Good evening and welcome to the May 21st City Commission meeting. The opportunity to provide public comments will be provided during those portions of the agenda. General public comments and public hearing comments are limited to four minutes per person per item. You'll be asked to state your name and address for the record. City clerk roll call please. Commissioner Gordon is absent. Commissioner Newborn here. Commissioner Badhu. Here. Vice Arnst here. Mayor Longergan is absent and Everyone can you silence your cell phones please. I don't take lightly to cell phones going off in the meeting. Thank you Okay First item on the agenda is the invocation and I'd like to call a commander Bobby Roberts. Oh. Excuse me moment silence. Yes. Okay. And tonight I'd like to acknowledge the sudden death of retired BSO officer Craig Bakken, a royal pop resident who was tragically injured while making repairs. Who is RV preparing for travel around the country this summer. He had 29 years with Breyer-Cherace Offense and retired last summer. Safety is the key issue when you're working on cars. Always use jack stands. Don't ever rely on a jack because they lose pressure and this is, I don't know what happened, that happened or not, but it's very important because it's a very serious thing. So I'd like to stand up and have a moment of science for retired officer Craig Bachin. And now can I have Commander Bobby Roberts from the American Legion post to lead the pledge? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God in the Brazil with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. Tonight, the first item on agenda is a proclamation. Can I have a motion for more of a day? Motion to approve. Second. Second. Roll call, please. Mr. Nubel. Yes. Mr. Bad mayor aren't yes, yes I'm clerk and he please publish a proclamation Whereas memorial day is a solemn occasion for reflection Remembrance and gratitude as we honor the courageous men and women who make the ultimate sacrifice and defense of our nation and its cherished ideals. And whereas today humbled by the sacrifices they make, we remind all Americans of the tremendous price of our precious liberty protected by brave service members who continuously answer the call, giving up the comfort of civilian life and going wherever needed so Americans can know the fullest measure of freedom and security. And whereas a Memorial Day service will be held Monday, May 26 at 11 a.m. at the Thomas P. Johnson American Legion post 2-2 at 4250 Northeast Fifth Avenue in Oakland Park. And whereas we remain duty bound to honor our fallen heroes, treasure loved ones, friends, neighbors and fellow citizens who deserve nothing less than to be remembered with thankfulness and unwavering pride. Now therefore the City Commission of the City of Oakland Park, Florida, by the virtue authority vested by the charter, does hereby authorize Mayor Tim Longigan to proclaim May 26, 2025 as Memorial Day in the City of Oakland Park, and we encourage all citizens to pay tribute to the brave men and women who make the ultimate sacrifice for our country and reaffirm our commitment to honoring their memory and preserving their legacy for future generations. Thank you. Thank you. And tonight, I'm going to have Commissioner Latisha Newbold meet you up at the lectern to present you the proclamation There are no strangers Welcome Welcome, Commander Roberts. This is the day that we take to reflect back on the brave men and women that so selflessly served our country. Whether they were afraid or whatever what was going on, they were so brave that they went out just to protect us. We're sleeping at night, we don't know what's going on. They're protecting our waters, our borders, everything. My father was in the service. He was a Korean veteran. And I spoke briefly to him about what was it like? What did you do? He used to tell, he told me that was very cold over there in Korea. he also told me he was afraid. He told me certain coping mechanisms he did to deal with what was going on. So we should not take lightly of our servicemen. We should always respect them. We should always honor them because they are the ones that go out so selfishly to protect us. And it is an honor to present you with this proclamation, Robert, Commander Roberts. And I'll give you the mic so you can see a few words. Thank you. Thank you. Hello? Okay, it's on. Thank you, everyone. Go Gators. I had to throw that in there. Thank you very much and I was in Korea. I know how cold that was, but I've traveled all over the world. So in my time, so that being said Man man Clark would you like to take a picture of those two please? Take a picture just those two You don't have to move the electricity move over to the side. Thank you, Madam Roberts. And thank you to everyone who puts their lives in line every day for our freedom. There's nothing you can say that will ever repay that you owe your owed. Now the next proclamation is emergency medical services week. May I have a motion please? Motion to adopt. Second. Roll call. Commissioner Neubold. Yes. Commissioner Butto. Yes. Yes. Can you please publish a proclamation? Whereas emergency services personnel serve as the frontline guardians of public safety, responding selfishly to emergencies with courage, skill and compassion. And whereas the emergency medical service system consists of first responders, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency medical dispatchers, firefighters, police officers, educators, administrators, pre-hospital nurses, emergency nurses, emergency physicians, trained members of the public and other out of hospital medical care providers. And whereas the 51st anniversary of EMS week theme is EMS week, we care for everyone. Confirming the members of emergency medical services teams are ready to provide life-saving care to those in need 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And whereas access to quality emergency care dramatically improves the survival and recover rate of those who experience sudden illness or injury. And whereas Oakland Park Fire Rescue is among those first responders who brave danger and uncertainty in their efforts deserve our most profound appreciation as they are vital to public service and relied on during our most vulnerable moments. Now therefore, the City Commission of the City of Oakland Park, Florida, by the Virtue Authority, vested by the Charter, does hereby authorize Mayor Tim Longerkin to proclaim the week of May 18th to the 24th, 2025 as Emergency Medical Services Week. Thank you. Thank you, Madam Clerk. Senator F Senator Commissioner Fitzbud, who up there. Come on, all you open-park fire rescue people. Come on, on up. Yeah, come on. Even the ones sitting out in the hallway. Come on in. Come on in. Come on in. I breathe hearts. Come on in. Everyone. in the hallway. Come on in. Come on in. Our brave hearts come on in. Everyone chief right by me. I'm going to give you this parking machine. I love this one. You know, I really do has a former county employee, especially this week. We got nine more days. Nine more days open park residents. Hurricane season coming down. That's right. That's right. I'm gloom and doom because I want to prepare you for what's going to happen. We're going to have 17 storms out there in the ocean. All right. And they've ready. It's hot already. So you know what it was coming. We have to be prepared and we got the best to handle those calls right behind me. Okay, we have over 300 years of experience. Okay? Some old people, all right? And it's important because that fire station, our firehouse is not there. We don't just have vehicles sitting there. They out in the cities. Sometimes other cities helping lives. For bed and death. Helping people all day long. These are the brave men and women of our fire department, EMS. So there I'm going to hold off. I'm going to give it a chief and do everybody. And and we're gonna take a nice picture because I love when I'm with my five department. Okay, here you go, chief. Thank you, Commissioner. Thank you, Commissioner, I appreciate that very much. I had some written things to say, but you know, you hit every one of those, so I'm gonna wrap this up real quick. This started back in 1974, and it has been an ongoing tradition for 51 years. And what this is is basically, this is the community of first responders and servants to you and your community. Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we're there for you. And I want you all to feel very comfortable with it. I can tell you that these folks that stand on either side of me are some of the best I've ever worked with in my 44 years of doing this. So we're really lucky in this city to have such a great group. So I want to say thank you for your recognition. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for the sacrifice that you do for this city. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Yeah. Applause. Thank you, Chief. A, a, a, we both hit it. And I'm dressing the part today. I got this right. I didn't notice. I was going to be covered. So I fit right in. Renate, can you take a picture of this? This is my proud picture right here. All right. Thank you so much, each and every one of you. Tighten it up now. Thank you. Thank you very much. us. We really appreciate you. The residents appreciate you. And just keep up the good work. We're just the fire pushing last week or two week, two weeks ago was just one of the greatest things that are eventive. So pushing three trucks, three brand new trucks. Okay, now the last proclamation is the Public Works Association week. Got a motion, please. Motion to adopt. Second. Roll call. Commissioner Neubel. Commissioner Badhu. Yes. mayor aren't yes. Can you please public's proclamation Whereas American Public Works week recognizes public works personnel and the integral services they provide in our everyday lives And whereas dedicated personnel advance the quality of life of providing an infrastructure of services in transportation, water, wastewater, and storm water treatment, public buildings and spaces, parks and grounds, emergency management and first response, solid waste and right away management. They are what make our communities dynamic places to live and work. And whereas this year's theme, people purpose presence is to recognize the important role of public works professionals in providing essential services and infrastructure and to raise awareness about their contributions to public life. And whereas the City of Oakland Parks dedicated public work staff of 90 employees maintain and improve, our residents and businesses quality of life through its operations and maintenance of the city's water sewer and stormwater systems parks and facilities streets and medians the city fleet from fire engines to golf carts and service in our city with garbage recycling and bulk trash pickup and disposal and whereas in early 2025 the city of Oakland Park opened a new 43,000 square foot public works complex on a 5.8 acre site formally used for wastewater treatment and public work operations. Now a modern hub for municipal services including a fleet service garage, warehouse and administrative offices. The facility recently received the APWA Florida Chapters Project of the Year Award in Buildings and Grounds. Now therefore the City Commission of the City of Oakland Park Florida by the Virtue the Authority, Vesonet by the Charter, does hereby authorize Mayor Tim Lonergan to proclaim May 18th through the 24th, 2025 as Public Works Association Week in the City of Oakland Park to acknowledge the contributions public works officials make every day to our health, safety and quality of life. Thank you Thank you, and I'll have fixed but who again he's the public works guy tonight too Come on up I want all you guys. I know there's more you out there. There's way more you out there. I see you all sitting the back hiding You know I'm gonna call you out come on on up. Martin O'Malley, director, Mr. Colby, come on up. Our public works guy, I gotta move this podium again cause I have to take this picture. Oh yeah, come on up. Yeah. All right. Come on up. For 23 years, I was part of the Salah Wish management side. That's where I started off my career. And as I was taking my son today to get, to drive his license, he's 15 years old, I reflect back of how Salahwaish was popping and the work I did to take care of my family. And it was very bright and honor was honored to be a sanitation worker, say, a solo waste employee. I was on the solo waste side, not the public work side. But we all, we had a fierce competition. We didn't want public works to be in solo waste advice and first, so they broke up the departments and eventually years later, they combined it. So that's what we have here in Oakland Park. We got the best team combined. And it's an honor to stand before you because I was one of you. Look at it. And I'm up here, but I'm still got each and every one of your backs. And I appreciate you, your family, you always will be. With that said before I get to emotional, yes, EMS, part of EMS, when trees go down, guess who we have to wait for the fire and police, BSO to clear the streets, make sure no power lines are down so we can get our crews out there to pick up those tree limbs, okay, and trash that happens after a hurricane. That's very important. So that's why you see your fire and the police director and public works director will be working together at that beautiful new building in the public works facility, all right? That's what you did. The whole city of Oakland Park, you're able to provide us a dedicated place so we could serve our residents. But that said, who's going to go for it? Marlior, Director, you come on up now. Here's your confirmation and here's to the great men and women of public works. Thank you, Commissioner, and thank you, City Commissioner, our current public works director. As the clerk said, this public works works week theme is people purpose and presence and We have a presence here tonight, which we usually don't do so I'm gonna have Molly first our environmental coordinate or Sustainable coordinate to reduce the staff appearances. We don't have this chance it very often Yay people purpose presence we love it that we don't get recognized very often, the men and women in public works, but like Commissioner Bud, who said we, you know, are the ones to get those down trees and as well as fix your, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, you know, it's like, There he is, Max also in fleet and Mr. D. Mel in fleet as well. Winston Thomas is in facilities. Damien is in parks. Mr. Angelo is the son of other Angelo, but he's in parks. George Spencer, parks. Perfect. Frederick. Yay. And Miss Kimberly Smith is our admin, our lovely management analysis. Lizveth is our horticulturist, yay, and then Miss Amy Fisher. Our public worst admin. Yay, thank you guys. Thank you. And thank you, City Commissioner. Thank you. You get to take a picture. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Thank you. I say we thank you all because you do jobs that people just don't you know see every day. They make sure your water comes out your pipe, your waste water goes down the drain, your garbage is picked up pipe your waste water goes It on the drain your garbage is picked up your recyclers were picked up your solid your boat pick up is picked up These are the men and women that do the do the work that you just don't see them all the time But they keep everything moving. Thank you very much Okay, now we're down to a distance to the leases and changes. Commissioner Newbold. I have none. Commissioner Butthou. I have none. City Manager. Thank you Mayor. We had a late request to remove item 11 from this evening's agenda. If you would please Mayor, we will bring that back to you at some date in the future. Thank you. Thank you. City Attorney. Okay. Do I have motion to amend the agenda? Motion to amend the agenda. Agenda. Second. Roll call please. Commissioner Nubal. Yes. Commissioner Badhill. Yes. Yes. Now do I have a motion to approve the amended agenda? Motion to approve the amended agenda. Second. Second. Roll call please. Commissioner Neubel. Yes. Commissioner Badhu. Yes. Vice Mayor Arns. Yes. Thank you very much. Now we're down to presentations, the Proud Rook and Park. And I'll see Liz Bethiori and Ralph Corralia. Come on up. Good evening. I'm Elizabeth Fiore, the city liaison for the beautification advisory board. City vice mayor, Steve Ernst, City commissioner, We have a visitor, David Herbert, our City Manager and members of the public. Today to be is Mr. Ralph Coraglia, the chairman of the advisory board that will be extending Bob Star Award to one of our residents. Good evening everybody. But before I begin, I just wanted to kind of stone my thunder. I didn't know there was a proclamation today, a specific one, but I'm going to say this anyway to all of you. On behalf of the beautification advisory board, I'd like to congratulate the city manager, the staff, and commissioners on receiving the American Public Work Association of Florida award for the project of the year for the new public works complex. I've been there many times. It's absolutely fantastic. So well done. That's what I wanted to say about that. Okay, so the Pop Star Award, it stands for Proud Open Park. And it's an initiative of the City of Open Park and the beautification advisory board created to encourage residential and commercial property owners in our community to take pride for their accomplishment in issuing improvements to their property. So tonight the pop star award will be going to is extended to Dr. David Lagras and Mr. Angelo Agosta for the recent noteworthy completion renovation and rebuilding of their residents at 3,400 North 15th Avenue open park on the corner of I think it's 34th Street. So let's see. Oh, there's where it's located. Corner of like I said, 15th and 34th. And the next photo is what used to be there. So it was a big lot and now that's what's there. Okay, you kind of did that quick, but that's okay. That's what it looks like now. The design of the house prioritizes functionality and is a rebuilt in a very clean line typical of the modern minimalistic architectural style, which is very pleasant and harmonious looking. Connection to nature, resulting in spaces that are both serene and invigorating. The house walls are light color which work amazingly well with the landscape garden. A beautiful modern slip frame metal and glass door highlights that entrance, as you can see. A very inviting, beautiful landscape was achieved, contributing and improving the premises and, of course, the neighborhood. The house landscape and plant palette were selected between a balance of tropical and minimalistic garden style, reflecting the unclettered elegance and simplicity of the minimalism, highlighting the warmth and the vibrancy of the tropical environment. This is a beautiful home. It's right around the corner. I recommend you go by there. It is absolutely an outstanding achievement. So without further ado. I'd like to have a Commissioner, a Latisha Newborg Award, the... Give me a warm hand. Thank you. And thank you to you all for what you did to your property. So appreciative, you just added beauty into Oakland Park. I just have a few words. It's not just about the award, but it's also about what you give back to the community, how you change the community, upgrade the community. It's not about just planting, but like he mentioned, how you strategically did the planting and the coloring and everything. So that's what is all about the Papa Ward. So I just want to thank you for manning this board and for everything that you do. live in. You want to say something? A little to be a pop star, but... You pop star or rock star? Thanks for the honor. It's a great city to live in. We love its diversity. And we call it home. And we love our little restaurant road developing downtown area. Thank you so much. Thank you. Watch you. Watch you up there for a picture with them. Mr. Good. Good for the in open part. We really appreciate that. Okay. Now can I have the Library Director Heidi Bernett come up to award the student of the quarter? Yes. Thank you. Good evening. Vice Mayor commissioners and city staff. Tonight we are here to celebrate the fourth quarter student of the quarter. The awards are the initiative of the City School Advisory Board, and each Oakland Park School is asked to choose a student who demonstrates academic success, good behavior, attitude, effort and attendance. So the students before you tonight did a whole lot of things right. The elementary schools are asked to select a fifth grader. Middle schools are asked to select an eighth grader, and high schools can send any student in. The end of the year school year is a very busy time for schools and families and we have three Oakland Park schools participate this time. Now normally I send in the littler students first but tonight for the end of the year I am so proud to say we have a high schooler with us. So I would like to bring up Marcus Euston from Sunfire High School. Marcus? Next we have Gabriella Munoz from St. Mark's Episcopal School. We also have Lily Hammond, a fifth grader from St. Mark's Episcopal School. Congratulations. And we also have the principal from St. Mark's Episcopal School with us tonight, Dr. Kitty Rotella. All right. All right. And St. Mark's goes from pre-K to eighth grade, so I'm so glad they sent me two students this time. We also have Scarlett Spradlin from North Andrews Gardens Elementary School. Scarlett is very good friends with my granddaughter and has been in my house plenty in case you didn't see that. So So congratulations all of you and pictures, moms and dads. Alright. Who's a little bit closer to that? There you go. Is that everybody from the award? There you go. Open it up. Yeah, perfect. Let's get right in there and then let's go. Alright, Steve's wild. That's what I was going to do. Beautiful. So, will everybody guys run here? Yeah, perfect. Let's get right in there next to you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Congratulations to all the parents, children, and the industry. I attended St. Mark's first to fourth grade back in the six late 60s. So I know all about St. Mark's. So it's great school. So thank you very much. Now we're on to public comments. At this time, any member of this, excuse me, at this time any person will be allowed to speak one time on any matter that pertains to city businesses for a length of time not to receive four minutes per person. Please give us your name and your address. And get your hands up so I can see you. Good evening, Wallace Peterson, 1941, Northwest 36th Street. I would like to start off by thanking Andrew Thompson for once again having a fabulous informative budget presentation. He does a great job. I learn a lot every time. This is a recap of the items I talked about at that budget meeting specific to my area. One, we need the security cameras and veterans park to be functional and monitored. They were installed after we lost the park rangers and given the questionable activities in the park and questionable is a nice way of putting it. They're much needed. I'd also like to see a regular presence of park rangers again something we used to have that we no longer do. BSO has been out there a lot lately and it's great and we appreciate it but they can't be there all the time. Two we need replacement of the two trees between the bus stop and the Lady Lake Trail in the West soil of 21st they were removed almost nine years ago and they still have not been replaced. We did finally get the tree south of the bus stop replaced last year thanks to public works but we're still waiting on these two for almost a decade. Replacing these trees will also help with the illegal parking that often takes place in this part of this whale. At the April commission meeting staff had said any leftovers from the giveaway would be planted in the city and perhaps we could use to here. We neighbors will provide them, We'll do the digging, we'll do the planting, but we need to get those trees back. Next, Northwest 36th Street needs the repaving. We were promised in 2020. It was included in the final Sirtex Paving Project presentation in July of 2023. This is a screenshot of that and there's 36th Street, but it got cut at the 11th hour. Last year, maybe the end of 23, we had a storm drain, Kaven and public works fixed it right away, but the street is in more shape now than it was when it was identified as needing repaving five years ago. So we need to get that done this year. San Pine Signage needs to be replaced. This park is a gem if you haven't gone go. It's rare in such an urban environment and the signs are falling apart, did offer the playground surface and veterans. Parks are a public face to the community and we're building new parks yet some of our current parks aren't being maintained. Park maintenance needs to be an ongoing part of the budget. for the playground surface and veterans. Parks are a public face to the community, and we're building new parks yet, some of our current parks aren't being maintained. Park maintenance needs to be an ongoing part of the budget, not just a nice to have if we can get a grant. And the next one, and I'm gonna keep saying it until we deal with it, additional traffic calming on 21st Avenue. This is the only residential road that was called out in our 2021 Kimley Horn EAR. Our own sign data shows a car a minute and it's a little more than that actually traverses that stretch Pino Glam Park in 39th at 45 to 85 miles an hour. in our 2021 Kim Lee Horne EAR. Our own signed data shows a carman and it's a little more than that actually traverses that stretch Pune Oakland Park in 39th at 45 to 85 miles an hour. The head of our traffic engineering recommended transfer of the road back in 2021, not to dump the road on us, but so we could add traffic calming that isn't allowed on county collectors. And also because the character of this surrounding area more closely meets the F.D. definition of a local road rather than a collector. It's hard to understand the resistance to improving safety on 1.72 miles of road, a road that is being rebuilt or already has been rebuilt, so we'll require very little maintenance for years. The county improvements will help, but one crosswalk near the park will not slow people as they come over the bridge southbound at 50 miles an hour. If the city absolutely will not accept ownership then at the very least we need to commit to another raised crosswalk in the vicinity of the bridge. Last but not least we need to get an overlay district in West Oakland Park. We have one right here in this QCT and we desperately need one out west. The city started exploring it last year we need to get it done. We cannot honor our comprehensive plan directive to revitalize West Oakland Park unless we stop the bleeding. Several of you spoke at the last meeting about the need to address Westside problems, specifically on West Oakland Park Boulevard, and I and my fellow Westside coalition members greatly appreciate it, but now we need to really get it done. And speaking of the coalition, we've gotten organized and had a great successful strategic planning meeting a couple weeks ago. We Westside residents are very concerned about the decline we see, but we are also eager to be part of the process interning things around. You'll be hearing more ideas from us soon, and we hope that everyone will support us in our shared mission from our future Land Use section of our own comprehensive plan to quote, protect, preserve, and enhance the character of all residential neighborhoods. Thanks for your service and for your time tonight. Looks like it will be a short one at least. Thank you. Any other public comments? Close public comments. She's the only person that came tonight to do public comments and you know I have a affection for that because at times I was the only person doing it so I had to do it for the whole city at that time. So please address it. Especially I had a point, the overlay district. I love that idea. I want to emphasize that for the economic development on the west side. So I like for your guardian angels to address those points that Ms. Peterson raised. And I will follow up with you and also with my fellow colleagues too as well. I think it's something that all of us need to be engaged in. I had a great time yesterday at the St. Marks, your school. Oh, it was a great groundbreaking, no groundbreaking, ribbon cutting ceremony of the science lab class. It was festive. It was out of the hot out there. And, but however, it was a lot like energy and excitement. You would have been proud, mayor to be there as one of the alumni. So I also want to thank the city for the old employees for artwork. Art walk was a complete hit. It was a graphic cancer city manager. Thank you. You and your staff was there. I had a ball. I had people coming from all over. We had new vendors that were the first time came to be a part of our Main Street. And so that's excitement all across the county for what we do in Ogan Park and it's a testament to your leadership and to get the quality people up and down. So I'll tell you you are number five and the people that we have working for our city. And I appreciate that and it's heartfelt, okay? So that said, thank you for my colleagues. Thank you to the wonderful job this evening, Vice Mayor Arns, you did a wonderful job. That a little experience. Yeah, you did, you did. The city trying to use great, you know about the veterans. I'm going to be a little bit more about the veterans. I'm going to be a little bit more about the veterans. I'm going to be a little bit more about the veterans. I'm going to be a little bit more about the veterans. be 2 to 2 the celebration then hopefully we'll see everybody then it's inside well if so it won't be outsized inside the hall so that would be great. Over there said thank you vice mayor and I passed a microphone to Commissioner Nubo. Thank you Commissioner Nubo. Thank you mayor. Vice mayor. Not yet. Thank you vice mayor. It's my first time to get to sit with you, Mayor. Vice Mayor. Thanks not yet. Thank you, Vice Mayor. My first time getting to sit with you in this style before you actually will be in, how many months? November. Yeah. So. I'm not counting the days. I don't have much. But I'm happy that I took my trip to New Orleans. Last weekend I went to my cousin's daughters' graduation, but more than anything it was great that she graduated but it's always a pleasure just to be with family. To have three juniors together, like my father's son, my two uncles' sons, and they're all juniors. It just reminds me of my dad and my uncles, because they resemble them so much. So I, and I needed that getaway, because you know, we're busy around here and also carrying a full-time job and a puppy. So, and then I walked Commissioner Bud who said it was awesome. I had people come up to me. I think I arrived just after 6 p.m. and the streets were pretty much, I mean they weren't totally crowded but they were almost there just after 6 p.m. so I was very impressed, very impressed and I look forward to another art walk. I mean he's right down from design district that's just around the corner from where I work in Miami. So he seems like he brought what he did in Miami here. So it was very nice and I was great seeing you as well. And I also look forward to Memorial Day celebrating because I think I went to a funeral. I don't know if it was Memorial Day or Western November. Veterans Day. Veterans Day, I missed it. Almost everybody at two, post two, two, two, want to know where I was. I said I worked because we don't get that day off, but I told them this year, Lord willing, I'll make sure I be there because you know, I had my dad served, my brother served, so it is an important day and we owe that to our veterans and as well as our service men that serve for us and protect it us. So I'm definitely looking forward to Monday. Right, I said. Thank you. Report some city manager. How about you? I live no short tonight. Nothing this evening, Vice Mayor. Thank you very much. For some city attorney. Motion adjourned. Do I have a motion to adjourn? Motion to adjourn. Motion to adjourn. Thank you.
