh in on anything? This chilly snowing spring day. Okay. Then let's go on the managers report. I actually don't have any report, neither reports are probably going to be between May and like I was involved in them, but they're going to talk about you. So okay, then let's move out to the solicitors report. Thank you. Okay, reporting the packet. So unless there's any questions, I'm going to give you a mic. Okay. Okay. I'm going to be passing them off. Okay, a couple of things. The everybody, most of you know about Cousin, the slide that happened last weekend. So it actually happened Friday night but it wasn't reported until Saturday. Matt and I went out there with public works as they were immediately getting, you know, putting on some road closure signs. Public works had some of the trees that were at risk of falling, trimmed, and cut down on Saturday. We got with a contractor on Sunday to get emergency grazing. So we talked about how this will be fun and she said, side, some funds to do one of the other snips, loads this year. So there is somebody in the budget that we're going to work through. But pricing and proceed as an emergency repair. So if we have that, we'll cycle out with the looping group. It's not going to be all of phase two. Give you some background is what happened. And such a this slide was right right after the wall will be installed in phase one. There's a little transition slope, basically the lot that was vacant at a house on, was recently demolished. That was one of the areas that we didn't see as a long term, or a short term risk. We included in phase one. So it wasn't part of phase one initially, but it was going to be part of phase two, which as you guys all recall, we talked about eventually getting grant funds for that. We applied for law programs, haven't gotten any. That's why that's done yet. So rather than doing all of the phase two, we're gonna hold this portion out and just do this portion now. And then phase two will be a reduced scope, which includes file payment and so you utility preparation and so on. So in phase one held up. Phase one held up, we have a wall taken to shape. So I guess you know, could it all first? Do you know what could happen but there was no damage anything that ums you're going to be able to face phase two or your new phase now 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to 30 to this very specific eyes do it. I don't get it because we don't have the cost but in the market. So once we have that we will get his schedule and that'll be something that we consider you know this contract for prices and says they can't get to it. I mean it isn't worth going to go to someone else. Okay, it's not worth going to go to the crowd or anything. So it should be relatively quick. I would say it looks in the nest. Yeah, We should pass down there. I don't want to go. I don't want to go. Don't leave them. We don't want to treat us down. We don't treat us down also. So then do. quick, I can say we're looking to the nest. Yeah, we should pass down there. I want to go up with the double. We don't want to. We don't want to. We can't treat down. We can't treat down also. So that it wouldn't pull anything else. By the way, the tree sound. Yeah, and the road base still impact is just the slope that was the GS on the road. You can see the obviously monitoring, but we have one of those. And in happily they could be able to learn and getting somebody up there to start work. So we already have one at food and food. And in happily, they could be able to do it. I can do somebody up there to start working. So we already had someone out on Sunday to evaluate if they're coming back to give us a price on it. And then that, I'm just a couple of different all the signs that we consider we're gonna go based off of their recommendations of how based off of their means and that is. Okay. So you should have a word of information and this week also'll set out the email to Donald, whichever comes most people in the cell. My question, um, you said you think about half that cement cost of base two is it also not half the scoop or is it less half the scoop? I think this is just in general, until we actually, but you think it's like an emergency or a carer, so a lot more expensive than what we do. If we were to bid this out, there's a lot of factors that play into it. At this time of the year, I think work early on in the construction students, people still have the availability. I think we probably would have gotten more aggressive bid if we were to publicly bid this. But you do know what these costs generally, so compare it to what we would typically have expected for our end of this magnitude, and we're not gonna advise you guys to proceed on it. We think we'd better pricing it, so we can be up. Well, we did have a big one, and we're the things that started that, which we will,'re just going to do something. Absolutely. So that's Crescent. Channel Parkwood did have the pre-construction meeting. What was that yesterday? Kim. And it planned to mobilize likely next week on that. So that's going to start pretty soon. If anyone asks, what's going on with that, that would be probably a couple of months. Well, to get that finished, final aid in four last years program is swan at that and Thursday they're going to be out there milling and cleaning up the streets to be prepared to get the bottom where enforced and then whether for many Fridays would be pretty decent or likely, probably some last last time I checked that we out there to write in and day to finish that. And we are having them, we have it in the 400 block of Centennial, the developer is gonna re-enburgr this for the fees incurred for that. So that will all be completely dealt as well. That was from the end. I just remind everybody that if you have priorities, and you're warned that the payment curves, you know, attention for our roads. Do you have a program to get those to that right away, right away tonight? You can. Why don't you let it click black, run all the time? Black bird and what is the return to your place? Yes. Okay. That's where we did the curve on those added on track. So that area. That lead to the next thing I didn't give you streets already from about a couple of emails to compile the list. But we did last year's a paying program. If you guys can compile the list, we'll go through doing inspection who are rating the road and then come back to you as a present. You know what the condition of each is of the expected concept. And I suddenly continue to do that. And for the spot break, we appear to be a silent chair. I got Mr. Ross text to the next one. Yeah. I think that's the right answer. Yeah, no, it's not. No, it's always very nice. I really. Julie, you can take the first one. Yeah. Sorry. I got a second pause. Sorry. I didn't know for you. Yeah. All right. That's actually. I don't know if it's questions on anything in my report. All right. Okay. And we'll go on in business. So I need a motion to approve the developer's agreement for the 38th. The first three. No. I have a motion in a second. All of a favor, please say aye. Aye. Aye. Opposed? Exactly. Next. I may be welcome to bring the certificate of appropriateness for three or 12 to the Zora Street for structural barriers to a second for death. So moved. Aye. Okay. Any questions and comments? All those in favor, favor, please say aye. Aye. Those opposed. The emotion to approve change order number one from the general reconstruction of vaping for the installation of the parking can I think for this will be your ability to track parking lot and free path. In the amount of $250,000, $800. So moved. Sorry. In a motion in a second. Are there any questions or comments? Okay, I would just point out that this is covered substantially by a grant. And part that isn't covered by a grant was budgeted for certainly was like right on track with that. And I just wanted to also mention this was actually one of the big alterants that we included initially, we just already were awarded. Right. That was a strategy that he has done this project for the board. Yes. Yes. For real general police. Yes. Yes. Very, very closely. We mentioned it better. We mentioned it better. OK. Okay, so I'll motion in a second, a little discussion. All those in favor please say aye. Aye. Those pros. And I need welcome to a group change order and number one from state pipe services. There's a contractor to incitement for the additional work outside the initial scope of work for preparation and access to manable number 165 to install repair number 23-202 or the 2002 for operating in the maintenance sewer repair project, Patrick A. They're involved in maintenance for lining in the amount of $4,600 plus a 10% market for $5,060. So, second, any questions for gentlemen? From David really. Okay, so we have a motion in a second. All of us have fairly say aye. Those opposed? Yes, we are motion to approve the implementation of the leading pedestrian integrals and five signalized intersections is recommended by gay community. So second. Any questions or comments on the menu? All those in favor please say aye. Those opposed? a book into to award C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C. C to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. I'm going to ask you a question. to hold a CACA-Racer motorcycle show subject to cost of vital details is determined by the police to be in the burrowing of the group. So moved. The motion and the seconder, are there any questions or comments about that? All those in favor please say aye. Aye. Those opposed? You need to watch it through clearly the press made by Lynn Papp, the swimming-specific garden council, close broad street between Beaver and Enthorne, and one street between the broad to the most office. Let's see if there are more than 60 vendors on May the 10th, 2525, from 7 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. to hold the main mark, best of all subject, cost and final details is determined by the place, shape and burrowing action. Okay, time to move to motion. Second. And I have a second. Any questions or comments? I'm on my flat flyers. It's ready before I move to state. Okay, motion on a second. All those of you that have said aye. Aye. Those proposed. The motion to be approved and requested by the Kathleen Powell King, close balance street, then made at 25, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. to the whole of Black Friday. So. Second. Okay. Motion on a second. Any questions or comments? All those in favor please say that. The motion to approve the request made by Stephen Brown to close division street between broad and hinderway between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday from May 22nd to October 31st, 2025. And this includes providing your parking signs for going to parking pages and providing big barriers. So look, in question and second, any questions or comments? All those in favor please say aye. Those proposed. So, that's the case. That's the case. I'm gonna finish it at least six. I think it's gone very well. So, okay, I made a question to approve. They're requested by Dan Houch, close grab street from Centennial to McGree, from 11 a.m., 4 p.m., and Sunday June 8th to all the Black Friday now. Some of them. Okay. Okay. The question inside any questions or comments? All those that they would please say aye. Aye. All right. Those those. Okay. We're going to put something about the ceremonies of what the Valid Fire Safety involves Rod Street between the Immuniculate and Dora and over the 11th, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and hold the Quinter Validate Fire Safety Fair, subject to cost and final details as determined by the police chief and the brand manager. So, sorry. Okay, I have a motion and a second. I have an answer comments. I would just comment that if you haven't read that I'm've been talked to everybody looked into it, talked to the hazmat people as well where you want. So I've been talking to a second, a little comment here and all those who I'm going to say aye. Okay, but those opposed to the test, of course not exactly a session, not I will take a motion to your general. Wait, we have exactly such a problem. We leave them. We can chat about the next stuff for ourselves. Yeah, we're waiting to get back to the diocese. Whether you're requested. Did you click that? I did. I did. I thought like you now. Yeah, he has a clean respond to that. You know, how long are we going to be ready? Oh, did you look in the solicitors report? Okay, I think that there's going to be some movement. Yes. I mean, there's going to be here right now. And that's the first time for them. And that's the first time for council, the other side, to talk to their client and amongst themselves six weeks. So, and that's probably about what we're coming up on. And so, maybe you guys are actually. Yes. So, I know what's going to do with the the issue. So, I feel like the question you're getting now, that we will go without hearing, then who got a jet? That's where we go. That's a far. One way or another. All right, any other questions besides it? Yeah. Okay. I'll take one, two, and then I'll ask. I'll start the motions. Okay, I'll listen to her for a second. Okay, I'll listen to her for a second. Okay, I'll listen to her for a second. I'll listen to her for a second. I'll listen to her for a second. I'll listen to her for a second. I'll listen to her for a second. Okay, I'll listen to her for a second. I'll listen to her for a second. Okay, I'll listen to her for a second. I'm going to have a motion. Second place, don't get that.
