Testing, testing, testing. Please speak on the mic. Hello. Okay. Hello, hello. Pictures of what always been working on. And so this is for our master plan. So this should be the next 10 years of park plans and the facilities. So this is for our master plan. So this should be the next 10 years of park plans as facilities. So this is kind of one of the steps into making that really big book that you probably got the last time we did the park master plan. So we'll be happy to go through these, but just so you guys know, the plan is, so we will vote on this if we're happy with these plans tonight. And once we vote on this, then we take it back to the engineers to do some finalizing and things like that. And then they are going to get us cost estimates, but we can't do cost estimates and phasing plans until we're like, oh, we're happy with these plans. And then they will make our big booklet and we'll do, we'll get that posted everywhere and kind of get rolling from there. But we can't really put it in about yet until we have numbers. So this is kind of step 8 of 15, you know. So yeah, we have, you know, these are some of parks that are getting the most work done. That doesn't mean that like Twin Lake is not listed on any of these plants. That doesn't mean we're not going to do any work. It twins like the next 10 years. But these were the ones that were giving the most work done at it in like big facilities and site plans. I like we needed architects and engineers to work on. But that doesn't mean the other parks are not getting anything done. They're just maybe not giving the major overhaul that these are getting. If that makes sense. So I do you guys want to walk around please with me or do you want me to like hold them out? What do you want? I want to see it. You want to let them go? Yeah. I'm not going to be by the... I actually already been at an open house, so I've seen all these quite a bit. It took a lot of notes. So one thing I noticed is the playground stuff for Central Park is in this plan, but isn't that already been approved in everything? Yeah. So even though the company, so do carry with the company that we worked with the consultants to do this project, the playground is going to be installed in the next couple of months. So it is already done, but we included it because it was a part of the Central Park plan that are in the Maxor plan. So we want to head it included, double, pictures just because it's kind was part of the central park plan that are in the master plan. So we want to head it included those pictures just because it's kind of part of some of the updates is central. Is the cause of you going to be done at the same time? That should be done each year. Okay. The billion will be done first and then we'll work on that. Okay. Thank you. What is the other part of the work? Definitely. Yes. And I will show you exactly where that goes right here. Okay, so this is for our first sturgers. These are like, oh, oh, oh. So we have, these are the main parts that we're looking at. These days over at Halt's. So we have a new part here that we bought from land for already as the new water plants. new water plants some land for the water plant and then we also get a park out of it which is great. And then a lot of work being done, it's lying in central, the kind and then some work on the gold ground. So we'll start this way. This is our new 20-inch park need to be just from then. So this one had a little bit of something for everyone. So we've got two little league baseball fields here, batting cages. This has concessions, but it'll be like concessions with restrooms. And then we've got the features here. Basically, you just like a little full course on what to say, right? This would be a new playground back to the both works for the current gospel course, or it is every single name. This will be small dot part, and larger dot part, restroom here, and I'll show you a picture of this one. I get this is kind of like the stint for like hangout part of the part with some like half of stuff if you're not here to play, or sort of run around like this is somewhere to come and hang out, or while you're, family members are doing some adopt stuff. Another place part of the playground here, so we either do like two to five here, five to five here or five to four to five. And then this is gonna be, you like the little suboing in and over one. So it's hard to tell unless there is a little bit of a breeze. So this is kind of you looking out and over this, it's kind of those down a little bit. You'll be able to see the leg and stuff from that. This is just, to tell a nice but there is a little bit of a breeze so this would kind of be looking out and over this and it's kind of those sounds a little bit. Do you be able to see the licking stuff from that? This, there's a lot of open breeze. We don't have time, just opening the leaves. So this could be a little bit of anything we want. You need purple flowers, you're a pretty thing, walk around. These two things here, this would be a different for Edger and Jeff. I would say that you got here and first have no feeling that they're going to play here. I hope that those things close to where I thought. Like two to five there and then we do that for five bit area because of yeah. Yeah, let me give them a ball. I do know what that gives you. Yeah. And then we've got with walking trails that go around as well. So this is kind of our new part. So that one's going to go here, which we do. This one's really fun to do because we've got any from nothing. Yeah. So we can kind of just go, that's what we got to do, so many different things with that one. So this one goes into Central Park. Now, like you pointed out, we kind of have two options for Central Park. So I do have, and if you hang it on this one, you guys stick their phones first before I tell you what my thing is. But the thing is, change, you're just trying to stay with that. If you're going to want to, you're going to have to stay with that. Now this still has the same pieces of it. This one just has more open space space, and the one just has the baseball field. This didn't lose any of the dog parts spaces. This is just the dog's car vehicle will larger, and they're combined. And this one has been like a process by law for the general. So our current, our start gear, because it's kind of what our current looks like. We're kind of, what does look like the last path of this, our current. So we've got this ball field here at a parking lot. Those are done, a maximal force, those are done. Number two is where the civilian is going to be. So that's what's being built right now. And we've actually supposed to deliver an X to you because they're going to install that. And the number one is the safety figure on the outgoing end. So it's going right here. Um, like this one last half of the park should be done in the next, you know, by the way. And then this right half is really what we're kind of next place. So we have, this is the same on both sides. So look, the billion here, and this is more of a billion for a vast wall. So closer like I'm going to space them and stay in the shade and rest and this one's more of like for the playground. And this to the end is this is pickleball and kind of a multi purpose hurts so this. So this has on the right is to pick a walk forward to like dedicate it that is all you can do there for the ball. So right now these two have tenets and pickle balls. So I do, we do get that question a lot, it's just some dedicated pickle balls basically. And then this one on the left is kind of different on that. It is a multi-dose card. So it can be two pickle balls, but it can also, you can also take the next down and it can also be softer If that is not something we have Anywhere really to place and then the next will just be here So you don't have to bring your own natural ideas for your own trouble ball. So this one can be Because I didn't know if you didn't really have but feel we don't necessarily did the full-blown So, soccer field next to the football field or anything, but I mean, somewhere they think you can get the quality of that, right? And then number nine, that's stormwater. Number 10 on both of these is like fitness equipment. I know we have some along the trail, but these are more of like, like in one stage. And then this one has a little bit more green open space to play at. Both of them have a concession sandwich. We have some examples out over there. They both have a small large dog card. And they're all obviously, we have to spend surrounding outside in a lot of trees. You do need a lot of trees and shades. If that part is really hot, that's a really hot part right now. That was on last, what we had all the elements in. But yeah, so these are kind of the two options that we had everyone go on and open out. And down here, we're inventing more for you. Right? The most important thing about this is that you can't hold on to it because it's a different-distance, up different angles. Okay, so right now this is different people. Right now the people, yeah, the government is burning the government. And it's like people in the back, right? Right Right, right at the board. So right now this is the kind of thing that I just like. So I have two questions because you've mentioned now two concession stands. So if concession stands are built, like what's the plan? Are we hiring staff to run these things? And now we're paying extra salaries to go with the added park space. I mean, see this contestant and this park is for like a little weeks to run. So we would not be hiring staff to run the contestant. It's kind of like the consequences we have now. So we would just be building the space and letting them bring this like we are not going to deal with the food, we're not going to be a vendor, and they can come in and they can sell what they have games and they have stuff going on. That also helps. It helps their organization by doing that. Right, that's how a lot of the women's is going to be able to keep their costs down. They take theirç–es, they can get uniforms, like buy any new clothes, so it's like sell. Right, they make funding that way. Yeah, and this building is also like, we are updating our construction. And that is, it's also our storage building. It's also our classrooms. So it's kind of like it's also a little chivalry it's gonna have some shaded space and it goes kind of all of those combined Um, especially Yeah, our Yeah, it's a Restroom And you know So where the restrooms end up being connected to that then instead of a separate building. And it's right in the middle, so it's kind of glued over to its left on the side. This one's getting much harder than the goals of heart. Because when you say lonely, are you just talking like the football that's out there? football and they're actually there's running a new team. They haven't started yet but the lay conference line so it's actually not going to be like a pole. well that's out there. And we're actually there's already a new team. They haven't started yet, but the lake offered Lyon. So it's actually not going to be like the whole county team. It's going to be like the lake out for a team. It's like you've read football team. So yeah, they're going to be the Lyon. So we should see they already have to find out for it. So we should see a lot more of that. Actually, I have two groups waiting on their schedule so they can schedule around it. Okay, just see the city's gonna have its own team for a change. Yeah, so we might end up with three teams actually. And I do have a soccer group that's playing off there right now. It's their little kids' soccer but they're busy. And I got a question about the baseball field. So you've taken opinions of people both ways to keep it, not to keep it. How are you going to ultimately decide that? We'll see what you guys think. We'll see what the commission also does next week. Me and Ryan are meeting towards this one. Well, I was going to say if we've got two fields down here, then do we have a need for a third? I don't think you do, this is also the way that would be. Yeah, that would just use them for outside in the city. Well, and then two are together. So instead of having two there, it's not like we're going to have a day where two play here and one plays across town all the way over here. And also when you're looking at this, this is so busy. And we can't have a game here and a game here at the same time you've been working. And so if we can't use this space for a game, what's the ball going on? We might as well put them in the space. That's what I have in the game. You do feel it's over there. Oh no, that makes sense. I mean, if you have the new fields and it's already going to provide that for them, then Mise will go ahead and use the other space for something that will be more constructive. They can go ahead of all of here, they can go ahead of here. They can go practice. I mean, if you have the new fields and it's already going to provide that for them, then might as well go ahead and use the other space for something that will be well constructed. They can still get them all here. They can still be real. They can still practice in the start space. It's not going to suddenly get them all hit or place. They can get there. So this is more flexible space for us than this would be. But also, like you said, they're literally fields. So in all of this is there going to be a spot where young adults and adults can get together and have softball games and stuff like that because I mean little league fields are small. We're going to try to field. We can get the engineer to do larger fields that that one. They're not little league fields, but those right now on the map are showing little league fields. But this going to but this one is the same size either way. This one cannot be. Could you do one that's easily comfortable like where you have a way to put up a temporary fence to make it little leagues that have a bigger field for baseball and stuff? Definitely do not have space for that essential. Like it would it's little league or not. It's central. We don't have any more space to grow there. But if the other part we might try to see those out of that one, you might have to move it down. We'll talk about the grade with them, but this is just the most recent one we've done. And when we approved this, like sure, we might, like, like some of the other questions we get to get in the session stand, like these are more like like, you know, this is the billion might glitches, this side. You know what I mean like there might be some minor changes that comes with this yeah like we said like we could bump those out you know what we want to see there usually is a little changes so these are not like said in stone but it's more of just like big concepts like we want the heels and we not want to You. You can feel full again. But you know, I do think we need at least one larger feel. Even if both of these don't end up being like full five heels if we want the league and one full five feel, I think we need at least one. But that's why me and the primary meaning towards the no baseball heel gym, because we have those other two those other two. And this way, you can type doctor, you can do all kinds of stuff on it, just practice it. Yeah, any program you want really. But do you have room there? Yeah, because a lot of larger cities and us, what the ideas is they put four fields with the concessions and bathrooms and everything in the middle. Do you have room there below that field to my left that you're right to push stuff down towards the grade and throw a third field in so that you'd still have two. So, you might be hard. Two dedicated and one bigger? We might be hard because this is like a really down slow here so it's not like, like, I can't put it back to ball and forth. You might be, you might be. But I can talk to them and see if we, we definitely try to get at least one of these Right, but you know, three might be hard, but having one small and one large could probably be done. Because like if we expand, it's like what if we could get rid of this or go right, make this one go wider and out, you know, and then this one could stay short, which leaves it there and then maybe you just lose this grass base and that just gets pushed down. Yeah. That's a little bit of a tweaking. Yeah, but like there should be room for that. I don't know but I can tweak the rehab. But we should have... grass-based and that just gets pushed down. Yeah. Again, that's a little bit of a tweaking. Yeah. But like, there should be room for that. I don't know if I can tweak the rehab. Mm-hmm. But we should have a little room to get those bigger. Yeah. It's great. But yeah, we want to show you these kind of near-good. Because that's kind of why we put the sheet fields over there. And then I think you all in this room have seen it. This is supposed to be the number in the next month and then it might take them a month a month and have offered these more than a week with a contractor, but you should start being the construction on the pretty stage, which is crazy. We'll be able to play on that this summer. Yay! Which is great. These are some kinds of drawings of the transactions here. So, like you guys, this is more like a civilian too. So this is a web-feeding, shade here. And then this has got a larger register here, and storage. So we can store, you know, all of it. It it in a tape tape, you know, it's a lot of deal. So we have storage there, kitchen for the convention fan, a lot of table, a lot of heating, some extra trees, and we got, we'll have a bathroom set in service, that whole part of the room, from all over the room. So, it's right in the middle. And the cleaning pictures were more of a, from like contact picture of all of this. So this center thing when I talked about here was when I talked about it, it's kind of like that. It doesn't really matter when you're middle or middle. It's like the main picture here is sitting and hanging out in the dorm. So like a little bit of a chaffer's thought and obviously some dog parts on that come forward around the first. There we have them. That's it? That new part? Where is that? So this one? Compared to where we're at. I said location. So this one is for the first day. You know I don't know the exact date. So either. I know it's off exact same. I, that's what I thought that, but I wasn't sure. I was like, I can use that one here. So we're going Here, um, next right because the latest down here, um, I'm going to be bringing in to the, um, the latest ground. It's almost like from that. It's time to, it's just how many projects that are going to be. And, you know, let the dirt plant, whatever, those are next to the cut air, and then they grow. Well, we're keeping around them, but then, but in some way you have a recurrent behavior, that produces a different behavior. It's gonna take a walk or a week here. It's a neat, neat, neat, cool. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. We're keeping our money in the middle of the day. with the first thing you should try to go back out there is to to where it is. So right now it's kind of just wide open. But with all of this new activity going on we're really going to We're doing a lot of glue-bites. I've heard it. OK, here's the part. And here's the one. It's work. Special lesson. I'm a great, pretty mind. Well, that was me who have this open, and this particular thing of program, and this, it's completely different. So that was, it's kind of work. functionality, and that's a doctorate. And this number 17 is an additional event going which is great fun. So this is pictures of that. So for this, we have some larger weddings out here, but they definitely do not fit in front of the building. We had so much outside the bay. This was more obviously you cannot make changes to the McIke House. Or would we want to. But this gives us a little more flexibility to both some of you larger than them. And also like another indoor space like that they can be in a rent with a board separate. So in theory, we can have some you don't have here. Here, here, here, and here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, depending on how many spots, but spots. But this is got like flexible feeding, dressing room storage, lobby, got a restroom in as well, which is really needed. Which some of them are, but we have, so right now we have the two right in the room by the house. So we have these, these are, so they'll be right here. Yeah. So like it's, we have a lot of ones that either that we're here on the patio and the arches are right over here. So having some restrooms like on this side too, we'll be really nice. And then we've got the one in the top. So we'll be able to do the restrooms with the, there's pretty sure the current restrooms, okay. So they'll just stay in there and they'll have another one in the nature center. But like that may not be the same at the time. But like it will be like a bank restroom. So that's some concepts of the, this is a little more modern. We're going to have to take this down a notch. Well this is really pretty. This is going to be a setting of the house. So we did talk to them about that a little bit. It was really cool. It's really cool, but I don't know that this... We're gonna have to tie it in a little bit more to help. We can just buy it, I think, we can work with it on that. But like it needs to inside of this, like, you know, the layout. Well, this is not our most exciting board that I have. It is important. It is one of our busiest parking lots you have every weekend. Right now they park very haphazardly into a little dangerous in the boat ramp. Yes, this is the boat. This is the first shuttle. Yes, it is. It looks horrible when you come in. Yes, it is. So this one. We wanted engineers to take a crack out it to get the most out of this very small space that we have. To see how many people we could actually feasibly fit to park in here. It is a small spot. It is a small spot. So just a little bit more organized parking. And right now there's kind of like three entrances and exits. So it's very like half-hands or good luck. So we'll have like one entrance, one exit. one so we're going to get rid of the third one that's kind of just there. It's a event, make it a circle drive so you need to draw your roads and then extend the dock as well. And then they'll have some good space for their weigh-ins, for their tournament. And then that way they can dock there and then to the way in there. So well we can't expand the parking any farther than this because of the wetland space at least make more use of a space that we have. My building is pretty. I just have two more. Oh I didn't look behind me. I just talked to one of them. Oh I didn't look behind me. Oh I was done. This is Ryan's. Tada. Ryan Park. So the only thing that's staying here is the So that stays the same. But this is also contingent on like this. That one's no, that one's new. But yeah, that one's not taken out by a hurricane. That one's pretty new. Like within the last two years. This is where growers for a lot of other is right now. Okay. So this is where we would put a lot of work. So some of this is contingent on that building coming down. Hopefully. Yeah, that's right. Can't wait. I'm surprised to go into Lake Elf. Yeah, I'm surprised to go into this thing and out a few notches. But this also gives us a separate entrance. So we can get an entrance here off the main drive. like a hidden part that people have difficulty by. The railroad tracks are just, yeah They're going to go through this idea. Not that you could change the thing. No, can't change that. Sorry. So what's going to be the ability to get across from the other side? Well, right now we go across those, um, and not to the only entrance we have. Correct. But we're gonna come off the main road here. Once that building is gone, yeah. And you'll be able to go in both ways. Yeah, we're gonna keep this one, but it's okay. We actually went to a train work down one time. We were stuck in the office. This is the only exit and entry right now. But when we have, so we have a lot more organized. There's a lot of parking space. There at Lyon it's just, we're just reorganizing some of this, especially with the trailer parking down here. And then we're going to like revitalize the beach space so you will actually enjoy the link over there. We have a little boardwalk, so you can go out and it's for like fishing. A splash park, which I have some really great figure about that. So looking at that, you're going to do like, is that going to be like a pier that goes out? Yeah, this goes out into the water and it's around. And then around. Oh, that'll be really nice. And then we've got all this splash. Yeah, splash park playground combo right there. So like yeah, they're playing at the beach where we've got the photos coming and also this work What kind of helps us like a little bit of a safety feature here. So like if we're swimming right here, these boats can't come zoom in right here. So it kind of leads us this little like rectangle here, just when they kind of blocks us out from the rest of the open lake. And we can put some new things in stuff, that an FWC problem for later, but this we're walking around with that a little bit. We have flash park right here. We have added restrooms, oh, like a little really small boat house, like restrooms, right here, just like probably two stalls, close to the playground, close to the beach, close to the boat. And again, we've got long trailer parking going along here and you're this side. And then this one number nine. So another restroom here. A lot of green space and walking over here. Ryan wanted to actually add another civilian. I think I talked into doing it here. I think I wanted to hear but I didn't want to block more of the lake here. more of the link to, but I think I talked to them in the further the billion. I think I talked into doing it here. I think I kind of wanted to hear, but I didn't want to block more of the link here. But I think I talked to them into putting the closer to here. And then this space over here is our own agreed space. So the goal of lying this, we want this to be our main event such as. So what you're going to see in a little bit is our expansion plans for the library. We're going to lose our grass-based downtown. And we barely were able to hold heritage in the shade down here as it was. So the thought for Lyon is like, this is like, we want this to be the gym. Like, this is where everyone wants to come to do a ven. Well, and now that the Methodist Church sold you that other property across the street, you guys will eventually have a lot of extra parking right there. We've got parking there, we've got a lot of parking along here. So this is going to be set up to be a really great event space. So it looks really wide and open right now, but we can do farmer's markets. We can do food shock events. We want to put all of our events here. This is going to be more like a fan show. So it's not going to be like a hard building blocking the view here. How it looks like it is not like what it is. Yeah, it's going to be open. But it's like it's covered. So it's almost like a permanent day share. So as we can host, I mean all of our events here. here. As you're looking up the wooded area, that one and the one on the left, what are those? No, no, no, up further. Yeah, those... Yeah, those... The trail marker is just how long the trail is. Okay, and then the two red dots. This? Yeah. So this would just be a word walked off just to go out and let's go late, as well. So there's going to be trails going through that? Yes, so this is a trail going through the wetlands. It's about all we can do on to this thing. Yeah. But a nice trail to walk through, a restroom right here too, if you're using the trail also like a bed space restroom here. This is actually this label that's based on the online one. This is supposed to be a civilian with the community center. So you're right though, it is labeled as a restroom restaurant, but we didn't need that. So what's up with this? This is a community center, which I'll get to see that I've got pictures right behind you. But yes, this was a big trail to go through and connect, but this is like, this is supposed to be like... So yeah, so seeing you have a community center is next. So it would be here which I have some drawings of. So again, these are, this is very concepty, right? So this is not, we don't have the engineer plans quite like this, this far. But we want all of these elements inside the community center. Some of this may be split, some of this might be moved over here, but the in theory is like this. It becomes up to what you want in and it is there. I guess. This is a big community center. It's going to have two full indoor gyms. Oh. Yeah. So if you venture the Tom Feller's community center in Davenport, It's going to be similar to that one, but thinker. So this one's going to be similar to that one, but the sink room. So this one's going to have like an indoor track around the basketball gym. And this is going to be a very flexible gym, like we can play a tickle ball, which you do volleyball, which you do fast, and we like tennis, it's just a gym. Right. There'll be an indoor track that goes around this one, which would be really nice. We've got fresh germs, lobby, and we've got a workout fitness room. So like we're talking treadmill, elliptical, which would be really nice. We've got fresh germs, lobby, and we've got a workout fitness room. So like we're talking treadmill, the electricals, freeways, like a gym, which I think would make me the most use part of this whole thing. And we've got like a fitness room, so we can do cloths in there. We can do yoga. We can do it in full room, any kind of food in the Zoom ball, whatever you do. Any kind of class in there. It's kind of close. It's connected. They can be connected if they need to be. A multi-purpose room that we can do programs in. For the kids watch area, like we can just use it for anything. An arts and crafts room here. We've got some offices here. And then we've got more restrooms and storage and then a large bank went all. will seat how many At the moment it's scheduled for 350 9. Yeah, that's good I was afraid you were gonna say a small number Every time is every time I talk to rank he wants to go higher. There you go So race 50 is a good yeah, I say make it to 500 really. And then we've got like some wine here so we'll either do a divider or a cross so we can do smaller programs, we do multiple programs programs in the same time. And all of this we get like we can do storage and stuff that will take care of the linens and stuff for like this thing for the whole. So we'll be able to host all kinds of stuff in town. You know what you need? Someone that's going to be able to direct your chamber plumbers. Because you're going to need it. You're going to need some good chamber stuff going on. Well they can be good too. They can be wherever but we need it. We need to get our chamber up and run and it's not too far from us. You know, I can't talk about that, sorry. But we do it. We need to get our own chamber up and run. And it's not too far from us. You know, I can't talk about, sorry. But that's true, we do. But, but yeah, so this would be where we would, we could host summer camp here. We could, I mean, we could, I love whatever we wanted in there. We could do basketball programs. We could do, you know, we could have an adult back of a week. So, from that way, how's that better matter? Like, charge more clean fees for people they have. I think it'll depend on part of it. I think like the fitness room, we probably would need to charge like monthly. Like, residents would be more, would be cheaper than like, out of town residents or something. But if we don't charge anything, they'll probably get destroyed. Yeah, they don't do a day pass. We probably said that where there's like yeah you can do a monthly or annual membership. We haven't gotten that far with the dollar amount or anything. Of course. That's things that get planned kind of later. Yeah, it would help basically pay for some of the staff who have to be there during the program when they're open. We have time works best well we have time and take a while we have time when it was volleyball. Oh we'll be above and yeah we've got plenty of parking for that as well. And we've also talked about changing this drop off to actually go to that side as well and come around. It's so close. So we'll have like a separate drop off if we need to use our program. And then this is a little bit more rendering, a little more specific on our splash pad. Like we know we need a splash pad. We've got a lot of requests for a little splash pad. So this one is actually, so they're going to make us a custom fish of our city logo, which is so cute. So since we're at the lake, it's very aquatic, we have to limit it. So we've got our fish, we've got a boat, we can climb up in. These fishing poles actually turn and can spray each other. We've got like little fishing bovers here. And this is more of like a water playground as well. So we've got fly, you can just got like some height to it so they can play all night as well. So that'll be so fun. I'm not playing that. This looks like a lot of fun. And this will be used probably 11 months out of the year here. Yeah. Yeah. Nice. So there you. Thank you. We have a dish. Love it. Love it. All right, so thank you for going through those with me, but yeah, so what we are, what we need a consensus on is that you like the direction of the master plan that you guys are happy with the concepts, like the overall concepts, like yes, we are, I'll make a note about making the field larger. And yeah, we talked about making the banquet hall larger than actually shown there. Yeah, some few minor adjustments here and there, but like overall the concept of it that for we're really excited to move forward with this in the next 10 years and then kind of from there we decide what goes first based on how much everything is and then right gets to help put it in the budget. So yeah, do you have any other questions about this before we vote on it? I think we're all good. This is a full 10-year plan, so it will not all be implemented in 10 years. The plan is all of this is filled within 10 years. So it will be important. What's your spin due to our taxes? Ideally, they don't go out, they will take these. We high impact fees, um, based on our size of our city. It's actually one of the highest in full county, um, so we can bring some of these things. But it's, it's the people, the more people when we have coming in, like the new people, the new houses that are built, they're the ones that, they're the reason why we need some bigger space. So they're kind of the ones paying for it. So each for a new house is still in the city pays $4,000 specifically to recreation impact fees. And that- There's still a lot of houses going in. There are. And it shows only go to recreation projects. Like this can't fund anything for higher belief. Like it's for recreation for these things specifically. So all of that money has just been sitting there ready for us to put apart the recreation packages are paying for the playground. That's where that money's coming from. We are able to fund a lot of these projects, like almost immediately. I mean, there's only so much we can do at one time, but some of this we will be hoping can regenerate in our impact scheme budget for that and we go for math. But yeah, we can't, we won't, this all won't happen next year, but it will happen as we go. And then depending on the order, I don't have an order for you until we know more about how much all of this is going to cost. It's going to help us figure out where in the budget we want to place everything. And then it also is going to largely, why is this going to depend on when the growers for the laser plant is so we're waiting to hear if we got a grant for that or not. But we get a grant for that and that comes down sooner than later. Then lives might be able to happen sooner than later, but if we don't get the grant, and we were trying to do the grant again, that might push just for, you know, example like the new part before lines if we're waiting for growers to do any. And so we don't have any answer on the phase just yet, but we hopefully will see. But with growers, is there like a timeframe we got to wait on the ground to be usable? both part of the EPA that they're working with on that. That's part of the grant poverty. growers is there like a timeframe we got away down the ground to be usable for the EPA that they're working with on that? That's part of the grant, probably. Yeah, it's part of the grant. That's what they're taking down. They take you down very carefully. There's a lot of rules about how they take you down, but that's what they're working on with the grant. So when they would do that, they would take you down and they take care of that. also why that space is a parking lot. We would not want to put it garden there. It's not going to be a dangerous, but it's going to be a great spot for the parking lot. It's going to be a great spot for the parking lot. Yeah. And you need parking. Yeah, we need parking somewhere. So we might as well make that the parking lot. So anything else I can answer on it? Okay, great. So now I just need an official vote on our master plan. Do we need to vote specifically on which of those plans for Central Let Me? You don't. I'll make note on it. I'll make sure Ryan just be overall 10 year plan. Just the overall the plan. I'll tell him that you know that Next money when we meet a commission. I'll share with them that the first time I could recommend the option one with open place And I make a motion that we Christy with the plans you have laid out and I'll second that Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay, great. Okay. Okay, great. Okay, great. Okay, great. with the plans you have laid out. And I'll second that. Okay. What's it, Grace? To do them all favor. The next you have the library. Well, I think we have to look at all the papers. Sorry, we have to say, yes, everybody's Everybody. All those in favor of the master plan for the 10 years say aye. Aye. Aye. Thanks for your stuff. I got to explain. No problem. We're really kind of the sheriff's. We can work on this. of the Master Plan for the 10 years, say aye. Hi. Hi. Thanks for stepping in there for me. I got to excited. No problem. We're really excited to share this. We've been working on this for a long time. OK, great. Thank you. A lot of people are excited about that. Yeah. Next I have, and I know I was a little long going to there, but next I have some. We've been working with a different architecture firm for the library expansion plan. So the library, the friends of the library graciously donated a lot of money to help us work with some architects to work on expansion plans for the library. So we have been back and forth with them several times and I'm going to pass this to you so you can take a look at it. So homework. Thank you. It's me. Yeah. And then I will pass these out. These are, so this is a different company, but this is a brand new extended space. So the grass plot next to the library, we bought a while ago. And one of the things that we get asked a lot at the library is like we need some more meeting space. So we have one study room and one conference room at the library. We make use of our library, but we don't have a lot of like hangout space. Like people come and they leave. They don't really hang out there. Which is I feel like what we're kind of missing. Like they are not itching to go to the library. How I can... So one of the things that we really wanted to this library today, and you'll see in the extension, is a lot of seating and a lot of different types of seating in places for people to come and study and hang out and things to do that aren't just extended shelf seats. Now because we're moving some things around, we do have extra shelf space, but that is not currently what we are in need of, and we're not anticipating meeting a lot more of. Besides just more room to hang out with the library. All right, so you'll have a lot of different extra rooms that events, small little classes, different things can be done there. Yes, because we made some art crafts, different things. We have already outgrown our conference room for programs, but we had to move one of our programs to a different building because we didn't fit in a library anymore. Which is great. It's a great problem to have that the programs have just become more and more popular, but we want to be able to continue to host an Apple library. So I'm going to walk you through this plan a little bit, so you've ever got to maybe find those kind of small. So this has been for it. The current library kind of is, the slide right here is where the expansion study comes. So right here is where the expansion starts. So right here is where the friends of the library currently are operating out of and then it's within the expansion into the graph space on the side. So when you walk through these doors, we're kind of making it where those two, those can be like some fire doors right here. So as we can actually close the library and have an event on the left side, exchange inside without people messing with the bus. And it cuts all the noise and everything. Yeah. So just in case we have extended hours on the left hand side, first and second, we didn't want people messing with their books. Of course, especially if there's not like an employee watching the show, we don't want someone to come and take all of our pressure books and... That way you can just shut that area off and don't have to worry about anything. I understand. Correct. So there's not a ton of things changing in the actual current library, except we're moving the...this little section right here, We're the teens, the teens theme. Currently. I see now. We're actually going to move the teen somewhere else, because the kid stuff is right there, and we're going to make the kids reading those stairs. So I don't know if anyone's read Narnia, but when you walk through the wardrobe in the butt right, it's Narnia, right? So we're actually gonna make that like a fun little wardrobe, like a little key for the floor. Oh, feel like that. Yeah, of course a little key, but yeah. Oh, kids are really like that one. And we're gonna open that and have some like soft lighting in there and like really comfy seats so they can like stay to reach. because right now they don't have anywhere up there every day. In less it's like our program three times in the conference and like there's no where for them to like reach in the library. So like, I just have really fun things for them. So we're kind of moving the team to, so our last, our current favorite is right here. We're actually gonna take that out because we have a lot of studies we're adding in the other apps. So we're gonna put these 15 in this corner. So we are adding like that shelf space to that side. And then one of these friends of a library spaces is actually going to be a library office. And that study room is right when you walk into the library it's the first one on the right, right? Nope, that's the conference room. Oh, that's kind of. It's a really, really small back-to-corder room. Oh, got you. Oh, okay. It's like one or two people or like. So a conference or a makeup? Like two, two, three. A conference. the conference room. It's a really, really small back-to-counter room. Oh, okay. It's like one or two people or like... So the conference room... Like any two people... The conference room's not changing. The conference room's... Okay. No. We will still keep that the same. And then we're going to give ourselves a library office because we're kind of out of space and behind the circulation of us because like we get a lot of donations and we have both repairs we have to make so like if someone mess with up the paperwork we have to re-tip it and re-find it and we do those things but like we don't have a space to do that right now. They kind of just sit in the middle of a library on the table and work on it. So they get it done but it should be nice if they had their own spot to work. Yeah, so we believe it, but it's not just like messy behind the counter. And then we can pile up our donations that we're getting and we can go... be nice if they had their own spot to work. Yeah, so we didn't leave it, but it's not just like messy behind the counter. And then we can pile up our donations that we're getting and we can go through them without them being on the counter. Right. That's why a little more private, not everybody has to stare at it all the time. Right, right. And it really stretches them out for it to be like five times. And they get confused with our correct... So, and then the friends of the library are going to have an office and do it for the same reason. So, they then the friends of the library are going to have an office and do it for the same reason. So they have their own processing space. So then what do you want to do in a new path? So we're walking through these sorts, right? So we have two new restrooms, which is great. We're seeing a space and we're going to come to restrooms especially on this path. And you'll see like on the other side of the retina, you'll see like three, just table with like three, these are going to be like high tops. you can come on restaurants especially on this path. And you'll see like on the other side of the restaurant you see like three, this table with like three, these are going to be like high top tables. So we're not going to have computers on this path. This is more of like you're bringing your own laptop to come and you can read here, just say, you can have a, we can have bookbubble over here. But yeah, if your own space is having open. We have these three pods of like, speak of four here, again, for program. Oh, no question. During the day, I mean, do you guys on plan on this just being like a quiet area, or is, thing is gonna happen there? There's gonna be things that happen there. Our life is not exceptionally quiet. It's not very loud, but it's not. All right, I'm just adding it. Yeah, I know. But that half would read the more quieter area. This would have things going on. Yeah, we can have coffee and conversation. Like we can do all kinds of work. Just want to make sure that it's better that way. Yeah. And if you go, so we have, we actually have one, two, three, four, five, and six study rooms, specifically. So you've got a set of four and then like two that are like a little bit bigger that can you find for six. So we have like two during that happens there. We have people who have, you know, these, but they're a tiny, you know, just pretty much anything that they want our closed door room in. So we have a lot more space for those. And those can be closed locked and they get the key from the front desk, but we have six of those instead of having one. People five over them right now. They'll call and they'll be like, I saved me this money, but I'm... So we're excited to... That was the library. The size and office. They're the largest for fuss with study rooms. So, and if you keep going this way, this is kind of like the back corner is almost like where the team is sitting out So I try to make a pocket of somewhere everyone can take out And if you keep going this way, this is kind of like the back corner is almost like we're the team sitting out. So I try to make a pocket of somewhere everyone can hang out. Right. So I've got a space I've here for the team sitting out. It's kind of in the back corner so it's like not with all the children. Right. So they can hang out and they can, you know, talk about Minecraft, whatever teams do. but they're there and they have some open hangout space as well. So it's like a little more secluded for them, but not so secluded. But yet it gives them a spot to hangout. Right. And so and we actually in the Spark Corner we have an eSports lounge for them. So we'll have gaming consoles and like we can hold eSports like tournaments and stuff like that in there. So if there's not really a place to do that right now, and we had a couple of like read a Minecraft program not this summer but last summer that was so popular and so many did come in like that. Like that. And then this one's going to be like a little bit soundproof because in our decorators, they're like five and thousand, they might get a little grouty. Sounds great. And for a gaming section that would be very smart. And then like, and again, this can be lost if we need it to. You know, like it can be open when it's stopped and we have someone watching it and like that stuff. And there's ways to build that. Like we're going to put like the computers like in the wall. Like you know it's not just gonna be like out on the table but it'll be a really cool like hangout spot. Again, that's part of the tweaking as you go along. Yeah. Yeah, we have a cool LED lighting for them and that'll be really fun. We can give you host permits, it can be open-play and you know there's a lot of kids that don't you know we not have the money have these consoles that they're house, but they can come and play the library for free so they can talk with their friends or even play with their friends virtually from the library. So this is kind of like teen hangout space area. And then these two larger rooms you'll see, we've got one really, really big new program room, which is like two to three sites of our current conference room. Now this can be used for our programs that we don't grow over here. We're also, we can also rent this space out if you want to. That's why it has an exterior door, but it also has restrooms and stuff to it as well. So like they could just rent that space out and not mess with anything else in the library. How many people do you think fit in that room? There's so much privacy. So we might bump it out a little bit. Once we decide that once we're really happy with this, we'll do the exterior and we'll tell it's how big we get to the room. Got you. I get you. Because I'm going to add on-screen parking on this side of the road. So I got to make sure I have enough space for the working. And we also have a pencil library space. There's space as much figure as they also store keeping their exterior door, which is really important to them. They go a lot of different hours that the library is not open. But it's also a flexible space. If for some reason they decide they don't want to be there anymore, we can use it as another program room down the road too, so it not an unusual face. But for now it's a taken spot. So what about the coffee bar? Yeah so that right here that's where it just like I've had counter. So we're not talking like a barista here or anything. I know that's what you were hoping right? We'll put some different hobbies so that way you have. We have both love and we have these things like we have to speak like to do drink so what like we're snacked. We're fresh but we choose to respond to you. We want to say something to you. Say something to us. I think we need to speak along those lines. We don't have a coffee place here. We don't. We don't. You know? I'm going to go out of the library and have coffee and coffee. And our book club. There you go. That coffee. It gives you a reason to go there. Yes, because I love that. So, um, I, we went through, um, but a lot of the expansion is based on just like some more space to be and say at the library. Um, with moving some of this stuff from the current library back, it does give us more shelf space in the actual library, even though we're not doubling the shelf space, we are expanding the shelf space. The library, I think this is our third or fourth iteration of these plans. We have gone through them with the library staff and they're really happy with this. We also went through these plans with the friends of the Library and the only request they had was to add a water fountain on the second half of the building. That's nice. So we will definitely put that in somewhere. We'll probably put it kind of close to the coffee bar like hangout open space area. But that's an easy fact. And then once we kind of go from this, we will go and work on the exterior plans and talk about parking and go from there. But just so you guys have seen these plans. And then once we do this side work and we get everything finalized, we will also take this to the commission, we'll get some numbers, and then we'll find out where in the budget it will fall. So even though this is not part of the master plan, it is part of our master plan to expand the library. So it's a different firm that we're working on with this, different budget too. Different budget. It's kind of a different digs in some of our other parts. Of course. And we're very lucky that the Friends of the Library are doing so much to help. We are. Because we were going to do the design plans in this like a year or two from now. But based on their donation, we were able to move this up a lot quicker. So we'll probably get to see this library expansion a lot sooner too. But a lot of really cool indoor space for the library to do a whole lot more with it than we currently do, which I think would be great. Yeah, that sounds wonderful. All right. Well, our next one, those were our two long ones, so thanks for hanging in there with me. Our next update is just that I wanted to share with you guys that our summer camp registration is open and registration is available. It is $550 for seven whole weeks, which is a high number, but when you look at the other summer camp, there is summer camp are $400 or one week. So $550 is really a steal when you compare it to the other summer camp. For seven weeks that is a very good deal. We could get practice and lunch at the camp. The field trips are paid for a while. So they have a they have a really good time in summer camp. Yeah, seven weeks is a long time for that. It's a long time. It's a long time. They have a great time. They look forward to the talent show every year. But yeah, we're excited for summer camp to start by how it works. Registrations open. I think probably we already have like 15 or 18 sign up for it. How many do you, what's your max? 60. 60. We wins that wins right the straight from close We've never had to close it because it always sells out gotcha I guess in theory would sell out though we would stop our registration probably the week before But we've never made it that far. That's great if it always sells out. Yeah, so you'll be able to expand that when you get the new state Well, we'll be able to that. And we'd also potentially be able to offer after-school care. We'd be able to do spring break camps. We'd be able to do winter break camps, all kinds of stuff. But right now, because we hold it at the school, we're kind, we can't really do that. Because we're still set up for school. So, we'll definitely be able to expand it at the community center. And they can go fish on the boardwalk. They can save a splash bar there every time. Yeah, it'll be fun. But this one's open, so if you see around, or if you know anyone that's looking for summer camp, send it our way before it gets sold out. And then my last one for you guys tonight is Heritage Day. So we had Heritage Day last Saturday. They went really great. There was a lot of fun. We had a lot of new fun activities to it. We actually in this room we did a reenactment meeting. That Mr. Inglewood's part of. I was the mayor. He mayor. Yeah, we did our reenactment meeting. We found the original meeting notes from 1915, where we named Lake Alfred Lake Alfred. So the historic society kind of took out the boring part and made this script really fine, rewrote everything so it was all historically accurate. And we did full reenactment with a sheriff marshal and everybody with their names and their name tags and it was really fun. They did a great job with the script. The news came out, the pictures of it, it was really fun. We had a bunch and we had like 28 vendors, 20 something vendors. Was that down from last year though? The vendors? No, we had way more vendors than last year. So we had inflatable, we had... Yeah, yeah, pet zoo. Pet zoo. Pet zoo. Magic show. Magic show. Lots of... Yes, Mr. Saga House. Lots of yummy food vendors, some local crafts and artists that brought everything about to a lot of new faces, summer training faces, and what really all of it. There was definitely a variety stuff. What is nice, yeah. Commissioner Nierben directs up his freight gardener and give it to her, the gardener, how? Oh, yeah, also the cemetery tour. Yeah, we talked about those there with the mayor. So yeah, it was a lot of fun. Kept us on our toes. It was a busy week leading up to that one. Yeah. But that one was really fun. And our next event is community cleanup day in April. Um, and that one I think the fire is over is right over there, but um, we have that kind of our next one. We've been you know prepping summer camp and this. So you can get your hands full. So yeah that's um that's what we've been up to but um that's all I had for my new business if you guys have any other questions or comments. I don't think we do. You covered it well. April 19th is the Easter Egg Hunt at Lions Park. Okay. And then the 27th, I think it is the following Saturday is the 6th annual auto show down there. Okay. I'll be on that one. I got my 63-core very convertible. Someday I'll get matured dead. He's struggling about, okay, great. And I believe the churches do an Easter event. We are on the 12th. Yeah. Okay. 11 to 2. Yeah. We are waiting for it. We are waiting for it. For your... What is it? What does this mean? Christophe? I have it. What I'm waiting on is the certificate of liability. Okay. Got it. For whatever reason it's because there's inflatables. Uh-huh. The insurance is not like the insurance. I know. I don't know. So I had to answer some more questions. And so yeah, that's as soon as I get it. Okay. Yeah, we have, yeah, we've talked to the police departments, so they were kind of aware of that road closure. We're just kind of waiting on that to be sent back to us. How about if I send it without the certificate of liability and then I send that, listen, as I get it? Yeah, that would be great. And we'll officially, it's on hold, but we'll officially put that on the book. And then I can send it to the police department so they know and then we'll just wait on the insurance. Okay. Good. Thank you. I think you want to stay there. Yeah. All right. Great. All right. Well, that's all I have, so I appreciate it. We are all in favor. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. I'm sorry.
