Food finders and family promise are new this year but the rest are repeat customers with very similar agreements to previous years. All of these agreements have been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office and signed by the respective organizations executive directors. First, we have family promise. Family promise is a homeless shelter on Elmwood Avenue, providing long-term shelter and other transitional services for family units experiencing homelessness. Most families stay between 60 to 90 days during which time they work with a case manager who helps address barriers that are keeping them from stable independent living. And ultimately, with the goal of getting them to more stable long term housing. The shelter has many amenities including laundry, kitchen, and other living spaces. And it allows obviously family units to stay together, the children to stay in their schools. This agreement is requesting $6,969 to support their shelter activities, specifically employee salaries. Okay, Chantan Emotion approved this program year 2024 grant to a family promise. So moved. Second. My only question is, these automouts you have on here, 69, 69, 69, why is that there's some sort of a formula or something? You go through to get that amount. Short answer, yes. That has to do. A little maximum amount. I know that. I know that. So we've got to divide it up in a way that we don't go over that threshold with all the groups that request. OK, I understand that. I just, so we're just dividing, dividing the whole by various programs that we want to support. Okay. Interesting amount, $6,969. Okay, we have a motion, a second to approve this grant to family promise, all those in favor say aye. Aye. What was same sign? Thank you. All right, next we have food finders, food bank, which is obviously a food bank operating on Greenbush Street here in Lafayette. We have, during our preventive maintenance program, we've identified a culvert on Nice Street that we'd like to get repaired. It's an existing brick culvert and we'd like to get repaired. It's an existing brick culvert, and we'd like to have a better fairman help us to design a fix for this. It's deep and kind of a long culvert is brick, so it's been around for a very long time. The engineer's fee for the task order is $34,400, and I recommend for your approval. Chair, I'm sure you're gonna approve this agreement with BFNS. Oh, move. Second, this task order with BFNS. Moving second, is there a second? Moving second. Question on this, specifically, is this just a routine PM thing you do? Looking at these culverts? Well, we do prevent them maintenance all over town. So the guys were actually doing prevent them maintenance on some of the inlets in that area and noticed some washing away at the side of the road. So they went down, investigated the culvert. It had partially brick, partially metal. And so we decided to go ahead and get somebody else to come and take a look at it. Okay. All right. That makes sense. Thank you for that question. I have a motion. A second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those? It's good. Yeah. You okay? Yep. Yep. Both seem fine. All right. No abstentions. That's good. All right. Next, please. All right. Second, we have an amendment or a supplemental agreement number two with Butler Fairman Cipher for the Tweaking Ham Listation Elimination Project. Jeremy presented an amendment to you a couple of weeks ago regarding the South Ninth Street widening project. This goes along with that. During that project, we're going to take the opportunity to eliminate a lift station, one of our oldest lift stations in town. And so we wanted to take that opportunity to get rid of that lift station. And so this incorporates all the additional work within dot that is required now. And so this is in the not to exceed a amount of $23,400, brings total amount to $152,700, and I recommend for your approval. Thank you. Chantant and motion approve the supplemental agreement number two with BFNS. No move. Second. Second. Any questions? Very none. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed same sign? Abstain.
