you Okay. Okay. Take care, I think we're in for gotcha. We're ready to get started. Okay. All right. Okay. Okay. Take care. We got you. We ready to get started. Okay. All right. Okay, take care, thank you for your time. We're ready to get started. Okay. Alright. Okay. Okay. Take care. We got you. We're ready to get started. Okay. All right. Call the order. The police. City of Edgelwater Police Officers, Pension Board Meeting for March 10, 2025. Roku. Okay. My wallet. Here. Your money. Here. Tiger. Here. Five here. Joe Mone, here. Charles Giger, here. Brian Jens, here. You're a quorum. All right. We proceed to section two, public comments. Seeing no present from the public. We move to section three, approval of minutes. Look for a motion. I make the motion to approve the amendments of the minutes from the December 9th, 2024. Second of motion. And roll call. Minus Loller. Yes. General Holy. Yes. Charles Giger. Yes. I'm going to find this. Yes. Motion pass. All right. Moving to new business, election of officers. Okay, so your plan does it yearly. And so we're up with Joe as the chair. And Charles as secretary. We're going to vote to continue that. We'll do the same set. So we're going to make a nomination for chair. So, we're going to see the those you guys want to change. Well, I make a motion to reelect the officers. I'll second. Roku. I was Luller. Yes. I was Luller, yes. Jermononi? Yes. Jermononi? Yes. Jermononi? Yes. Yes. All right. Next up is John with Mary. All right. So we have the, uh, the marriage book, uh, uh, we're two people more in the area. This book is, uh, 1231. And that was made from here. It's said that we're two people. John with Mary. Alright, so we have the Mary book. We're shooting before Mary. This book is on 1231 and that I was making a mistake. I was wondering if you have an up to up page three. I was just going to put then I'm right there, on, you're 0% So you all are actually flat and you get to be flat. And this is what you're well. And I'll show you what everyone, regardless, The next time I'm on page four operating corner. So with this point, the signal of e-sauce was all that much better than the rest of the one in this cloud. So again, I'll face the under video and all those all watching our technology. We're driving everything and you know, we're next time seeing these eye-hawks and all those you can say and I'll let you go down. and you know, your next time, you'll be exact opposite. You know, you can say anything, and you can just let the loop it down, and all the doors might be locked. I'm not sure if it was all abortion or technology. It's driving everything and you know, you're next time to do the exact opposite. You know, you can say, I don't quite believe it now, I'm sure I'm either standing on it today or not. So, you know, so, there's a heavy leaving the market the last two years. Quite frankly, you took a video out of this, the S&D 500, the International Market, I'm very glad to hear that I am in need of you. I'm very grateful to all of you for that. Thank you. to the National Market, which is on the matter of the last two years. And indeed, the US is pretty good. So we look forward to several pages to the pie chart. So we are operating the order. I see number seven. We're working on these. And we are exactly right there. So not taking the account. So I'm still good on the line I'm still like good on the line with page 13. See our ones. So we just, we,. And then I get into the returns here on page 18 and 19. So page 18, very top line there you can see for the quarter. 18, very top line there you can see for the quarter, it's a negative 0.04. And we were marginally positive, we made it up in the last, it was a little bit I'm not sure if it's a bad sign or a bit of a swear or a bad 18. We're probably down about a half percent of what we believe that we can take in to kind of the international polls. I was a real citizen in the bond. This is why we're doing this. As you get on the pace here, good 18, good 4th column. On the line with 18, you'll see them in the month. So I would discuss this one right now. As you can see on the case here, we've got a team with order column. A lot of 18 of these are four US ones. We have the band yards and the end of the end of the end of the end. But here you'll notice the first one is the other guy you want, that we have, so that is not the red bar, so that's the ones on negative. and then you'll see the index 500, MMS, and the small gap of the barrier. And as of this morning of the exact opposite, the first one was up about 4% and the rest of these were negative, or the other guy and that were, page 19, we're sort of the international international ones. can see they're good down, three big negative seven percent. They have since, like, gained that back, good with them. So with Trans-America as a little sworn, we actually have a good team percent. So the international, the sworn war is at the very beginning, hearing how much better. We call these others, and terrorists, I'll try to do some of these down there. In the middle of there, we have our bonds with integrity. Down negative 3% of the reporter, they're being an all 2% of that actor who is born. So negative, it was a year. But again, some traction now, the safety, the the safety of the US. So I saw someone down there. And then the last thing there, the real stage, largely positive, 1%. And you know, we've seen the light, and it's all there, real stage. So I think overall, like I said, I was coming in here today, your plants, most plants, I calculated it was 24.5% so we were going to do it on a relative basis and then you might think I happened to be set off there with the most money being out on a total of 2%. So yeah, I think right now we're just going to get through this. I what is happening in the administration to the long term is going to be good. And you don't want to get all the same, not everybody's just waiting because you're going to be a lot of options now and the whole way. And we're in and right now. So I don't know what it's going to stop. I don't see it getting too much further than negative now in 10% because we're so much cash on the side. right back in with his number, but we Thank you. Thank you. All right. Next. Any questions? All right, next is a page where you're up for the legal update. Yes, I get after everyone. So, just kind of updating on the restatement. I know that that is going to go before council. I think we kind of worked with this to be on a couple of last minute changes or getting them comfortable with everything. So I believe that's going to be moving forward. I also wanted to just provide a brief update with respect to the Florida Legislative session. It just began last week. Nothing, as of now, there's been nothing filed that would affect our plans specifically. There has been a bill filed that would seek to amend the Florida retirement system by reinstituting a 3% call of for certain members hired on or after July 1 of 11. But not seeing locally so far, but obviously one session concludes we'll have a final report for the board with respect to anything that may have that may have taken place or may have passed that would affect our plans going forward. And then I did wanna update you as a federal boarder was a fairly significant piece of legislation that passed or was enacted on January 5th of this year, although it technically doesn't affect really our plan or our members, but just informational for you guys to be aware of the Social Security Fair and its act was signed into law on January 5th, essentially repealing two provisions that had been in the statute for quite some time, late 70s and early 80s. The Social Security Reduction Act and the Windfall Elimination Provision, So these would do pieces of law that would effectively lower or reduce social security benefits for certain individuals and their spouses who were receiving a pension from a public employment system that did not contribute into social security. So again, does not affect our plan. Yes, from social security has been to affect about 3 million folks nationally, about 185 or 183,000 here in the state of Florida. So obviously, relative, we speaking not a huge number, but certainly it will be an impact and it will have, I think, a meaningful effect for a lot of those folks who had their social security benefits reduced for these many years. But other than that, really nothing to report on from our perspectives and open to any questions or anything you guys might have on our end. All right, I do. Do you have any questions? Go, sir. Thank you, Pedro. Yes, sir. Thank you, Pedro. Yes, sir, of course. All right, moving on to six, old business, seen none. We will go to seven, Cassena Genda. Mr. Chair, I make a motion to approve the consent agenda as published and advertised as motion. Seconded motion. Roll call and motion. Miles Loller. Yes. Joe Mahoney. Yes. Charles Wagner. Yes. London's. Yes. So, should I ask you? All right. Moving to eight staff reports discussion and action. Foster and fostering authority over first. OK. So I've just got the FPPA annual conference is coming up to summer June 22, 2005. It's going to be a little bit of a lander with the Champions Gate a little bit early, but we probably start opening it up and we'll probably let the registration up and then be able to make it. So I just want to get it out there on your radar in case you're interested. you have plans for the summer vacation. So I just want to get that out there. Don't need to know now, but whenever you do decide, please let me know. I'll get it to the analyst. And this is the one that you registered and then sends you all the registration information as far as I can tell. Then you guys go and book your hotel and keep your seats and stuff like that. just always try to pass. Yeah, let us know any time we do. Obviously this is a big one. So we do recommend that probably within first two weeks of April, if it's open, we kind of want to get you registered earlier than later so that you don't go to a public hotel so that you can get into the main hotel and... So, but that's up to you. We can do it all the way up until... I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm quick question, reference the share plan allocation. Like where a couple members ask, typically in March, the 185 contribution allocation list comes out. And then I just had one other thing that I forgot to put on the agenda. It's my apologies for trustee term update. Brian's term just expired on 113. And Brian's number are elected. So if you are interested in serving again, I will go ahead and I'll start the process for it out there in nomination. I will stand. Okay. That's great. So that nomination notice will be sent out. Nobody responds to the audacity and somebody does, and we'll run off. We're very interested in this'm interested in the best. I mean, that's it for me. I don't know if you want to trust me. All right. Moon in nine. Trustee Reformed's discussion. Action. Is anybody having anything? I have nothing to drink. Nothing. Yes. Nothing. I got nothing. I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. Any wheelchair? I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. Any wheelchair? I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. I have nothing to worry about. Any wheelchair? I have nothing to worry about. you
