I'm going to say something. All right, good morning everyone. Good morning. I'd like to call the key mainstream board meeting to work. Please, it's Thursday at 10pm, 25pm. If you. Can you start with roll call? That's what it right. Chase Wolves. Daniel Stanford. Well, Daniel, who now preads? Other Valerie. Get right now. Join us next. Mike Buchanan. Ginger Mays. Kid Black. Any questions? All right. Good morning everyone. I'm getting a little comments onolis. All right. I'm going to start with sitting in the gaze on report. How's the community going? Sorry, good. Be getting more into the area. I'm going to get a message. You all are very good guys. I just have a couple of things sitting here for meetings that's coming Tuesday. We have elections coming up. I know most're in a little bit about that. You know, get a chance to vote me out that it's been two years. And that's it. Oh, yeah. Yeah. The airport is still hot and having with City Council. It's a very close vote in there. I'm going to keep it up with that. But CDC, CDC passed their money, but we still have some work to do there. When I say here, what I have is a passenger terminal. We'll see how that shakes out. And the big new somewhere shared with y'all is that, and we haven't come public with this for no good reason, but we got divorced from M2G, the downtown redeveloper. I did not like their first terms for their, whatever agreement they wanted, which was to have a certain amount of apartments. And the council passed into a new form to try to develop a development agreement. When they came back with the ultimate development agreement, it kind of reminded me of the situation like, you know, imagine a young Andrew Jones in middle school, the girls who just drawn to me. And he wants to be like, This is quite a fantasy. This is quite a fantasy. And he wants to break up with his girlfriend, but he doesn't want to do it. So he starts treating her means. So she breaks up with him. That's kind of the sense that I got is to the way we were being treated there at the end of the end of the year. I mean, their office the sense that I got is to the way we were being treated there. At the end, I had two G, I mean, their office, so bad, that I mean, it was like hell no. So it was kind of a seven-year thing in council to walk away from the thing. But they wanted the apartments, they wanted us to subsidize them, that just got to the point where they're ridiculous. So where does that leave us? It leaves us to, there is an election kind of up. And the next council is going to be taking this up, at least two new council members. When I- got to the point where it was. So where does that leave us? It leaves us to there is an election kind of up. And the next council is going to be taking this up with at least two new council members. What I think makes sense is this. I think it makes sense that since the infrastructure is on us that is the roads, the water, the sewer, and all that stuff, that we're just going to get to work on that. Because we have to do it anyway before we start building. I also get the sense that, and this is I'm taking a further step on this, I get the sense that since the parking garage would be on us, and I, at least this council thinks it's a good idea to put that on the park, not north of Harfuss, and that is take Central Park, move it to a butt Kentucky, so still keeping the same footprint, and then parking garage on the rest of it. Kind of moving forward with that. Probably what that will mean is the leveling of the development services building, the old old library. So we get out of staging area without getting anybody's way. So I don't think any conversations are going to be had on that, meaningfully until August, letting the new council sit and kind of give their seat legs a little bit. Those are the updates that I have. I know that Barrel have some stuff. I know that we have arts and loans we give. I know that we have the ribbon cutting in our new city hall next Saturday at three, but I'll stand there in questions if you'll have it. Is there any, like I said, August is going to be the next real big talk about it, but regards to the parking lot, garage should be as big as possible, as I'd love to. Going taller now. That's all going to have to be litigated by a new council with money and this and that. I mean, we obviously want to pay, but it comes down to money and we have to pay for it. I'll tell you that there's a lot of demands on our tours, run dollars right now. You know, one of the big things that, you know, I have on my agenda for this coming year for councils, getting fire suppression downtown, and that's going to be a tourist thing. And so how much does that leave for this the other thing? So we recognize the need but when we're coded something like $40,000 parking space in this direction, parking, it gets expensive. So there has to be a financial answer to that. Anything else? Is the city 1000% committed to the heart of the law? No, because the city council has been sat down. I think it's the best option personally. I mean, in August, there will be conversations. I'll explain to kind of know where I stand and where the rest of the council stands now, but that's not saying that new information may not feel the effects or new council members say view it very differently. I think about parking availability, I look at it as a quadrant, right? And we know that on the west side of downtown we have the biggest constraints and we also have a lot of new development coming in with Indian Bayer and other things like that. So just something I think about. Thank you all so much. Very nice. So we came in great summary of the 2G sometimes. We'll get you a pass. If you go to the issue of ideals like this, go around your team. We just got back to that. So as staff to relay that message to 2G 2G so they have been fat loose. But there's a lot of good thing that came out of that process. We went through the process, we kind of understand what citizens want, what downtown wants, what we count to want. And so it actually helped us move forward. So it doesn't mean that nothing's going to happen. Right? Just came onward, right? Something on that. One thing on the rib of cutting. He said three blockings, actually, 12, 2, 3, 4. He's over there. So I'm trying to take a bow for yourself. on that. One thing on the ribheading, he said three blockings, actually, of 12, 2, 3, and a block. So, okay. So, I'm trying to say this going up for your style. It's really exciting, right? So, from 12 to 3, the ribheading itself will be about 12, 30, we're going to have to nurse, we're going to give tours to City Hall, have a lot of partners there. We're also working with an East McKinney Learning Garden that are going to have in the end, but it kind of gets rained up in two, so we're going to kind of usher people towards them and they're going to have live music with the East Bikini Learning Garden that are going to have an event that kind of gets right up and two. So we're going to kind of usher people towards them and they're going to have live music with the bird dogs, performing over at the Learning Garden and then top at three o'clock and actually starting there to things called rhythm and groove, music festival. So I mean it could be a whole like afternoon, evening, so that goes three to ten over the top. So kind of a big these side thing going on. The other thing along with the infrastructure and potentially the parking garage going forward. The hall library project is going forward so if you not see the plans for that is a full renovation of the hall library and the access to our footage. Actually implementing the planetarium on the second floor. So we'll have the ability to program the planetarium type things, but it's flexible seating. So it's more of an space in the library. But the library will be closing to the public in June. And we'll be closed for construction for about one year. So that's something that's going on. But the timing will probably be pretty good while we're tearing up all the streets around the library with the infrastructure project. So the horse side of downtown is going to get a facelift. Much needed, there's no underground storm sewer over there, the water sewer will be replaced, the streets will be repaid, so really prepping for whatever comes to the future. So is the library going to be doing any programming off that? They're working on doing some programming possibly a city hall, or new city hall, maybe a pop-up library that's mobile and can show up at different places. But the big thing is they're going to be directed people across town, unfortunately, to the John Drew Gay library and how off of El Dorado, but when this opens up, so it's going, if you walk into the library today, you go to the lobby and there's a big brick wall on one side, and there's a big brick wall with a fireplace on the other side, so from the lobby, you actually can't see into the library, so they're going to open that up. They're going to rearrange where the rest of the rest are, and push those out of the way, hit the corner, complete facelift, much more modern looking interior, much more like the John G. E. A. library, team room, team space, children's areas, robots, robots, and digital, signing into digital walls. The one thing actually is the people that be causing lower grain scale, like no, on the technology. The goal is to make it much more likely, use library, because when you look at our patronage at the two libraries, it's like done through, you get it up here, and the whole library is down here, and you want to get that where it's just as popular. So building it that right now it's it's a place to get out of the weather for the on the house and pull here which is caused a lot of the patrons to choose not to go there so they're trying to read and figure out that so yeah it's a exciting project they definitely want to make this one And as far as the staff are they being redeployed? And redeployed, relocated. We're going to house some of them at signal. So what can happen in the library? Yeah. So the other library where you bring over and get them work. But yeah, everyone is going to retain their jobs and keep working for the city. So there'll be a lot more impact in the project. Here, how long is the project's muscle loss? That's a few. It's starting in June. For that construction period, do we have concerns on how it would impact just flow of traffic coming in, parade routes, things like that? Yeah, the infrastructure project in particular is going to impact everything from, you know, ingress and be aggressive downtown to the, definitely the raid routes. All those things are going to be looked at. But what we're looking to rebuild is, you should have a map, hunt in the bar, which is a north end of the parking lot, and then Tennessee and Kentucky around the library one. So you go extend the, you know, Kentucky here is great to get to the window for the last project it was, so it's going to be an asking quality of attention. Typically the phasing you have to work from the lowest point to work up for the sewer drain. So from highway 5 and from Virginia it's kind of how we're going to do it. If you've ever been over there during a heavy rain storm, you'll, I mean it's all surface drainage. Like walking from my office at the old same house in my car I had to jump like,, why can't I have this paperwork about the payee and just Deagle Robert? So yes, we've had some Roy rapids over there in the past, just hope for a while. Thank you, thank you. I'm not a big fan of my own heart since I've been away. More than one... More than one... You never can see the soul at that. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. I'm going to have to say something. You've got a gigantic Easter egg and I'm going on for the legs and neck recruits. So you guys are already invited to come on hold with me a lot of cool stuff. I do J. I expect about 100 plus kids and just a lot of cool stuff here. 49th-grade muscle system. So we are coming on hold. If I agree, it starts at 3 to 3 to 6. Also in terms of the library we've been talking with the McKinney Legacy neighborhood association with the library and they're going to begin new pop books and these McKinney's little job you have to be aware of that. Also this Saturday, there will be a community wealth building, a thing that's going on. Mayor Fuller now has to be from now to green, and he's going to do the proclamation, and this is going to emphasize home ownership, credit repair, and also to things that we have to enhance the residents of this building is sponsored. It's put on by the National Association of Real Estate Proverbs and this is the North Texas Chester. They're doing a 100% So they'll be there we had a kickoff event which was actually a community rally Council council and flea gates spoke, where Fuller's O, he had just a bell as well, they were really close. He was able to kick Nixon, he was there and lots of others from the city. So we encourage him to come out and take part of these things and take a place. And he's speaking. Some of these are also sponsored by MCDC, which is relevant and I'm you. So a few events that are taking place, I'm sure you'll all know that they're a really public eight-year sponsor. The young actors, Gille and Oliver and Julia, able to 25th to 26th. The public on the next garden is for the place show that it may have in the kindergarten, a repertoire theater, deliver us from all. All right. I'm really in that right there. And then going into June, July, I think you guys have had this in terms of our plants, our last more meaning. We funded three retail development infrastructure in Rance, which is sugar rush holding. So they're a company and on the right of it you all kind of really cool sweep out. Trints we did not fund them. It was something that we felt that the land was should do. So that's the new cotton mill, constructed a side wall and security lining. We funded them the 23, 7, 4, 5 and then the Samar in-style resale shop we funded the opportunity. And it is not a standard course. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Morning, industry board. Excited to be here. There's several things that we're doing with Main Street. I know Andrew probably hasn't on his list of touch on, but I just want to reiterate how much we enjoy working with the Main Street team on these projects. And so his team's awesome, and we get to do a lot of really cool collaborations together. Coming up for us, I'm from an advanced standpoint, from the tourism side. We have the International Girls Cup, which is going to be the largest youth girls soccer event in the state of Texas. This is April 16th through the 20th. They're currently 110 teams. It is international. So from the international side we have one team from Canada, two from Colombia, three from Denmark, one from the Netherlands, one from France, and two from Mexico. So a pretty cool advantage is supposed to be an ongoing thing for McKinney, and from this point forward, obviously probably have seen over time the investment into Cregorant Soccer Complex with the turf fields over there. Phase one is complete, phase two is currently underway, but that's been a huge attractor from a use sports standpoint for McKinney and that's exactly why we post this event now. Then immediately following that basically about a week later is the Byron Nelson, CJ Cutt Byron Nelson, a neat addition to that this year. If you have attended or if you ever in previous years worked a booth out there with us, we had a tent that was at the very front. It was literally the first tent when you walked in the gate of the virens. People scanned their ticket, they walked in, they see this tent with a mechanic employee staffing it. We had tons and tons of Josh keys to give out, but we realized over the years that it was almost like you were selling gutter to something. Like they would not want to look at you in the eyes when they walked in. We had nothing from them, but the thank them for being at the in-beginning at the Firenelson. So we worked with the CJ Cup this year as a self-witch at club and we've actually moved. So we're moving from a 10x20 10 with the inventor row to the 18 fairway right next to the main Merchandise tent for the entire tournament which is obviously a very popular traction and then the CJ Cup activation which is going to be new this year. So we have a 30 by 30 activation space so we're kind of reimagining how we interact with the guests at the Byron, we're partnering with mainstream communications and several other departments to create kind of the McKinney experience. That's our goal. So we've divvied out this, this activation space in the different categories. One of those being downtown focused, so I'm more of an Andrew and his team to kind of create almost a mini-op to a fifth-by inside the tent, promote downtown, but also the festival, you know, the festival coming up, you know, a few months afterwards. And so that'll be an neat experience for them. There'll be a tubs branded stuff inside the tent to promote tubs as an activation. We're also going to tie in the cheaper car bras with that because that's coming up this summer and a neat opportunity for people. And then we're going to highlight some of the new development I'm beginning with the amphitheater and the sort of park resort. And that's kind of exciting new things as well. But really, it's a great space. Right off the take fairway for general mission and take it holders to come in and get some shade, hang out with us. And we just go talk about McKinney this year and not try to shove things in their hands, they walk by. So I'm pretty excited about that change. And thank you so much. Thank you. on McKinney this year and not try to shove things in their hands they walk by so I'm pretty excited about that change You start off congrats to McKinney Meta-ree so 10 years you all celebrate here in the first week of the year That's a great milestone. Take a look at the downtown sales tax for March. We saw a 24% increase, which was a very healthy increase in March. That kind of corresponds to January. So just because it does trail. This is kind of crazy. Take a look at our new and expanded businesses. We have over nine businesses that are opening or have opened in this month, in the next couple months. I think everyone knows you and Barrow opened up yesterday. Central and Square is coming up Tuesday. Wildflower Production House, House of Motives, Polo, mignolia, languageful thinking, happy mixed creepery, and then I'm very, I'm going to follow out a grant for this one. We have been trying to get some of the activated in the old sub location for many years. This was one of our problem spots. When Grand First came. I think I laid this out as like one of the problem trials that we need to tackle and we finally got somebody going into that location, putting a lot of money into that location. They signed the lease last week. There's been lots of issues with that building and just the structure and all the infrastructure that they're going to have to put into it. But we've worked through a lot of that and they've signed a lease. So huge shout out to Graham for that. And then Resmin, Baybury is expanding into their neighboring location. Very excited about that. The house is more open seating. And I think they're going to have lunch as my understanding. If you haven't checked up filter, they did a nice renovation. Lots of activity in downtown, just in the last couple of months. You still drink back up and they're very much. I talked about the New City Hall ribbon cutting, just an update on the roundabouts culture. We got our permit for that construction and installation is going to happen. We're going to start later this month so hopefully the last week in April. We talked a little bit about website migration so we're really starting.. We're going to hit the ground running on that after our subloon. TRG, we had a marketing messaging workshop with them. It was really successful. We had our city marketing department there as well. There have only been a few come up and present a creative review. Ultimately, they're going to give us a few directions with that, and we'll take the top directions and we'll make a presentation to the board next month. Marking round tables, coming up. One of the things that we're working with, the Zip and Kineon is the birthing guy. We played it on a launch of April 26 for that. We expect that to be pretty popular. And then a new event we have shop for our cause. So July 26th in partnership with volunteer mechanic. We are hosting the Gif back night for all of the downtown square. So we're going to have, it's going to be modeled after the girls night out against the nonprofit so they're going to bring people to downtown. They're going to have like a wristband and we're going to give them some downtown box and they're going to go to different stores and the stores can choose to participate and get anywhere from 10 to 20% of their sales for that night for the people that come into the shop. So that should be a really expect about 500 to 700 people for that and hopefully that's a new annual event. Very similar to, you know, the, I don't know, you might have like a sports team that goes to Colbert or McDonald's and does a, as it gets back night. We wanted to do something similar to that for downtown. We know it's hard for one-off businesses, small businesses to do that. And then last but not least, working on Texas Music Revolution, where on case they exceed our 24 numbers, very excited about that. The website's up, you know, logo, I've done a lot of really good outtests this year. And then take a look at all the different events coming up. One thing, an election on the square. I would love maybe the board's feedback. I know we're thinking about where to have election on the square. Typically it's been over at Mitchell Park. I wanted to see if there was any feedback moving that to the new city hall closet because I think that might be a better fit for the space and you know just something that our staff was thinking about. I'm sorry what's I don't know the I don't know how long we got it at Mitchell Park at least six seven years. Since I've been here with the city. Before that, it was just right here in front of the court house. So we have moved it. Yes, correct. That was a big shift. Obviously, as downtime has grown, it's become really hard to block off the main streets around the square. And it was decided to move it off to Mitchell Park. Typically this event is relatively small. I think about 150 to 200 people max. This year might be a little bit bigger because of the amount of candidates that we have. And I think that obviously the city all caused us a design as an open space. And so, so you know Nothing has been decided, but I love to hear your feedback on that So again, I'm sorry. What is the event? Oh, sorry Basically, yeah, I didn't answer your question Sorry Electro-on-a-square is kind of a throwback to how when this was the county seat, you would have the county tali up the votes for the election and they would literally bring out a old talk board and then tali up and you'd see who won the election. Unofficially, the unofficial vote count. So we do the exact same thing. We have the band. We bring out a food truck, we bring out the city mobile stage, bring out an old talk board, and you know, somebody will tally at the votes, and we wait for the election results to come in. Gotcha. Can't find my time for this work. Sorry, it's on Saturday, you know, put it in a fair business, it's down here, plenty of parking in city hall We'll have part of that in Virginia Street open right here Yeah This is what I did in the first round. It's all you've got ever seen. You've opened it up. It's a good part of it. Every time I talk to you, it's very, very good. Yeah. Day and time, we get into it. So that's always, it's going to be on the election night, so maybe there... It sounds like we don't feel strong like. Well, that's fine. That's okay too. That's like this hearing for silence. That's all the instructions. Okay. We'll use some of these updates. I think we can do. Okay. Let's see. Regular agenda items update on 2025. Any important commissions in work? I'm going in the process of the process. So, we're currently taking applications from the public, and we still have clients who are in the board of commission. This is a quick information that they regard as a board and commission member appointment process. Each year, rocks are approximately half the fall of the board's commission, which is expired5. So we're currently taking applications from the public or we should have clients who are in the Board of Commission, including current members who are interested in the employment. So Tuesday, August 26, the McKinney City Council will appoint members to the various and forest and formations. Board members can start off two or three consecutive terms, behead, and depending on which board they are assigned to. We consider all understanding the videos was applied online including current members which are expired in this year. The application can be one of the cities website and the then act of applied is Friday, June and 2005. Interviews will be conducted in July and August and innovation to prepare for work service, helping government training and any other sign training must be completed for October 1st. Now I think plays a board roster behind your agenda that has to go over record and edit a living room. You can do that on there. The max number is going to be 2. I'm going to use point 8, 2. So for all the different areas of roster, three numbers have a computer, which prepares. And three members have completed the terms and are ready for reappointment. And there are many members all have terms expiring next year, so that I would have prepared for this information to provide you with the update. And that concludes my update. Thank you all for your service and I'll send for you questions. Thank you very much. Thanks. Tomorrow I'll be back soon. Let's see. The minute of the morning from March 13th, I know everybody got those yesterday, so I get a motion to approve the minutes, please. I'm motion to approve. I'll set a good name. So my thank you all in favor. All right. All those, all right. It These are approved. OK. Miss Lauren, can you talk to us? Sure. Andrew and I met yesterday and wanted to give you a couple of highlights. First looking at the balance sheet, we did receive a $50,000 Christmas Decorary firstment, what is not currently showing on the balance sheet that we will be receiving in April. Hopefully it is $100,000 from NCTC and the $25,000 security reimbursement. So overall, we will be in Pearson. We still have an increase in our bank accounts. We still have an increase in our retained earnings and over on increased in liability and equity. And you really see anything else worth noting on the balance sheet. So, I have a question about that. I'll pause. It's great moving over to the pros and the loss by class. Both of them have the numbers on it. You'll see that where the $50,000 was received under home for the holidays. It was noted on the ballot sheet that may possibly be moved over to the Christmas tree, which could possibly get rid of this Christmas decor. Note that we also see a dash trolley and a trolley fuel, so we're looking at both of those classifications are necessary. As we look at the overall measure for each of these classifications in their performance, Andrew and I were talking, we expect Arts and Bloom to have a full $10,000 positive net income. The Dash Trawling reimbursement will fall under Dash Trawling for $25,000. Again, the McKinney Christmas tree is what will receive $100,000 of decor reimbursement. And then it should also be noted that the $32,000 has been outlawed for TMR, Texas Music Regolutions will be reimbursed through a contract that we have with the city. And I think that numbers will. So it's $100,000. $ Okay, there you go. The not specified... 30, 35. The not specified is just the reality that we are audited every other month by the city of accountant. So some of those quick books payments are classified and moved into their proper placement. Other than that, I didn't have any other items of note, but happy to take a question. This is probably only takes 30 dollars of fuel. But that 30 dollars is a very important item to record. We are so real here. Yeah, I meant to train my car. Why? It's a very high fuel mileage. No, originally we weren't sure how we were going to handle some of the maintenance expenses for the trolley. And so that was put in there. Now we did do a one-off fuel. I think we needed to have access. Yeah. Yeah, there was a time when we needed to fuel up. We didn't have the key or the's on Saturday, or below, you need to fill up, you have to fill up out of our rooms, we'll reimbursed that in our own market. Yeah, that's why that goes. But I think we're just gonna eliminate that and move that into the dash trolley of the expense. Awesome. There's no reason to have that as a principal. For arts and bloom that's the sweet pants some kind of revenue. So that's what's the event. This is events and come now and then on the kind of revenues. So that's what's the event? This is events income now and then what's kind of expected in total income for the food event? Yeah, so this one is kind of a unique event. The only additional expenses that we, or sorry, additional income that we expect are vendor income from wine sales and from food sales where we get a percent. This one is really front loaded because it's really a busy feed driven event. So we'll probably see another 10 to 15,000 in these, but then we'll also have additional expenses coming out. That's why we typically for our subloom, If we get a positive 10,000, that's better than really whatever we're doing. So for this event. Thank you. Yep. Good question. All right. Yeah, so obviously this is kind of for us hopefully it kind of abbreviated or meaning we're in the middle set up right now. So, arts and blues is looking really great, whether something good obviously, no rain, hopefully. You're no rain. That's all right. That's all right. It's a bit of a mess. It says a bother me. But, Wayne has always said that they consideration for this event. So we do offer tie-downs for our audience and you know, center blocks this year. You shout out to Gregory who's out there right now. We do have an anitary, a local artist who's doing an interactive mural. She's that's going to be up and then we also have a 3D chalk art sculpture or picture coming out so that'll be a really neat feature and then we have the planarians at the intersections. Sunday and we have a pop-up on Saturday so like a flash mob so that would be interesting. What time is that? The flash mob for Saturday. So what do you have here? No, that's not a long time. No, I would sit like this now, so you'll keep it. Brian has the master entertainment skill. Okay. So we're excited to think it should be a great weekend. We did increase the amount of this in downtown. So our last, our latest count is over 165 artists for this show. Just for a day. So I want to just say something about like yesterday I know our texted texted you know the gram um just about the events um and I'm now gonna ask for help but then I tried to call EPS on Redbud yesterday. And what's happened, Heather, just had this problem because we've all had to go and pick up our packages. But apparently our driver, Downtown, has decided any time that we have an event, Downtown McKinney does not get any deliveries. So he doesn't deliver on Friday at all. And last time I called and they said he's told everybody it's dangerous that they said we can't drive a truck through a festival of people and we're like, no, it's shut down. It's, there's an entrance where we become in so he is you don't really decided to shut down all deliveries to all stores so and that's a UPS or it's UPS. And FedEx has no problem. Right they they come in he just I think he's like no it's too much work and load a lot so we I call for two hours there's no getting a hold of any guys. I have a red blood. The action went over there and physically went and there's not a way to get into any office. So the only thing I know to do now is to call Main Hub and speed and try to contact somebody because I mean I don't know how many business those are technically the honor, But we get to see where deliveries so and with Easter next the following week I mean I got stuff coming in. Yeah, I tried Let's try that towards the center camp find out Because we're fine. We're on our side. We're more than happy Right, I mean they don't have it a rooted area. He just doesn't harm you that. So, anyway, if that's it, let's see, public hearings. Anybody wishing to speak and address a board? Okay. Public comments regarding matters not on the agenda, anyone? Okay. Board and manager comments. All right. Then, if somebody will make a motion we can call for a adjournment. I have a question. I was curious on the date for hearing from the police chief about an update, about dedicated officer down here and an update about a lack of attention to homeless and start big up again. Just exactly what I said to him. I was like, yeah, the amount of fun you lost is odd all in there and everybody's going to pay attention to you. And then there's a forget about it. And I'm like, you've got to look at it. I haven't seen anybody. That was unique presence. I have, I've had a sleeping moment. No, no, no, no, I'm not pleased. Oh, please. I have a sleep phone. Oh, oh. I was like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I would just like to reiterate what I would like for him to come, give us a update. Very good, you cheek in your next vote. Okay, we'll do that. Thank you. Point anything else? All right, would somebody like to make a motion to do that? Okay, of course. I'll say that. All right, all right. We'll be respected. Okay. All right. All right. All right. All right. I think it's absolutely all. We should go to the other. Okay. We have to reflectot the new one. Uh, yes. The same process as the other. The exact same. So, my second chair, I have this Russian outside. So, my of things. I have to be a teacher and other things. I have to be a teacher and other things. I have to be a teacher and other things. I think we are here for today now. So, let's take a moment. Thank you. Thank you. Peace. And the whole deal is like tonight, it's the only second to get this. We were sure it was going to be a very good deal. It's a good deal. That's what we're going to do. I can't believe somebody's like, we need to get this over with. Sure, I can't believe it. We're just saying, okay, maybe they're asking us to come in for help. I was about to get a call there. I was about to use 40 A. We've done very good. We did a bit of, so it's like, oh, that's what I'm worried about. We're in a few days, cool. I'm not going to have to get it out there. I'm going to try to use it for the end. That's very good. It's a head-to-head. That's what I'm going to do. It's a good thing to do. So, don't run bad. It's a good thing to do. We just hear it. I mean, it's good to clean the bills, doing things, but it's a good thing to do. I'm really curious. It's starting to happen right now. I like hearing it. It's about to move like a day and push up. That's the opposite. No one's hearing it. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. It's just how we move like in a day. I hear it.
