I don't think it's on. You know how to work one of those things. I'm a little overwhelmed right now. I didn't know what the Gramellbo is on the screen, so make sure you're at the council meeting. It's more of a minute. I just want to say thank you so much for this honor. It's been an absolute privilege to celebrate the Arts and Entertainment Community here in our Eastern Pennsylvania and losing a county for the past 33 years of my life. And years ago when the county trusted me with our relatively new event at the time, Rock and the River, which was just starting to get its footing. I took that responsibility very seriously and I consider it a privilege to oversee those shows every summer and to work with our great team and to last year also to help take those shows to Hazleton. So I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and I used to come into this building all the time when I was a little boy and my grandmother worked in the cafeteria downstairs and my grandpa used to come and pick her up from work and I would to run into the letter now that we were here for a ride. And I'm talking about 1974-75, I was 70 years old and I always marveled at this building and so to receive this honor here today, I'm sure she's hopefully she's proud. I mean I thank you all very much. Thank you. Applause Thank you. Thank you. It's an absolute honor to have you as an employee of Wooseren County. All right. I'm going to stick these into the oven. Me? I love this. I'm not as well as my nice Mr. Stowell so I had to write down what I'd like to say here today to council members so just as an introduction my name is Thomas Wybley I am a resident of Sawyer'sville and for the record I'm a licensed peer-older at the I'm the leader of the Resurrent County as well as the concern tax payer. I am standing here before you this evening and at this time I'm going to ask my fellow colleagues who are present to please stand because I'm also speaking on their behalf so my fellow colleagues and staff. The reason I am standing before all of you here is in regard to the county manager's choice of hire for the position of county corner. After home rule came into effect, I and O along with many of my colleagues, I was hopeful that those hired to county positions such as corner would be thoroughly vetted. Unfortunately, I along with my fellow colleagues feel that proper vetting was not conducted in the hiring process for this position. In a recent news article, it was brought to light of an incident that occurred in Pitsyon involving the newly hired corner. However, this was not the only time our now hired foreigner appeared in print in Newspaper print for issues stemming from his employment as an officer of the law and EMT paramedic. Yesterday I sent you the council members an email with P.F. by all containing these other public articles for your review. If you haven't had a chance to review these articles, I at the very least would ask you to allow me to read off the headlines of some of those articles, and I don't know if that is proper to do here in this meeting or not. You can, as long as you're there respectfully, you can continue. I'm so glad you're around remarks. In 2005, an article had lines secret service agent, the Lengis Copp misconduct. In 2006, there were five headlines. West Piston Copp's job eliminated. West Piston Copp fired after practice. Part-time West Piston police officer is fired after an incident with another cop. Wyoming Council fired same cop cut last week by West Pitt's team. And picks allegedly show cops under 21 females drinking. In 2010, an article Judge Completely Reviewed Cops firing claim. An. An article entitled, Excuse Me. Furthermore on the vetting process in this hiring, the press release at the county manager's set out, stated that our newly hired corner, attended Luzer County Community College with studies in Warchewari Science. Let me clarify that one does not study mortuary science at Luzard County Community College. The curriculum at Luzard County Community College is in pre-mortuary science. Otherwise, the poor subjects get one accepted to mortuary school. Your time is up, sir. Yeah, if you want to come up and speak again at the end of the work session, you're more than welcome to us. Thanks. Anybody else for public comment? Public comment? Not a Jen Adams? Anybody on the Zoom? Is there a motion to adjourn? A motion? On favor? Opposed? Meeting adjourned?
