I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I'm very pleased, right? I I'm going to be the Texas. I'm going to say 100 dollars. One in the festival. From time. Yes, it's cool. We'll think about this in July or August. Maybe. But I think we'll all be here this evening. Because I know that it was not fun sticking in those up to George. Let us pray. In the court of your board, O Lord, my God, I pray for those in authority in our city. As you have ordained these powers so that we might live a quiet, peaceful and godly life in this present age, prosper them in their blessed vocation as elected and appointed leaders here in Latter. Give them success in preserving the life you have graciously given to us. May they find joy in performing the service that you have given them to do. May they be ever mindful of your presence with them even as they struggle with difficult and controversial matters. Comfort their loved ones who share with them and us and who weep when they weep. Then when they are weak, give them strength. When they are fearful, give them courage. When they are in doubt, give them wisdom from above. When they air, grant them repentance and peace. I pray for the agenda set before them today. Please give an assurance of all who preside you and would benefit those who live and work in Ramabla, beloved city of Lago. Name or honor be praying. May we see it? Thank you. I'll call the Board of Adjustments to order. I have nobody signed up for public comments, so we'll pass item number C and move on to consent. Agenda items, the. I have a motion to approve. I heard carries second on the second. Any discussion? All in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. We're now going to open the public hearing on the Board of Adjustments to receive written in oral comments for the requesting a variance for an allowance of 8 foot setback on the carport to be built 17 feet from the property line in the front yard setbacks. The physical address is 103 West Holly Street. They're not here, but what I'm going to do is have any cardboard basically need the same position as the home, which is the best. All right, staff approved. All right, any questions from Council? All right, move on to item number two. City of Lano holding the meeting and hearing rather to see you've written in or oral comments regarding a variance so I will set back in half-feet. The physical address is 1908 more street. Are they here? You can comment if you wish to. You don't have to. I'm going to comment. The documentation that we received and I'm not actually my potential new neighbor was not always accurate and I would like to see what it looks like on the cat and where they're going to be putting the horses that I want to understand the setback. Can you explain that? How do you want to explain the setback? Yeah, so the setbacks are in the ordinance from the zone, okay? And so in this area is eight feet and it needs their asking for a list. So closer to the property, I'm basically. So it's gonna go, so the data component had a coefficient of that. So the local home is not going to go into the alley it's just going to be moved back a little bit more close next to the neighbor closer to the property in closer to the rear property. The property like okay thank you. There's a little bit of a chance of passing. Now we said the original block lines and very arrogant.? Public hearing is now closed, moving on to regular agenda items, number F discussion and possible action regarding an eight-foot set back for carport to be built 17 feet from the property line of physical address of 103 West Olly Street. Do I hear a motion? I, I'm going to accept. I have a motion. Do I hear a second? Second. Any further discussion? All of them in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries. Item number two, discussion, possible. I'd like to do a proof of various, still allow a reset back of eight and a half feet. At the physical address of 1908, more street. to a motion. I have a motion. A second. And a second, do I have any other discussion? All of us in favor? My five. Any opposed? Motion passes. We're now adjourned into our Bigger City Council meeting at this time. And moving along there, we have no comments on the agenda that I have received concerning anything that's not on the agenda. So at this point, we'll move on to a presentation of an employee and I take a John you have it in your hand you wish to do it. Yes. I kind of feel weird that you may have heard from her. So my big thing is I've been here for a little over a month and I have got some though my annual control and totally can kill the enforcement board than I never went by. I'm here to command the outstanding part of our animal control offer to demonstrate extraordinary commitment to our profession. So it's kind of a sad deal, but it's one I think I'd have eaten. So unfortunately on December 24th, we had a young female that decided to take her life. This individual is actually good friends with our annual control capture brand. So when I got the call, I responded. We have to request a panel to the MS. She has already started CPR on her friend. If you've ever provided CPR, it's a lot different than you do to a friend or a woman. So she stepped in that action. They performed CPR for approximately about 27 minutes before it was called. Without hesitation, Catherine actually what else she could do. And after I made sure that she was okay to do her friend, she was concerned about the dogs. So this person actually has come to the city up tremendously before by pumping more dogs and everything else. So in total there were 11 dogs that were inside. So this is on Christmas Eve. Catherine did not have to come out. She came out on her own and there is no way how could have done it all along. So Catherine stepped up to the plate. We have dogs that the owners were watching from the East East, London, Mexico, all over the place. And these individuals were concerned about their dogs just like some are with their own kids. So Catherine, split her for O-Town Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, they can sure every pet was taken care of. They can sure every owner had photos of them. They can sure that they knew that they were taken care of. So finally, we were able to get rid of the last dog I believe on the 731st. So for that time, she came up there on her days off on Christmas Eve Christmas Day like it it's that she didn't have to. She was on schedule for vacation. So Catherine went above and beyond a standard job requirement. So so much compassion care is a port for these animals. Her true, genuine passion for the welfare of him. So no, tell her about the number but man, I'm telling her I'm out. If somebody had to watch my dogs, I'm calling her. I'm telling you, she went a bug and beyond. But so it was December 31st, all longs were a possession of her owners. So Catherine, you're done with unwavering commitment to protect and serve both animals and people who reflect the truth as it's a professional animal control. Your work only saved the lives of animals, but also you've had a really stronger, more compassionate community. So with that, I'd like to introduce the tour. Excellent. Thank you. What are y'all are scheduled to go to an executive session, but because we are going you I'm going to be meeting with our phone with our attorney on phone at a predetermined time. We will skip past that and move on to the consent agenda item number F at this point. I have a motion to approve any seconds. Okay. I can tell which one came for you. This one. at this point. I have a motion to approve any seconds. I couldn't tell which one came for. Any further discussion? All those in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries. Moving on to item G. Discussion and possible action to approve engineering services agreement with freezing nickels for sewer system condition assessment support and authorize the mayor who executes these documents Josh. So this is part of the sewer system inspection project really in the camera, all the mammals, the mammal inspections. So a couple months ago we all allowed us to contract with freezing nipples to redo our water wastewater mapping. And as we started this project, found out that Stegers is actually really not a plan except for the ELISA data for the CIP, or freezing nipples that can offer to ELISAAT to update our mapping as well as provide the CFD information to Stinger and Zell. So once our new online mapping goes live, we'll build a full of the sections to rely on and see the bad spots. Which will be incredibly helpful. Yes. All right. So, the council of questions? Your motion. I'm name to approve. I'll second. I have a motion and a second and further discussion. All those in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries. Item number two. Discussion and possible action regarding the approval and awarding of the discretionary local hotel occupancy tax revenues for the 2425 funding cycle as recommended by the hotel motel funding committee. And that was out last Monday. Tuesday. Yeah, that's correct. Yeah, I think it was turned out. Everybody got money and some got more than they were asking for. So that was good. Some got less. But overall, I thought it was turned to everybody got money and some got more than And some got more than they were asking for so that was good some got less but overall I thought it was good so I was pleased with what we could do this year Do I have a motion? I made two proof I'll second have a motion and a second to approve any further discussion All those in favor? Any opposed? Motion carry moving on on to item number three. Discussion and possible action to approve task force order number 26 amended one with a secret abuser for water tower painting project. Josh. So the original task board was figured abuser was only for the engineering. We've now included the bypass bumping in their task order for towers. You guys got an updated copy I had heard earlier. We had meetings today with the contractors and it kind of extended the originally they were paying both towers at the same time and we were against that. So extended the time that they'll be bypass bumping so they're into landing first and then in LEC and anticipating completion of both tower pennant as June 10th. All right thank you very much. It takes two months to paint a water tower. It takes 16 days to paint a bagel one and 45 minutes a little. It's more than just paint. Well I know there's a lot more to go through to. Inside outside. Yeah if you've never seen the inside of a water tower, you should go look inside one He will be really grossed out All right, do we hear a motion on this number three Have a motion and a second any other discussion All those in favor Any opposed motion carries and with that we will adjourn into executive session because we have provided to discuss today, this is according to 551.074, 551.071, and 551.072. So at this point, we are adjourned to the executive session. So at 6.50, we are returning to regular agenda now after our executive session. One of the items discussed in that executive session was the acquisition of piece of property that we had asked the realtor to look into for us. And I think less has the best description of that let's be don't mind. Yeah it's during the felt through during the value ratio phase and the lower one was in the product. So the end, we're adjourned.
