First item on the agenda are the minutes to our previous meeting, which was held on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, at 330 for your approval. I move to approve the minutes is written. Second. Proof proof. Next item on the agenda are job specifications for the city and the Department of Public Works. We have manager or refuse collection, manager of sewers and manager of streets. Each have specific promotion qualifications and we are going to change the wording so that they are all the same since they're all on the same level. The wording of the job description. The wording of the promotion. The promotion. For whenever we want to post a promotion it's going to be specific. They're all going to say one year permanent status as an employee in the Department of Public Works Parks and Recreation and a supervisory or engineering title and CSCA grade 11 or higher. In the residency section, as previously emailed, the school district has requested for the employee benefits clerk to see if there's approval to post to New York State. In the Neuronshell Public Library, we approved new job specs for treasure. They're requesting if they can post to New York State. It is going to be a part-time position. That is my question. That will assist the library board specifically. I'll only some hours, but they do want to try to get someone in as soon as possible. So they've now requested if they could post in New York. Still they hadn't posted it. You know, we haven't posted it yet. So for New York State for part time person? For a treasure, yes. Just because they want to get a bigger pool of candidates. They're also requesting to have this position be either exempt or non-competitive, which we haven't gotten to yet, which would be an appointed position at some point, if approved by the state. But we didn't start that process yet. I think there's a lot of people in the Richelle and Winshester that might be able to do it. All of the counts. Yeah. I hate to see just jumping to state. That's just my opinion. I mean, I would be surprised if there wasn't people that wanted to do it. Especially if they love the library. Maybe it leads to the state. Yes. They want to skip. Senior Systems Engineer for Nertutral Public Library number 2677 systems engineer list number 2678 senior network specialist list number 2679 bookkeeper list number 2680 and senior account clerk list number 2681 all to be established for a period of one year until 521, 2026 with the Arab pool. And so I'd like to establish the list now because we need to start filling positions with the exception that if these candidates who are going to Yonkers pass the agility, I will add them to the list. On June 28th we have fire lieutenant fire captain, which are promotions for the fire department and electrician for the board of education. Is that an E1? The fire lieutenant? No, the electrician.
