So the aggregate is still allowed for remodeling and re-produce of upper story of upper stores on Main Street and I'm going to press it, perhaps. So it will make use as been in the ordinance. It makes it clear that we can move all the family housing. As department of the mixed views, prior to the second part of the event is to add, it's very simple to add multifamily dwellings, which are already defined to the list of permitted additional loses in the C1 central commercial industry and also you'll see two commercial industry. So we would add that use, it would be a conditional use, which means it's subject to federal We've got small the different details and so on, and make sure it's compatible with the neighborhood that you address practically concern, is that all the technical things we would look for in a large project, and particularly I can condition use that kind of. So we have those two amendments, and the idea would be to welcome somebody like you about in those two zones. You think about it. The C2 zone behind the way to Marshall is essentially outside the downtown areas and on the river. So that's a relatively small area. The other one is the C1 area, which is bigger. That includes all of the Main Street area, plus a portion of the area on the market street. Now, there's been some, I think, planning fund abort and mayor was there, but that's the planning board in front of the app. Well, if we wanted to be stuck in a commercial street and we're some interest in the matter, why didn't you do a pays only in the matter of the matter? There's two reasons for that. One is that's a more difficult process to you in an expeditious way. The second reason more significantly is that it would be possibly vulnerable to an accusation of or claim of spotstone. I know spotstone, I've also talked about it, is typically small lots, every tiny properties of small lots and you rezone them. I mean, typically think it was being something other two way, but if you research the case law on this to find that it can be much greater. It's the real task is not the size of the property. It's what the relationship of that is to the remaining area. So in this case, that area of commercial street always was in fact, partial. It was retail. And still got a retail, like the one in would be with the kitchen cut. So treating that differently all, all of a sudden would make us think somewhat vulnerable despite something, and that's saying that would be a winning issue, but we don't want to be vulnerable in any way. So that's the reason now, put the down the road, change things somewhat, I suppose it would work. There's a couple ways to do that. One would be to create something within the C1 zone, that's a common practice. And we can also effectively create it without that when we look by setting that the areas that were visible to be allowed will be off main street. So we did stay with you.
