I want to take progress on where should be and on here at Island and also Butler Island. County property. I have received call from... And just leave all your presentation if you can just do you can just do an update on this, that would be great. And then, up with life's main thing is to remind everybody that this Saturday is the Lower Swansea Art and Nature Festival from 10th-elf-reage down in the town of Pelletown atque, which is right after coming in town in 349, where the fire station is and next to the Dictionary Line. I hope everybody can come out and double rest lots of us and up down in Spawny and down in Gen and support us. You all can give them. You appreciate it. That's it for me. What's the time? It's about one. That's it. It starts at 10 o'clock. It goes to cell three. 10 to three. 10 to three. Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate it. I'll say you do. Thank you. Mr. Bailey? Good morning. I'm on the road to most update only on 1997. Before we do get that advertisement out today, I believe it started in paper. Pre-bid meat will be on the 18th March. If it has been, we'll be in April 10th and we'll have the fourth, our best board. This is Ted, Tiaw on the 17th evening meeting for President and President. And I, as of that day, I have no questions for them. Good day. Good deal. Appreciate you all. Thank you. Thank you. This is John. Good to see you. I'm here at work. I don't need briefed will. I need to respond to the case. For the chiefs, we submitted the permit applications for a shirt and for shoes Herding to the EP and Army Corps We have site visits to An manager We have a shared Seagrass and whatever thing they look at It seems to have any Concerns that that site visit must have been there for right now. Still, we'll see work going on that. Roger, come on, have a tap. I didn't know that. I've never been working on that. Yes, sir. That's what the water management district is all about. Well, back with the hot bolt. Some of the mine are contacting me about it.'s going to happen if they don't get me a boat ramp down there that's going to have air boats from the sea grass. I have the bridge seats and that would be ideal I'm the right part of the money. All right. And then, I don't know what I have in my ship. It's true. Appreciate it. It's a problem, though. It's a problem, though. I appreciate you. I'm going to dive down to the 20 sewer wall. I'm going to dive down to the recently high up. How many minutes? You minute of our... ...Honwater Store Plane. How you doing, man? Not to be nervous. Bless you. It's okay. We're at three-nine-water and forty-activity counts in the 20 water short district and I'm going to install in four more new accounts there at Duvonade. There has been management finish changes that I'll just give you a brief overview of money, money, money, loans, and I actually have a long line in project management from the 1992 to 2008. I mean, five marinas, one in Florida, or I'm contegging the largest one in 155 West. I guess it's off, I heard Jim, 72 employees. So I've got a little bit of experience with this. My new office manager is Raylen Brandell. She came on board from my staff's office out. She's been a blessing. She picked up ball ring with us. I've thrown into this with our last session. So we are learning and retaining it. So that's again. Thank you, Jennifer. Jennifer. Have some of you in the streets? I'm a big customer service. And she helps us out in the office. I still have been with. I'm sorry, I have been. Edwards and Pod and Konda. And they are my men in the field. And I have Joey still working on the pumps. And George and Memphis are, he's ever she's our plant operations. Thank you for stuff with everything that we need as far as our tests and keep you from going on with that one. I've been working with FEMA. That's a job. Sherry Twins has helped me with that. I will admit I have never had a roommate. I'm sorry, but I'm, again, I've grown into whatever is my last second but I'm excited. I've got water meters that have been installed last year that due to Debbie and Thaline. That tree that time we had a deadline of February the 28th. As a solid I've been working with Matt Blaine. We did extend that deadline to August the 1st this week or this 10-and-week. I will have boot holograms with Fortaline and their crew. They will have five two names, crews, M-town and I should have 500 and 2-bar meters installed by the end of the next week. Our hot-em-hole water source tape was depicted last year that did not happen. I've been working with George and we are working with in-depth and incorporated and we will have a diver in the tank that hopefully was in the next 90 days to the inspection on the bottom water tank. We have two panels that went down during the saline that covered up with water, one is that we don't want to do the demonstration. I talked to the dynamics of the sorn and we should have those panels in and should arrive next week. I will need to get with Mr. Wright because we use those platforms in order to put those unit up on them and I have to get electricians. You are qualified and for under name goal to be able to get those taking care of. That's pretty much anything. I'm doing good. You took the blow by the horns and done with it. You talk you doing a damn good job. I appreciate you. All right. See, Freeman. You don't have, you don't have anything to go through some of my office, but or an update on COVID enforcement. We have had several reach-out trying to resolve some code enforcement issues. And I'm happy to report at least one of those that has been resolved, which they've paid their fines and I'll have that for the chair to sign that will be on The Lord Good good Come in The end film and ever come up there and filmed out of complaint for that offer. Yep, that's in another notice. Okay. If you know what what yet Yeah. I was about to put it there at night point. I don't know what you're dealing with. Good deal. Tim. Tim. Are you going to bring up what we spoke about yesterday? I got a small restart in our organization. It's still on the way. Okay. I'll find you restart in our database. I think so. OK. So far, it's very much. Leon? Yes, sir. I just want to share with you the little big Florida programs that they have reached out. They want to go around and do it from the outreach. They praised us for the efforts that we've done in the big fan area. We are in the van. And obviously there's other people who are having an experience in America. They're pretty much, make sure everybody understand that even if their house wasn't the initial point where point where it was being constructed or elevated, there's other parts of that program that they can apply for, like wind mitigation and island production. So even if they're unsure, they should apply. And we're going to go back and we've isolated out three days, March 12, 13th of 14 12 to be in swanning, 13 to be back on the V-track, and the 14 to be in horseshoe, and it'll be from 10 to 6. If we need to stay later in either sites of will, but there will be several people from the state coming around. Because that for lifting existing structures? All above. Reconstruction, lifting existing structures and on wind and pitch. So, if they, is there going to be anything in there only, uh, V zone or whatever it is where you don't qualify for anything? I mean you're welcome to come to the meeting and listen to what they have to say. The only thing I'd like to find out on the Elevate Florida and with first folks about it, is the funding mechanism of it. I think HMDP money is the only funding mechanism that I found in North Park. So that's a hell of a program with no funding source other than the counties. So it's being pushed by the state and there's some more information about that we can talk about in the workshop. to have some of the representatives out there that they even have some of the representatives out there that they even, some of the representatives all thought, but I give you an update at the workshop. Okay, perfect. But we want everybody to be aware of it. You know, we still get people to call and say that they don't have nothing to put it. We've been doing outreach, We've been here shortly. What we think we're going to do is we're going to publish the list of 50% of greater substantial damaged addresses and to make sure that everybody has an awareness of where they're like their house is going to put on that list. And we can have a lot of secondary homes and a lot of people that they've been through this before. And... And you know, we do have a lot of secondary homes and a lot of people they've been through this before and Maybe it wasn't done perfectly but I think it's best that they understand that there is a reason to help there and Here's the most an acrostic on it then you need to start asking some questions That And that's the only way I know how to do it. Do you know where it's coming from? Yes, we're going to hold them back in this time. If we had the post-lown and it was the 20-mariner. Yeah, Mr. Allen has been super helpful to me. I'm still off right there. You all have any other questions? Thank you, Mr. Lee on. Scotty? I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put it in the fridge. I'm going to put this resolution to officially accept the next time 2.0 to our three framework. So, resolution reads, that resolution is the Board of County Commissioners of Diction County for the Board of County Commissioners. This two-pointed framework for the cybersecurity standards providing implementation provided for infected people. Whereas Board of County Commissioners of Diction County Florida recognizes the importance of protecting the county's information systems and data from cybersecurity threats. The Institute of Standards of Technology, aka NITS, were developed in this standard framework 2.0, which provides the conference will set a guideline to best practices for managing and introducing or reducing the cost of free rent. Whereas, in the next two point of framework, the enhanced standard is to protect the information systems data and the prepoint for service. for some such threats. And whereas the board is committed to ensuring the security and resilience of the county information systems and data to the implementation of the service security standards. Now, therefore, it will be resolved at the Board of County Commission of the East County Florida as follows. Adults, units, and framework, or hereby Adults and Nets the street framework to go as the official side of the street stand for the county. You know the implementation the chief information officer or his there's me and directed to the belt and implement policies and procedures necessary to comply with an institute when the framework is equally but not limited to conducting regular risk assessment and meaning of work risk security control and providing service for these claims to claim employees. Monitoring on the four-inch of chief information officer, if or there does me shall, is regularly monitoring the next two when I framework to report the board on status of self security initiatives and any significant service security incidents. Effective data resolution shall take effect immediately. Hom adoption motion. So the motion by Javis, thank you by David in discussion. Policy of come after this after my review. The police will want to make that a policy. That means with the bomb heads and our food for I think we'll get to a thing later up waiting to be perfect. All the favour? I'll approach side side. with the department heads and our food for just as things lay out waiting to be. All in favor? All opposed, safe side? Motion carried. John's got the official copy that you will sign up for me. Sorry, anything else? Thank you. Thank you, and our station. We have purchased, we have advertised for the land clearing on that. I think we still have about a week left on that advertisement for real, a lot of college, but then county and out of town for station four of checklists where we begin to find a walk through a lot in David's place. I think we can see what else is in the back of the room. It's pretty close, it looks good. I guess it's looking good. Station 6, the whole sheet beats side down. Jackson Morehold, we've come to him on that call. 17th, and that's basically the kind of purge he hurts. I'm going to the panel search and that's moving on. Thank you. I'm 17, I'm going to move to California. I'm going to go into the highway search and that's moving along. Station 71 has a pretty good coverage during the storm. See, Ben terms claim dollars for that. They are in the process of replacing everything inside on the low floor because the sheep grog out is back in. The cabinetry is big, out on the back.. The government is coming to the point that this thing is going to show we should be finishing that. Pretty soon, I don't know if the exact timeline is coming along. The federal administration is moving areas that are messed up to the case question, sure how we have the funding, most not most, but some of the funding for the repairs, for the beach renersment, which has to happen before any repairs. We have the funding for Mr. Lawford, as he said, is working on the right survey and stuff for the beach, unfortunately, the region is being closed to land everything there. So that's going to be a junior project, not only two years before it just started. We had hoped to maybe get the B3 heritage first at least, but I don't know if that's even going to happen. I think the bridge is closed in March. I think it's in March, so that's coming quickly. That's right there for the reneurism at the permits of being looked at, worked with, we met on the call of the WP whoever else was there, and it was not in it. Some of them swimming, some of them not. So, I'm so sorry. But that's moving along as far as she beats the Dredging Money is there. and the driver is working on that as far as the parks the insurance money is there Kind of good portion of the PW money and maybe all of it out So all those funds are in for those repairs and so we can start the repairs on the park we can start the repairs There and of course is already underway. So those things are moving along as far as butler out. I do not know where butler out on the other side. I don't know where it's at but I look at the chief donor when you said that and either of us know if anything went on butler out. So if there's something happening there, we can't even have that. And I was showing you where it was at his County property, but there was no way you were the email you mentioned about the debris in it. We have no way to know that there's any debris on the island because the only way to get there is by kayak. And just because it's on a county area, we don't go out and look at that big kayak. We didn't know anything about it it was damaged during the Halloween, we can still submit them. Yeah, chiefs of areas, some stuff there. I think damages will probably have any damages. Can I put my 100 bucks in? I can put my tie. We'll have to look at it. It would have come by the open some of the. I see what, what. We may have been able to do. I don't want to make any promises without knowing it. There, we do maintain picnic tables and grills and all that on butter. I just have to use a belt. OK. Where's it at? You can access it. My boat is right next to the Toot stop house is on. Oh, of course you. Yep. Once it left, the left other rep. That was okay. Okay. So if we have those things. to start houses on them. Oh, of course you? Yep. Okay, I want to sit left. I want to sit left. I want to sit left. Okay. So if we have those things, we'll use your name. It's all up to you, thanks. Oh, okay. I want to see you. I want to see you. I want to see you. I want to see you. I want to see you. I'm going to go in the store. I'm not hearing anything because K, next day or two people come to the store and walk the county man. I'm not paying for it. Okay, next day or two, get with him. What the county maintain there, I was not aware of it. I haven't seen what I have done. And you know, phone we had also proof of that. You're an absolute idiot right now. The order of the ambulance says, they're coming up. We're, the trucks are going to be ready. You. You may use your machines. June 1st for the few brand new June 1st. We have equipment for those that are almost as expensive as the truck. That equipment we had ordered a few months ago to kind of beat the price increase. We put the ladies on it. But it's exactly the point out of where we have to start paying for that. We're not going to be too delayed for a little longer. I think you know, down in the right hand and this is bad, as I'm just going to keep that working on security along the board. I'll wear that little outside of my pay rate. So there's one job note that we're going to have to go ahead and pull that along. We've held off as long as we could as deep and pay an interest on that. Originally that loan we budgeted 700,000 that come in a little cheaper than that I think 680 yeah 680 we rounded up the 680 we still have other equipment to put on with those of the high dollar 30,000, 70,000 and there's two trucks so that's the total price of two trucks we've already paid for the chassis out of our budget last year so that's another 16 165,000. So we're going to have that home. There's hope yours money that this chain broke through our attention sometime back. It's an additional 800,000 this year and then it's still around four and it drops back down to two or something of that nature. That money is very restricted to the $840,000, I say four, we're going, the only entity that can use it. There are some criteria in that money to be able to receive that money that our agency, at my department, my medical director, my chance are not comfortable with. For opioids, there are medications that can be given to assist them with getting all of that, but it requires intensive psychiatric care and treatment and so on and so forth. And they look at that done through a 24 hour service and we don't have 24 hour services in our county other than our department. There's huge liability on our area. We're working with the opioid group, the LSS group to mitigate that and try to find some daytime coverage to do that. The current entities have to be able to prescribe those medications and treat care for those patients. We have found a couple of people, practitioners in our county that are able to do that. And one, I don't think it's going to work out in the other, I believe will. And then after our stuff will have to happen through shans or no Florida. They're pursuing that on their areas because we're not the only county in that situation. But it looks like we're going to be able to move forward with that. We've been concerned that we have to give up the money because if we can't do it, then it goes to other counties. It's tied to that treatment plan that we can't provide it, and then the money doesn't come to us. and it's not something we can reallocate to those bridges or whatever. I mean, it's time to... Is this a separate, separate, separate, or've been talking to the government? That's the one that you just want to talk about. It's called the core project that come in and during the sheriff's office asked me to come over yesterday they had questions on that issue. Some of his staff in regards to the core project and they had questions which I told them I didn't know. I'm hoping that they may be able to access some form of jail and do that. But hopefully that would help because they deal with a lot of these individuals as we all know and they're in the situation. I do know that I can't say that they'll've reached out to you on that. I did to Tom, the name was what contacts I had and the target explained to them. My role as legal, I don't know a lot about anonymous Roberts is here. As she was one of the ones that I'm sure will be reaching out to you to try to see where you were and then I told him I anticipated you had already grabbed a hold of that and was working at the front. So I anticipate the sure staff will be reaching out to see if maybe, because they don't talk about transportation and different things like this, it might be covered if maybe we could help them somehow to access that. That's The next team I think we have it said to first on those I know the first time second time whenever we dealt with them They didn't have anything that would apply to those funds if these do that's great Keep money in our county so we'll get you look down on that Staying contact team keep making sure you get over her and we'll make sure that happens We're still working through it. We're not sorry yet. We're gonna be able to do the program. There are some complications our medical company that is looking at that. Still has a lot of questions and they're in contact with me. So we'll see where it goes, but I think we're going to be able to do it. I hope we can. Of course, we will apply as much as we can to our community paramedicin, but it's also, it also will be able to be used for EMS if we can use it for the equivalent trucks, personnel, whatever we need to, for the most part, ensure there's some restrictions. So, yes, we'll be happy to make that happen. Speaking of community paramedicin, I'm telling y'all that I wanted to get some of this Allison's help. We've gotten the ramps free in the state. We've not yet received the check, but I've been'm telling y'all that I wanted to get some assaults and some help. We've gotten the grant free in the state. We've not yet received the check, but I've been made aware for sure that we're going to get the check, but that we still have some of the other opioid monies, our budget is capable of moving with that, and I would like to advertise for that Monday and get her someone else. We've had a couple of people that have already turned in applications to some of months or two ago Some others more recently that have some of the Capabilities that would be very benefit of people that have already turned in applications to some of months or two ago, some others more recently that have some of the capabilities that would be very beneficial for that person. So unless the board hasn't yet yet, it's gonna move on that Monday. Get it in the hospital for a week or two, and get it advertised and see if we can get someone higher to help her. She's pretty well overgrown. There's a lot of evidence. Here's a bunch of, what happened with the doctor from the state that operated out of the old town that was trying to help with that situation? The case at the board meeting. I think it was named. He said not one of his first events was coming up real soon. The elephant had been corning with him. They're going to be doing a community outreach event. The shams doctor. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. With a mobile plan. We're talking to another doctor. We're going to be doing money who wants to come to the county and do some mobile clinics. They may actually do pretty good work with them on the clinic as well. So all of their stuff. We're going to be doing these things. Got it. You got V-AQ and all that for you, take it. We're going to have to look at the vehicle and we said, I'm not sure how that's going to go yet. We got some things to evaluate there on how we light that out, but yes, we still have, we have a spare there. We use it for the radio, but we have something there. Something T and I have not really gotten that thing to get, but yes, we can make it work. They have to buy some other things, but there's funding there still to make that happen. I don't expect us to have to buy the April right now. Maybe next year, maybe in a place one of our folks, one of our still hasn't won a tune that we need. But I'm not in too big a rush. You can have a couple of things. Gentlemen, I think one of the things that I had on here is kind of an American misplendid. Go all over the way that we got the loan for her, and a daily from the state, the $40 money of the median, $56,000 that we got for the loan to pay back as we got our PWs. There's some perfect on-watt, those three W's are coming in. We've been paying on that loan, back to the state, but we actually don't want to see the money they take to check. We owe about $168,000 because we haven't got hundreds but I just guessed it's around $168,000. So that shouldn't be being paid off pretty quickly breaking out the wind in the next few years, the schedule an end. That should be paid off from those funds for returning to the county. And the million dollars that we had there, there was some concern. And of course, got it. That's of course to take care of these projects. But at that time, as when the county was overwhelmed with all the storms and payroll and things of that sort. And we were not sure how we would have to initially use that, but after I mean, we got to the base, he's assured us all those funds are still there and available for your parks and different things. I'm not sure what always award is in there. Some of that is to share his office money that Joe already home and say to him, some of that is my salary money for my staff. I'm not going to have to go back to those departments. But other than that, whatever projects we're in, those funds are still sitting there. She has a tracking connect mechanism and her budget in the general fund. We keep talking to those and go in and spend about an hour and a half to go with it yesterday. And I think her and the chief are on the same page and everything is looking really good for accountability there. So, So hopefully that mediated a lot of my worries too, because I wasn't sure about that here that we're in good shape there. This should, as these money start coming in, should help us to get back to a better budget situation other than we get a little more before we start working on the budget. I only have one of the things, gentlemen. I'm a little confused and I run into some complications yesterday and I need more directions. I've gone beyond about three months ago and told Joe that we were looking at doing the preparation request to finish out that fire station. We had the diesel. We have between our tanker and our other station, 338,061 approximately left over. There is a reappropriation process. We've already sent that into Tallahassee to ask them to move it to this current station that we're finishing up here because we had to cut about a half a million dollars for the stuff out of that station. We had to cut the truck with riles out of furniture inside the building. We had to pay for the waterline install ourselves several other things that we had to do. but there's a lot that we could not finish because we didn't have the funding to include repayment of the entire EOC parking lot which has too much crack for mild heat than we were next to the Grand Canyon. With the additional stuff we were going to need another 179,000, 438,97 which brought that total of 518,000 that included the IP stuff that we had to cut out, computer, computer, dispatching, notification systems, all that stuff. We sent that in to the House and send help to a couple of weeks ago. Have an issue with the attestation form that has to be signed by the county. We did not put an error in there. They demanded that we do so they sent it back. When we sent it to Mr. Jenkins yesterday, he advised me that the board had voted to only submit two projects. Those projects were both the Sheriff's Office project and the Clarks project, or the clerk, I'm sorry. Ms. Michelle's project. I was not aware of that. We reviewed the minutes. I found we already individually approved those two projects, but we were on the list of speakers for the legislative system when they come in here. To my knowledge, everything was supposed to be approved. Mr. Jenkins said previously, it's kind of the attestation form, but yesterday I was told it was not going to be signed because he already voted not to. So I need to know, gentlemen, whether we need to continue with that project is so I need his signature. If not, can I ask for the reappropriation of those funds and if not, then we will have to give those funds back to the state. I just need some direction on how to move in. John, you want to head on this or I'll tell you the same thing I tell you yesterday when we talk from the phone. Either one, I don't care. Well, I was told we had you on the list, and she had a little lift and she heard from me. That was how I had to see. Got some meal feelings back from Tyler has see. They said cut it so we cut it. Okay. I think I told you I can you all read for me. It's not too late. When you think of the more of the stuff, I was put to the Senate as a result that they have no issue with it. I was put to represent as a result that they have no issue with it. I understand that that completes against the other two projects. It is only $100 and $7,000, $9,000, but I just need direction. Gentlemen, if you all want me to submit it, I need to submit it. And if we don't get it, you're going to lose some money. You have to send money. If we don't ask for the re-approvision, yes, you'll lose 300. So... And if we don't get it, you're going to lose some money. You have to send money. If we don't ask for the reappropriation, just a real lose 300 million. So then that might work. I'm making motion. I'm making motion to get the manager to sign it. And see what happens. We may get it and may not. You got a motion to reach the minute. Reach the minute. But at least minute, the minute is not signed. Correct? Yes, really. If you won't do the full request yesterday, you would have signed out of the destination hall. If you won't vote just for the appropriation, that just requires a letter from us. But that would not finish the whole project. So you're going to have to give about $370,000 in fees? If we don't, if we don't request the reappropriation, yes. But now the other, for the other, we have to request an actual $179 extra for an appropriation request. So that would be a additional money. Basically, if we don't ask for that, we won't be able to finish the parking lot. And the parking lot's a pretty bad shape. It is. We've repaired on some, but yes. I'm just scared we're not going to get anything. It was gorengation, tell us about it. Just stay with three color shades. That's what they say. I'm not trying to start a fight or nothing, I was told but I was told. Why is it not safe? I was telling what I was telling myself. Why is it not safe? Well, in the day, that's where your funding mechanism comes from. And if they say that, I'm almost ticked with what they say. Going up everybody. Can we top up our budgets for the remain under the year when we get that finish come up with money We have a much paid up Far from what we can We will be able to do the furnishings, we'll be able to do the IT work. I'm not sure about the loop. I don't know how that slide out. I think it's all one project on our estimate. So that is really vital. And, okay, so you can't give back $14,000 to this one. That's already given that, that's what I'm looking at. Giving that money back. What are you taking that money to fund the other project? I don't know, you said you cut some stuff. This is the department that made this sense to me. If you cut, you had $400,000. And you cut some stuff that, how you're to really reallocate that money to another project. Not a line out of this one. What do you cut to make the house a $100.00 fence? Or individual projects? Yeah, but you put a lot of money on the money. Yeah. And that money has to be spent for that project. So the fire station on Chafers, we did not register maximum amount. We had a couple hundred thousand left, hope. The tanker we had, I think, 49 thousand left. But I can't move that money to this fire station that's being built now without going through for real appropriation. Because it's appropriated to that project. As far as the station that we had in Cook, that was in the office. That bit, we only had to be contacted, we did on that, and it came in nearly a half a minute, or about half a million over the budget. So we cut out all of these things that were requesting, as well as the water lines, we had to buy them out of intact fees to city health to install that. Fire hyd out back. I don't remember what else there was in there The biggest cuts was the loop drive and furnishes and the such This money would allow for most of that The exception of the additional 180,000 dollars on the 79 to transfer over to that. Yes, if they approve it They may amount or may not approve it. They may not reappropriate it. They may take the money back, but they don't generally like to take that money back. Because it's already been given. So we're asking for a reallocation of funds. We're not asking for any more money. Well, we originally asked for money. You need more money too. You need If we do the full amount, it would require an appropriation request from an additional $19,000 $179. We were instructed by the House Office whenever we asked that question to go ahead and do the full amount, and take something that happened with the reappropriation. But at the end of the day, the total that we need to finish it, if we get the reappropriation, is $179 the day the total that we need to finish it if we get the reappropriation is $179,000 so if we don't request the appropriation and we just request the reappropriation of the funds we have then we'll be 180,000 short and won't be able to parking lot. Come we do the whole thing it may or may not jeopardize one of your us projects I don't know. Tyler has one. We got one. It's what we're coming in and saying we've got two. We go three. They go back with much food. Yeah, and how much was the total appropriation for all the projects? Ten. All of your number? It was each of the stations was like federal 1.3 million for the two first stations. I don't have the exact. 7.3 per two. Yes, I know. So I had it out of course and then the paper was another 650 thousand. I don't know. I just, I talked to them a lot too and they tell us to do something other and there the ones with the check but they're awesome. I was good to pay. I have a little bit of money to get back to them and this could jeopardize your sheriff's evidence building. Good jeopardize your clerk's office who's been in the same space as 1961. I mean, I hate giving money back but also know that sometimes in good faith that if you give something back, it helps you down the road too. But he did ask from what I understand through County Manager's Office not to submit the two projects, and that's what we submitted. So that's where I'm at with it. I hate it, but there might be other avenues to do the paving out there. But we've been really good with firehouses, I will say that. And we've been really good with that department period. Y'all've gotten, how much money have y'all gotten last couple of years through four firehouses, tanker trucks. How much money? Seven point two million dollars for two fire stations, 650 only tanker and then I think it was five or six million only. Yeah but we're working four fire houses and 12. So we've got a bit of 12 to 15 million dollars So you know better be think we I think we got to be thankful for that money, too I just need direction on how to move I'm gonna stick with what they said to two projects Who's you speak to don't when you call up there and they said to you to redo this. I mean, who you said you were getting to go ahead? This Amber? Well, let me clarify some of that. There is the understanding that two projects will jeopardize months. Right. I spoke with Ms. Amber and the representative's office multiple times. She was very much aware of the community of that. They were not aware of anything that would be out of the project. I spoke with the senator's office, his age, and his late-ass this morning. He was not opposed to the project either. and we understand that for a 20-year-old, $10 million library and I don't know how much the sheriff said that the building is and I don't know what it takes to move Mr. Shale. There's not enough money there. So we understand that. That's why I'm asking you. You're got it this morning. I need to know whether it can be the whole thing, So whether they're asked for the reappropriation of the funds we already have, or whether they submit a full appropriation to get another $179,000. I have not spoken to the senator directly. He was in meetings until 9 o'clock last night. He was on the phone at 7 this morning. He did not call me back, but he has all the task. So what do we have a motion for right now that the motion for the motion for reappropriation for that for another fast for another hundred seven hundred thousand dollars. From the top of the board. We already. Yeah, or give it. I thought your motion was to re submitsubmit the reappropriation. Or reappropriation. And to just definition to be done with it, if we get it, we don't, we don't. That would be a flopper. I hate to go up there and I've run up there before. It's a mystery why they all ask for more. Why they ask for more? Why they ask for more? Why they ask for more? So now this may be a whole different deal. I ain't been up there. Well, they didn't come to appropriations day either here. And that was a big tell, tell tell there also they did say keep your projects down keep it under a certain dollar figure I mean when Jason and Cory was here during his year John used here I was here Roy bunch of people was here but a lot of commissioners was not I would so I'll do it you want to do I'm on I'm gonna think what they asked for and that's what I'm going to do. Great. Well, I was in town as yesterday, progressing down all agency here right now on cost. Can you please help to depoke you? I was until I had year yesterday at Jason's office. I spent about 45 minutes with him yesterday. But what I learned yesterday is they're calling all the agents he gets. All the state agents he gets. The U.T.E.T.E.P., all of them. And they're dressing them down. They're thinking I'm here. Pretty hard. And they're wanting to hold them behind. So they cut the math. They're looking to cut things back this year. So a little bit different what it has been in years past. Now the money that you've already got is last year's money. Yeah, actually. agreement on that. That's not this year's money. But then it will get me to do that. So he goes by the appropriation and what they're telling you is, you know, if you were to ask all of his products over here, I can't, he can't just move it over here to bring out the products. But the money was available, the money is available. He just needs to move it. And then you need to move it. Yes. And then put a decimal funding with it out of this here. He's giving you an option. Right. He's giving you an option. You don't have to do that. All right. I need to redo my motion then. Right. That's what I thought to do. All right. Well then let's redo my motion to transfer the money He's already got to where it put it where he can use it There's not enough money, is it? Not to finish the whole thing but at least we won't lose it Well I know came with that but keep it safe And it keeps it closer to the game project. We don't lose that much. I don't want to lose that much. Yes. So we got a motion. I said it. You got a motion for the sake of it. Any more discussion? Yeah. I'll ask. Tell me what the motion is. The motion is for him to try to re-out allocate. You get them fines as you've already got the hazard used. Ask Trump for those over the way he's got a shortfall. Not for ask for no more money. Additional. Just to try to take the money that he's already receiving he has not been able to prep for those over to where he had shortfall. He's on move but for this fire station, for this fire station. Yeah, I'm okay with that move. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I'm okay with that move. We ain't asking for money. We just have to figure it out. We're just going to come up with $179,000 worth of refining. We just have to figure it out. We ain't asking for no number just have to figure it out Which is that's the name of money It's just All the fiber all the post same side? Motion carried. All right. Good spotted. Don't have anything for your bed? All right. Well, I appreciate you. Thank you very much. Thank you. Ms. Holly? I'm sure. Down the Hitch March, so we all know what time of year that is in Fairtime. We kicked off the fair last weekend with the show, or show, table-scaping and cupcake contest in fair time. We kicked off fair last weekend with the show or show table skating and cupcake contest and this weekend starting on Friday will be rabbit chickens, peppers, bulls and dairy cattle, dough goats and barbecue contest and then the following will be all sale animals with a sale day on the 19th. What I want to bring to your attention is to show their work at a emergency board meeting only, seeing it this week to discuss the growth policy that you have with unpaid balances, buyers that are not paying off their balances. And I can say in the nearly 40 years, so I've been doing the fair, it was always had some debtors and that had to write off, you know, the high to $10,000 range. If that's two years, you've been closer to 50 to 100,000. Wow. That was pretty good. That was pretty good. We tried one year to take some of the debtors' courts, some of the ones that have a $10,000 debtor, something to take them to court. And I'm sure if I thought of you were aware, because that's just a losing proposition. All we do is increase our debt. We've had court costs and lower costs. So the board met with Chin and Smith and they came up with a number of weeks that will be down there to fair and Basically what it means is that one They're gonna hold the line to the net 30s of 30 days after the fail is when bills will be due They will probably grant a grace period for 60 days for the return of the bill of the buyers but after that any bills from a buyer that had not been paid, they will defend from buying from the fair and further set, which is paid off. We have some people that are always in the rears to the fair. They generally get their debt paid off sometime in February just before the fair starts, but that means the fair association's been taking the debt for an entire year. And we're kind of in the same vote as the board. We had working damage down there that was interested in cover and our electricity and infrastructure costs going up. So I don't want to raise the fees that they're taking from the children or the buyers, you know, therolls, they take that off of the sale animals. So they're going to try to code the line in and some of the cash, I don't have a review, it's going to be interesting. But the verbiage that you'll see down there is going to leave the pile to the board has shown that they're going to take them to court or add interest rates to the debt that hasn't been paid. In my mind, no, if I had to choose $3,000 and count the buying interest rate is $300. Now I have $3,300 and I'm calling that going to pay you $3,300 if I was going to pay you $3,000. There are a couple of directors. There is a movement and I hope that in the case of this play, there's a couple of directors who would like to see the opposite effect that the children don't get paid until the debt is paid. and by, let's say June 1, if Holly had a buyer that didn't give the $300 for her hog, that Holly's check would be short to $300 that the buyer didn't do. The majority of the Lord right now does not want to do that. That has been brought on the table at least in 40 meters. So I mean, if you all have an opinion, one way or another about that, you talk with our directors, our directors for Diggs County or John Griggers, Jamie Neesmith, Dalton Long and G. Higgin Moss. Can you publicly post the name? The one on the screen reveal the Z-Reeke, certain ones consistently Yeah, yeah, they're they're consistent. I can't just be banned from buying. Exactly what they were. We didn't have it in our rules to do that, but we do now. And it will go in effect for this fair year. So anybody who is still in debt to repair their name, they will not be in the buyer's list does get posted. your Your name won't be on the buyer's list, they will be able to buy it in their hair. And even if for some reason if a big gets put in because we do have a lot of groups that come in Robbie Lee is one of He on the field level pocket of money and say all right. I got some money from You know Barbie and Holly and Jodie and they're all going to buy this steer and we've committed to it but if Holly doesn't pay for a $300 commitment then that's what that's the debt that the fair is having and they're going to do their best to try to bring that other to the soul. You know, we start talking, we're now in the February where we're still taking $10,000 in the home last year. That's from last year. Yeah. That's not counting the, that's not a human. You know, you've been talking to a bunch of people. But could you tell something in the fair that shows who's not paying? Yeah, I could, there you have that discussion too. I know last year there were some parents that had found out about it and they posted it about some of the letters and it told me very well. But I don't know. Yeah, they need to be around there. What does I think Ray Jameson had the best thing right and he used to walk into race food the dead. Or right? Yeah. Yeah. I just only heard. You're dead. You're a great style. Go. Anyway, that's how I happened. Let's go have fun for me. I don't know. That's what you're saying. I don't have any bad. Mr. Jacob. Oh, I don't have any bad. Mr. Jenkins. All right, sir. I think it by day Daniel. In discussion? Yeah, I want to talk about that. If you all remember there's three point to me and dollars we got in the state on some person houses that also included elevation. I talked to Matt Pearson this week about this. There's a couple houses on the coastline that went a little over the 250 so he went to 350 to get make sure we had it covered and also I asked him about some of these people have been without homes for a year now and once this gets approved But we hopefully fit some do when we vote on it. He gets his back to it It gets contracts signed on on the homes through Fox Enterprise We're probably looking at four months and people be living in these houses So I just wanted to put that out there Any more discussion discussion? All in favor? All opposed? Same side? Motion carries. All right, the next thing is not on your list, but just happened not long ago. I received a quote for the trailer repair for the solar waste department. This is our trailer that tastes... Oh, this is the green wheel. It originally took it over over to have a fifth wheel pin put in it. They got into it. I got the lookin' at it. They found a kind of frame damage and things needed to be fixed on to make it road worthy. They give us a quote for 13,630 dollars and $4.9 to repair the trailer. Now, let's say please. I'm motion by motor. Take it. Take it by Jamie. Edit discussion. All in favor? All opposed? Same time? Motion care. Thanks. Thanks. Thank you. Thank you by Jamie. It is discussion. All in favor. All opposed. Same time motion carried. Next thing I have been contacted by a representative for the fair and they are wanting to know what the commissioners want to contribute this year to all the last time. I'm not going to talk about that here. Not said. That's 700 dollars. I don't remember. I mean you and I talked about it. Yeah, I was told to like five and seven hundred more like about seven. Whatever to go and buy for whatever. I'm just going to pay, whatever you're going to pay. I'm just going to give you permission for what's in Spanish mode. Whatever we don't want to do, I'll just have to start. I'll win in with him. Yeah. Bobby won in with his car. Bobby won in with his car. Bobby won in with his car. Bobby won in with his car. Bobby won in with his car. Bobby won in with his car. Put she back in there open. Okay. So how much I'd bore him? That's 50 apiece. Six levels divided by six. Five of y'all. I was six of you. Okay. I usually go in this if you don't have it. I guess it's... I'm not wanting to bother him here, okay? I'm not wanting to bother him here, okay? I'm gonna tell him that I'm not wanting to bother him. The mold's $100 bills, he's gonna get rid of that. I'm gonna give him a $70. I'm not wanting to give him a $70. What we doing? $70. $70. I'm not making a statement of $15. The the buyer, that's what we're doing. Yeah, we're buying snacks. Okay, sounds good. All right, information items. There'll be a talk to you round up at 10 on March 15th, 2025, 9 to 3. It's the only fire rescue station located in in Old Town behind the Chevron Station. And also it'll be from 10 to 2 at the Courthouse Parking Light by the Supervisor Relations Office on the same day. I'll say reminder of rural county days, which is March 19th and 20th, and we're old books up to go. We can forward to that. And also we'll be having LMS meeting to be held in April. It has not been the term and what date or time yet, but just give you all information on that. Also get them out of the cage, I'll be mentioning the two. That's what it's all about. Okay. Okay. That's all I have, unless you all have anything for me. Something from the elevator. We had a meeting out there at the Bay. Scott, wasn't we talking about the project turning in by April 4th? The night gave you time to... I don't know if you can see it. Maybe time organized. I don't know, I didn't have anything to have it. Did you put it? Okay, so I put it in there. I was on the way. Did you put it in there? Oh, this one right here. Mark and Jodie and I think it doesn't matter that you have your packet or the March 19th rule family base just in the night. Daniel and Jamie and Taylor are all going to ride together on this one. If Daniel can go, but if not, then you and Taylor will be there. Yeah. Okay. Daniel, you have a similar one. Do that right in the middle there. Yeah. Yeah. Anything else? That's all I got for. Is Shane? Yes, sir. I got an email from the county window. You can see one of the calls that I'll take to health. It says, the town is considered an impact fee within the town that mirrors the fees charged by the county. The purpose of the impact fee is to address the cost associated with new growth in the town, such as that involved increases to demand on water and sewer and other costs that are carried by the town alone. So,or's request that the board can add into an interlinkal agreement where impact fees collected for residents and commercial purposes in the town are collected by the town only. I've not dealt into this and I apologize because I've got more information on this, but the way I read that is, is they're wanting to start collecting their own and we won't get any of that. Okay. I think if I'm recalling right, and Tim, you probably will speak to that, I see Gleon's kind of hammer. But I think that, thanks. We still cover their garbage when it goes to the windshield. Exactly. Mm-hmm. Wait, I'm reaching out the other direction on the all-want-meets pursue trying to work out in an agency agreement or do we even want to consider that giving that money back over to the Okay, I finished it again. I think course use part of zombie in the same boat. Board. than want to consider that giving that money back over to the town. Again, you know, I think of course you probably don't be in the same boat. Or Chairman, you got this thing on. We are. You can never play the exact thing. You think I got a roof? They don't have any disengaged letters when they go to get their compliance letter it's the paper on the packet with them, and they bring their compliance letter, that's what they want to do. They don't know such a thing in place. Yeah, they have three-row impact fees. It's not just your impact fee, though. It's a call-in at the impact fee, but it's just for residential. But it's there to do to increase the water and do it. do it. If it's an impact, there's one time we've been served. And again, I'll have to do it. There's a pair of wanting to do just for the rest of the rest of the residents of commercial buildings because they already collect water, impact, because they may be selling for that. They're like clearly impacting. Yes, I didn't know about that, but you know, they just want me to rest in this structure, so the daughter of square foot like we do. And then that kind of separate is on that guy? The city is a municipality. So it's separate entity other than the county. It gets their permits a different way. It's not through the county. They do their own permitting. They do. They're going to impact these. They want to set it up themselves. Because they're not part of the county. The county fees are set up for the county not there. It's like horses use the same way All their stuff goes there permits all goes through their own inspector I'm going to do a little bit of the same thing. I'm going to do a little bit of the same thing. I'm going to do a little bit of the same thing. You could select a type of thing in my state. I had to say it. It's very... Before it's interested in hearing international or like they're on the bottom here, you don't think so? Well, we don't select the forms. I mean, we don't do any of the permitting, so we should be involved in that situation. I want to follow up with you with that.. Mendes, know that you can't get off right on their own and county does want to be in part of it. Now I just want to get clear direction. I just want to get clear direction. I didn't have a couple of things. This Barbie? How do you don't have anything this time County Commissioner I Miss Mary, where was that address that was a whole list I'll get we I'll get where you join I got a question on the single that was filled in We don't get back in cap it down in all the papers. Yes, we, we're definitely going to see, make sure it's set up. Okay. Now that's all I had. And we do monitor. Okay. Did we ask what I? I don't know if that kid reminded me of something. I don't know if it was a three-hour call or job for speaking on my turn. There was an accident on one of our county roads. I know there I know there's been more than once, but there was an accident on 361. That, I believe, we need to discuss as to how we wish to proceed. That's the Cal State Road. We've already got Cal Creek Bridge closed. It's no standing that if we were to close that road, pass zinc, boat ram, zinc reach whatever, that it may be safe to say. What impacts the community that greatly if we close it from there, going back towards the bridge, if we already got the bridge closed. That road is in terrible conditions, so I don't want to. It feels up, got some people in the other room that sent to me. There's huge gaps where the whole road was washed away. There's huge holes in the road. It's pretty bad shape. It would take... I'm going to talk on that back. Okay. I'll leave it there then and let y'all think about it. I'll be on that. I've been talking about it. Anything else, please? No, that was it. No, I have. So we're going to be ready to write on that, maybe? Yes. I don't know. I don't want to cut the road down. I've talked to her. And you probably don't want to do what being you saw down here in Orlando about milling it up and then putting a chemical on it and packing it down, making it live off for it's last. And I've also been in contact with FDCC about working with a grant. They may be able to have to fix that rig and the grids. So I'm going to have to meet with them by the end to you. They are on there right now, patches of potholes. I don't want to do that. So I don't want someone else in the play. David, that process you're talking about, we seen it down there in a while. If you remember right, the man we was talking to, they was going to Builkhurst County to do some roads over there, to reach out to some of your contacts from Builkhurst County and see more understood that buying. They bought that. They bought have safer see I said it's safer that's the word yeah but they're running one over there currently evidently so it might be a good uh been talking to Louie also okay this Louie have access to uh he does work for him okay so just just that could be a good answer to find out if that process is good or bad. Is that the average damage of a clean storm damage? It got damage ever stolen. It's over a year. It is over a damage damage over there. Okay. That's good. That's good. they that way we got it all down on what's been there This is a question what we were talking about on the road type stuff Who proof right here make that's right Yes Yes, I'm not a fan of that. I'm hurts. You don't pull his Is on letter Okay, he's family Let's We're all All this has been going on for two weeks anytime we have a hit there between that president and us The next day I want everybody in there that has to deal with it. I want them in there and I want this to resolve. We don't need to be going to weeks. I've been pulling off this. I've had my ass ring over there and out. Anytime we got any hiccups, we need them inmates because we can afford a higher extra employers. I want it resolved I don't like I'm calling the middle because I work for two days We can't have this I ain't slept too. We Stretch out of this and I want it to work. There are biggest Employee here. We need to work with them anything we can do to help them, and I'm sure they'll do the same thing. And I thought I'd own that. I'd also like for Hood to receive a plaque for helping Mr. Morkhats when he got his old about that and unplugging those clothes and it was so proving when stopped at 50 days. They got it for the other cell and we did it for him too. And I appreciate him doing that for me, boy. No, I did too. Yeah. Yeah. But the reason I was out there was because we was short handed in all of it does it everyone of it But yeah, he helped me in the spot But anyway I found out I just wait and get better on that We mean when something happens less headed the head right there and get it over with because I'm caught in the middle I'm guessing it's the head prize. I want to get it over with them They're there when it's called by analysts Hopefully that won't happen to him but if it does I will make my decision I want it solved right there because I on, hold on. Oh, you got it. Mark. What's up? Did you make a motion? No. Mark, hold on. Did you make a motion? Oh, yeah. I made a motion for, I'm not plight for hunt. I thought so. Oh, we got a motion. Take it. Take it by Daniel and he's got you. All in favor? I know you carried all the photos that you saw. I'm going to close the lot, but I ain't going to close the mountain. All right, Mark. Down in Swansea, John and the road department has started with a pair in the community center down there. I think they're getting some pretty good wood out of there. Right John? Yes sir. So with all that being said, we all know that that school board property down there. And there's no feasible way for us to build a community center back on their property. We got Glen Dows Park out there, Leon and I have been working on some conceptional school community center for 20. And the only place I know of right now that we own the feasible enough to do would be the Glendale Park, but I'd like to continue looking, but hopefully the next board meeting will submit something other or successful drawing for y'all to look at for us to start on be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. We're going to be able to do that. down stuff we can do. Start. Oh, Ramadan. Ah, Ramadan, morning. But, um, down stuff we can do. So, with that being said, I want to submit that the next board meeting Leon's been working on it, back in court on what I'd like to see and what feasible to do with the amount of money. The second problem we have down there is a post office. The post office is working out of a truck right now. They would like to have the county build a facility for them and then lease it back to from us to them. There again, location, location, location because water so that's something I am working on, the facilities that they're looking at is a really small facility they wouldn't need. I'm going to say a 20 by 20, my 20 by 30 something, not that is ain't a huge location. But there again, we're filling it up in Glendale Park. I don't know how much more it can hold. much I mean could a portable building or something hope I don't know I'm asking y'all to be looking at brainstorming something but they reached out to me as far as I was out Colorado how much is there a real estate people so how much land we have down to where the old water tower used to be?? No, no. Swanty was pretty sure. Yeah, and that's what we've got to be careful on is the elevation. That's something to look at, honestly. That is something to look at, also. Yeah. And honestly, it's been a trying to follow it also. There's something maybe we could do something in conjunction with the Community Center and create a small cash flow in the process. But more eyes you have out there to better off, we're going to be because I do know that since the pickleball courts went in place the vandalism has slowed down it is really has. The only the only the only rebuttal I'm getting is is our businesses you know that that has rebuilt storm after storm we're kind of sliding out of slionning and people when they come in they they're not going all the way into slionning and patronizing their businesses so it's a double ed short either way you look at it I've been on 220 more rockets. It's got big stores there man. They're pretty soft and it's made work for it. I actually did point them to one of the marina sound there, but there again they're tighter, tighter flooding out. That marina had eight foot of water in it. The other marina had eight foot of water in it, so there in a catch, 22 there also. They got to mitigate some of their issues too, but I did try that with the in-house, both of us, that one of the marinas. Maybe something horrible that way when a storm's coming, they can come out. I'll talk to you at the meet. I'll call you in three. Please, look at the room. Okay. Miss Brenda? I'm. I have a question. Is that about moving everything out so people aren't getting all the way in for 20? But it's about, I'll not probably come up with a kind of maybe a no-board that's... Yeah, yeah. I'll go get all the other options. Yes. And there's one more question. I'm going to ask you. I'm going to ask you a question. about moving everything out so people are getting all the way into 20. But it's not probably come up with some kind of maybe a no-board that's... Yeah, yeah. Yeah, and there's one there also that we could that we could utilize that also Yeah, I was trying to call so anyway that's think that's about all I had for down there. Yep, that's pretty good. Okay. I want to find John. I'm going to get him that to do what you did. And if I keep doing what I have to do, thank you very much. That's how I do the most of the job. I want to thank everybody who's doing an excellent job. but I thank you all can work with me and go into the podium and make easier for everybody to be them to write down what spin said, who said what. And it may be an eye over the yaw, but it was to me this month, just one month in the county get how much hard it spent this one month any but a million eight hundred thousand seven six thousand dollars I know that I mean I'm still but most people don't realize how much if we go through or is this on regular bill? Regular bill. In public comments, concerns'm so tired please come to the police station I'm sorry you got three minutes my name is Dan Patrick and I have some same tree to consider get back to me on I'm going to put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I'll put that on. I back to me on. I think I'll have to make that for you. I'm making this thing. Yeah, I'm actually trying to discuss these things, and then just have somebody let me know. I only brought, I need to use one of them. They're all over the place. Again, when I want to have Patrick, my name's Nadras is on on there. So the first one has to do with the property tax bill. When we get property tax bill, mine was like 400, but when the bill actually comes in later, then it includes the firemen's, you know, in place. So I'm thinking that's only like 400. When in reality, after you add those, it's 700. So when the first comes out, if you could add those, that way when we look at it, we know it's going to have to save to pay. The second thing is on our dirt road, once you get on the dirt road, it's the second turn. Often floods, often, but last time we had a really humongous a lot of rain it flooded we my wife couldn't even drive her car Into work I had to drive her in the truck. I had which is a little higher than the one I have now Because we didn't want the car to stall out if they could make it so could drain that would help. Where is that at? I mean, if it had just heard. What rate are you referring to? 364th Avenue. I'm looking at it. At the very end, it turns into a dirt road, it turns left, and it turns right. Where it turns right, just hold the cast there, as well as floods. Is there a covert down there, sir, that's dropped up or anything? Is it a Lamrock road to the before-charge of the dirt road? I think it's one rock. Or once that Lamrock stops, that's dropped up or anything? Is it a line-wrought road to the full fort times the dirt road? I think it's one rock. Well, once that line-wrought starts, that's where the county starts. From that point on, it's private envy. OK. So it's really up to people there for it. Well, normally the county maintains that if it's line-wrought, they maintain the line-wrought road to the end of stops. When that stops, then it becomes a private road from their own to where it's on to. So you do grade it every, so many months. So I don't know if that's county grading it or what? Yeah, but you can't. It is pretty good by here. It's being counted. We don't have any private graders in there. We've got a can of dirt. Where's the way? Clubman's over there. I have a lot of stuff in the house. Thank you. I'm in the palm drive. I'm in the palm drive. I'm going to get a dirt. I'm going to get a dirt. I'm going to get a dirt. I'll leave it. Okay, thank you. All right, I look at it. The next thing that I don't know, I do most of the veterans again, and the additional home stress tension, I don't know if it's about that or what, and then just get back to the point. The fourth thing is because of the amount of craft from 3.49, it's on the right in the old town, maybe about as far as six miles door As one you can know if you at least there was study if that's within your budget To see if we need turnways because there is a lot of 3.49 is actually a state highway. It's not a county road, but we can ask State that's what did but it's not It's not honored to state the county control. That is a county road but we can ask state that's what it is not it's not ordered to state the county control that is a state road we'll ask him back and tell you I mean I will but I've tried he's tried to get this culture lights on it and they say there's not enough traffic on it that's what we're crazy we think I can I can I can put that road all that is filler and The stuttards at 49 the whole road, no, right there? Or will the whole road in purpose? The county had to pay for the lights to go up in that interstate. It was called the state was going up. I don't know where the boss are, that's why I say it's public study. When did they do the last traffic study? Uh, whenever friend's daddy got in that wreck. They've done one for me down there at the intersection So when was that? This is couples and conflisers But yeah, that was last one I had done down there and they told me they wouldn't have trafficked for a cost and I And last I heard that there's a potential that the state of Florida is considering eliminating off-detectors. I don't know if you want to do a discussion on yourself, on the options we could have. I'll slide that in. I don't know. We operate off-property factors. We don't get profit factors. I don't know what we're going to do. And as far as that goes, as the next year coming, we've lost a large sum of our tax base when we lost all the homes on the coastal area. So we're going to be looking at a pretty good, you know, 35 to 45 that downfall time. That's how we operate with that. Oh, we're what you mean. Just two things. We don't talk, I always thought the state on the Butler Island, but it was a group some of their couple months ago and did a clean up, smaller, brief clean up. So there was too much debris to, too big a debris for them to get back over it on kayaks. So they were going to go back and they were from down south Florida. They had something to do with the canoe trail. And they were going to organize another cleanup with some boats and stuff. So I just thought I'd share that. I have them guys' contact information. I don't have it with the white hazard. And then the other thing was I'd received an email about the LMS meetings becoming a public meeting and I didn't know where I could see the county meetings date to go to the office once it was participate and send men on them dates. Scott, can you hear me? I heard no good email to mail them. the Scott can you tell me? I heard you email them. I'm telling them that the email of the... Oh, the town is part of that. Yeah, but can you email them? April, and we've set the date. Yeah. One of the things we can do. Okay. So you'll get the email from... From the SD card. From the SD card. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I mean, from'll get any met with it from the state. Yeah, that's what I mean. I mean, completely different. I'll probably get a lot of information about the state. I know that it's a lot of work. I'm not sure who else could be here on it. You should have noticed the case of that always. One more thing that they would be successful. They also, they were, you know, I just want to hold this in and do that. I'll repeat it. I'll have a distant action showhouse. From... They were coming. Public meeting like this is a public meeting. You know what I'm saying? Public meeting. That's right. The floor of the facility. Good boy. Thank you. There's going to be, we're not going to, we're not going to, we're going to go with to a recess. Once we get done here, we're not gonna, we're gonna go with to a recess. Once we get done here, we're going to a recess and we're gonna re-convame. And one more for each other. On a clock. And then we'll be on the shelf of that stuff. Anybody else? I guess Tom was in the same room as you? No, I'm not just a thief there. We're recommanding it one. More trouble. Take him, GT. I don't know if that helps. I'm a. Oh man. I just got here. Get with me man. Let me know. That's it. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out man. I'll be back. That's great. And the young man has a good work job.
