You're really hurt, isn't it? I remember coming to the meeting and hearing that we were not going to do this trail, this RV thing on these blocks, and if there was going to be something following up with What do we have that you have to build for the next month? State statute states if you have an RV and you don't want a piece of property, more than six months out of the year, you work the other way home. That is a state statute. Are they counting? Why do we have all these RVs on these blocks with no homes? That goes to enforcement and we're having a lot of time and force to need in the easily for one to put on these lights. They'll have no permits trying to get them off their ship. But I mean your state statutes claim the state that if you have an RV, a living boy six months out of the year has to build a home. Correct. But that's not happening. And we keep putting these people bring there are these in when we don't that's not what we want we want homes we want tax fees the paying $200 a year whatever the ridiculous amount of money it is just made a mistake I may be heard. Yep. Stay tonight. Richard, good scale. Full time for subdivision. There are some subdivisions. A lot of folks don't realize this. I am particularly the one I live in. A lot of both 108, H546. And also, we've seen the 25% width of the canal by additional 8.3 inches for a total of 24 and 38% by petition dated for 12, 23, 24, which is a located within district 3 of similar catch. Now, I previously showed you a map of us there. And for audience to understand the way that's written, is there is no split room. The photo house already there. Not wanting to see the building into the canal that was already there. He's wanting to widen it in the lift and make it match was already there. He's meant to widen it in the width and make it match was already there, which was a bit of an embolition of the 25% with the DEP granted in the permit. And the engineer already had everything submitted to us. There was no reported opposition. Anyone here posing? Anyone on the phone? Any of y'all heard anything on this? How'd this today will they want to adopt this and what I see is actually a little bit narrower from what he's currently got. So I make the motion to approve. The resolution of the committee bill, that's 57, motion. Motion, Mr. Hatch. Second, Mr. Osteen, all in favor. Thank you very much. Yeah, it's not the brand except for Bureau. I did. Thank you very much. Yeah, Brad, your turn. Wonderful. Well, I have very little for you guys tonight because you've already approved your renewal for this year, part of the progress program that we've been working on. So I just wanted to give you a little bit of update of where we are on that. We've had several meetings with County Office and HR about everything. How are we doing it? We've had another call. I think it's next Monday of how we're going to approach all the employees that open an enrollment. So far, it's doing very well. Being perceived very well. Being perceived very well, and I think that it's going to really, really make a difference. We have a lot of people on it. So that's just the part of the loan. On the insurance side, we already approved the five percent rule for Blue Cross, but the good news is no other benefits will have any rate increases whatsoever. And I'll fight, everything is going to be staying the same so people will see no change to their paychecks. People that have the basic health insurance for the county. Open enrollment this year, we are changing it a little bit. We're moving it back to August. We're going to do August 15th. We're 15th, that 30-day period for the past. I don't know how many years we've set them, or set them refer to September 30th. Well, what we wanted to do this year since the renewal has already been part of their prove. We've already got all the everything in motion to get everything ready so that Miss DigiMuffins team can get deductions done a little bit more. Give a lot more time for them to get that work done. So as opposed to here you go, you've got two days to get everything entered into payroll. So a lot more time for cleaning up getting everything done and things like that. So that's just one of those announcements that I have. And then also that's questions, because that's only announcements I actually have. Questions enough? Let's go on. Thank you for scheduling our wellness the same time we did last year. It's certainly good. Everything's going to smooth and thank you on celebrating now my 15th year. We're in the county so thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. There's a bar minute. Come on. It is, and gentlemen. My name is Scott Massey. I'm the owner of the Sheeper Environmental Sciences or Fair Environmental Consulting. I was contracted by Mr. David Silverstein from Gateway Marina down in to potentially look into the dredging of McGriff pass of the Swanney River. That's not familiar. The Army Court of Engineers did an environmental study in 2021, looking into getting some dredging done. Basically, the last few miles of the soil, where it means to go. They came up with a few feasible options for that preferred alternative being, spending the dredged materials to Cat Island and creating some bird sanctuary habitat about 10 acres of it on Cat Island. And from what we can tell there's been no movement all not since the environmental study was done in 2020. So we're hoping to look into it further and see if we can find some state and or federal funding to get that channel's ridge. We think it would be great for tourism and the local community and so on and there, and especially since the recent storms have been quite bad anyone who's taking a vote out of the grip pass. You know that there's some showing there. I believe it's about six million dollars that they're looking for to fund basically a partial dredging, 50% dredging which would allow access there. Mr. Sitt's Silverstein has asked me to come here to ask for the county's permission to basically do some facts finding for our constituency if we can look for some funding sources. The main thing that I would like to see is there was apparently a economic feasibility study done in the past few years for that specific project. I can't seem to get my hands on it. I don't know if it is held at the county level or where exactly it is. But my main ask tonight is to see if I can get a copy of that report and then potentially look into it further on the house of the county funded by Mr. Silverstein to see if we can get that channel to reach. Here, when I have a copy of that, the County Manager's Office is welcome to hit with me tomorrow or next week, and we'll be glad to talk to you. Thanks. I don't know if this is the time to do this or not. Sorry, I'm not very familiar with the proceedings of this meetings, but Mr. Silverstein also has a few items he'd like to get put on the agenda. Some points in the future for a few parcels that he is planning on developing. One of them would be a zoning change from residential commercial and another one would be a application for variance for the wetland 35 foot wetlands stepbacks in the county. These claims to create an elevated structure over March. And if we were able to get an exception for the 35 foot wetlands stepbacks then it would actually be in that positive for the environment by not having to fill 35 foot of wetlands beyond the extent of the structure. What's your only do is get up with Mr. Leon on that then they'll go talk to him on that and then he'll make sure it gets put on a bucket. I think that's it. Do I meet after the meeting? No, no, no, that's not it. That's not it. I've been waiting on you to get picked off. No, that's not it. You tell them I took completely different things. Yes, sir. And let's go back to him with wrist pads. That's good. You made a statement about, you've seen no access since 2020. Not that I could find. Yeah, well, that's because you ain't come to us and talk to us. We got a little all the instruments normally get fast. And dealing with that would be the case. Like I said, I was brought in from this very recent, very recently by Mr. Silverstein and I don't know. And I'm not exactly sure how it all, you know, the proceedings of it or what has taken place since then, but I'm here today to kind of open that communication open that dialogue. Yes, I can. That, that will get past, has been there and there to us for a long time and we got a lot of work from Congress right on down to the hang them up on sand bars out there. So we got a lot of information on that and I would direct you to Paul and most of the things out there is public records anyway. So if you don't just a little bit of public records are pretty just found all that. So the standards they we ain't done nothing since 2020. I don't like that. I apologize. That's not what I meant to say. I'm not trying to say that no one's done anything. I am just you know I was tasked with this about a week ago. I've done as much homework as I could. I'll say that. a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good thing to have a job. I think it's a good of all the stuff there. You got a lot of long road ahead that you'll not be able to leave you top two 30 long roads with no curves in them. Get a Leon on your second time. Absolutely, thank you. Paul, here gets the Alderman Gris past that we have, the last bottle pack. Thank you. Yeah, the long roads and no curves seem to be the only way to go. But I, yeah, I know that. I heard you the board was applaud you if you could get the funding to get that Gris past straight because at this point we have run into a law, wherever we play we turn. We still don't find another avenue. That would be greatly appreciated. From what I know, there's some new funding coming in specifically at the state levelredging or not, but you know it may be a good time. And I took it on your statement that you were saying that the county hasn't done anything that had not been anything doing on each type of Dredging or anything since the environment. Correct. Yes. Yeah. I mean, the ground been broken. Yes. And you know what statement that we've all been setting our hands on doing that. I'm not trying to say that. But anyway, we would greatly appreciate anything you could do to help us. Yeah, from where I know it's in the hands of the Army Corps, and they're not down for their speed on anything. I know Mark's been after it for six years, because I can... That's the fact, because I've been here sitting here for six years because I can clap for that because I've been here sitting here for six years. I know he's been hammering on it much as he's had rest of us there with him. Anyway you got your drink? Thank you for the simple. Thanks for following. and hydro anybody and hydro here? no Mr. Steve Copeland Mr. Greg Mr. Gray. Good evening. I'll pick up dates and projects on the U.S. The extension project, documents have been delivered to the contractor. They're working on some of those documents and getting those back to the county, all on the institution. And it will be an old presentation structure, these on completion of that. We don't have fire station instructions ongoing. The blue and long is indicated. Sheriff's Office evidence building. We did use approval today from Sheriff's Office on full plans. So they finally got something that they opened the board with us. So working on the presentation at this point now. Our CBBG project, nice bit to 97. We think it's in comments about the, you know, been a straight in comments, but our staff is working through that to respond to those comments. Can you say that we own getting close from close rooms, getting started? Yes sir. You shouldn't take long on that. We'll get started on in there. Comments for a fairly minor, we've got to get that back in our hands and they should really just be doing how to do it. Okay. Good deal. Oh, good deal. Health Sheriff Road, that mid-oven was Tuesday. You did receive one bid. That bid was from Anderson Columbia and out of mouth was $1,997,899.64 cents. That was within your budget, you're funding from DOT. So our recommendation is for you to award that to them for this very contract documents. Mr. Wood, motion, sorry. We got a motion, Mr. Wood wood second by Mr. Rose Dean. The last two items I have are the two car stations that can be working on. We've that with the staff this morning trying to work through sign selection and then horseshoe and then that 349, 351. There and his group are guilty of trying to secure a decent property, placing on work and continuing the work and the work and the work and the work and the work and the work and the work and the work and the work and the work That's all I have on direct projects. Just one note would be aware of. When we're doing a lot of federal grants, there's a lot of requirements that the federal government puts on these in the form of the ways to have requirements for workers. A lot of the other things they put on is a lot of American. It is a bad thing but obviously we get cheap Chinese products here in the United States. So the government has taken upon themselves to travel a little in the foreign field and the foreign and the Ph this under project. Well now the state is just past session as far as the same line with the federal government so probably got that in a while state dollars now. Well that's just the bio-american becomes steel products. So just to know about that, our experience has been that it's going to probably increase the cost of that project anywhere about 10 to 15% depending on the amount of steel we have in the project. So, there's just a difference in that. So, that's just for information. Okay. Okay? Sir, that's all I have Mr. Arson for me. Thank you very much. Thank you, sir. Mr. John. He's not here, okay? Just in the... I just want to know if you've been listening out of the league. This project is a library. Just that, if you need to get to the bin there, we have one left. That's just a more complex. We have had a remain key number, so we'll show up. one last time. Probably more than just get into the room. You can win at storming. Yes. I can't stop it. I'll have to get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't get some. I can't want to leave, I just got counseled. I'm a program, so this and the presenters were wonderful. So, how shall I say scary? I'm not sure how to do this, okay? Okay, yeah, they were, they were so good. And the thing is, they were the only, it's out there, but the interview, the main main dog in the world. Just a sweet nickname. And I am really well with everybody. We didn't get to manage from the other building from the county. So I'm going to start it again this morning. We just showed everything down and the guest of the panel. Thank you. Appreciate it. Appreciate it. Appreciate it. Appreciate it. Thank you, Mickey Mouse. Thank you, Miss Cindy. It sounds like we need a bigger library down there. I know. I know. One of the things we talked to was out of classes on Orlando. We met some of our new people that's going to start trying to look for some extra funding for a library. So I'm just throwing that out there at you that Good Lord's willing will find will will will good Lord has finished the money for a new library. Not for a minute. When he is attacked in there, I feel like sometimes you're acting like starting. But there is no way I'm going to turn a child away from a progress. That's right. I'm going to turn a child away from a pregnant woman. That's right. The parents can stay out, the main library, the kids are there. And yes, they're there at home, but they learn something every time they come in. So the education is good for them. Thank you, Miss Cindy, for everything you do for our children and our library. Not just for our children, for all of us. There are a lot of adult who come in, you continue to run. And you become the common sense of the compliments that you see some in there and things like that and you're shocked and you know a lot of them will cover it but I never expected it. We don't get this kind of disturbance at all. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Yep. But hold, we make it a pool. It's how they make everybody work. If they're coming in and they're staying, and we win the first place they saw, they better feel well from there. How you getting it? How you getting it? If I'll play off. And that's our job. But it's not the best our job. If we're going to be the same, and we can count, we want it to be good. Thank you, Miss Indy. Thank you, Miss Indy. Hi, I appreciate the support of all of you. But without your support, we could do what we need. Yes, ma'am. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Freeman. He's not here. Touch. He's not here. Hutch. Here you go, here. Kim Johnson. I got something there. I talked to Paul this past week about it. And Tim was, he could still tonight. But we have a lady in the Horseshoe area. She's outside of the cattle gats. She's out there around Dan Abbasins and she's on the home replacement repaired through the ship program for her economic and she's also husband year two ago and just she's in a tight she don't have a vehicle to haul a bunch of stuff off and she needs to clean her old house out to where they can come in and demo her house. She is a total law from her home. She's went through the program. She's approved for the program. But she needs to dump her set out there too and she can start cleaning that stuff up. And I'd like to put one there and coordinate it through TM on the weekends to where when TM is not working they could shut a dumpster there do a lot of entrance what we always do and with board approval I'd like to do that and I'm like a motion took do and second Mr. O's thing, any discussion? The followed byra. Let's go. Mr. Leon. So I do have a couple items for you. I was aware of problems at delivery and we contacted the staff and we were listening to some of the technical projects that were available to the staff. So, some of the computer issues that you experienced there, that you had installed. The other item, some of you are aware, some of you are not. The previously we've talked about it in the meetings, the code, all requirements that were put in the building code just pass code cycle for the size of the structures within the core hazard areas. It was limited as to these zones, these zones, all four zones. I like to think there's always a way. And in the pursuit of that, I've had two different zoning meetings with the building code commissioners. It's set of commissioners who govern those ordinances. It's like very similar to the way this board operates. We can prove that these are higher standards and that they do not meet the intent of going to care. So we was able to argue that and articulate that. We passed that first step. The second step is to submit a Decletory Statement to the Commission and what it will do is it will give a report. We have told these through the requirements, so I was going to take in structures that petition was added to the state. I'll go before the commission on August 13th. You want to hear as well from to attend that meeting as well. Hopefully at the conclusion of that, we will get that summoned and it will give us the legal authorizations and not be penalized and put back on coastal co-worn structures, docks, boat houses, It reveals the legal authorizations to not be penalized and put back our coastal home-on-structures, docks, boat houses, and things that we want to restore our coastal communities and our parks. This is huge. I've never done this before. I reached out to Boaeth, which is the building of the official association of Florida, a president who works for the building of the office. He was unaware that he had actually got this language put into the code for code cycle because Boweth did not support him in the office of the cycle. So once we get our Decretaure Statement, come January, that's when we start working on code revisions for the next code. We're just in the petition to try and modify that. Mr. Drejavis on that phone call as well. I think it went well for us. I think there's an overwhelming support statewide for this contract's institute on the phone call as well. So we have our support and if you hear something about it, that's what it is I'll give a statement for anybody who wants it I'll get 16 13th Count me in together. That's going to directly affect 20th industry. Count me in to go on Care work that. Let me know Lord Mr. Lillard I have reached out there our former House president of that and People up there are rep's then They would actually reach back out on Jason Schell's office has been extremely helpful for this as well. Oh, so it's been a interesting process. Now it's out of that there. And here's the thing. There's some kind of changes coming to the weight team. The authors of the OASA have figured out why this link showed up and wasn't supported by the state. So I like to think there's always a way. That was the longest path to get it out of that. It's a way. And as always, the other item is that we have a note zoom call, Nina and Miss Chana, and we spoke with Miss Diana. What's her last name? Johnson? Yeah. She's a senior attorney for the Electrical County, and she actually gave us three different options, as tools to operate with code enforcement, and she has sent us over some of the verges that we need to add to our documents to make them legally binding and then go over some of the procedures. Some of the fears that we had with being able to evade properties and clean them up as far as being able to recoup the funding that was spent on that was the rest in that and it was very positive. We don't have to wait that long to get that money back. So there's some very positive news for Don't Course in Commons. We've already started the process of that. I wish I had a date set in stone for you but we had this meeting the other day and I was about to have a long meeting. And we sent over a bunch of information to them. And they've actually assigned us to different personal ulcers to help us get some of our paperwork set up. Other than that, it's been extremely busy at the building appointment. And we've been working of the contract, we'll already, for the contract is, and how do you match? That's all I have for you to match. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you, Dale. Thank you get that. And I'm going to read the link in the description. And I'm going to read the link in the description. For all the hard work you do there. Mr. Scott? Not yet. Mr. Brown? Yep. Yep. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. I just got one item. We participated in the statewide mutual aid agreement. They allowed me to sign as a design team in the Resolution and the board has adopted. Now they've taken that design meeting signature out, so I'm going to meet Mr. Chairman to share on the sign and what this does. If we get the board for mutual aid to anywhere in the state floor or out of the state floor, it allows us to seek reimbursing of the state. Motion to be approved. We've got a motion, Mr. Hats, second, Mr. Osteen, and you've got your question. All in favor. Uh-huh. Okay. Thank you. We need you, Mr. Brown, and up for all the time. You're going to work. Hey. It helped me leading me along. We got this for doing the whole project. We got this for doing the canoe by the coal barn stuff. It was less expensive that way. So at this time, I would like to ask for Board approval to move forward with the following contracts. First of all, Freedom Metal has the best price on the coal barns at $3,317.68. What's our item? That is a 15 by 30. That's for you pick the ball courts. You just want to just cross those with the V in right? Yes, this is cost of the Vilias themselves. It's included in the library and the plants. Motion. The first is Mr. Hatch, second. Mr. Osteen discussion. Do you need to do that in two separate motions? Yeah. Yeah. That's just for this. Oh, OK. Before just to be clear, that money, I mean, all the us have been very far out of DTC both. So this is all what DTC goes for. Okay, I see. Yeah, you're right. We're going to do some kind of age for. We have the company come test the trucks, the big calibration, everything is up and running. So we are ready to stop straight and the guys may be out tonight. Good news. Good news. I am so whole. Okay. I can talk to the board of the workshop on August 1st at the library. And then, but all the first workshop the D.O.P. is putting home as one of the requirements for the workers in the area and the short-term release of public information or child care. Thank you, Mr. Paul. Mr. Cheney? I thank you, Miss Grant, everything that I had earlier. Thank you, Miss Green. Thank you, gentlemen, for knowing my contract. Thank you. Dan, I'm sorry I was getting ready for this conversation. Me and you had earlier in the week about 20 orders. So I was a great time to discuss it. Well, from Swani, we take out comments. I hope you have good information on stuff. So do you want to go over that ordinance? And the rules are for the board to introduce the end point to her. Mr. Hatch, you approached me. And the rules are for voice-and-resistant point. What's the truth? Mr. Hatchett approached me and I like he had received a few calls as my understanding. I asked him about who could remove a fitting board member of the Swanning Water and Sewage this is 2024-04. If you look on page 6 of number 4, it clearly states that the Florida County Commissioners during an unexpered term, members of the special district government and body, or subject to remove of the special district government and body, is the Swansea Water and Sillage Board. Okay, subject to remove of the government and body of Dixie County, which is the County Board of County Commissioners. The board has that right to do that. Now, they do have the right to understand and there is an ongoing investigation and things that's been going on down there. Before I would recommend the board take any action, I would suggest that we find out if that investigation would be impeded by us taking any action at this point. I would recommend holding on with anyone until we can clear that through investigating agency. Oftentimes, they don't want your interfering with an investigation. Does that answer the question that you had, sir? Some of it, but I'm on the same intern for everything now. Okay. We can all speak the same language. Board of County Commission does have the right to remove and appoint any person down there. And appointment goes like this. Every board member setting there has been appointed by the Board of County Commission's Office of my recommendations. Every person that I've ever brought to this board, I've vetted through the board down there except one and that was the last one Mr. Brooks. He's the only one that I did not ask 20 word and true. I've never pointed no one down there other than Mr. Brooks that I did not at least get three yeses on. And the last one, the four Mr. Brooks, the only reason I didn't talk to all four of them three out of hurricane is he was extremely busy during that time. But I talked to three of them. They was all good with it. I've talked to every time we've appointed someone down there. The board, 20 water, sure, had a safe zone in it. And I went on their recommendation except for Mr. Brooks because every time I turned around, I got to ever meeting whatever I can. I add another meeting Monday night. I had to attend if I wasn't able to go to that one. But it's just... Fussing, carrying on, it's got to stop. Because right now, we can dismantle the whole board. I don't care, it don't matter about the election. That ordinance reads it, it's worked under the Board of County Commissioners. We've got to clean that up. We've got to be patient and let this investigation take place. There's no way on God's green earth that I'm going to go there and then plead if the investigation. And I don't think there's no one setting here that would do that. Right? that right what am I going to have to go back. She was waiting to remove the Indian's personal from the board. Unless you found out that it might impact the investigation. Did I hear that right? Yes, I may, I recommend this board not taking the action to remove anyone. Yes, sir. Until we verify that investigation is closed. I see on the board, can you go ahead and hold the information for us. You can look at how can you determine the procedure of what fare it equals. Exactly right, that's exactly right. That's why we're going to not interfere in investigation. We're going to let the investigation run its course and then we'll make some decisions if we have to remove one, two, three, four, or five. It don't matter to me. I mean, at the end of the day, if they done something wrong, no matter who it is, these people, they're not biased by no means. They don't care who you are, how much money you got, how little money you got, they're going to uncover the rocks. You can't ought to bring a bail. There's something done wrong. It will show up. So be patient, let them do their job. And I promise you this. If there's wrongdoing, they'll find it. They'll find it. And I'll damn sure I'll hold it Any more questions about that We are going to hold orderly meetings and I'm going to make sure that I set out providing this board gives me permission to do that. I'm going to set down, I've had enough of the blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. That's enough is enough. And if they can't get along, if this investigation wasn't going on, I would handle it right now. But does this board give me permission to talk to them board members? Yes or no? You got my question. Yes sir. I'm not sure on another board. No, I don't know how old it is. We don't know. I mean, we're going in and have a trade. No, I would not trade with you because Swoney's near and dear to me and I take a lot of pride in Swoney, but this arguing fuss and complaining has gotten us top. We've been down this road years and years ago where law had to be, like in our meetings. Had to be there, it's ridiculous. I've been in in five minute meetings I've been in four hour meetings down there but I've had enough of it we're going to act professional or we're not going to be on it period and honestly I learned a lot on that ordinance too I try not to interfere with their with their operations I got a lot of trust in that board I got a lot of trust in that board. I got a lot of trust in that office. They do a good job, but it's time to put personal feelings aside. Do your job, and if you don't like them, don't invite them over for supper. Play in the center. But we got to be professional when we're doing it. Because I got a few people that I'll feed it to get it my house to. So that's all I asked and I will talk to each board member before the next board meeting. And if they don't understand it I'm going to kind of leave them by them not to come back to the board meetings. But I do want the investigation to follow through if the right thing to do at the end of the day. But it's all so the right thing to do to hold orderly meeting. And I'm sorry if I've got on the slope box here and act like I'm talking down, I'm not doing that. But enough is enough. Any more questions about that? Why are we here? You got two people that do. Mr. Matthew, let's go ahead and answer them questions. Well, I have a parent statement that we just kind of talked about since you just covered a lot of a little read of my entire statement. It is a problem that's wanting. Yes, and it's not just an immediate investigation. Mr. Matthew. I'm a math driver. Thank you. But I even prepared something to go to the office to have these things. What I'll do is, since we've already kind of addressed this problem, the meeting's down there. That's what it is. I'll create some questions, and I'll do like the like answer. It's not so much to do with the investigation. The first question is and I don't expect everybody to deny that it's going to burn it out to the public. Is it ethical for employees of the swanning water and swimming district to be awarded contracts will work with private? Is it ethical for the board members of the swanning water and swimming district to be awarded contracts will work required by the board members? I just want to read this. I just have some of their own questions. Because the conflict of interest exists in order district manager to defend the duties of project management or contract in false. President of the board is the contract. What policy is in place? What's the possible conflict of interest that's in the room? What policy is in place by the county to provide oversight for the swanning water? What parliamentary procedures in the room should be used by the swanning water? What procedures they were supposed to follow? It was embarrassing. Does the water district have all the required policies and procedures in place to effectively carry out the responsibility? Until this happened, they didn't even have a permanent information policy. And I'm not even sure if that policy has been fully developed yet. So I would encourage. Now, that one, they have a public records policy, which they follow under state policy and it's under the county, we have a public information. So if you request it and it's public information which is the biggest majority of all of that, that they do, we're entitled to a copy. They're not, they knew that, but they should have known it. They've had it previously. They did not know it. I'm sure they're turning attorney would know it. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I would think that it could be the manager of a water sewer district. You would need that whole license. Some kind of license, you know, a wastewater license, probably, to be able to run the plant. Right now, we have to play another person that has a license to run that plant, which in a free art course. Do any bylaws or any other documents exist that govern the swine orders or district other than ordinance 2024. There is a Florida statue that they follow under. I will probably mistake the number because I'm not the numbers person. I think it's 153 but you both come office and I can tell you but they follow under a Florida statute. And my final question would be is there a code of ethics to elected members and employees of Dixie County subsidiary organizations? I'm a part of Florida. Yes, I know they answered that question but it does seem like our war moment. And that's why we have such an issue, this one is. People run into the showdown there, don't even know what the war is. And that's all we're asking is, you guys come and step in until the investigation gets completed, you know, if we have some kind of order and organization down there. And people know how to run the means, run the means fair. And I'm not the shouting at you. We have board members and rather than shouting insults, absurdities that each other during the board, I had to get up more kind of like we did. It was very embarrassing. So that's why I was here. I'm here to attack anyone who's here to ask for the board shell to come down and help us clean up that down there because it isn't a complete mess. We're gonna get it. Thank you. Thank you for your question. Miss Linda? Yes. Hello? I'm just having a quick statement. Something's wrong. So if I got your team, it's not something I'm a record. So what happened to Dallas when we were on the water? Someone made a little statement. I came to write the answer to the left checker. Hard looked at two individuals, Jimmy Lamin, Karen Ross, on the 20th waterport, as well as Steve Coatman, the manager of the 20th water tank. There's multiple lives, and I'm just pleased, misleading information, being consistent and presented to the people of the swamp. I personally have a completely lost confidence in Steve Coatman's ability to manage the 20th water plant. I personally have a completely lost confidence in steep co-plansibility to manage this water plant in an appropriate manner as well as genuine and caring rock and mobility to provide actual guidance. A few bullet points that have happened to destroy my confidence are as follows. Last year we tried to update the insurance for the employees. Karen tried to go back on the board for guarding providing a car. Black front loaded for health care. There was an extra bill that stepped in on the state of the state that they could not go back on the promise that they had made. Next, there's consistent threats being floated out there to fire the two gentlemen that work out there, Todd Barnett and Ben Edwards. There was a situation created by Steve Copeland out of board meeting setting that all the board members called him except for Karen to say that Todd and Ben could not ride together. This was in fact, to our out of your heart. Consistent light of Steve Copeland did not know anything about the MOU for the grinders that was signed by Jimmy Lamm and that fire sent Steve Copeland on February 2, 2024. Consistent light of Steve Copeland that he did not have the copy of the MOU see himself signed said were second to 2024. This is the supply of thief cochlear and jamming land that's wanting water boards is not responsible for any oversight for the grinder installments which states and the energy that we are. No meeting meant that's ever been that I've read, rather than been more catchin' of that, I've been a little bit moody. No where in those minutes have I seen where that board has given JimuLands the authority to sign a letter of designation to give Steve Coulson the power to execute the MOU between Matt Pryorstein, Florida Division of Emergency Management, major post-exercises in 20 water. He then signed a second destination letter to allow him for the equivalent to do the MOU for him and Florida Division of Emergency Management in his company, K&L. Now, there was a human last night, this last Monday's meet. They were just used to their Baccheroan role. She took the time to ask Ben and Todd, very nice, but she could ask them questions. Of course, they both said yes. She started out very friendly, and then she began to interrogate them as to where they were that morning, where they had been. In any place that's ever been important. I have never seen someone taking a plea and dressed them down in front of a meeting in public. You handle that within your company. You do not do that out for public tour. And come to find out it had to do, or they were at that morning, and come to find out. Karen made the absolute decision to upload an app, so we reached 60 to their phones, so that they can be tracked when they work in their meeting. There's nothing wrong with that. We do that all the time. I'm telling you, there's nothing wrong with doing the 360. We do it. Our murder graders were doing our analysis. Leon does it. He had a terrible accident, and if we would not have had some some type of information we wouldn't even know where he was at. So the board has sort of board member has a right to make sure that absence on the phone but it should have went through the whole board should have voted on it. I agree with that. But but they already have the trappers on the truck, which you can get trappers on your truck. But now they got personal or. They have work phones. Work phones now. There was that information was done. You follow the line. She had done that the way that she could track them to see where they went back. So here we are just saying nothing It was done correctly. It was not done to the book. So, all these situations in the actual meeting minute. So, I'm just truly concerned that these individuals don't have the best interest in small details. And I'm just asking you all to please, not going to apparently just listen to you. You've already got things in the small town. And I'm just asking you all to please not can apparently just listen to you. You've already got things in the work. Yes. With that I'll talk there and I just want to say it's on the record. Thank you. Thank you. Anybody else? Stand box since morning's closed as of right now. We're going to start out in professionals. We're going to hold old members staff to a level of professionalism. We're going to put up no more other. We're going to do our jobs, so we're going to go home. It's about me, August 20th, no different than what I am. If I get up here, I act in a food, y'all don't sit back for me. But at the end of the day, we're going to act professional. We're going to serve our communities down there. I really like to call it of town in one sense, but I'm so glad we don't call it a town in another sense. Any more questions about that? I do have one question. Yes, Ms. Brittany. When you guys, when asked it this way, when you're preparing for this meeting, are you provided your when people are in the door and sit down here at recess or are you given an offer to review that prior? What we do, what I do, I spent yesterday morning with him, our county manager, and we go over the agenda by having anything that concerns me. We go over it a day ahead of time and if it's something really important, the attorney calls it a day ahead of time and if it's something really important, the attorney calls me several days ahead of time, so you don't sit down here five minutes before the board meeting starts and then start breaking me. That's a four-terning. Yes, we can. If I was a board member down there that hired an attorney or a manager and they did not do that, they could not be my manager and they could not be my attorney period. You don't set down five minutes before something other start trying to explain something and you dang short on going through an agenda like this five minutes before the board meeting starts. Minutes should be emailed to them as we get them from our clerk's office. We review them, we accept them, and if we have some corrections, we email her back and they correct the minutes. And then they go through the minutes for the audio too. Y'all have the same thing. Y'all audio record y'all's meetings too, right? So at the end of the day, it's management to boards. There's got to be a level of professionalism there. There again, you don't have to invite them over for supper. But there's got to be a level of professionalism. Got a good staff, got a good board. We just got to learn how to work together. And at the end of the day, we're going to let this investigation run its course. And then we'll make decisions if we need to. And hopefully, I hope and pray that this is significant to the fact. And I hate to say that. I hope all this stuff was done non-malicious. If there's any malicious stuff done, it will show. You cannot un-ring that bail. Can't happen. Any more questions? All right. Does Y'all completely understand about 349 projects? That project we accepted to see all right we we are under we did accept the submittal for the CIRFQ and if everything goes as scheduled next Thursday the 25th we will send out the advertisements for RFP or the design bills project Project shift start. How is it going? Shit start pretty quick. I'm going to say about the end of the year. Yeah, by the end of the year, we should start seeing that road redone. And that's all draining systems, all signs, everything included in that project. It's a very very very good project. And I did speak with a balanced firm firm when it comes on about the including across what you asked about. Right. I've wanted some there at the restaurant. I wanted some stripping on the road because there is some higher traffic right there and there's a restaurant right there and I don't want to see anyone get run over right there also. So we're going to do some stripping on the road for best increases right there also so we're going to do some stripping on the road for best interalses right there also. Any more thing about this? On a positive note. Got some really good pavilion out there. There's some picnic tables out there. We're going to put some barbecue grills and you'll play pickleball to your little heart trumbles. Any more questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? Any other questions? I'm planning to get this behind. I'm glad that'd be the only one who's going here. That's all I have. Miss Barbick, do you get anything? The only thing I have is let y'all know that we are up and running on passports now. So y'all have to get it. We've got it. We've processed what's the...maybe... Yes, yes, yes. I did. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah I gave you a little bit earlier. Here's probably not in order in our college. I'll just put it in hand. So, I think that's the end of the discussion. So, I think that's the end of the discussion. So, I think that's the end of the discussion. So, I think that's the end of the discussion. So, I think that's get it for the last. Our final budget here in the week is that number just came to our party. All of them are ready here. I'm looking forward to seeing you. All here. We've invited the 16th of Monday. Not only have to take so many different advertisements for training, how to get this stuff. Most of them's at 5.30. Yes, sir. Here's your. I don't know. We've been working on this. We started our turn to access. We've been working on the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the farm and the We're still waiting on loads of arctic revenues to come through. They're coming through a little low, our little slow bit. The ones that have come in aren't as critical as we were. Who's going to be? So we're kind of waiting. We're kind of in a waiting camera. The rest of our day. You should have before you just kind of be looking like this. everything is going. What each officer has requested and the audio approved though, but you just want you guys to have a black doctor that you can look at as well. We're gonna go to the big packet next with our budget inbox right now. As much as you might not, we will have to use the jobs so we could put this on on site for each of our... Yes, for our fund, for our federal fund, to do that, and then direct the job area. You can kind of see... We're kind of based on these also what military means and also last year, we're not going to put a personal fund at the point of four lab areas, or 3.24 remits. right we have also last year we're not going to put additional funds to point 4 library or 3.24 EMS. You can kind of see over there where our revenues are right now. These revenues are based on last year's numbers. We don't have all the revenues from the state yet. And we're kind of put those numbers in there just as a thankful or they kind of so it can probably give get at least that. We're having some more. But you can see over and the requirements in real fund that are the funds that are going to be required money for general fund right now. I mean you're just looking at like $1.3 million on the right now from general funds to other funds to help support them as a whole. We still have a good amount of grants over right now. We have almost 50 million dollars worth of grant for our county. We're looking at 85 million dollars, but there are no good. Well, over half of that grant. We do have to have money to be able to raise a grant in order to get money back for those grants. So that's always a big, big trouble. I just wanna, this month it doesn't have a single dollar or so money back and we do thank her so much for my finance to choose this off-line to have that. So kinda as a whole, we do so have a lot of missing numbers that we're just kind of going to want to take away from some of those. So a couple of them have and I guess that they're not as pretty as we've talked into being though we're so grateful. We're so quick and every part of the budget so like I work in progress every day. Does anyone have any questions or formats that you can ask me? We went ahead and attached everything. This is our working budget. This is everything in over that we've put in all of the requirements that we've had with over the past couple months. So this has kind of been a team effort, but this is kind of what we're looking at right now. So that's finished this and changed as we move forward and get such as a December? But this is kind of where we are at now. So it would not be in fact, it would be just another CPU for our military. So we're going to use one of these individually because I have to have my concerns for everyone of them. So if you want to move to the three little sheets of paper, the first one we're going to work on, the DNCC, our general fund. So kind of give me some numbers there of kind of what the person would be, we adopted these numbers. We do suggest that we start higher because we can't go higher. Whatever we adopt, you know, adults tonight, we can go down, but we can't go back up. And with the unknown right now, we do feel good that we do like we did last year and start out with the 10 mils and you know, just they hate and we go ahead and do that those are proposed military and we're hoping that we can at least back down to that 9.8 where we were last year. We're not in a percentage for that we can go any lower. There's no way that we can go back to the rollback right? Well, there's no way it's going to happen because of the hurricane and the loss of property values. There's no way it's going to happen. Exactly. But we ought to give you guys the numbers so that you all can look at that. But we do ask that we can start out at the 10th, but we're going to be able to back that back down. We have the work on the budget with the 9.8, we didn't do it at the 10, we didn't do it all good. All crazy, but we didn't put in the 9.8. I need a motion for the 10. I do think so. Sorry, we got a motion Mr. Hatch for the 10 mil, second by Mr. Osteen, any discussion? All in favor? Thank you. Then we can move along to your EMS. We have been up for a meeting with Aaron and his staff and the county manager and his staff. We do kind of collect the points out of the three points to your information. If that's anything you would like to say with you. What's the work you actually work with? We are working up the 3.2. That's what we have in the budget right now. That's what we're just working with in the budget. That's the time we can go there, but we will have to do that one. Motion Mr. Hatch, second Mr. Wood, all in favor. We also don't feel because we will be able to go anywhere we can. Yeah we will. 3.2 the word. We will. We're going to drop what I want. Next we will have our wreck and we funds and we are up in for this sort of a hot item. What do you want? This is 0.5. That's what we've got in the budget. That's what we had adopted last year. This is out of motion, Mr. Hatch, second Mr. Osteen, any discussion? All in favor. All right. Is there any other questions or questions that you have? Are you voting for the first packet? We have any questions? Please go for any questions. I'm sorry, I'm like a centimony. We need more of that right now. We are working every day, but we don't have all the... It's yeah. But it's not all the... That's all the hammer. That's all the hammer. Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you all. Thank you. Is it coming up? It's Joni. Okay, it's Joni. It's Joni. No, you ain't doing how to go to Remes Joni. I'm not sure if we're talking about that. I'm calling a passenger station. We're not just calling it too. I never thought that the value of the Smith board is not a... So it's time to put the payloads to that board. How many of you need? This is easy. Two more members. This is like Daddy done it last year and I was alternate so I make a motion for Jamie to do it this year Well, well I know now because I was sitting here when that happens Yeah, but Jamie will do it and don't bother Jamie. Okay. You need separate motions. And honestly, I'm new at this and I apologize. You do. We got a motion, the Mr. Hatch for Jamie to do it. Second by Mr. Osteen. Yes, so we all on board, but one Jamie, if he's in his last name's stored. All the labor. Alternate, I make a motion for Mr. Daniel Wood III. Sir, you got a motion for Mr. Wood, Mr. Hatch, and a second for Mr. Osteen, all in favor. That's my voice, huh? And as I understand it, the board will also appoint via attorney and I hope that part of them from the community and the school board will usually appoint two school board members, like one regular and one alternate like we did, and then a business owner. I told for some reason that attorney, they had to be a separate attorney. They did, yeah, yeah, yeah. for some reason attorney we have they had to be a separate attorney. They can be a yes. He has to be a Miss Ken and then he did it the whole time. Motion for him. This has got a motion Mr. Hatch in the second Mr. Osteen on the paper. What else you need? A citizen? Yes. A paying citizen do we have a volunteer in here. Now, the year before we have called on. Yep. But I don't know if you're willing. I think you can. You can contact him. He'll probably still do it. That was for the home stand now. Business owners. Get up. And then. The business is on the floor. Right. So if you need a home for the lunch, they all find in. And then this Marbi ain't got no chores and you ain't got no chores. Marbi ain't got no chores and I ain't got no chores. That's all right. Thank you, board. That it? All right, county commissioner Adams. Mr. Ludd? Uh, Mr. Leon. Do you mind getting me parcel maps from those two exemptions that are tabled? You can send me these emails. I'm giving up in them now. I just that right just these landowners off from Thanks sir and a thing There's a poll updates on Old Town still sidewalks Oh down Old Towns old sidewalks Yes sir And Cleaned off Cleaned off. Cleaned off. Yeah, I'm not going to get this one. Mm-hmm. That's a good look out. Mm-hmm. Okay, good deal. I've got to get a look out of him. Huh? I don't know what he's doing. He's got a 42-maroon, 6-pentent. Yeah, look out of him. going down on the north end of it or best end of it to finish it up but it's not quite to pay yet. All right, what about update on the crosswalk at the middle school? There are a reach out to the FDNT for requirements and something for us before that. Mr. Patut, Sean with the Chiefs and the Chief Media, he sent me the requirements for what the crosswalk would have to be and possibly for funding. That would be a long process. If there is something that is more than what we have done prior to school starting, we would have to come from someone to paint that crosswalk and I have the requirements of what that crosswalk and I have the requirements of what that crosswalk will have. So, I'll leave that motion for you to... If that's what the board is about to have an excuse, but I'll have you go through to... I would like to make the motion to get close to that crosswalk, please. We've got a motion, Mr. Wood, second, second Mr. Hatch in discussion. All in favor. And last thing is what about our lot down there at Anderson's boat round? Yes sir we did have to determine who the power of the provider was then where we did. The chairman of that was Mr. Jenkins did reach out to do energy and they said they would have to have an engineer come down there to look at the Possibility for placing holes and security locks down there We're just waiting on a return call from the engineers to set up that big sir Okay, we'll just keep me updated on that and thank you Paul. Good job. Appreciate it, man. That's all I got. That's... Yeah, actually the reason I knew about that. I spoke with Superintendent Huts today about the limb mower, and he's had an operator out. That's the reason it's not done yet. His operator has been out seat, but he should be up there next week to finish up inside of the hole. So he is on top of it. The follow-up will let the runner move, um, Ulcer Landrum? Yeah, he's done the west side of it, yeah. But he's side of it as a hutch has got to go and there was a lot more attention up there. But he's going to do it. He's working toward it. Oh, the other thing I got is this, fellas, the pocket looked out. We got a fishing base volleyball It's a local volleyball team. They need some sponsorship. So I talked to Paul about that the other day. And we got about 1871 that comes out of our text and our accounts. So I would like to donate $500 of that money to this Christian based group if you're okay with it. I'm doing it. I'm great. Motion to do $500. Got a motion from Mr. Hatch, a second Mr. Osteen and discuss it. All in favor. Now I want to tell him to remember to donate $100 for this same cost. This is a wonderful, wonderful cost here. What there happened to do is rent the facility from another entity. And there's other people out there trying to get some money, but this program is an excellent program for our youth. So I'm going to donate an extra $100 out of my personal account and I would like Challenge y'all to do the same things. I can't put that in the motions, but I can't put it in a challenge If y'all want to do that Who do we need to get to? I'll see Paul. He can handle it and This is great. Well, you walk it out. Who will you walk it out right now? I'm walking. I need to take it and I'll have to take it out for you. I'm going to take it out. Take it out. And just for the reference Mr. Chairman. There's my honor. The Court was for me to help with the... Bring him over to us. So you've got three of four of them. You got two. That's hundreds of flying out of each other. I don't have one. That's three. Hey, five, twenty is a billion. Well, I've only been here for two years. That's my only life. All right, Mark. Shout it to yourself. I did two. Good? You guys are here. What for you, buddy? I knew it. I knew it. And you know what? I knew you was going to do that. Thank you. Yeah. The girls appreciate it. Yeah. And Miss Powell explained this little group. It's from... Yes, I was. The terrible thing is there was a film in our community that just said, okay, I'll get choked up because we're not in the store. Yeah. You'll get in through it until that probably is going to be. There is a gentleman that's featured in the show. That was a third and fourth of the youth and girls in our community. The divisions, the start of a phase, phase, all of all base volleyball program for grades 3, 3, 7 I believe it is. The first year I think they had three girls sign up. The second year it was up around 60 this year they had an on girls that have come up through the volleyball program with high school, with these young girls, look up to, they are a Christian young lady. They have dedicated volleyball study and the motion time either before or after practice and before or after games. And there has been some girls that have really benefited from this program and has never been exposed to the kind of the word or any fake, fake, fake teachings. So, this is just a program that has kind of tremendous impact on our girls and students. I'm on challenge y'all now. Here we go. Okay. There you go. Hey, and wait. They take $1 bills. $5 bills. $10 bills, $20 whatever. You know, just cause a Lord bless me with a $100 bill. You might not see me tomorrow with a $100 bill. That might be the only one I got. But you know what? You know what? You call for another. Well, if I had that. But Mr. Powell will get it to the right people. So I just pulled that out there. That's y'all. Are you doing? Paul? Anything else? Yeah, about what's the room. They got real kids. Yeah, but no. Truly, I see. This program is really good for us. And this program is like this, it builds strong character in our youth, and our youth is our future like it or not. We all getting old. We all got limited time in each position that you're setting in right now, no matter what. But if we don't invest in our kids, what do we have? And there's not a lot of programs that different girls. So it's a great program, and I didn't mean to put anybody on the spot, What do we have? And there's not a lot of programs that different girls do. So it's a great program and I didn't mean to put anybody on the spot except for these. I did do that on purpose. But you didn't put them on the spot? But really, if y'all do want to donate, speed call, office numbers there, just calling and comes down with him and he can explain this to you all. But there is a little girl that lost her life and she was part of this program. Thank God this program led her to the Lord. And not that I heard that she was one of these girls. And it's hard to meet a person, be a part of here, be in the race, and a Christian home. This girl at 10 years old had never been a church, never been exposed to any Bible teaching or anything. And they hear before she was involved in a tragic event that took her life. She was part of this program and was exposed and hopefully that happened in fact, and if this program was to return for everything that's important to her. If this for real was a piece of a joke, what have they been to important? Exactly right. So anyway, that's all I have. And I know it reached little girl because Nemis Paul's hope and she was asking her mother questions or mother couldn't answer. So the mother went and they provided a mobile so she could study the mobile so she could answer the questions. So it goes further than the children. It goes further than the children. So Mr. Osteen? Yes, hello and thank everybody that's what takes the heart on our budget. I appreciate all the effort you all have done it. I know you all worked a lot of hard hours and we appreciate it. We all appreciate it. And I appreciate everything you all did. So it's been a lot easier this time since I've been on this board. I just wanna say thanks to all of y'all that's had a hand. Do the hand- the MSN. I appreciate you helping. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. I'm going to hand it in. car saying it's smoking the band. If it was cute anyway the work that the employees is doing down the gene highway with a lamb over in the scene where they live good I've been working hard with them. People trying to get the signs, put back from after the hurricane, straighten it up and over, laying it over, laying down. And I'm just going to appreciate everybody's kind of handling all this hard work that I can do. And hopefully, I mean, real soon, I hope that all these issues down in Swansea are worked out where everybody can get along and start working together and having a normal life. That's the right time. I'm a fussing audience. It needs to go away. I'm at Hope's soon back on the right track. Oh my God. Yeah, thank you. That's all I have, sir. Just ready? Yeah, that's it. Oh, hey, I got Paul on the, I asked about getting some quotes or something on getting some lighting on the purpose landing Interfaxing along there. We got a couple of salaries there. Try and get the light there. Where are we at? Yes, sir. And that is another issue that I had to reach out to the airport because that, uh, 3.'s 3.0. Go for there is a state hour. So I wanted to reach out to them to see if there was any requirements and restrictions or any authorization we have to have from Liz Rogers put that lighting on. Mr. Paddup, Charles, actually looking into that also if there's any requirements or authorization we need from the U.S.E. before we place lighting on that state house. All right. But on that out, have anything other than any youth event or something that's one of the youth that you can sponsor. A lot of times the kids don't get to do the stuff less without sponsorship. Like I said, our children is our future. Anything that you can do to help with any of the projects is not on the children. Please, please do so. Of course. And that's what he can take over the world we're at. We need to do the best we can to make sure that they've got the best tools to be able to move forward. I appreciate everybody on the budget. By everybody else's office, you'll do a great job. We still add out the woods. We still a long way. But we've come a long way for four years. I will say that, but when I walked in this door four years ago, it was breathtaking. As I know, it was a huge thing. We've come a long way, but we still ain't what we need to be, but we've tried. That's really to get there. And I appreciate it. We had a great meeting. Thank you all very much. I want to thank you all for the five of us for giving us the opportunity to sit up here to do this because it's you all who puts us up in these seats. So thank y'all. So now it is y'all's turn. Anybody who likes anything Anybody Nobody ain't got nothing to say Probably the best birthday present she could ever get her life. Did she? D.O.C. came to her house today. She's got a little piece of property, sure. They're going to really rent it in 36 months. You're not project. And they're going to just go and pull her a few. But when the lady's talking, they're going to get her $100,000. They'd use her phone. For like 36 months. They don't think we're gonna get more $100,000. You use her for that. For that third sigma. So I mean, you should have seen the smile on her face. Okay. They just don't do that. We'll have a breathtaking. Okay. Okay. I think we get some of that too. Oh, he's coming. Anybody? anybody. I'm ready to go. Current retail strategies. We appreciate the partnership on that. Something's good to come out of that. We appreciate y'all taking what we get in here. We're going to get something. Anybody else? Nobody else? Anybody else nobody else She's a lady that's gonna give us a bunch of money so we can do a lot for our children, hopefully. Yes. But y'all keep her in prayers to find the right about the money for all of us, those for all of us. So thank you very much. Anybody else? We got a motion, Mr. Hatch, to adjourn. Second, Mr. Wood, and O. St. Olin' favor. We are adjourned.
