Motion from David, Senate, Secretary of the Daniel, of the favor. Ah. Motion from the board meeting on 3, 6. Motion. Motion from David, and second from Damien, of the favor. Ah. Motion from David. Ah. them, I must take it from Damien, all in favor. I must get carried cost to the serotonin, we have any here. Hint and throw, there's a county oyster station. There you go. Miss Association. What do you have? Mr. Katrina. I'll say you. And I'm ready. Come on. We're ready for you. One of the first things we learned at Ann's Agro School is to be sure to do a presentation that they will be good at. I think it's not my time today on the board. So I feel for anybody else who's not. So I feel for anybody else who's not. I'm doing the same already. I'm doing the same already. I'm doing the same already. I'm doing my own big cheer here to have her at college, and she don't know how to make it. I have to, in our community, for two years, we've had a lot of people, a lot of people, a lot of people, and we've had a nice community through it. And not only in our readers, but also in our people's lives. And when you first got to do it, that she said, how in the world do you change community? And these, we were two times nationally tried. And usually we were set to at law enforcement or national law enforcement at law enforcement writing facility. And we were set out in years, three weeks doing our training. And we said, you go one week at a time, we did that few times. And these are the seven strategies for community change. Okay, so we're not really just going after helping one person here and one person later. We're really trying to clean up what we call the pome. It takes you one up to your pond, you saw out your frog or got in there. Yeah. You take one frog home, take care of it, get it fresh water, water shrits, make some camp for rain, right? The rain has, right? You get them back to help see. But then you don't want to take them back out to the pond, right to their environment, put them right back in with what happens to them. Hey, stay in we end up right back where we started, or where we were ending our life with some sort of substance abuse or middle-hand. I love these seven strategies. We're not going to read every word. Okay. A lot of people ask me why did the anti-drug policy support across the city with story redish? Turned in on that team. They're just making buildings prettier, you know? What are they doing? And it has anything to do with the community? Well, they are trying to clean up our common or invaluable. The first thing to hurt from Turned in on it is that the life over here, the right that she forced it and it's right, that's her business. The life there were no likes over there or the lives were down. So what did that mean? They were insane. Right. So here's that arm of a believer in all of it. In her team, they're looking at the buildings. They're looking to how the buildings look. They're looking to paydo it clean up, right? So that's number, here we go down here. If you look for six physical designs, change the physical designer structure of the environment. Reduce red. So reduce red. We're making things safer for our community life. And have protection. Who, how many of us want protection? Oh, I don't know. You know, I think people are even who do drugs. They want their children to be protected at the end of the day. It's the truth. They don't want their family to be at risk. Here's the things we can do. We work on parts, which has done that. We've had a project back here with the Supreme World. We were able to provide all the paint and indigo. We reached out and saw we were doing a PARTS project here about six years, six or seven years ago. Provided us the paint, the paint goes to the old carousel and the backdrop and everything. PARTS, landscape, signage, lighting, and outlet, is it? So, could you answer the question, why in the world would the anti-drug coalition want to partner with, share that arm in the hurricane, the hurricane, the potential, now, anybody to help lift our community, or with partner lives. Then real briefly, about here, all this finish. Okay, you have some, what you have in your hand is one of the things we do is try to go where there's a bunch of people. The really is a message now that we care about our community and we have all these resources. Up list, try to trial family just happened, marvelous event. This event has been going on in the trial-telling area for probably five years. It's resources. You know, they're on resources to help yourself, your family, people in your church, people in your community. Then we have talk to Brenda. Talk to Brenda. Here's the thing we've been doing this, everybody know how long, uh, we have two locations, probably I don't know, six, seven years. It's a once a year, isn't it? Let's clean it up, right? We have two locations. One is over here in the parking lot and then one down in all the parking lot. This is the right touch to get rid of all paint, all the computer chemicals. And we take steps into it. And you'd be amazed at the kind of steps that people bring to us because I've never done this somewhere in the conference. And it's just a truck that's trying to get them out of their house and they're I think. The next event that we have, and we want everybody to know about, is Crocs or a County Commission, the Justice Council, and probably we've come to you with a property clean up. We fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud, fraud anywhere from 200 to 300. We usually have about $200 and 100 ads. And our community really comes out for this, our businesses, our chargents, our elected officials, usually sponsor a table and provide a band. thank you for your time off together. Mr. Chairman, My name is Royal Go ahead and that will knock out on my list. We normally sponsor this. We'll check here for $250 sponsorship. Y'all good with it. And the motion. And just miss Trin. Thank you all for watching you'll do. It really makes a difference it and I know this program been going on for a long time and it's near and dear to me Thank you for everything one one suggestion Change from frogs because if we carry a frog Well, we don't want to be stuck here. That's right. Miss Kay, she's not going to be here today. I talked to her on the way back today. Her and Russ had a really good chance for that for the day. And we all went up there and really good turn out up there. So they was gonna give out of it So they're not gonna make it so she'll give us a full report of the next board me drag Bailey I didn't see Greg but I St. Emile blitz. John you have anything there? I have to go. have your all going in the way. This week. Okay. Tim. Tim's not here either. You see, he's been in that version. He's got an error. Hasn't he fixed the skid for me? Yeah. Anybody been married? About 25 years. Deserves it. That's tough. Yeah. Let's keep Leon because I know he's got a bunch of save, but no, let's come on, Leon, let's get him knocked out. You're truck's lit, dude. Yeah, man, they do. So. Thank you. So, the green band audits did not understand that. Primarily are trucks that were made on mark and kind of disagreed with that. And the trucks have the seals on. So, they are larger soon and they are highly visible. I don't know why Steve didn't tell you, but we dropped his truck off today to be striped up. It's going to have a different group to hit it back. We shouldn't get it back tomorrow, so it'll be a different presence when it's on to be seen. That'll become a peer short for co-inforcement for the New Ordnance Department and I'll give you a different approach. Sorry. Hi. The resolution is 225, I'm going to show you the recording. In 2025, we were a two-step-to-two petitioned by Jerry., request on a special exception. Grandness provided such a 4.7.5, special exception 60-ton of land development regulations to permit 100 additional vehicle RSL inmates when it's with the petition dated to 2025. That one was an interesting one because the... We actually received a all the ways to remove it. From the petition on this, I believe Mr. Seamson has already spoken to them about that. There was a lot of controversy with our own measures on that. And so I just need to give a doubt that it's been removed. It is a denial and what we know me is that the Commission is a district division. Homework's on it. And so I would, in a motion to the table list, that would be back. Thank you. I'm sorry. I think Mr. Chairman, they have withdrew the application. They withdrew it. Oh, they withdrew it. Oh, they withdrew it. or whatever. Just to understand that the other controversy was going to be either too, I just read through so that that she was aware of it. I know we don't need no action on that. All right, move on. Good. I think I want to make sure I get that right to the nasal system. Yeah. I think I was wondering if I was just thinking the same thing but it says Alpin denied this one and the next one is with Drew. wrong. I think we're going to. I think it is that next one beyond it had much controversy. Okay. All right, so let's finish that one back up where we started. David, you still got a motion table? Yeah, take it. Take it from Daniel. I was over high. We're going to take it back until Jerry gets back. I apologize. But. It's Paul. Michael Hawkins is your own. Okay. Okay. And that's your next one that was with Drone. Okay. Resolution 2025-30-5 is with Drone. So, I set up extra tens of 5, your setbacks, because it's team to file for the instructional look. and the front setback, the end-byter, the end-byter. The side setback is from 10 to 5, your setback is from 15 to 5, with the destruction of a pole lawn to be granted as provided in section 4.7, and 7, all of that, and maybe, so a paragraph 2 is extended under the belt and regulations in accordance with the section 12.3 gauge procedures, for this edition, but you won 31, 2025. We're here in front of the Scissors family. The Hispanic also went from the 1913 to 12. 2952, 008, 004, 089, Southeast, 867 Avenue, Old Town, Sonny. Or the 3268 VLO, I'm commissioning Mr. C a few minutes. Mr. Martin, LPA recommended this. This was in regards to the site plan that doesn't show a hardship over the fans. He's showing a good one on the center a lot, but he has three lots. So there is no hardship for fans. that's one of the denial of the song recommended by the LTA. She might understand what the genre is going to be. Yes, Mr. David. Yes, come on. I've been going to the college for a few days. You're going down here, you've got a lot of $40,000. No, maybe down road we can rebuild, but three times I feel I'm in it. So it wasn't the square footage. Okay, as she was put in there. Okay, so the variance on the setbacks, okay. It doesn't show that you're not, there's no need for the variance. Like where you want to put it, there wasn't a need for a variant. So, he don't have to ask for a variant. No, he can go build where we want. You don't have to. He can build it right, that's Leon. The way he's got his flight point, you know, is he has three lots. And, are they continuing? Yeah, they're combined. Oh, okay. They're not unit triangles, but they are combined. Now if you just had that one single lot by itself, you might think it's one, but you don't need it the way it is. Now... They're not unit vehicles, but they are combined. Now, if you just had that one single lot by itself, you might be engaged with one. But you don't need it the way it is. Now, years and years and years of years ago, you might would have needed a variance to put up a pole barn because it was viewed as a susser structure, but this board had passed it so that you could permit pole barns without having to go through that step. Now, your side setbacks. Now if your site plan is wrong, you want to put it all the way onto the worn edge of the property. That would be a different story. But your site plan doesn't line up with what you're requesting. It's calling where the house was because it's done. So I missed you day that honestly you don't need it. So we're probably going to make a motion to deny it. But does he need it with drawing? Well, I'd tell you to do it with drawing. Yes, do you want to withdraw it? Yes, but that would probably be your best bet honestly with Good Call Daniel. But you also now got to put on the permit to see you. You're not done with him. I'm going to go for him. Yes, no members. So I'm trying to do it the right way. Okay, so Leon, do you have a piece of paper for him to find to withdraw this? We'll handle that. I'll just let it out. You got it with you? I didn't know. That's the easiest controversial one ever seen. I like the one. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. The LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the LBA, the think one quick update for you. If you even know, we've been three Monday to put out each. I think there are over 7.7 more people. I think we've seen the real good turnout. And it's on on 50th Avenue North. We're number one in the Illinois Corridors. Close down. The other day, a lot of you know, a jam there, a wave there, a director, a user director for FEMA. I'm gonna push you. But what do you do? I think there's gonna be some positive changes coming out of FEMA in the upcoming months. There was some issues here in the county and we could get a bunch of them resolved today. I hope you're feeling for the program. I think it's going to help a lot of people. So best advice I can tell them to apply. I agree 100%. And when they get done with our county, they don't move to another county. It's got more people. So the one thing we do want to kind of head on, don't be mistreated about the name of Elevator Florida. You don't have to elevate. If you have torn damage anywhere within our county, please apply for this. Elevator, I think, where I mainly, let me pass on it. It's for our whole county. So don't let Elevator, and I say, well, it won't work for us, but it will work just as good and old town or right outside of high-spiled iron first district just as well as it was. Y'all got anything for the on? Just the on. Thank you. Thank you. We ain't done just all them. That's we're. We are. We are. Yeah, we are. Yeah, I think so. Yes, you're leaving. Yeah, it's a. Okay, let's move on. Scotty, do you have anything? I don't want anything to love. Okay, thank you, Mr. Scotty. Thank you, God. Darren's not here, so Scott, you will fill in for him. I'm really, I've got a little mess. I'm gonna pass the pass. I've got a couple of minutes. The past couple meetings you'll work asking about the bubble outreach with the US to see a flyer in front of you with an eight. That's going to get the old time coming up. There's an old town. That's pretty screening. And the break-up are walking. This routine physical health screenings, blood tests, blood pressure checks, reproductive screening, and family practice and some youth illness and some particular checks that they're going to do out of the U.S. That's a mobile unit they have coming in. It's a very, very good program that their department has really got in here, got behind but we need the citizens to use it and that helps our numbers for the hospital when they getting them at the facility in here. So please pass that word around. What is it? March 25th. I can't tell you what I'm doing. I'm giving you a hand. I'm giving you a hand. So you can have a sign. Mark, and I'm giving you a hand. So I'm going to take a picture. It's a little Facebook. I think you'll share it on screen. You can put the phone in the county. That helps green. You're saying that's a good thing. You're saying that's a good thing. But you've got to get that on the county page. So help screen it. Thank you. And yeah, I don't be scared to put it at grocery stores and everywhere else to work for high-value people. Yeah, very simple. The other thing I have is on the 13th, we did the bid opening for the length clearing. Yeah. You'll have that listed in front of you also. I know we've spoken in time. We've got to go with the foot out and go through the pit. I would like to say a state chest type word. The lowest bid. As long as they're insurance and everything checks out, which I believe it would. I the email Especially coming to your insurance on that if it's our with the board. I like to go ahead and Read right and get that to them also I have a stake of the Jamie in your discussion All the favor Okay. The only other thing I would like to say publicly is thank you all for the sport at fair. Mr. Don, I heard your name numerous times. I mentioned to thank you and Greg, not here, but I heard a lot of questions also. And thank you all for all your stuff out there. Thank you, Mr. Gail sorry to go anything else. No, thank you. Miss Gail's not here, so we'll put him in the holly. He's not there yet. Miss Andy, do you have anything? Just real quick. Wow. We got our help bringing Chisilman today. We had Queenie for the late night here in the morning. We had 67 yesterday. We're still short. Our number, I know, was to have at least a minimum of 9.7. Just to me, the minimum number, we are going to have one more day. We're going to go. We have been a lot of two hours to go in with the school next Friday. School board main office from 11 to 1 to get 10 people in there to get that 97 number because I know I'm not only at 149. Senator, did you guys know that? No, I was on the floor. You guys are on the floor. Well, not. I don't know who I'll have the health insurance. I don't care. I don't care. I'm just a foreigner. I think you and Jody are the only ones that care about this. Yeah. I'm going to have to go anyway. Y'all get y'all. You can just go anyway. Yeah. Yeah. Go to these while they check you when you're met. Yeah. But I'm going to make another push for that this week. I'm waiting on the last speaker. For that. I thought I'd have the numbers on what? Those points would be in the thousands of numbers for us. I didn't get them seeing in time. I'm working on my panel. I'm just going to go to the panel. So you may go, you'll go back out. And I will be pushing for those again this next week, trying to get at least 10 more people to go out there. I know the hardest is for our jaylers and our EMS crews that are on duty to get there just because of timing if they're working and all. So just to look for that. So I am trying to get at least 10 more to go. I do appreciate the ones that did come because 87 is more than we've had last year and I'm very proud of that. I appreciate that. Y'all right, thank you. Anything for me? No, man, thank you. Thank you. You're doing a good job. Good court? No, it's not. That's wrong. You take it with the... If you're looking to prepare that up, extra features that can claim the two... Oh, yeah. You have any additional coverage you can get $200. If you have that... You'll probably get that. They'll also... Yeah. And the other thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to do an additional drawing for people who have the $300 cash for everybody that came and participated to those that did participate. Do you have a chance to do one moment? Hey, can we get that pose? Just hit that one. Everybody that came in participated to those that did participate. You have to stand. See what I meant. Hey, can we get that part? It's a little smaller. It's a little smaller. So come, come, come, sitting in our head. She's through the corner under it. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Thank you. Thank you, Andy. Thanks. You're on. All right. First out of my guy to prepare for a baseball approval, but then there is a's a minute between the five and the four of the people with the capital city alone for up the boom loaders. Solid waste the amount of $298,000 five dollars under the previously agreed. Motion motion. Motion for David's packet. Then Daniel Brenda's all that good. Okay. As soon as we get that paperwork executed, they're going to bring that plan to us. Okay, yeah, they need it, but I told them they need it. They need it. They're on it. Yeah. Yes, everybody, yes, everybody, yes. Okay. Motion carried. Second is request board approval to secure along for two two emits just for the EMS and it's $680,000. No business. David, second, Daniel. Hold on, Boba. Yeah. No, it's good. All right. The next one is request board approval of the possible land lease in Swaniac, Glen Dallas, Port Park for the post office. Motion. Motion from Jamie. Second. I office motion from Jamie second David what I'll talk a little bit about that I brought that up one time before the post office is down in swania and they just refuse to to go back to that location and if we don't put something there they will do a mobile unit their cell and all they need is the property to put it on so that they if we don't put something there, they will do a mobile unit themselves. And all they need is the property to put it on. But if we don't do this, we're not going to have a post office in Sloania. So we got to have one. All in favor? I'll get you to get a commission to ask and figure out where the best place is. Okay. All right. The next item, request board approval to install gates or fences on on this property that these, Mr. Bixie County for Canal Plina, that access based on storm water test for recommendation. So motion from David the Second, Daniel. Less than anything you want to elaborate. Yeah, let's talk about that. Yeah, second Providing they give us the Access Yes, yes, yes, and that's that's why I wanted to talk about this one because it doesn't sound good I got the day got the need this is going to be a good day. After a little research this week, looking at some property directors, when they made some of the housing developments to have our canal going through, and the easements were dated into those properties for the county to keep them clean. Not every canal meets that criteria, but there's some changes that we almost make in 4-min are the flood. What plan ordinance is to give us a little more power to be able to keep them clean. We've had some that want to threaten with a gun and say you can't come in here and do that, but you put fences or anything across stormwater from out with the third degree filling exactly that Exactly and they cannot deny you access and I also have to permit a fence So it has to get to really on office to be permitted to be able to do something like that It has to meet a lot of criteria Stopping water flow. So we do have some legs stand on it. And I don't know if he's interested in pointing it out, or a big body Davis cup, found this week. And he's some of those homes where he has that problems, working here to try to mitigate that. And he goes and ice routed, not the ball turned it off. So nice rout. So what is that, right? Take that. Move it down.. We feel clean to canal and people can clean. But this thing is better than gel. That's right. What it is. Three to only five years. Yeah. Yes. The other side part of that is what they do to their neighbor behind them. Exactly. So we also can be charged and find that they can possible and water on neighbors. Okay. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, Next one is Request Board approval. The revised DCSFM LPA8. I'll give it a two for the 350K old-knife team reduction at the 22,750, leaving 42,250 to be reallocated back to the construction firm. Motion from David's jacket, second from Jamie. I'll fill into a little bit of discussion on that. What happened there, John was he's actually writing a check back to the Stormwater Task Force that gave back to their part. He did not use his funds, so he's he's recruit putting them back to the Stormwater Task Force. Any more discussion? No. Did you make sure to approve? What's that think? But didn't have to move. I'm sorry, The next one is request Board approval to reallocate the the the DCF-SM-LPA-O-279, two for Old Town Residistle Canal, Reducing it from 22750 to 4250, leaving 42250 Bicat again and back to the discussion. Same thing. Same thing. Motion from Dan Hicke. Second from Damien. Same scenario. Motion case. So we get, so basically we get an eighty eight eighty something Yep, we'll walk on something else request board to allocate three thousand three hundred thirty dollars to the equipment That's the latest phone of additional funding to receive for DCF LPA, O279. What is it? I called guys. I did talk on the way up to Tower Halfie yesterday. Take Taylor. He's over this drink or he's going to get a bit of a slam. He's going to want something else. We can try to take off. Okay. So, excuse Let me see. You know, school is starting. The new force is going to 1.5 million. We have to reallocate that. Okay. Take it from the first hot. The next piece is. That's the second one. Let's go ahead, young. Next thing, come up on this. I guess that's how it has to made it on we've got a past work over For engineering services for the whole city fire station to redesign We're going to be compatible with municipal That in there they proposed us 25 For the change in the engineering Okay, so if you close. Close in from David. Second, Janie. Call the baby. Okay. All right. And then we've got to play yourself on tower coming up. What we call it, and Jim will call me that day. And all the time he can do it with a guard tower system in our middle of our field. I told you no. So they said that the standalone tower was more costly than the guide tower. I told you we could have a guide tower in middle of our field. We could do a massive, so we give you all heads up on mass. That's great. I agree. And we're going to talk about the end of our sport. We've got some for John. Thank you, John. Yeah, I'm just going to leave. Miss Jaina? I do have a couple things for you. I got a couple of things going on. Actually, they call under our headquarters and have Mike y' all wear it at the same time. We have had some couple cases that have resolved their film, have paid out on my face. The C was taking me an email today. He went out and one of the new owners that we approved to access a problem of sale, the scale, type that, He's already cleaned up the property. That's the one out on this road. So you take those properties now in good shape. So after our income in years, but it is now in good shape. According to C.V. went out there to pictures. I have a size fraction here, of course, in the trip tonight to release that green on that property. Cool. I'm going to move on that. Do you say the emperor? Yellow and emperor. We talked about this. This was prior to the hurricane. Kind of stretched about Leon brought it for the first time. Mr. Rambe on there and for the next to the park. This is the C-Law next to the boat ramp. We have the agreement that I chair. We eventually had an attorney look at it. The attorney looked at it. Mr. Brown has signed it. Him and his wife. His attorney has signed it. So I would be asking the board tonight to sign this and I will sign it in turn. This basically is him and his him dimmity. If someone should get hurt on that wall, that's wanted encroached on his area down there. Don't know how that happened, but for that purpose right now, it is for a period of 18 months for us to try to come to some other kind of resolution. But for the next 18 months, if someone should all of the time. Okay, I need a motion. Move motion to take a second. Daniel, for discussion, all the virus has. Okay. those for you to find an not Mr. Chairman. Once this one, there's a this come through in the last couple days. So y'all apologize. I probably don't have all the answers for y'all, but I do need to share them because sometimes this is, and I have times call all y'all and they wanted to answer today. I did let Mr. Ramona know that our attorneys that handles our OSEO settlement. You'll remember here a while back that they added some more pharmaceutical benefit managers to the law suit and that we had to amend the complaint etc. and go forward. So that's the one. I think we're probably shared with y'all through email, which probably like the chain of handliness. I'm not messing with it and it really is getting attention where they requested on the record. They have done that throughout the state requesting tons and tons of copious amounts of public records. Whether or not we have tons, I'm seriously doubting that. That's something I'm working on. However, this come out as you get back on the slide. and Mr. Ramano says that the plaintiff, the executive committee of which his co-count for his member is recommending would draw the motion to add the pharmaceutical benefit management from the subdivisions wherein the population has less than 50,000 due to this to this significant amount of time and expenses of the litigation. Should that entity be selected as the bail weather? A lot of bail weather is when you've got a large class action, they would select certain people out of that class action and they use them as the bail weather. What they do is they go to some say to six the county and say all right, six the county we want. All of these directors that you said that you had, you know, in those three's in your plan. And so they do that to all their bell weather. Then it's the bell weather because there'll be more than one. So it takes a third percentage. If they can't produce them, then they can buy it for the court. If they look, yes, 55% of the bellwethers can produce these documents. So this is not a good law set. So due to that, there are several reasons here. The court is this, and I'm reading strictly off of his email, the court has said on record that he expects of any subdivision that chooses to withdraw its motion. Will there be the last be permitted to participate in any global settlement with the defendant? As seems counter counterintuitive to me, especially when you withdraw from a motion, you're not a longer part of that group. I haven't had a chance to speak to Mr. Ramona in person, but the deadline for the response was today and I'm texting on flute. 75% of my commission is in California. I'm happy today. We've got a meeting tonight. I'll try to get you an answer maybe by in the morning. Well, he said that's fine. So, I don't know if the deadline was today and he's still fine. We may give him an answer tomorrow, but what do you say? So, that being said, I need to know what else is perfect is. I'm more glad we all did send this to you. I know if it's coming in. I've seen it over we all did send it to you. I know if it come in You know, I've seen it over to y'all but it That's your legal Star in so I'm sure much over that my y'all Doing everything. Yes They're happy but there is some other you know issue here, but If we stay up, there's really no carbon withdrawing. However, like I said, that doesn't seem normal. No, it don't. Honestly, it doesn't seem normal. What would it hurt if we don't withdraw? If we don't withdraw, if we get selected as a bail weather, then it could be costly for a whore. Because of course they don't send people down here to men and records and all this kind of stuff and it's kind of your legal team of one and probably your clerk's office and your county manager's office is trying to pull all these documents from every nook and cranny and Then because they're going to go by probably to the inception of this lawsuit And a lot of that If there was even collected by Michael is probably in his archives Okay, so if we withdraw, we probably don't, or are giving up a lot of stuff, but if we withdraw, it's kind of the thing that kind of worries me a little bit about withdrawing is that there's always an in-em, and they can easily go there and say, OK, Dick's going to y'all off to that of this and we change that side of it too. So then we lose out across the board. Yeah. And I'm saying, if we get the bail weather, we're going to have a lot of work and current on it. And that's, you know, there's more than 52 of us that aren't yet to count. Okay, that's the one thing we know. You've seen the list of complainants from all of our opioids, so much. All of our cities or townships, all of those are also part of it. Now, the likelihood of being selected, I have no way of guessing that. You know, but off, it's going to be kind of inconvenient for me to come selected because they don't have to stay and gain stuff from everything. But honestly, at the end of the day, would you be crazy to say that if really truly everybody withdrew from it? Then if we all withdrew from it and it and we say hey it's not hurting us to withdraw but then everybody's showing that we don't want to get no information. So they could easily go there and say we changed from mine. And like I said you know there's a production request which is expensive and it's going to take some time. What we've done that, I mean, yes, I can go back to the inception of the lawsuit. But again, those are things that we may have to look at if it does happen. It's not guaranteed we'll be a bail weather. It's just something that their caution is about. I am gonna call Eric tomorrow and talk more in depth with him, but I wanted to kind of get the feel of the board. You know, if you are like, oh yeah, let's get out of it. And you know, I tell him, hey, our board is kind of leaning to the bailing out of this, because if you are more flexible, let's band-pack, we get selected. As the bail weather will deal with that when we get selected. I found the way out there. I'm with you. So I did want to find out and I apologize that I didn't have time to talk to you individually about this even though we have been until I have here. It was not the place to try to carry on conversation about business as it was not sub-accompanied. Here we go with that. Now some of the stuff in here is of the attorney conference. Congratulations, and now to Tyler'all, when you hear it. So those guys, I only do, and I'll be sure. Everything else is there, wanted to make y'all aware of that. All of that, you know, we are not interested in withdrawing and that we will be providing the discovery of working on getting that. So, Ms. Gernes, I'm sure I'll be getting you up in the smart stuff. I've already sent you the list. Probably be dealing with Sky, with your crew also through the M.A.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S.S. right? Okay. Let's talk about it. So again, I got a copy of a map and there was a piece of property that we own that we're interested in leasing. I did draft a lease. I didn't have a whole lot of information because I understand that we didn't have a lot of information yet from the vendor, but there is a location of 20 that we have a vendor interested in lease into open a business. What I did do is I drafted you a lease very similar to what I did with our industrial park where in the first year they have to show some kind of improvement to be able to move forward in the lease. That would be my recommendation on any new leases that we put out. Or renewals. Or renewals, yes. So that we're not sitting with vacant property not being utilized because we want businesses in our community. And it's not beneficial to us for me to go out police, you know, I'll be telling you they get property. Those normally were pretty reasonable in Iran and keep our community from growing. Okay let's go back to this one right here. I know a little bit about it lay on those, lay on you want to come up and explain this is kind of a different pool and pool business. Do you want to talk about any of that? No, it's not necessarily a book in a business like it's not a weird store. Okay, well I apologize, I've been in the kitchen for a few. Yeah, that's what I want to do the morning party here. Like a mobile kitchen or something, I't know that. I said I didn't get a whole lot of information and I apologize for that. So I did. I've got the property in our safe with this lease and the property. So that that may need to be tweaked a little bit which is no issue at all. But we do want to have either way. As long as I get a signed lease and turn on that power of all the two. Can we make it a little bit of money, I'll put it. Yeah, that's the other thing, so I didn't have any amount. I don't know who's actually. Are you having a talk with Bob? Okay. We're not going to get in time. You're not going to be able to talk about that. I'll let that be a quick explanation. motion. Motion from Jamie. Second. Second. Second, then discussion wise, Leon, providing we get the the other self walked out and hammered out on the on the financial side. You have no more problems with that. You're satisfied. Okay, so I'll turn up with you and we'll work out the, are y'all good with me handling that? Yes. I mean we're probably just going to do a lot of fair market value like we normally did. And then we'll do the math on it and get it done and get it to Leon. Try to do this soon as possible with the power to them. Yeah. I mean, last time I got a draft, we just need to fill in names and dates and times. Okay. All in favor? Hi. Nice to see you. Jenny, you hit on something that I do want to kind of been near and dear to me for a while, especially through the economic side. And we worked so hard on county CDS and our office staff up there with John and his team and Ryan I just think I'm walking in. I'm pretty sure it's you guys. Yeah, I changed my mind. But I do want to put something in place and we've done it actually out there behind the cross sheet of the near property that we give X amount of time to start showing some progress and it's no different what Leon does in his world too. They got to have X amount of stuff done in X amount of time. So I do we need to do a workshop to look at this and kind of hammer it out and give a good direction solid direction direction. Do you feel that we need to do that? Well, and I'll tell you, Jim, what I did in this is very, I just pulled our list of the gifts on the industrial part, whereas they have to show down top of the pavement within that year. And then every so often after that to continue to leave. That way I don't lease a property for a year, do nothing, and then bring in my lease next year, next year not do anything, and we have a set in there for 10 years with nothing on it, and it's the primary property that we've got visitors that won't use it, but I'll set them on the lease on it, and we usually give a reduced rate when there's for the new vendors coming in. I'm going to be able to build it and I'm telling you this. You're going, okay, Chania, well, the first year we're going to cut you with a flag because you're building the field and we know it's, and then I'll build it. And then next year we get into that and we've got several properties that I'm basing and this kind of also what we've been looking at. So those are some of the things that I think you know as far as we could do better on. Okay and I think we're all pretty, everyone I've felt that it's been pretty consistent on they think that's a very good way of handling it. So that preferred is a morning meeting. Do you all want to have a quick workshop before that day to kind of let's get the direction So April 3rd at 9 o'clock when we do a workshop on lease agreements I have a motion Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. Most of them. I have a motion. I have a motion. I have a motion. I have a motion. David, second and Jamie. All in favor? Aye. While we're talking about that too, whenever I've seen that 8 or 4th, you know, don't forget that we've got to have our stuff turned in our scotch for dragging roads and anything for his stuff on his end, too. That date's coming up on us pretty fast. Anything else? Do you think it helps? No, gentlemen, I didn't want to scrape it. I don't... We went to rural county days. Our team was impressive, I thought we got a lot of recognition. We stood out in the crowd as excited as everyone seen it. Our beautiful green shirt. They knew where we were from. We had good products. I went around to all the different booths. There were some good things there. There were some good ideas. It was all brought back. I think County was represented well. We took some crafty and some horse fruit, some dorshtries, gifts, and we got lots of compliments on that as well as some other stuff. Those were the food items that we took. There's one cabbage can't touch ours. We can give them some lessons. But I'll tell you what that catfish crate was mighty good now. They did. I can say that. They were very hospital. I mean, all the counties, we started off the fun morning and I'll let the gentlemen tell you the important part. I'll tell you just the fun part. We all got a little damp in the sea rain. I'm like really wet. No problem, breezy. But we had an eggplant churn out damp in the S.D. rain. I'm not really wet. Those cool and breezy, but we had an excellent turnout. Most of the county's for there. So it was a really good event. We've made some good connections. But I found out that the commissioners tell you all about really good stuff. Mr. Jim, you have something? I was just wondering if you could have done it by that problem. It's right in front of the old grocery store. The little triangle piece right there. That's not where it's at. Anything else? Yes, I can. You all have anything, Ken? No, it's fine. Thank you, Ken. It's far enough. You're all for 79? I don't have anything, Mr. Brenda. Do you have anything? Good. Okay, let's get a commission round. I'm going to anything Mr. Brenda. Do you have anything good? Okay, let's get a commission around them. We'll start a commission with I did you go to Tell I see I had to work so you think way because I have to tell you about it, but Keep the the jaws in your thoughts and fairs and also a chief gunner. That was an excellent, excellent job that fire department done by keeping that to a one structure fire. That was a very, very hot, I know you know all this, don't say it, I realize that that was a very, very, very hot fire. Not bad for seven people. No, and there was, there was, go around it. Yep, there were, well was that and there was just lumber laying everywhere. There was fuel all the way around that and then we got to keep that and held that there in the center all night. Very good job, man. Jamie. Yeah, in a and frame is what Mr. Wood said, keep that family in prayers. And that's the one, if you don't know that family, that is flying hog. The family owned business and, and uh, and they, at the moment, they are going to rebuild it's going to take a little time so they're re-open up and up right So this helps support them You know they may not be as big now they were So when you're in by something little bit they'll be here at going help them and this they're going to have a Bigger and better probably so let's let's keep them in prayer. That's the main thing That it? Mr. Dave, I hope if they get that thing started back as soon as possible. I might go to the other side. But anyway, John, I appreciate you going with that. I didn't see me going with us. Hopefully now I'll go with the FBOC to help us with the tail creep trees and the boat ramp there. I just want to pay keep to kind of make that happen. I'm sure a lot of our citizens and a lot of people who come visit and join that race. Okay. Okay, Joey. He don't have, Joey don't have anything but I will say this. Y'all keep him in your prayers. He's battling this flu. We don't know how bad it is. But keep Jodie in your prayers and his family. I got it. I can't move on without saying something about the flying Hulk 2. Because I talked to'm thinking it was mad I think you had a four minute response time to that fire was that right? Yeah One two o'clock in the morning Midnight so midnight so I'm denied Four minutes Our fellows and girls are sitting there responding to this fire. That's pretty diagram also You know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know, you know still there at 730. Well, yeah, we're, we're, we're, but, but bond hall could then a staple of our community for many, many years. And I think they'll come back bigger and better get from a real strong family. Hey, why are we talking about them? I know it's just the time. I'm sorry. Oh, they're up. When they start cleaning all that up, can we? They got that handle. Thank you, sir. It handles. I thank y'all. It handles. Good deal. But anyway just just please keep in your prayers, keep in your thoughts and keep them keep them thinking that cash rush for up. I just want to help. Yes. They've helped a lot of people for many many years. So all right I got I got this Monday Tuesday issue of about doge that our Governor has find a Little established a a doge team then to save Florida and He's put it in a 318.503 statute and I don't how a lot about this, but I'm going to know a lot about this. And if there's something out there that we're doing wrong and we're not doing correctly, I won't know it and I won't fix it. And I know this board feels the same way. Wasteful spending is not nothing. We're going to support. I know everybody thinks that we are we run a very lean tight ship we truly do but if we can tighten it up even more I want to tighten it up even more. So I'm going to find out more about this and I'll probably keep keep going for them as I find out more but if there's something going going on there that I need to go I'm going and That is statewide. I'll make sure everybody understands it. What just takes the county? And that's why I said to Governor it's put the floor to stack you together for every county in the state of Florida The The other thing I have is we have a invite and importantly, inviting just about a break or Vietnam War veterans. It's going to be at Amvets post or 22. It's going to be Saturday, March 29th at 1 o'clock. They'll come out and support our veterans, our war veterans there Vietnam. With that being said, John I'm sorry I'm on blind side to heck out of you, but our monument out front. So everything's going well, we just got everything done and so we're just waiting on the monument man. Okay. I'm sorry about blind time you know Matt. The other thing the other thing I'd like to say and we have the mayor of Carl Siddhi here also and trying if you want to come up and you can hit on some of this stuff too as I hit on it and we'll kind of walk everybody through it together. We went up there, and Liberty Partners, Mr. Ethan. House, on top. Is really helping the counties last city on our projects. We submitted two appropriation things, and I think there's a hundred and two-end of twenty appropriations throughout the state that submitted both of ours are in the top 15, 1 being in 3, 1 being in 15 and that's awesome. There's still a lot of moving shaking parts to this but to be that highly ranked this early on that's really good. If we met with county cities, cities, got a project they're working on and the principal, them, the county, and cities been working together. We've held multiple meetings. We've done it with Horseshoe or Tom or two. We've got another one scheduled with Horseshoe. We've got another one scheduled with the city. A pushy thing. Thank you, Ryan. So the cities needing some infrastructure on their water or sewer plant and it goes hand-in-hand with economic development. I mean when you look at economic development, water sewer is one of your top five you've got to have if you want to if you want to really do something build something so they needed a hand so we we went and met with them and met with commerce and I think we had a really good really good situation. I'm happy to have you guys. I'm happy to have you guys. Well, I mean, it really was good. I don't want to thank you all so much for doing support. And that was one of the things that was really their teams in fact. We went all 10. And we... and that was one of the things that was really their teams. When we walked in, and we're sitting there, and we had county city, and it was Karen's there, probably to the Senate, city leader, and as we were talking, they were just anything we brought up, any more plans for our program, infrastructure, for the silver plant, and things that were on with that. They were just by the business, something that Governor Hans together smiled on. They were not excited about it. So we had the emails, they were emailing on the way back. I went back and pulled, they said, did you get, did you get an email? Don't you get that email? I sent you from there. Okay. And we're going to get a lot of stuff to do on that. And we're going to take care of it. Not only our city and get everybody, we have 1200 water accounts. We only have 350 on. Also. And our goal is to be called out and span that out into the county water all the city and they are eager to help us do that. I was extremely excited when we woke up. I was pleased I can't get everybody. Everybody was a little bit of a hub because I just don't have those bills. And you just, when you feel it, you feel it. And so once we got there, I took this one on directions. But yeah, yeah. This is just a sign. Blame it on somebody. But anything else on that? I mean, I can think of in that on my meeting in general. Well, the whole event was great. It was one of the best I've ever been to. And I've been going them for a long time. And Since 2008, I've been fortunate enough to go up there to them things and this one right here was pretty diagram awesome. We wasn't, let's say our expectations are so low, maybe I spot us safe awesome, I don't know. But I think we're going to be fine. Good little is going to see us through it number one. And then it was just an excellent meeting. I was able to guide the government for all of us that were there for our own 20 counties. And if you go to any of these events soon, about 20 counties shows up. All five of their commissioners are there. That's pretty, their team is, I mean, they show up every time. They do, and they come up while talking to a couple of them. They say, I know, I just showed up this time, didn't you? And I'm saying, yeah, yeah, and everybody got to see our shirts, but we were wearing, and there was plenty of, you know, plenty of the square in them. But that felt real good because this is my fourth time going, and when I first went, there were four people, four of us who went. And I didn't count the number of how many we had there, but we had two manifles of people we had, but probably had ten people at least there. school had people to hold out. Yeah, we we were in what the Dictacanians were well represented on on front sitting and counting on the schools, the commission school system all the way around. And that's where our partnership is. Yeah, you have to partnership that too. Yeah, that's right. So I didn't have our shirts on the quite. But I didn't have their green on, you know, question. I wasn't really thinking about it. I wasn't thinking about it. But they didn't have their green on. They were all casual. But you didn't know they were dexies. The other thing is, I do want to recognize someone in our office. I heard her kids had built some stained glass. I think it's made in her kids, right, Mr. Yeah, so they sent us some crabs, seashells, I mean just just just just need little crinklets that we handed out today and there the commerce stuff, the last meeting we had, there was a fellow there, named was Jodie and he picked a crab out and he said one of my twins whenever they started walking that's the way they walk. They walk like a crab. So he's carrying that little train home to one of his twin daughters and I got to tell you that was a major hit and please pass it along to her and that was good. Really good. Yeah. So really good trip overall enjoyed it just because we ranked hard, unless I mean we're getting funded. We want to be clear on that. that were very favorable. City got a project going in, they're getting funded. We'll be clear on that. But we're very favorable. City's got a project going in. They're very favorable. Keep that in. Prayers, if you will. And we'll keep moving forward. Basically, I got out of the lead. You got one more question. Mr. Scott. Mr Scott, the fire department on Chapus, I had some people ask when is it supposed to open? But the substantial completion, they've got about two and a half to three one week. So people haven't. They scuffle more. Good to the updates we got a new contractor in the canal cleaning up. They're doing a very good job just having a job. I'm going to have to do a lot of work. I'm going to have to do a lot of work. So, I think as we got a new contractor in the can canal cleaning up. They're doing a very good job this time. And I talked into that crew about it. And he says they will not leave. You know, everything's also bottom of that canal. You're like, then I'm just following you. We're doing. We're dealing with the depth of the how much they're actually getting these barges loaded up. It's already been done one time. Yeah, thank you. Yeah. It's a glad bedroom. It's all the month to get the state to put another crew in there. Thank you. Anyone else? Yes, ma'am Do you want to ask anything? Do you want to ask anything? Do you want to ask anything? Do you want to ask anything? Do It's going to have a lot of a lot of rule problems that we're having with medical and housing and just stuff like that we're struggling with and there's going to be a lot of money there. Housing is a big one on that on that side of it. Medical is a real big one on that. So there's a lot of stuff coming through there, and I'll get you a copy of it and bring it to your next tour next meeting, or you can get it online. You can research, roll around, and get it on. Yeah, that's right. So you've got a big invasion for it. Yeah, yeah. You've got to recognize it. So, but there again, though. There again we got to remember it one place. We still got two other places to go and pass So but those pockets looking really really good Right There are many conditions for the patient. Right. Right. Okay, anything else? There's a lot of rooms where you're around a little back is there any issue with an individual going in there and picking that up? No, I'm with this you over to the back of the room, where you're round a little bit back, is there any issue with an individual going there and picking that up? No, this is you, it was good. You didn't know that. I was fine with school while for Simmons trees. They had their sweetest faith in for Simmons. I know you know what I was talking about. There's only one house left there. Which is really more dangerous. Oh, I'm sorry. The plan of all for things. The only thing with that property where the community center was that property falls to school board. Okay, so this county cannot give you permission. I don't anticipate the school board would have an issue picking up trash. Well, they just come on down there and bucket But... I don't know what happened. I don't have to deal with that situation. I don't think it's going to get me permission to go on school board property. All right, anything else? I'll see you, uh, hand.
