Thank you, Mr. Tarts, for a lovely morning commission. I'm here in working to appreciate all of our volunteers in the work of staff liaison to the folks that are that they're very sure responsibility that we often ask the staff. Why? Because how's our thanks on the way? Don't make these boards. Very successful ones. It's more than the first. Yeah. So, what's happening? We have an employee picking on Thursday. It's getting all invited. And we invite retirees and employees to participate in a Walter's blood and afternoon starts with news on 30. Is it in the community? Outside. It is fun playing the outside. You can. I did. All we have to do is plan a picnic and then we get some rain. So much needed. Well, I guess. We're going to have to go on. So on the regular meeting on the 23rd, well, on Friday, we'll have a budget finance committee be looking at the year end financial membership. Yeah, this is in the evening last night they were wondering whether there was an additional ARFA funds. Is this the meeting where we're going to get the national look at how we're spending that down in the next two months? Final look. The final look. So there are, there's about two million that's not in the comfort and it's signing projects but we will have a proposal to reassign those to think their clearly going to be spent in Rio for money in a place. It's a program and we've got what we're proposing, but we're going to follow it with the highlights. And we feel that there are on projects that we all execute because we don't want to really leave free money on the scale of it. So we're going to move into things that are clearly going to be executed? Because they have added some not preceded with the gift grant program this year. And then the general sentiment was, he was a good COVID era option to support small businesses, but I think the hurdle might be as much higher if you're spending multiple dollars to support the gift card program. But if there's our $1, that is another quick to execute program that I think the small business community would appreciate. So I don't have to whether we're acting that and just passing along the essential media and to switch them. Our thinking has been to assign uncommerged dollars to like the community center HVAC program and things like that which we just know are writing big checks for and so it will be very clear that it will be expensive. We can. And then I could go with all of that bill. All right. Okay. I'm sorry. I don't know. The revenue surplus or we said on what the. They represent squittals. We're. Uh, meeting with. The parents, but it's just to discuss it. The. If we follow. So we'll talk about this on Friday morning. If you follow our written procedures, there's some things that kind of wanted to kind of get ahead of it. Essentially $5 million, which the schools would get $500,000. And it's because the way the formulas work, and by some of the money, is investment returns, which is outside of the agreement. There's also provision that. The first thing we do is we take care of on a signed fund balance for policy. And because our budget spends the school and don't have an influence so much, it's a big step up to the deep policy of for us on the fund balance. So that's the way it would naturally happen. We've sat down to talk with them, where are your actual needs? Let's get ahead of those so that we can make a way over to the policy of their council in assess what are actually the highest community needs that need to be met with these funds. We've had that discussion. And their biggest need is to fully fund the concession stand project, which is coming in much more expensive than our issue in the world. So we'll best state of those discussions. So in short to answer a question, we will follow the policy plus there could be somewhat. What is the major in how much we need? How much everyone needs, you know, how much water. So that will be a part of that discussion then on what's there for the year and financial report, we plan to do that at the beginning of the meeting with the City of Manchester's report. And it is a lengthy presentation. So it was a really important financial discussion. So just for advanced planning, it does take some time and it deserves some time. The bike master plan we talked about this last week, I thought it is, it's an advertised public hearing, we keep that public hearing, we inform the community that is going to A.po there, a hundred day review and we'll call back in request to that final consideration. Essentially, as it is, once that VW review is complete for a complying commitment. I start thinking on that item. We're off of parking updates. It's a little bit more like a question I know in Durham from discussion. It was commentary about the second year broadjacks that there would be a guarantee that in the staff report, they would talk about engagement with that unity is that in the staff report. I have a reddit. We discussed that in this work session, that discussion about the full process would be, is that what you're really doing? Yeah, I think it needs to be an abture, because I mean, we've now gotten a couple of comments. They're all the great false neighbors. You know, not all blocks, and we were left out and we entirely have the process and we're included in the plan. I think it needs to be clear. Yeah, in the plan to stay on it. So I think just having that conversation would be useful. I'm not trying to do that this weekend. I mean, I'll say I appreciate you doing all that justine and I think, you know, it's helpful to the community to feel as if they have a point of contact, but I think that it's also incumbent on staff to have those communications and have some conversations and have that outreach. And so, you know, you're taking all of this on and away from on. But I want to make sure it's not displeasing like what this in itself could also be. I'm a governor. Yeah. Yeah. Good. Yeah. All right. The commercial parking with the for all suit after the 28th, if you discussed last week and we'll have action on the community criminal justice board with the amendments that we're discussing to work session. Is there a, I'm sorry, I don't miss a date for the bite master plan for the deferral bill. I would, okay. We're gonna engage, yeah add just to get that later. That's right because you don't should do 100 anything. Yeah. Okay. But we'll get a day to that. It would be nice if we could set a date at one Monday night. Yeah. That's clear. Okay. Thank you. All right. On that. The. I can't remember. The. I can't remember development committee yet. We didn't follow up on that risk. I'm just checking. I don't think we said that date. You just can't. Yeah. And then the go box is moved to. October 5. And that's what is 8.30 a.m. The Friday is the 4th. It's Friday October 4th. 8.30 was the right time. And that's great. is ending that day. The impact of that is. Good, it's so much. I'm not. I think it goes to. Maybe it goes to. I'm down. I was not here. Don't just check that. So we have on the vendor. On September 25th, we have the event of the ML at Godfruits. We also have an accessory dwelling. Conceptual framework of open house, council chambers that same night at six p.m. and then the second one at two p.m. can't wait to have a library on the 20 nights of September. The, I can go to seventh work session, solid waste, cultural salaries, financial policies, and what about housing fund? So, Karen, if I may not ask, we can you introduce any further to the financial policies to after the elections. Your person is, I'm sure sure about you. So that will move to the nether's or 18th. Yeah. We have to see that our line of previous Friday. Pretty. And of course, we'll have, because I was sound leaders. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like. Going back to next Friday, if you're going to the VML thing, I want to RCPs. I just like, or I don't know, so you should email that person. I mean, but who is in there, okay, there's like a VML when I contact it. You should email them if you're going, this for everyone's wear a spare back city is visiting us at six o'clock at night. I can't wait to know if it's your meeting with ours, do it walking tour of the city. So that's happening in K6, which conflicts I know with accessory 12 and so on. Wait, sorry, I mean, I missed a message on that one. What is that? That is just I might develop staff. Oh, that's just FYI, like, EDA, the two EDAs and the EDAs are getting together. So coming down for the sound of the song. So Jim will do a great job for sure. So then because we're going to live for the branch policy, I've had problems set up those individual catch-up meetings. Like the last two, the October first week of November, prior to this. And October 4th is a non-working holiday rush to Shana until Sunday. I'm Friday before you might want to go. Go. All right. Let's have you know. All right. So then October 21st, the Division of Zero Complete Streets, we kind of re-branded this as a tactical discussion. And we are planning to discuss with the council is how we use data on traffic safety and also how we would develop, how we have a checklist when we go through capital projects and police street, vision zero defined principles helping afford an end to projects. That's the idea of what that discussion will be. The data that I thought that is built in progress and so might want to take a little, might need a little more time to have a sort of a full discussion about how we're used, how that is being implemented. So we'll keep that on for the 21st, about how we're using how that is being implemented. So we'll keep that off to the 21st, but we may push that out to a later date. The accessory dwellings works out of code and then the she eating resolution. The initiating resolution is going to cancel the initiates so then then it's only code. And we would have a budget amendment. The 20 October 28th, regular minimum and first reading on the budget movement. Ever updates quarterly updates on the CFT and a council strategic tie-art. We have a more sparking update, second three and discussion about the rip across walk standards. This is the night before the election financial policy that's expected. A affordable housing. A affordable housing. We have a site got full of our. Remainings and honor of honorary renaming of Wilson and the newest a site on the bar. And work session discussion on the effects. So you agree, Matt? Over 12 swearing in ceremony for the new city council member. The election is certified by Andrew. Second reading on the budget amendment. Access through dwellings, action on the issue resolution and first reading on code language. and board some commissions. Strike by financial policies. And the proposal calls me by. I'm going to say on the little card. Nick. Number 18th is where we have the general assembly. Sticker change summary. That's sort of the changes from the last session and the last session and the last session and the last session and the I'm sorry, I just like to communicate with the community. I'm sorry, I just like to communicate with the community. Right. What are the key to that? It'll be the seventh at 8 30 a.m. October 7th. Thanks. That's everything that was on Monday. Oh, excuse me. I'll, I was Tuesday. It should be Tuesday. Let me check the calendar here. I think that would be October 8. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Apple tells the time again. Sorry. 830. 7. You're being to. Yeah. Right. So, yeah, so we just confirmed that on Monday. So I'll work with the city clerk's office for posting, etc. Yeah, we'll get it posted. Thank you. Going back to this coming Monday. I requested that close session on. Wow, housing. Right. The discussion. Yeah, I'm not on the funny. So, I have a little bit of a follow up conversation with Sally. The next related to the legislative program. Essentially what we want to do is. Ask the general somebody to have the city of Ballstretch named a correct code section of the team. 2 23 of 4 that there are four localities. They're so named in a great. It's those broader powers to adopt for housing programs in the city. So that's probably the discussion. I think I'm thinking as we would hold that into the legislative program discussion. And so why don't we circle back with Saladist discussion with that closed session? I think our thought was that we probably don't need a closed session, but we can talk about it all in one minute. And I have one question. So on October 7th, where we have the council salary discussion, this job, something in my memory about whether salient sent something about potential ambiguity we need to resolve is to salary and kind of fits. Is this going to cover both the goals or can you follow up on whether it takes up both issues. The day on that. It's October 7th and 11th session. Thank you. So then the November 25th, we have a council action on the all station to excuse the perfectfax County Silver Program, adoption of the LEG program. For a second, we're traditionally being here to join session with the school board where we kick off our app by 2026 budget planning. And have a first review of the budget guidance resolution. And then that budget guidance resolution will be on the agenda for action by the City Council on December 9th. We also have the library boy there for the check along. We will be plugging some additional things and some of these later move. this later. Go into the council's repeating priorities. There's one guy. I don't get a thing stopped. That October 23rd dinner for King's Council on St. Swiss. Yeah, we haven't had anybody say they can't do this. I think we're going to get the invitation out this. We're waiting for a combination also for a for a for a location for the venue. Yeah, that's right. We heard from Arlington, Alexander. I see love you this afternoon. I haven't heard any knows. So I haven't heard. Last time I heard noes right away. So. I'll check with yeah, let me. Hopefully you'll welcome the name of today. We'll get the invitation out here. I mean, where is the venue? We're gonna do it at the Yves-Shack. Oh, not hosting it on a city. Yeah, we don't have a space where we don't have meetings in the building that works for our faculty, but everybody else is such a potential. So yeah, do it off-site. Thank you. All right. Thank you. I'm fortunate to have a level of mass that employees pick me tomorrow. So, VGL and a lot of you here there and get me across and believe me, I'm fortunate I'm going to have my symptoms. I feel a couple of chances of reading. Thank you.
