The board continue this case until the January 2025 hearing due date. Due to the October hurricane, Moulton. Any questions on this one? Why until October 1st, versus last month? He has to submit a new permit. The contractor has issues with the contractor that he's been working with. So he has to try to get that figured out and get a new contractor. Is there a backup in the building department for permits? It takes so long. Pardon me? It takes so long to file for a permit and issue a permit in the building department. They were at the point where they were getting ready to issue it, but the contractor has with he wants to withdraw it. So I figured I'd give them a couple of months to get that re-the application that he submitted to get everything in order. Did he submit the application? Is there no application yet? No, not today. Why did he pull it at back? The contractor did. Why? I don't know. And this has nothing to do with the hurricane, and they've been given how much time July June 25 Yes, just for a little bit more information if a contractor pulls out of a job or leaves a job They have to submit something to the building department to cancel out their permit so the net before the next permit can be processed or anything taken into the building department. They can start it online but it won't start a process until they get a cancellation letter from the previous contractor so it could take a couple of months to get everything straightened out. Thank you. You're welcome. Just for additional information, this guy has had other permits and other work done that have been completed through a different contractor. So he has faith that the other contractor will get this permit permanent as soon as he can. Any other questions? Do we have a motion? I move to accept the motion. And that's it. Second. Thank you. And that's till until November or January. January. Okay. Dan Kawfer. I. Al Shamanski. Michael Slayton. Yes. Ruth Kessamerik. Nay. Okay. 4-1, the motion carries.
