That's all right, Mr. Chauhan. It's up to you today. All right. That's all right. That's all right, Mr. Flage. I pledge allegiance to the five of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which the stands, under God, individual, liberty, and justice for all. Thank you all. Happy April 1st, everyone. First quarter of 2025 is finished. First thing we have in the agenda today are the approval of the minutes from last week and Chantaine Emotion, approve the minutes. So moved. Second. We've been seconded by having corrections or changes in the minutes? Very none. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. I put the same sign. Thank you. We have old business, a special event request for the farmer's market. Anybody hear from the farmer's market? Good morning. Molly Walsh with Guadeloupe at Commerce. We are needing to amend our application for our street closures. We need to change them to fifth street between Columbia and Ferry going about mid-block into ferry and then also on Main Street now between fourth and sixth streets. So I see that's been amended. Let's go ahead and get this and see if anybody has any questions. Chiroutain Emotion approved this. The farmers market, all the event and dates that we have in front of us for this, for this from, I guess it's from ba ba ba ba ba ba ba. May 3rd October the 25th. Chiroutain Emotion to do that. So we'll second. Second. Moving in second. Questions. My question is, the footprints expanded, right? I mean, obviously that's what you're doing. Yes. What? I'm going to move. Second. Second. Moving in second. Questions. My question is the footprints expanded, right? Yes. I mean, obviously that's what you're doing. Yes. What's the demand to do that? What was the need to do that? So it was the cement barricades that we're going to be using now from the city for the safety protocols. Okay. It was just more convenient to do that way. I can help with that. She shouldn't get all that on herself. So, you know, we're gonna be ordering new safety barricades and things to do road closures. And we're defining new footprints for all the downtown festivals and admit with the downtown business owners, the people for the taste of typical new. So we have established footprints for moses and things like that. So as we purchase these additional barricades for safety purposes and upgrade our ability to block off roads, we wanted to move that footprint a little bit because of the parking lot where people can cut through and it's hard to stop that from happening if somebody had a vehicle. So this is part of an overall program that we have in place to work on downtown events and creating specific footprints aligned with where we'll be able to have barricades and different things to make them as safe as possible and we've put out good neighbor letters about changing the footprint of the farmer's market. And then Dennis Carson, was it you that went with him or somebody that went with it? With the print. Yeah, went door to door to the businesses downtown to discuss this. And Cindy and I met yesterday with the president of the Downtown Business Association to confirm the footprints and stuff for some of their events this year. So it's an ongoing safety program that we're working on. That's exactly what I hope it was. That's great. So we have a strategy in place now to begin to address the threats that we have in this society. So that's good. OK. Any other questions on that? No. This is also included the holiday market and the dates beyond October. Yes. Other questions? Okay. We have a motion a second to approve the farmers market request. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Those same sign. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks, Mayor. Okay. New business. Legal. So the definition of a significant contributor yeah they either have to discharge more than 25,000 gallons of Adore serious system. They have to be subject to categorical federal standards or if there's a reason that we deem them necessary to be a significant industry. Yeah. Okay.
