All right, let's start. Sorry for late. Uh, can you all hear me? Let us pray. Most gracious Heavenly Father, we just thank you. This beautiful day that you give me, still all in the Lord. Just thank you for once come out for our meeting today. We'll just guide and greet each and every one of us and help us to make the right decision for our county. Jesus Christ, name my pray. Amen. Please, please, to the flag of God, the faith of America. And to the Father, we just say, one nation, one God, indivitable, with liberty in justice for all. He's only asking for this many more sites so he could make enough money off of the winter boat to come down so he doesn't have to have the full-time residents on his campground because he don't want them and he vets everyone that stays there really hard so I'm going to make a motion to prove this. You got a motion Mr. Wood to approve. Second Mr. Smith. He's already got a hard refugged. He just had no choice. I think 70. He's like, I mean, he from the highway. He probably, he's a remiled off. I guess they saw his mile off the road to the hard. And by letting him do this, I feel like I'm not. I'm putting off having to bring in another one somewhere else. Motion, Mr. Brown. Mr. Brown. I'm bringing Mr. Brown up ahead of scheduled because he may have to leave a little bit early for another call on the hurricane whether so. I'm getting him's position out of the way. I don't have a lot for you days. You're going to miss. One thing that I do want to say is that the discuss the last meeting that I do want to say that, I'm just going to discuss the last meeting that I was at about in the land purchased for a station six outside of Washington Beach. So, all that time we had a parcel pick that we built the best parcel for a lot of reasons. The landowner had not reached out to us last week, full last one. I was going to choose conference in Tampa. There are land managers called me. They have talked to us. We had conversation, they have said please make a request. We have requested a realtor in the area to give us an updated cost of those pieces of property. Last night, five or six o'clock, she's gone to God enough day from that person. I was the numbers that I will throw out there right now. But we are prepared to start putting together a package to make an offer for them at the parcel of property. In the meantime, the city of Washington Beach and the question that we need them, they do have some property, but it is still in the third zone after some lengthy discussion. Tuesday night, at their meeting, we were able to come and consensus that they might be willing to look at giving some of that to us or selling it to us. There are some complications for them as well as the other parcel that we can buy. We're going to pursue, unless the board here is in the other direction, we're going to pursue this, a national parcel that we've been satisfied by the town portion and all of our citizens outside of that area. If that falls through, then we'll come back to you for a recommendation on what you'd rather do. Only I would make that decision, I will ask you all the things. The other thing that I have in this Jackie we have, I think you got to talk to you email yesterday but we do have the contract signed for our ERC first station at home. It's been a lengthy process. We've gotten everything done. The contractor assigned it, chairman assigned it. We have a pre-construction meeting next week on the 7th, I think, 3 o'clock. See, everybody's interested. I know that's complicated to pour, but it would be happy to go around about that. So hopefully, when I know about two weeks from that date, we will see construction in our office and that would be about the middle per-chain season. We'll have fence and splines, so it would be lovely. But I did request yesterday I spoke with Ms. Lauren Temple, and she said, far more should focus on both stations. We had put in a change order on the old town station nearly a half million dollars. She was okay with that, she was processing it yesterday. And she also sent me the information to request 50% upfront for the EOC station, which will be about half dollars. I think it was 2.8, you know, looking at the data from the center. $5.5. I think it was 2.8. I think that contract was around $3 million general numbers. So we should get a top 1.5 million up front to pay those things. It's worth 12. On the old town station, I think I'm not heard this Jackie. I have on the stress and tax. But that process is moving towards everything should be good there. I'm sorry to ask again to get proofed up if we do have an 1115 call. Hopefully we'll all be done by then but just in case. Does the board have anything else to leave before I give it to chief? I got one thing. Yes sir. Did they get all the emails from the ones and all of you for them to be notified of the emails? The lists are being put together. The council responded yesterday. I think all of them have gotten it received it. Mr. Pindles put that together. The first half they come to the also 9 o'clock yesterday morning chief bass has given them anything and everything that they need. They got the equipment gloves on. The training set up for them and we're scheduling some more as this meeting goes on. Good. Good. Very involved. Thank you. Let's just put it that way. And I think the council will be very into it. Anything else? Appreciate you. Yes. Thank you very much. I'll leave this on the desk this morning. This is the, uh, has the last update that we've done, that hash area, which is just a top-of-the-world information. This has been, in effect, similar to the real all of it. In that hash area is a top-of-the-world information 60% on the actual age. So, and that takes up 85% of the golf Mexico is worth predicting right now. They were in the golf doubt and they were going equally. So right now it's still too early to tell, but they did run some models out of 60th of October this morning and what you have in front of you is this and this is what was just printed and they are out there. So a lot of those models as you can see are gone. We don't know. Right now it's a eight state this way it's a crafttry one where it's gone because of the fact that we don't know this storm has not made any type of formations or anything yet. Right now it's just a block out in the central Atlantic and we're staying with all the conditions and everything. It's where it's going to go. We have anything on that. This stuff should be in your email. This is all good. I spent this one out first thing this morning. And when I was here, this one came in. So this one had not been sent out otherwise yet. But it will be sent out. So you'll have it on the back. But like I said, did you ever just... What you see here on this one is an on-top. So it's a whole bunch of models combined together. This is what you've got. You said the email, we don't need it. We've got enough of that season. So we've got to get some stuff. Yeah, we've got to get some stuff. We've got to get some stuff out. What is that? We've got to run it in my bag door. Yes, sir. A lot of them are in. So like I said yesterday morning and up till yesterday afternoon, it was all in the late and the last night it shifted more. So who knows and two o'clock this afternoon, it may be back in the evening. So but I'm just keeping your old. Appreciate you. Thank you. Thank you, Mr. Jerry. Well that conversation there is just about made me forget why I'm here. I was arrested out of swanney. My wife and I have been in the Swany Waterfront Market. It's been there about 14 years. That's a very sensitive subject. And that paper comes up, I do not like it. I appreciate being in front of the distinguished board here. It's my first time ever being up. And I wish I were kind of wasn't here in a way because I just got an issue that I my wife and I we need to get this square away by turning it to surprise me to come into this meeting and just talk about it real quick. Basically we on the store and on the lot beside. The lock beside it has a trailer on. There's a problem with it. People. It also has a fence on it. Our promised events. This promised events is on our property, for our survey, which I had. That has not been a big problem because it's old. We don't have to add it. It'll probably fall soon, especially after this last water session we had. So that's not why I'm here. I kind of digress a little bit. The problem I'm here is that it holds a notice of commencement to fill a bone house. Okay., no problem with that. And that was back on 5, 3, of 22. As I was at our business place of business, I noticed that there was construction going on over there. I didn't know anything about this commencement or anything which has been notarized. So I went and picked through the 3-Kitty-old fence. Well they were putting in pilings and there was a commencing to build a boat house. Well I went home and got our survey brought it back to the workers that were there and explained to them that that fence is on our property and you're way too close to be starting to build a boat house. And they were actually on our property. Okay. What that being said, I asked them to please go and talk to their supervisor and let them know off here and I had to survey to address this. I had no idea who this is. Contrary to this one to get started right. After we saw that they started building this and didn't stop and never asked to look at our survey or anything else. On 29 or 23, my wife followed a complaint to this Dixie County. And we provided our survey. Like that. During the process of that, we found out that there was no permit ever issue for what they were doing. Fort Variants. Fort Variants. Thank you. I would, it's not my line of work. I don't know all the, what the cutting forcements and things are, but I do this one right. That's common sense. You just don't go down there and build something without doing it in the correct manner and procedure. So we filed a complaint. We found out that the person doing the contracting was named as Hoyt Lamb, Jr. Well, I had no clue who that was, but it turned out he's more commonly known that I say names, Jimmy Lamb. Okay. So, things went on here. Toit Lam, which is Jimmy Lam, filed for a permit after the fact on 2.24.23. Now he had already started construction. Didn't need a permit. It was just, he didn't need anything. He does what he wants to do. Whatever he did. So, well, that being said, there was, there was, application was needed, but then he needed a lot more information for that permit to be issued correctly. And which he didn't have. Survey, etc. This is the copy of the permit that they applied for. He's this over here so I can say organized. The site plan that's turned in by Ray Ryzener he didn't turn it in, but he drew it. And he's a qualified engineer, just like this. And I'm not being a pilot analyzer. This is what he, they submitted. What they built, just another picture of what they submitted. What they built is nowhere near what that is to keep it simple. This is what they build. And there's nothing to do with that side plant. So at that point, we've noticed there's a lot of things that aren't going right here. I had a verbal with him and the pertin... Well I don't think it was a pertinence of places just with Mr. Lam that they deny our neighbors. So we want to get along with their neighbors. So we said there's a 10 foot variance that he had to be off of our property. We said, well, we could live with a five foot. And we're good to that. But I started finding out how all this was being done Bush League, sorry for that word, but I said no, I'm not giving you a written on that. So at that point, the story of kind of started attacking me, this contract, text, things, your words, not good, things like this. You're going to open up a S storm. You don't know what you're doing. I don't know what you're talking about, sir. Okay, so a lot of daughter not out of me go all in to that. But it got negative. The survey that they needed, I think, had been completed somewhere 323 upon 3. Just four pictures of the back house. This is just an aerial photo that's all on record looking down on it. Okay, here's a really good part that really blew me away. And this was a slap in Dixie County space in my opinion, and to the board and to the enforcement people. They went out, Mr. Leon, and put up a red tag for what I call a stop-word. Stop-word, well, that didn't matter to these people, for this person, he tore it down. This was the copy of the red tag that was put up, stop and eat, stop, STOP. He completely ignored that. And then tore it off and this is not a good good picture but I had a good one I threw it in the water literally in the water pulled it out and it fell into the water at that point I was done with them that's enough and so then we just make sure that we were following up on what's going on. Where it stands now, I'm trying to make this short. Where it stands now, he's in violation. He built a structure of what no permit for it. He was just going to stop working. He totally ignored that. Went ahead and built it after that red tag and built all this. After the red tag had been thrown off and thrown in the water. I have witnesses that we took pictures of that. So I've never had to deal with anything that was just so disrespectful to the rules or the law or the codes of the county that I live in. I've never once had a problem with this county. Never had to be up here. Everything has been run tight. This just happened to be the guy, it's my name, it happened to be important to me. It hasn't been important to me. I would have never known anything about it. But I think this goes on a little more than what you might think. It's just happened to be he struck next to my house or my business. So, one more point. Okay, so we filed the complaints and the credit enforcement, Mr. Leon here, I have a lot of respect for, and I'm not up here to throw anybody in here under the button. Except this person that is completely ignored, all the things that we have to do. Right. He didn't matter to him. So there was a letter sent to him and it said, uh, this would, this, and this was from Mr. Lee not. This would have fell into four different jurisdictions, not just the county. Also, it's a slippery slope. Variances are for hardships, not for non-permitted work. Probably anywhere else in the Florida, this would have escalated to worse than what we will navigate here. Sounds like we're giving them a little help there to me. But he's got my name to apply for, or this is from the LAM Code Services. He also has a letter of approval from the neighbor who filed the complaint. That's an outright lie. I'm the neighbor. He's done this. I think I've said that. I just want to let you all know that I appreciate it. My wife has talked with Ms. Watson and she represents this county very well. She was very impressed with you. I appreciate all very much too. What I basically need is to know who is going to enforce this and what is the timeline on this being enforced. The reason why I'm in this is my last point. I had a buyer for that partial land. I can't sell it because this piled up in this over that price. So it's piled up and I can't. I was told by the administrator here that you'll just have to wait until all this all so when all these new rules or whatever get passed. No, this was two years before that everybody even started the coalition of the code and then the last thing I'm gonna say about it is my land is still tied up. You came in off of me, whatever, I'd have to say sir, you can't buy until they square this way. And that's the fact there because I had a contract on that piece from. And I came through anything with it because I was a student in one. So that timeline is very important and who's going to enforce it. Thank you very much. I didn't get long. We didn't get long winded. Don't at all. OK. Because you deserve to mention. We've got two problems. One of them is a civil with your fence. You know, Tony can take care of that one. Next one is this county. I wish we were almost here, but Shane, I'm going to make a motion to direct you to do this. My motion's going to be, if there's no variance on this piece of property, there's, it's built without a permit. I want the damn thing tore down and brought in compliance. They can rebuild it. They will not snub their nose at Dixie County no longer. I don't care who it is. So my motion's going to be for you, yet neck deep into this, yet this problem resolved, that resolved our county out of this. Everything he's staying right now is absolutely the truth. I've been down there and looked at it a dozen times. So he's holding this man up from selling a piece of property. But we do hold other people up too. I had to throw that in there. But he's out of no. I've had enough of it. And I do know Mr. Leon is aware of it. I know he's aware of it. You start a code enforcement case on it. And you start getting the certify letters out to where they need to go Enough is enough of this that How much time you got before they got to reply to them? Then then you send an old and I heard you send down track. Oh down there and tear out mass down Whatever we got to, enough is enough. Defense is gonna be on you, Mr. Jerry. Yes, sir. I got that. That's not wrong. That's the least of my worries. That's my motion for changing it. We got a motion, Mr. Hatch. Cut all that. We got a second from Mr. Wood and Mr. O's team any more discussion all in favor. Sorry you've been here from the end but I trust everybody in this county I love this county when I trust this old ward. I'm going to say one more thing to back Mr. Mark up. We could have to make an example. Yeah, it's a get the track to ready. I imagine Mr. Mark and me I'll be down there and stand right there and probably hurt you probably go down there too. You want some? So we don't have to start somewhere. So let's just get on it and get after it. Ain't it ashamed that we happen to do that? We're picking up and followed rules. Fixing to get more contact with someone in here is places growing and we better get ahead of it. But I can't do it. Trust me. Drug. Coalition. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. Thank you for the opportunity we had last year to receive It is the order of maintenance dollars. I thank you for that So this will kind of be a 500 for this we did not receive the Let's talk about that Darren Tell me about this we went We was given a presentation by you right from 100% I was under the impression that they was not eligible this time or sheriff and sheriff also says no why did we do the 100 what did we put out the end time? I think you the board that that money has been reduced by people I told you that that money money get better this by 50%. I told you that that money is what we use to fund our community fair medicine program. I asked the board if you were going to continue this year with that percentage of, I think it was 60% to each agency. I told you that I could use that money to keep that program running. If you give me that money, and the old man emotional to do that. No time did anybody say that somebody was eligible for that money to share a proposal, but to share it, you know, having projects available. That was my request to you, and that was your approval. This was a drink that was on the, on the, on the, on home being into that day, but I don't think she was here that day. But no time for anything that said what it was up. Criterium for that money remains the same. And it will remain the same for the next 18 years, seven, 15 years now. The board chooses to change their opinion about it. I need to know quickly before I finish. Not there. the board chooses to change their opinion about I need to know quickly before I finish my business. What do you all got to have to continue? Well, you know what, I spoke to Katrina a few minutes ago she wasn't able to come. Apparently this was done at a nighttime meeting and we have recovery meetings at night so we're not always here at night and help like that. But you know what her comment to me was, the law will always provide for us in this situation. So you know, if we don't receive the funds, we're the law will provide for us and like that. Those funds are part of what pays for me to go into the community, but you know, we understand need in other areas and we totally support the care medicine program. It is a great program and we totally support that. But I wanted to let you know what we did in the three months that we had the funds. We were able to give out, I think I spoke to you about the red fish study and I think I'll probably have 50 years about it, but we had the fact that we had contaminants in the actual fish due to people flushing the opioids and the other drugs down the cancer assistance of any way. We were able to purchase 5,000, what's called SACES HERO, the RISPOSIVAACS, which we shared with EMF and shared with other businesses throughout ALM. And we will continue, as today we have given now almost 2,000, We're going to make sure they get into the right hands. We also have been able to get out 300. Narcan, we have seen a huge up clean on overdose. In the past month, we had four died and were aware of. So we're continuing visually to educate people and to try to make an impact in that. And one thing we are going to do is we will go next week on those days that the school has their open houses and we will be able to give out 2,500 packets to parents, which talks these are prevention packets. And what we will do is we divide and conquer. We put it in the hand of the student of the parents that I've got some more if anyone is involved, prevention, education that we want to make sure that every student is aware of. Another thing we're doing is we are doing what's called a responsible vendor training. That training entails us inviting, we have every person that sells alcohol in Jitke County. In that, we will train them to be responsible not to sell to you, not to sell tobacco and not to sell alcohol to you. And in doing that, we also have worked with the sheriff's office and we do want to talk with the finance check. And we actually do some investigating in which they try to, what they simply use into that store and if that alcohol is sold to a youth, then it is reported and taking care of that way. So we actually, that's part of the program that we do. And so that's what I'm reporting on today, but we can thank you for the opportunity that we've asked to participate. And we will continue in our community for more than a month. Thank y'all. Thank you. Thank you. Mr. Steve. I'm going to go to the number one. All right. Currently, we have 932 active accounts that's up up the board. I have to part of everybody. We've got a little bit before. I think we're going to have a serious situation with us. Yeah. If you look at the last page, the last paragraph, that says it all. The girls in the office are free. It was a lot. I did not receive a copy of that and I probably will really need that. Here. How many copies? That one will be plenty. All right, thank you. This was all handed to me this morning. That was all given to our insurance carriers. So it's been escalated. And unfortunately, I haven't been on vacation for a minute or two a day and this is what I came back to. Right upon our final stage, the last to be completed will be started again today. That particular contract was on vacation also, so you have a deadline. I think we only have like 90 left to do, so that shouldn't take too long. War meters at our next forward meaning, I will suggest to advertise to have a bid put out so we can get that completed we have to make way to get that time. We've had two lanes that we've had to file through the lack of payment so I'm not going to mess with those with main, they're both accounts happening, they're water locks and that's multiple letters and false calls from over so to late this week. The main water height needs to get two of them last month. One was on the ninth and one was on the 12th and the ninth was right outside the war plant and it was a 12 inch. Yeah, I know we did. But we repaired that one pretty quickly compared to the other one. It took just 16 hours to repair the other one and that was in the money free area. Have you told the attorney about the meeting that failed when he was gone? No, I have not. We need to talk to you, if any. We've had enough of the child's games down there. That's enough. We're going to, where it goes, not going to mess with no more grinder punks. Question, we're not going to mess with no more firing it and then removing this one off the board. We're not going to mess with none of that. We're under an FPL investigation. We're going to let that course run its course and then we'll take the measures from their investigation. But I've had enough of the BF meetings that's been going on down there. So, I'll talk to you later. So, I'll talk to you about the last one. I don't know, so I will talk to him today. I would ask you to let me finish talking. We've had enough of it. It's enough. So, y'all are going to hold all the meetings. You're going to get back to the business of 20 water and silver. Or the county will get to the business of 20 water and silver. Now, y'all do a good job. Let me finish. Y'all do a good job at what you do down there. You've been a good manager down there. I've had some issues with some of the stuff, but then you've always resolved it. You've always stepped up for the county. We appreciate that. But it's time to get back to 20 water and sewer business. You've got a big business down there and it needs to be run out of business. So enough of that other, like that other work itself out and it will they got a 98% of straighter getting it right they will get it right. You will not get back in under any fail on track. So with that being said let's get back to 20 water and sewer. Thank you very much. Appreciate it. Who is the contractor, y'all, using the sold pump? Yeah, all that's under investigation. We talked about that last time. We will not want to bring that back up. Thank you. You're welcome. I'm on my first day back, so I need you back to work. Got a lot today. Thank you. Yes, sir. Got a lot today. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Mr. Mailey. This is Warren. I'm trying to do a brief. Precordressing meeting for the EOC. You're scheduled for an in-state August 7. We get that project going. The sheriff's house is building on the site plan with him now. They have pretty poor finance. Now the plan has been done. We can probably have that in a particular place as well. The CDVG project, we got through the curve ball. The product itself is exempt, but they've asked for a lot more documentation, which I'm going to assemble that as for additional document. I have to get to produce more mages, just to find more exempt from permitting. They want a letter requesting that exemption. I will examine the one thing that we want to have a young reviewer. We got, it's just, that's on the two roads. Yes, sir. Okay. But it's all administrative stuff, it's all the comments on the plane and the green thing by the time. How long do you think that's going to take? The comment period is actually August 28th and we're ready to make the request for sabotagement on for the next day. So the end of this month, you should be advertising. We should be able to get, we should be able to make the request to be able to do the sabotagement. Okay. And we'll take some to give that authorization. So, but that, if there's a process they go through and then that time period is of August 28th. Okay. So they got it. They stepped it up and get with it. I just don't make merit. I have are requirements. Health chairs, the Nose and World are sent to the contractor last week. As soon as they return that back, and we can get that to attorney and get that excuse of the county to help read John up to discourage the notice of construction. The construction is pre-conquered. John up to sketch of the notice of construction. The construction is pretty calm on the map. The two park stations, a horseshoe and at at $551.349, the four plans have been approved by their staff. On that, we've developed a conceptual site plan pending final property installation, those two sites as well. I'm working with them on Leon, my four shoe, that's more of some land use and zoning adventure that makes me surprised with that, because of plus proxy in regards to the coast down there. If I could, you're probably nowhere else but we're all on. We will be challenged by the United piece in question until we win. So we're in negotiation with that. I'll tell a few persons. So, I'm not thinking of removing all the money right there and either. That should be pretty favorable. Sorry, I got to go. We expect that to be pretty favorable. Well, we have a request in a price for anchor for house policies. If we look at talent, we've got to put this to a gap. We've been waiting for the real further. We asked to give us an estimate to give us that number. We've got a 530-chimed dark gut. So we get done with this conference call. We'll start putting that packet together. Send a little bit of a quick thank you. And we get done with this conference hall, but I put that packet together to see if I can sell it. I really don't want to go shit, but I was told that they did their whole project up, but they also want to give us money, so we got five, but the sound's favorable, so we'll see. That's all there. Thank you. Thank you, sir. Good luck, Dave. Mr. John. This is more Mr. Chair and from the floor. I've got a few things. I'll try to be quick. You'll be on update on the Porsche Beach Dredging, Sherat Island and the wanted Dredging. Porsche Beach serving is about 90% done, and it'd be a special out of the equipment that's coming in here in the corner and went out. They forward and the place will probably cut a few weeks out. I'm finishing that. They have finished the shire out serving and they're starting to count 20 serving all the next week. So within a few weeks we should be all done in the survey and that will allow our coastal guys to keep cranking along with the permanent. So those are moving the throttle on. If you have a little odd nins here, a couple meetings back, y'all were talking about, I just just need to talk about the ported-toe springs. I would laid out some sites and kind of mapped it out and I said, hey, there's potentially some money. What we submitted on your behalf of grant application to the Spring Program is the we've been to put in a package plant there and get sewer at each site. So fingers crossed we'll see what happens. That's the last week. The ball filled up on 19 and then we're going to miss a call, got some play out so that property what that might live like Yeah The backside ask some weapons so we're trying to keep that obviously We'll bring you some ideas and tell us what you like and then we'll put in some applications for some money That's where we're having that. We had a Zoom meeting yesterday with Paul Zothis and Taylor County folks, D-O-T and D-E-P. We were trying to see if we could use the resilience of the money to fix the gene of ridge. Namaste. Unfortunately, the guidance we got from the Department of Head of DEP was a bit really fit. Basically, the bridge has to be underwater when it's loved. The bridge itself, actually. So we went back and forth on some ideas and we didn't feel like that was going to work. So we're going to brainstorm some other sources and we might hopefully do that. But we did come away with something that I think is fruitful in that. This program is really interested in getting some multi-county applications. We're going to look at some flooding in between Steve and Ashley and Gina projects that we can do. Aren't the bridge, but there's something else that we're going to try to act. I'm related, but hopefully it will be useful. But we're not giving up on bridge funding. We're working. We're working overtime on it, but I need to be a good place. We work. Thank you. Yes sir. So we tried that route. We're trying to. That's all I've gotten. That's all I've gotten. That's all I've gotten. That's all I've gotten. That's all I've gotten. Can I just say stay at station A. Just a idea of a heard say a couple weeks get survey and done after that. Just got a project schedule kind of at the minimum. Yeah, I think once we get the survey we're looking at. Every time you look at 60 days or so to get the permit application submitted and all that. How long it takes the agency to get back to us is out of my hand. I've served the state probably takes months before we're out there doing that. Hopefully it's faster but again big chunk of that's out of my hands. Okay, thank you. Yes sir. Using the mortgages? Yeah. Okay, thank you. Yes, sir. Do you think from the morning? No, sir. Yeah Down there on that gene of stuff You've done a lot of surveying for them also, but Let's get them involved in What project said like to look at because I know back up this side of around Mr. James old place there's a cupboard runs under a dinner highway right there and that will take some of that water that will bring it back to the west out there and keep it all for the field and subdivision down there also so there is some good projects down there but I'd like for you to run that by paying some water test. And that's where we're at is ideas. What do you want to go after? We got some. And we were very positive. I think it's probably agree that those could get funded under this specialized part of the resilient line. So I'll get touched with that. Yeah, there's also some more trust on O old 19 that would affect that tremendously also. Yes It did say just how close does it got to be to the girl? Doesn't matter. Okay. What else did they say then? The two I don't know the technical time where the bridge does where we're road or it meets the road Those if that because those new come under water those could be eligible they're not laid to the damage the approach you have the approach those are okay we're all saying it's David if you go ahead working on beneath the Colby got pot they're don't work that out. He's worked on that. It's not gonna be the Thank you. I know miss him. He's not here, but I think mr. Mars got something Mr. Rich, can you come up now? How you doing, Doc? Good, sir. How about you? Mr. Richard, I'm on the message last name of Bond still? Bond still. Yes, Bond still. And him and I have been talking for a while, a bottom off now. And we've met a couple times one time in building a zoning of our first meeting. We had a meeting over there. It was found at the library also. And I left Mr. Richards going to detail what he does and what he's got the all-purpose and he actually, let me do that first and then go ahead and try to get him to steal. Yes sir. I've been living over in Steve Hatchee for about 10 years, just about how I've been doing a lot of volunteer work. I'm a Neural Muscare Therapist, a Cross, possible in races that work on nerve entrapments and shoulder issues, rotator, neck, sexual, turn, sciatic dysfunction, and pellet control. So I'm an injured worker. I've been doing that since 1975. So I've been a lot of people that couldn't afford medicine all around. That Mr. James is in quest. My friend Mr. James Valentine and I made a promise to him that would keep helping people. So what I was looking for is I am state board licensed. I can have him for help. And I was talking about a lot of ideas. I thought that was a brilliant idea that could help the EMS folks, and people in my energy would help a lot of other people. With any occupation, there's hasn't. And lifting, the way they have to do the awkward lifting and all that, there's a nice lot of sense. And if I would get that call, I would come help that person right away and instead of them going weak to see somebody and I'm talking about her free. I just want to continue volunteering and so that's really what we're looking for is a space here. I've moved from St. Natham building a house at the first district and I will have a business with my daughter. She has two massage businesses in North Carolina. And when she comes down here, I plan on going to business with her and teaching CEUs, continuing education in the county here as well. As you see in the folks who are trying to help. So that's what I'm up to. I looked at criminal space. I have been working on this in the library trying to help her So that's that's what I'm up to. We're looking for a little space. I have been working on this in the delivery time to help her out a bit and she has a room there that I think is available. So we're just bringing this before everybody to see what we might do. Okay, whenever we first started meeting, I first met with my son, think of a location. First he wanted to do a countywide and my thing was you're going to have so many work folks going to be so huge that it's not going to, it's just going to be huge. So if you offered it to the county which was your EMS department, some of those lifting people with stretches and this, that's another day lugged and tug on a lot of folks. You're law enforcement. Same way some of our road department or solid waste, falls office, I mean we got a 180 employee, something like that. So how did it be more beneficiary to the county and to him? But what I would like for it to do is spend often to the private sector and that's what his intention is so he's got the last thing to do all this. He can bring Jodi's young and in if Jodi is wanting to get his young and wanting to get in this field and get his credit of irons under him. He can do all that also. Just a win went across the board. So what we done was went down to the library, we met him and Miss Indy. He said, your hips out. I said, I didn't know that. So I got on the floor just a few minutes. He had me still in a lot better. So he started working with Miss Indy. Miss Indy, oh no Miss Indy, I'm not saying nothing negative towards Miss Indy because I love her to death. But now Miss Indy has COVID and we was tasting the other night. And so I asked Miss Indy, I said, are you seeing any results with this? And she said, absolutely, absolutely. So she has got us spotted in the library. And we were talking about maybe doing a Friday and scheduled some county employees that might want to come and see him and see if he could help him. But I personally think it's a win-win across the county. It does help the front line employees with our fire and EMS and our law enforcement and our county employees because we are our front line no matter what. From hurricanes to whatever happens. So anyway I would like to put him down there at the library one day a week, particularly a week, or whatever, whatever you choose to do. And then you don't want him to wait until the end of the day. So, Miss Endy's in full agreements to that. And plus, it does bring another element to the private sector, as we're saying, if we have a kid that's morning to get into this field, get trained and get the hours that they need just to drive in two games to get these hours. So, how's the insurance? How's the ability? How many years you say you've been doing this. He's been doing this for 50 years. So he's been doing this for some in three years old. So I think that's mostly you can speak for someone. Yes, he's worked only before too when I worked on it there. But it's all for him. Yes. I appreciate it. So anyway, I would like to put him at the library providing that we could do something legally with Dana getting the interest and stuff that he wants in the sendings and pull a agreement to it. So watch our notes for that, Mr. Taney. We need a contract. I mean, we need a contract without line that he's going to be valuable and his insurance would cover any malpractice or anything like that. But we can get together and get something drawn out of that. Do you need a motion to direct that or can you just do that? Get his number and they'll tie together. How do you want to do that? If we could give a submission that way, it's a motion for a candidate to work with Mr. Richard to get his contract in line. He has to work as soon as possible. We've got a motion, Mr. Hatch. You know, got all that, right? We've got a second, Mr. Osteen, now in discussion. I think I've seen the hand, right? I had to see that, how is it my piece of work on the irrigation? You know, before we get the current, we just go down there and get it more infant work on very slow when it comes to processing some of that. So, I went through and settled in that. I brought the coldest up problem for that. I mean, I mean, work related to the injury has to be reported and has no point in working with his comp. And if they go to see Mr. Richard, of course, like he says, he don't have a disness yet, but he does have classes in everything, of course. They would, once his comp would have to, they would understand what Mr. Richard's saying you to put on you get on the treat at the better. Any more discussion? I'll be in the first page in the next one. We got a motion to second. What about? We'll just get to the store, about the man who's specializes in leg. Ooh. You know, there was a gentleman in Steve's fancy that kind of, this road came and said, would I go help him? And they were going to cut his leg off. And I went, well, that's pretty radical. And of course, I'll go see him. And when I became out of the shop and walked up I could see his problem right there. And I talked to him, I mean he didn't know me from anybody. And I said, the field lay down on my table here. And I set it up. I said, we'll take care of this. And what it was that he had a pelvic insular of this bone that closed his belly button. And what it was doing is your green ligament where the superior human bone is, there's a notch. Where the sciatic foramen, the femoral nerve goes through as well as the blood supply of the leg. So all it was was that bone had pinched off his blood supply and his feet were turned black, and it wanted to cut his leg off before he got gangrene. And I did one simple move and his eyes got big and the blood rushed to this leg and he just started crying. And thank you, thank you. And we've been good friends in percent. So you never know what you can do with a little help. There were just things. and tell the adjustments. And then we're going to have a big story about a young boy. Everyone told me about a young boy. I'm sorry, but I do. I like to check, and I can teach parents how to check for scoliosis. And most scoliosis, 90 to 3%% of it is a functional scoliosis. Child falls, the hip gets knocked out, now you've got a high hip on one side and the body has to do this curves. So the eyes will see the neurological level. They always will. And so the spine does this. Well, a little body grows up that way. In the concave part of the curve, that case you get shortens on the long side, they get stretched out. There's all kinds of neurological things that go on and if you can never live in the bud real early, what you can, 90 some are present. And I hate to see people grow up with, that's functional. There is scoliosis from disease. If there was a disease history in your family. I think that's a rare thing that we're seeing in functional stoleiosis. Put that back just like that so that it grows straight and true. And I've worked on people in the county who got that letter of school. So you got stoleiosis. Well, Richard, look at this. Okay, well this is not stoleiosis. This has been an balance of the pills. That's our center and everything follows the center. So best in the morning and I could certainly do a program with a library and teach some others how to keep an eye on that and what to do about it, how they can actually put that back into the system. Pretty simple. You know, it's a little bit of an activity. All right. Any more to sketchy? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Thank you Mr. Hearth. Thank you Mr. Hearth. Mr. Hearth. Thank you Mr. Hearth. You got the backhoe ready. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Trackhoe. Mr. George, you've got a banger now. Okay, all right. Thank you, Mr. George. Mr. Johnson, he's not here. Mr. Leon, he's not here. Mr. Scott? I know. or you don't want only putting that dirt up at the dump. I'm good. I know that's just why I get some of these other products. I'm going to rent that. I'm going to get down to the big five. Oh, you and Tim, we're going to work together. I'm going to put it on fire from the middle of that. I'm going to put it on top of it. Thank you. Yeah. Appreciate you. Thank you. Appreciate you. Thank you. So I got one little thing here. So we wrote a grant to upgrade our mapping solutions for Mount one and we'll make our mountain one system for the county as well. Addressing solutions. We've had issues with our address and this right here. from the county as well. The addressing solutions. We've had issues with our address and district here, so we can do that. So this is the grant agreement we've got approval for the grant. 40,000 or 40,640 dollars. This is just a agreement for the board to sign to pick up the grant. Motion. Mr. Osteen, all in favor. I'll also mark step down. He's very configured. He was going to ask me, but I will let you all know being him talked about this. This was done in Ward, Mito, being him talked about this. And this was done in Oregon the while back about putting some audio visuals stuff in here instead of using the projectors. So I promised Mark that I would have done for this meeting, but I've been changing. Please welcome, please not. I've been changing the life in strikes and other issues when I left on the conference and wasn't vacation, I was on conference. I dealt with lightning strikes from Wednesday up until this past week. I've been in the library, replacing computers, I've spent probably about $6,000 in the last two weeks for replacing computers, replacing network equipment. I've got pride in all these weapons. That's why I haven't done it yet. You get what I have here. I have most of the stuff in my office. The actual computer and all that stuff is going over there. I just need to get the screens and get them put up. I've got to make sure there's power over there to put it over there. We would put it here where there is power, but I think that door is going to go on the problem with it. So just got to make sure there's access to some power over there. And we're probably going to do something in the clock. I think I can fly it to put it in another reality where that belongs to us. We'll get that. Any other things? Thanks for sending that link. I appreciate it. Thank you for answering the I.P. survey. Makes my job easier. Especially when I request maps for email to me and they don't get email to me. Now I can just pull it up. To say you'll know that I.P.Sword analysis was based on a class that I've done, I started when I was going through that conference. So the class of BA certified government's DOO and it's a year-on-class and that survey was part of it. I've got to do a catch-up on the project at the end of the next year with that. That's the reason I started that. But as long as I'm going to be addressing things to you too. Okay, so I'm going to get with you a things too. I think some of them we'll get with you all out there. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Yeah, I never thought about that. It's okay. It's not. It's okay. It's gale right here. It's holly's not here. Mr. Powell. Mr. Chairman, it's uh, the President of the rest of the board to send to the members of the board. Mr. President, I start off with action item number one. The press board approves for the ship, a month or two repair for Boris Duckett and the roundabout of $11,000. Mr. Osteen, all in favour. No, but here request, all approval, and your report for closed out of physical year 2021-22 and interim year 2021-22. and the inter-use, 20.2, and the inter-use, 20.2, 20.3. Most, I missed the 18, second, Mr. Speeps, and all in favor. Requests board approvals, who's executed the updated Red Room's A.D. Nation land lease agreement, and we have spoke about that previously, and we've got that worked out with Mr. Commerce, so the attorney has reviewed it, and you have the to do with it. I've got a motion, Mr. Pat, second Mr. Osteen all in favor. I have a question. I just take a moment to manage your staff at the County Management Office. They have gone out of their way to help me walk through this process. How many of my last few skills make us almost everything? You've got a good gene for it. Thank you. Yes, sir. Number four, request four, the four approval can execute the FED traffic signal maintenance and compensation agreements for the fiscal year 2025 in the amount of $18,136. Motion, Mr. O physical years, 2024. Justice, Assistant Grant, this is federal funds to the BIC County Sheriff's Office and the Crosstead Equities Department, the law enforcement equipment. Most motion, Mr. O's team. Thank you. Mr. Hatch, on favor. Request Board of approval to execute the FDA grant for share-crop for salary assistance in the amount of 600,660. Motion, Mr. Hatch, all in favor. Yes. The request board of approval to execute the continuing services agreement for grant services with no further professional service. Motion. Motion, Mr. Osteen. Second, Mr. Liddell, in favor. All right. The request board of approval to assess the lockers, RFU for CTI services on County Rail 349 South Paving Project and to the hands of negotiations for that contract. Senator Hatch, second, Mr. Osteen, all in favor. Number nine is to request Board of Rules to execute the temporary construction and easement purchase agreement between FBNC and Dixie County Board of County Commissioners for shirt Island Park and the amount of $100,400,100. Most of them. Most you Mr. Osteen, Sticket Mr. Stevenson, all in favor. Oh, hi. And with that being passed, I will ask for the West Board of three minutes. I have German're stored, by opposing documents, for the temporary construction of short part, when they are prepared, and that will be finished, and we'll be doing it through. Most motion, Mr. Osteen, second, Mr. Stolk, right. Uh, what we're gonna do with the fund? Well, I think it would be up to us, there is actually no circulation before that. I have a good idea. Other than we had a vacant place and we did that at the beginning of the government's value, we were just assuming you love this one. But there is nothing taught to the viewers to be in a peace out on exactly how it was on the path of peace. I'm going to ask you a question. Let's talk about it then because I had a great moment. Number nine, I wanted to say that. Thank you for approaching that, Jody. I believe that just in District Five, if I have money, I should stay in District Five and go forward the Zing Highway, that bridge project down there as an in-kind contribution that does help you with your point system on your FIOT projects, on your five-year plans, that money and put it towards that project. Because if we take that money, what was it? $109,000, $109,000? $109,000? $109,000? $109,000, $104,000. That same money if you put it in your general funds, it will cost you $130,000. The minimum next year, we're not going to get the $100,000 next year. So I would like to see it go stay in district 5, and I'd like to see it go towards that highway down there, Endor Bridge project. That's a big plus for the Gene Highway project that we've worked on for the year. That's all we're going to do in this head, yes. Would that go towards a point system? It would definitely go towards a point system. That would help bump that project up quite a bit and then highway is in terrible shape. We all know that. Yes, it is. I'm getting emotional. I'm getting emotional. Well, I was thinking of what I was thinking without the great idea what you got there, but I was thinking about giving the drug coalition some money for like, can continue on with their work. I mean, it was not more to use for anything you can use it for whatever you wanted to keep them doing their good work also. That's what I was thinking about. How much money did you actually lose in the city? I was sitting there brainstorming and all that. How much money did you actually lose out? We lost two major grants. It's what we lost. One was a million dollar grant in which we shared with all the EMS, with the insurance law. How much did they get last year on that? On the abatement? Yes, no. I believe the split was right. 80,000 is what 91,000 or something we both we've not split it between 50 50 but also that's wrong that I'm fine a bit too Yeah, so we only got what it would have been about 40 35 or 40 thousand dollars and I think we've just witnessed understood. We thought once the split was split, you know. So yeah. But also, that money that they could have gotten harder this year is $1,000. Yeah. But it's, yeah. Take, which is not given in this? But the money wasn't the order. Yeah. But you got to work on something else for you all. But I'm on the corner. Yeah. I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm just going to get all of the things I've figured out. Something to continue all the work. Yeah, that's it. Yeah. Yeah. Anyway, great idea also. What was yours? You said you had one. That was it. Exactly. That's what we got there. I agree what you said. Exactly right there Both y'all got one or five deals ain't I'm already I need to hear emotional I'm making most of the most of the Half the David and half the them all make the most of the split But what I was Thank you God No way You guys jeopardize Griggs thing though I would can't jump for the other guy No, wait a minute. Did I jeopardize the breach thing, though? Yeah. Oh, we can't jeopardize that. That's true. It wasn't the bad 80s this year, anyway. That's what I told you. No, that's what I told you. That's what I told you. The big provisions, the two compilations, the four would have won't be gotten laughed at here, will we got half of them? We got a big payment to begin. That's good. Well, I'm getting out of here. If we split that, that would have to or dated, and the other half that would be what she felt, what she would have gotten. Here, I was doing. And the other that more. Well, we certainly don't want to of any other projects that might go anywhere. We're talking about $104,000. We didn't know we were getting and what we're going to do with. We just moved forward and once we received those funds, and we're going to come back. We got some ideas over the floor. We got several hands, Mr. Gregg. If you want to make a decision about this, we might have another option that we can talk about. That will make sure that we bring that money up. Okay. You talk. I'm thinking, is there an old word that's intended now to we even get it in there? Okay. Let's talk about the other option, the separation we got from it. Okay. We can work on this machine. We're not done with this. We're not done with this. We've got to have money in the hands. Thank you for your attention. All right. Okay, so that will be it on the action items board. So just board information laws, just to remind our other workshops today at 1.30 concerning the storm act. Great. And also the fact of news, there will be a public meeting held across the delivery with FEOD to start a short creaking telephone conference. It's a meeting that FBNC is putting on to inform the public of these projects. It's not something that the board is required to recommend if you're actually the role of the business. And then also I just want to mention to everyone that Mr. Wade made the bottom form to make it to the Senate this past the way. Earlier this week and then we'll be having this services tomorrow of the week at the New Zealand hearing that Ken, you know, said, let's do all this. It's all okay with us. I'd like the board to send him because he was a former road trip and the board of county commission is the old one. Yes. Yes. Most different. The pay for it out of the count. Motion to pay for it out of the circle. Got emotion to people out of the count. I miss the hat. Second miss. There was a lot of help. And with the chairman, that's all I had on the last night of this information. Thank you, Ms. Paul. Ms. Watson. Good gentlemen, thank you all. Ms. Marvin? Yes. I just want to say that we had a good meeting Tuesday night in Horseshoe. That's how we're going to start up and work together like we did with the town across the city and I'm glad to see everybody coming together working on this team. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. This is not the first time I've seen this. I think we're going to be sure. Right, do we want to read that? That's not that, not that, not sure the year is on. Okay. Okay, this is a percentage of the end of it. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Hold there. Have my night. I'll ask that. Yeah. I'll ask it when I put them on the list. But in fact, I will ask them. I think there are some rules in there that use some of that much. I'm using some of that month in a certain time frame. Yes, sir. It is the night that I am not at the top of my head. I don't know if I'm going to be able to do that. Checking on that, but I'm thinking it's five to eight years, something like that. I know that. There is something. I've got it in my office. That number is pretty high. The percentage of it's still 94%. And the carry forward is still pretty high. It's different part, you know, because it's split up. It's broke up in so many different ways through the MMS. You have a lot of money. Yeah. You know, like fire has spent money. Of course. The road's open to spend money. But the other you're kind of saving it up for library. It's going to find money. It doesn't take you not a lot of money. If you get a good match for something, because you know, first place to save this is just a perfect general road. I'll double check and I'll get you that information and have it for you to also keep that road. Daniel, what's that road? It's not going from the start, it's going to be nice. It's low sea. It's low sea. Yeah, yeah. Is that road going to be a permanent place? Yeah, we're going to be going. We're going to be coming up on a communication side. Looks like we've got... That one and two money is just the towers and stuff that's got you take care of. It's just a lot of these things come due in the part of the year. Please pray for no more lightning there. Yeah. Yeah, we have to have a higher time. I can see more than the meeting. How do you want to? You'll do that. Any other questions or anything? Appreciate you. Nothing to know about what we have. Thank you, Miss Shea. Mr. Adams. Mr. Wood. So, tell me about the crosswalk post. It's been trying to get permission. Mr get permission? The crosswalk has been painted. The off-top sound has been ordered. We're just waiting for those to arrive. And if they arrive, they will get placed on this piece with the school boards. Last week, when we had our meetings, since the board here was great to come out to provide these crosswalks that we were meeting and the person who paid for the sign. But it's a very rare thing for a town to call. So if you find a ride and then you put up that will be a complete of projects. Yeah. So where we at was trying to get some new attendance for purpose and while I think we already had someone maybe higher than in the process of getting through a background check and all of those. I didn't live around there right next to it. Okay. I don't have to take care of that person. I've got somebody how to grow TSS beyond the all-day part. Good deal. Good deal. We need to get picked now, man. I had a good meeting Tuesday in Horseshoe and I look forward to working with him and moving forward just do all around better keep the Hickenboss and family and your prayers this Katie has been good having you and she's going to take the brag over her stuff. Yeah, I'll go brag on her. Anyway, but I just wish a good luck in all the future. Stay out. That's all I got. And I appreciate the more allowing our office to do lots of new business here. It helps our office out tremendously and it will take a lot of load of this more thanorphic to be a summer, I think that he will gain a lot of knowledge in terms or actually goes on in these settings and hopefully he'll come back and she's done college for a day and he'll be a productive candidate to be successful. And he goes. So let's get his help dollars. Thank you. Hi, school. I think it started. The guys have been working on I'm sorry. Yeah. Couple things. We apologize about missing the course you meeting. I did call Mr. JD and miss broken and Mr. Jeff and and Fresh my apology cannot be in there. I appreciate the board stepping up and and covering everything, but I'm getting there Costs some money But anyway, I do it for you. I do work. I do look forward to working with with full shoe on a more county full shoe level. And I think we can get that worked out. Now, this is where I was at. I love football. This is, I'm going to speak personal a little bit. Some people like baseball, some people like soccer. I love football. This is, I'm going to speak personal a little bit. Some people like baseball, some people like soccer, I love football. And I've always helped the club for years and years and years. I was a commissioner, a whomema commissioner, and well after, obviously, I'm still going to be a headbuilder, and I workers and pop those ourselves in about club. I just think it's a worthy cause and the kids is awesome. I got to talk to a few coaches down there. My old hospital football coach was Mr. Linner Dallin. I don't know him or not, but I don't call him Mr. Linner. I don't call him Mr. Dall I don't call him Mr. Allen. I call him Coach. And he's still my coach. And I was talking to some of them coaches down there. And they have such an impact on them kids that send them programs. And some of these kids, they do. They play baseball, they do this. And they do other things. They show animals over there at the fair. But my heart desires in football, so I've been very active in the quarterback club for many, many years and going to stay that way period, hands down. But now they've come up with a new mechanism to make money and smile a little bit because the store would always get hit a lot on money, but they always come through no matter what. No matter for the latex and that we're running right now across the 15 to 18, $20,000, we do that because we love our county. We also support a lot of people in the United States. So, Coach Whit come up with this program and about the red zone. And everybody knows what the red zone is. When you get into the 20 from there to the end on, it's called the red zone. And we had a meeting the other night and come up with the idea of the Board of County Commissioners having sponsoring one end of the end zone, a red zone. So my bright idea was if the Board of County Commissioners does this red zone school board to do the other red zone. You'd have this kind of school board red zone and they internet every time you enter school board, with they call them there and the board meeting commission is on the other end. Our first game is August 16th and I would encourage everyone to come out to watch these young men they're doing and they had a heck of a camp. I felt sorry for them. Coach did not feel sorry for him. We welcome pretty hard. So anyway, I would like to y'all consider that. And our next board meeting is the 15th, which is the day before. So if y'all would want to do that, and Paul, you can encourage the school board to do that. Well, I have a Dick's County School Board Red Zone and Dick's County County Commission Red Zone. How much do we talk to? $500 total for us, $500 for them, $100 space. We got it in there. We got it in our. It's Andy would say that. You do have, you just happen to have it in there because if you remember we're going to the body ball We got over $2,000. There you go Most We got a most second and we got motion mr. Osteen and a second Mr. Wood discussion You sure they want my money because I tried to go in the past and they always tell me they can't use it. They need it, brother. Just for the kids. They want you money. I'll hold and pay. Try to give it to me. I want $100 of fees. $500 out of our account. Now, Paul, can you go to your school board about it also? I don't think we have a meeting for four things, but I will be able to talk with a person to notify other board members to take that half of the thing. Do you have a question or not? Sure question. Is that for one game? No, it's the host's. Okay. You want to be one of the next two? Well, I'm going to share questions that for one game. No, it's the whole season. Okay. You want to better make two? Well, I'm gonna say another game. You know, Mr. Greg could be on one end, so that's not- They just had to- Yeah. They just happened to have banners. Oh, okay. Just cover both of that. And then, the next elimination is here right now. Well, A. You're right right here. Hey, hey, good Lord's willing in the next couple of years. If everything goes correctly, but like I'm praying and hoping it does, we'll have a big ball field in a nice context. A lot of sports out there, because the ball field that we've worked enough. Dr. Ball, rolling on that piece. Y'all keep it some prayer on that. I'm out. How do you feel? Mr. Rasty? Yes, Mr. JD, I'll free say to you coming to our meetings and informing us of what's going on down here all this way. And I look forward to meeting all of the all coming to our meetings up here at Crow City or five farce, what's there we go, where we can all work together and better our county. I appreciate so. Commissioner Lockford, I appreciate all the hard work you've been done. I'm trying to hard work you've been doing. I'm trying to get a little bit of fresh. Mr. Greg, whatever you can do, bring anything for that. Do you know how away in those bridges? We have to... We cannot. I can't wait. Thank you, sir. I thank all everyone for all the things I did for NXDK. And we're moving on. everyone for all the things they did for Dixie County. That's all I have. And we're moving on. Harry and Henderson's are this side of the night. So y'all come. That's all I have. Thank y'all. Mr. Stevenson. We got any update on the lighting on Frickle, he line? I think it's first time I've had a fact to got a response back from the FIROC about being able to do that. So let me not only do that, you know, that is a state road. We want to make sure we can do that. Mr. Jones, there's already spoken with the engineers from Central Florida Electric Company. They are scheduling a meeting for Tuesday. I remember I was they were going to start Tuesday to make it possible for places not all of those lives. Well, they heard to get those covers cleaned out and we mentioned they're getting up and lamb more up on them road to get the people out on the back. Thank you, sir. I don't think everybody that comes together helps this county row. I mean, there's a lot of us do long-skill up that don't get low mention of. You'll go over and above board with your engineers and everybody here. I'll preach it everybody. And more or less, I'll make it a joke for when I wasn't. It's the same man, it's your cruciate pod. Part of the problem, youicker now at that border problem I'll tell my ass to I'm just Tickle that's you anyway. I'll leave this there You can stop back in the beginning All right, that's all I got We've had a wonderful meeting again. Chairman, before we get any further, I got a notice from Mr. Scott-Garner just let the board know that we may have a little flaky of very much for the heavy liven. We can go ahead and do that at 10 to the top. Obviously, we don't have to come back together really. I mean, for two minutes, we can do that right now at 10 to the top. I just see you. Fine. Well, I want to thank y'all for coming and attending and city, city board and I want to thank horseshoe board, city board for coming, Mr. Nobles, and we did have a good meeting now there. And we are going to get these problems straightened out. If there is any problems, we just like a little lack of communication that ain't no big deal, we can get through that. So we don't want to get through that. So instead, it's y'all's turn, but it's no but you up first. Well, first of all, I'd like to thank the commission, all the commissioners, the team last night and Ms. Barley and her court staff as well. All the EOC people have come down. I think that was a great opening for the billboard for communication and I appreciate everybody for doing that. As a horseshoe councilman, I'm just here again to listen and try to take back information. We have our Council meeting tonight. And want to do just kind of see where we were or I know you're two Indian Indian groups are still here. Mr. Daring's got that. So funding, I know that's still pending on FEMA monies, but I was just kind of seeing if maybe we had to borrow a role in an update on maybe if turn of these guys loose or the design concept, you know, something we I think it's really important. One thing we are talking about in this little bit is as a right now because of the conditions, as we go forward, we are limited to a 10 by 10 per minute. So I tell you what we can do back with. What's going on is going to begin a meeting with Daytona east for some of the building conditions aboard on the 13th and he hopes that he has a solution to where we should go beyond the hematines. And when time goes away until happens on the 13th, you see our last one of those. So the deal is the top of the top of the top package is all back. Okay, well, yeah, obviously, and I mean, we get hammered every day about the new the new toe changes We we're traveling a couple of us is gonna travel with Leon heartteens, which is Tuesday week six is which is Tuesday, Wednesday, 6th is the next Tuesdays and the following Tuesdays, that's when we're traveling, we're going to go to this meeting and you all, one of y'all, you, people, guys, for this does directly affect y'all also, whether it is a building code. Okay. You would like to attend. No, I'd like to attend. You'd like to attend, you can ride with one of us Me more for We already receiving them Anybody else or he can receive them on that. Good to get it. Thank you. Don't get a lot more than that for you guys. Yeah. Anybody else? Yes, madam, you got anything? Nothing. Okay, I'll get that. I'll get that. I'll see if I can take it off. I hate the same thing. Like, everyone's going to send out it. I'm going to send it all this work please. Well thank you. That's not true. She wanted to brag on her grandbaby. Come on. Yeah, I'll fix the ass. I'll fix the ass. You have to fix the ass. Miss Marbett? I agree. Mine, everybody, the vote. The 20 of you. Yes. I vote. Yeah. Anybody else? Going once. Need a motion to adjust. We've got a motion of space to second miss. We'll go to all in favor. I don't have a hand. I don't have a hand. I don't have a hand. 30. I'm on my way.
