We are now recording. Okay. Can you hear me okay? Yes. Okay. All right. So just for the record, we're here for a continued hearing in VA 24-014C petitioners Calvin Van Bick. Did I pronounce that correctly? Yes. Okay. Okay. So when we were last together, we realized that the technical staff report had not been submitted to either you, the petitioner, or to the council board's office. So we continue the hearing so that we could track down the technical staff report, turned out it had been paired, it just had not been submitted to UN2 Council Board's office. So, you know, for whoever, you know, I apologize to you for that, it really should have been provided. However, so I did have an opportunity to review the clinical staff report and I've also reviewed the documents that you've submitted kind of over the course of your petitioning process. I do have a couple of questions about the documents because I want to make sure the record reflects the correct documents. So, there and the question I have really is relating to floor plans. So it looks like at some point you you submitted floor plans. And we have two documents. One is called revised floor plans and the other is called revised proposed floor plans. What I like to do and they appear to be different, You know, they're not like the same document. So what I like to do is share my screen and have you look at what I'm referring to and let me know which of the four plans is either the correct one or if both of them for some reason need to be part of the record. Okay so can you see that? Okay so this is this floor plan, you'll see it's A 102. Right. And it's the main sanctuary. Right. And it appears to be, let's see, or to read, but it appears to be, well there's no date on it, but let me show you the other one that we have and then... Yes, this should be trying to show what is existing. Oh, this is the existing. Right. Yes, this should be trying to show what is existing. Oh, this is the existing. Right, on the A102 on the top, the title of that would be it's called existing. So I'm trying to show what is existing as of right now. Okay, so I don't see anything that says existing, but I'm going to. Oh, under the address, 1134 long corner road. Oh, I'm sorry. It says existing. Silling me. OK. All right. OK, so that's existing. And then, OK, and then let's say you're absolutely right. Okay, so both of those were submitted at the same time. One is existing and then this one is the proposed. Yes. Okay. So another word, okay. So I see where the exists. So basically the set, it's going to, the whole building is going to be widened. Right. I can see that. Okay. All right. So, um, this work, let's go ahead and make sure both of the, I don't really think it matters at this point, which documents are online, but let's put both of those online. Actually, do the after the hearing do these remain online? Yes, yeah. Okay. Let's say. All right. Now let me. Stop sharing. Okay. Thank you. Okay. So again, when we were last in the hearing, what I explained to you is that, you know, it's your opportunity to provide any additional information that is not in the documents that you may wish to provide and support at the petition. You can do that as I said many times a petition or especially in a situation where there's no opposition will essentially adopt as their testimony or just confirm the information that is set forth in all the documents that have been submitted. And then if I have any questions, I can ask you questions. I don't know if you have anything prepared or if you would just like to, you know, say a few words in support, whatever you would like to do, it's your opportunity to do that. But first, let me just swear you in. So if you'll state and spell your name for the record. Kallen Wannbeck, C-A-L-V-I-N, V-A-N-B-I-K. And do you solemnly promise to speak truthfully in the testimony about the gap? Yes. OK. All right. So whatever you'd like to, whatever information like to provide, you may do so. I think you're muted. Oh, I'm sorry. Is it okay by step out like five minutes? I mean not five minutes. Just a minute. I'll be back. Sure. Just real. Okay. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm going to do it. I'm sorry. in. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm sorry. Sorry about that. Okay. Okay. So, yes. So now you're opportunity if you'd like to present any additional information, any explanation, any testimony in support of the petition. In addition to the petition, I don't really have outside. Okay. You know, nothing really to add. Okay, so I have, as I said, I have reviewed all the documents in pretty closely. I do have a question for you. So when the Department of Planning and Zoning received the petition at some point, they sent the petition to different agencies for commenting on the petition. This was done with your petition, and all of the agencies except for the Department of Health came back and said either they had no comments or, that essentially they were fine with the petition. The Department of Health, however, said that, said, need to provide documentation that describes all intended uses. Also there's going to be an added septic flow that should be shown. Says need floor plans of the proposed structure. Do you recall that? Yes I do and I believe his name is Jack or that I sorry, I think he also sent an update to me and Miss Kale, a new comment that they have. Oh, okay. Yes, today. Are they dead? Yes. Okay. I sent that to you. Oh. I apologize. And it was basically elaborating. That's all right. Okay. Testing. Okay. So, so, well, this is really kind of, okay, this is helpful. This is kind of along the lines of what I was going to say. And that is that, you know, health, as you're probably aware, health department requirements are really kind of separate from the conditional use criteria. I mean, they might be, they might be relevant if for instance there was a potential effect on neighbors or something along those lines with regard to the septic situation, but it looks like here what the health department is saying is that depending on, I guess the the number of people, I guess, that a number of new bathrooms or a number of size of the facility and expanded septic field or septic tank may be necessary. And then they're going to have to do perk testing in order to determine whether it can be expanded, et cetera. So basically what they're saying is that, even, essentially, if you get the conditional use approval, you still have to go through all the health department requirements. Okay, and you understand that. Yes. Okay, all right. So that was one thing that I wanted to be brought out. So I mean, with that, as I said, I've reviewed all the documents. I've reviewed the technical staff report. I've reviewed the comments and thank you again. I'm held for sending me the comments that I didn't didn't see from yesterday, but I think I have all my all I need and I will let you know that I am inclined to grant the conditional use modification. However, the approval won't be actually valid for you to be able to take to DPC to do anything with until I submit a written decision in order. Okay. And when I do that, the time period for submitting that decision in order is 30 days. I will likely get it done before then, but as soon as Ms. Burr gets it, she'll send it to you. Okay. And then at that point, you'll have the final approval for the conditional use. And then you have to go through the site development plan, health department, and all the other things. Right. Right. And do you have, I'm assuming you have an engineer working on this, right? Right. Yes. Actually, we, we were kind of like looking, uh, talking to an engineering firm already. Um, in a sense, trying to scope the scale and things like that. Um, so just to kind of like plan out, um, and yes, to answer your question, we have an engineering that engineered that will be involved. And so I'm just curious, who prepared the plans here that we have? Oh, I did. Oh, you did? Right. Yes. I'm in a licensing architect. Oh, okay. All right. I was like, what? Okay. So, yes. So I am an engineering firm that is familiar specifically familiar with Howard County. Yes. It's very important. Yeah. Actually, the person that we talked to, I don't know, I think he's been a while now. I think his name is also John along those lines and he has worked in the Howard County area and he's also worked with several churches already that are trying to do what we're trying to do He had experience and Yeah, so I think He would be really easy to work along with because of the things that he knows already Experience more important than the fact that they've had church experiences that Howard County because every jurisdiction is different and has her own you know ways of doing things. So okay. So with that I think we've gotten all the documents straightened out. We will end the hearing and just want to say have a good rest of the day. Can I ask a quick question? Sure. You said the approval time from today is 30 days you say? That's the length of time that the hearing examiners have to issue a written decision in order after the close of the hearing correct. Okay. Okay. And are you dealing with any deadlines? Oh no. We just kind of like eagred. You know, like all the church members are you know really eagred and all that stuff so I just want to get a clear picture of what's ahead so that I could let them know about today's meetings and then that you know you're inclined towards approving this. Right, well that yeah, that's a big because it wouldn't go anywhere if it was not approved. Yes. So, yeah, so that, yeah, that's the next step. And I can't really comment on the timing of site development and health department and all that. Yeah, yeah. Yes. That's. Okay. All right. Well, have a good rest of the day and thanks. Thank you so much. Bye.
