I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to go to the next room. I'm going to do it. I'm sorry. Good evening. It is August 8th. This is a Nussel Arts Commission of City of New Rochelle Council. I'm sitting in Rochelle. We are in here with some more cases. On the board with me is Alejandra Hernandez, to my left. Jane Walls, Juan Marrero, Frank Spinoff, and Kevin Hemenez from the Department of Development. So we'll get this started. We're going to start with a couple of adjourned cases. Case 5-8-2024. Application by Debra that mustage to legalize one awning at 75 center avenue. I'm going to read off all of them since she's the same applicant. 5-9-2024 application by Debra mustage to legalize one wall sign at 75 center avenue. 602024 application by De Mustich to legalize one signing, one awning, sign on awning at 75 Center Avenue, 612224 application by Deborah Mustich to legalize one awning at 75 Center Avenue and 62024 for application by Debra Mustich to legalize one sign on Arning at 75 Center Avenue. Quick question do you want to talk about everything together and then vote separately and we're supposed to already want to talk about each one and each one and then there's a vote motion for each one. Okay, I don't know what it's been announced that way it's announced, so we know that she's here for all of them. Right, I didn't know who wanted to do it. You did it, mate. Good evening, good evening. So the first one is 5.8204, on in on 35th standard Avenue. So you cannot negate those, yeah. Well, you have the changes made. The left were requested. The other sides were painted, and the heads were taken off. Any questions? No. A motion. Motion of both. Motion of both. Section of the group. Section. On paper. Section, vote. Section. On favor. On favor. Any moves? Okay. It passed. Next one, five, nine, two, two, four, for a wall sign on 35th Center. I'm going to go back to the previous picture. The other one is a white cousin who requested the surrounding of the building right there in the park. He painted and the buildings It was all different painted in black he painted white and round whole thing And then it proposed It's the next one right next picture You guys wanted from through early This is the way the raw money. This is the way out for us, the only. Real quick, haven't sold the 5.9 is for a wall sign and at 6.0 it's for the awning. So that's the any signing? Yes, so then the first two, or the first two should be days, because then we're also proving the wall sign and also the awning as well. So yeah, the wall sign is the orange shop. Yes, but C2 is the awning and the wall sign. So we just approved the awning. So now we're improving the dandy's barbershop sign? Let's see in this to the right of barbershop. It's a head shop. Okay. Like a hairstyle? Yeah, it's a side view. A hairstyle. Okay. They did have them all over the sides and all that, but you guys actually took it off and then look back. Is this a rendering or the actual site itself? No, no, no, this is the site itself. Is that like an actual headshot or is that like a... I believe so. So yeah, I mean we didn't do the layout. We just trying to get legalized. But yeah, to head shot. Motion to. Any questions before motion? All right, motion to approve. Motion to approve. Second. Second. Oh, I'm favor. And he knows. Okay, and it's past. All right, so 6-0, 2-0, 2-4 is for the awning on 7-8-5 central. So I think that's this one. I'll have Siando. Yeah, he also cleaned up his window, took the boards off for the Aztec paint that he had all around. He cleaned it up. Question. We have 75 on here and that's 77. Is that a problem? I think the structure itself is all the same. This is a structural 75. Yeah, so that's the reason why. But he has 77 on there. Yeah. I mean, so I guess, I mean, we should then announce it is 77 for the purposes of the actual address. The actual address? Yeah. I do know that the building structure is is of the entirety of it is 75. That's true. Yeah, exactly. So we're 60202.4, 60202.4, 60202.2, 2024. Those are all 77. Yeah, that's an all-step of 77. Okay, I just want to put that on record. All three of those are 77th Center Avenue. Okay. And there's three different onings. All three of those are 77th-Center Avenue. And there's three different onings. No, it's the same one. Because we've all the same one. There's three applications. So I just want to make sure we know what we're voting on. Is the wording on it? Yeah, I believe it's still the word. The wording on it as well. Needed lettering, needed to be approved as well. And that's a rendering, right? Yes, that's not a rendering. So what's the DGS on top of the Fyanda? That Sizzabriviation to his name was something like that. So which numbers for the Aane and which numbers for the letters? The one we're on right now is the Aane. Okay. The last sign on the signing on again is that the 61 is to legalize the Arning. So what's that about 60 then? It's the Arning. So what's 61? It's because there's three applications. Right. I just want to make sure that we don't want to. And I want to make sure as well.'t want to make sure it's what the previous warning on there What it was always I mean one warning on there, okay We want to make sure that we're not duplicating the moment and see Yeah, because based on that picture where he's standing that looks like we legalized Daning's barber. This is for approval of the audience to La Hacienda. Yeah, but there are three applications. Right. So that's the... But we need to know what we're voting at. Right. Right. Let's go back to the previous from last from July's application. Let's see. These are undead. 75. Yeah, that's what it was like. Remember, this is one application. This is for lettering. For what number is that one? 0,4,66. So the first one. 6x, that's the new. Logo exceeds maximum permitted height. I know, but we're like at 6.0,2.0,4,6.1,2.0,2.2.2. This one is the one where, yeah, 6.0. This one is 6.0. So it's the lettering. Yes. OK. So let's go back. This is oning. So this one is 046 4, 6, 4, which would be... That was like the first one. Oh yeah, this is dead knees. Right. Yeah, this is dead knees. This is the dead knees as well. Okay, here's the next one. Okay, this is in relation to the colors that we're on the audience. So this is for approval for the proposal's multi-color signs on that exceeds the permitted three colors. But now it doesn't. But now it doesn't. Exactly. So we should vote on it. Then we should not vote on that because it says there would be... Because it's the old sign. The old sign exceeded the three colors. But now it doesn't exceed it. So now that issue doesn't have to come in front of us because it's within the guidelines. Right? Because the new signs two colors blue and white, right? Yeah, it's blue and white letters. So it's less than, so we don't have to vote on that. We shouldn't. Now. Exactly. So that, and that's six, one. This is the second one, yeah. This is four, four, not, this is six, one, two, zero, two, four. We're not going to vote on that because it's not. So that one, they're going to just go back to on buildings. We'll talk to Joe. And since it's already in within the code, we're going to have to come to the code. I hope some arise everything just to all get it on record but Okay, here's the next one this one Yeah, so this is just approval for the oning So this sets here fixed onings are prohibited unless approval is first obtained from the municipal arts commission. So was it ever done six, two, and then right? Sorry. So there's two applications for an awning. This is to legalize the awning. So we know the final six, two, two zero, two fours, legalization of the awning. There's no awning there anymore though. anymore though the audience been removed okay so it looks like based on what you're telling me now because the audience got in La Santa right yes for me that okay so it looks like we only need to vote on two yeah six zero two zero two four yeah for the up above proven the eye because there's now only two zero two four. No, no, yeah, for the, I approve in the eye because there's now only two colors. So now you're with guidelines and we're not legalizing anything because nothing's there. We're approving the on it, the on it, the on it which actually is. Yeah, we just wanted to make sure that you guys, we did everything that, you guys know. I know so busy. And that's why I'm so busy and everything is just to make sure that there's like, you don't have to come back to us. I'm like, no, you should not have, you know, you want to make sure we're doing everything right. So it's right. So we'll vote for that one, and we can close these out. So are there any questions on 62024 on 77th Center Avenue about legalizing the on-ing which for La Hacienda? I think it's close. On that image, there's just something that I mean, they just have to fix it or it seems like the painting is in progress. They left like the... Oh, I see. ...the mean entrance. There's like the pedestal to the left of the doorway. It's black. You don't want to need to be black or the one that's black, white, used to be consistent. Just an observation, it seems like they want to do it white, which makes sense. Yeah, well it's also on the right side of the column, the paint stopped below the light fixture. Right, and doesn't continue up. Right, it looks like the crown moldy needs to be painted, maybe when they painted it the audience was still there something I did see that as it was as they were doing you know this is like in progress No, he just did that yeah It only his area. I don't know why you didn't go above that Above and below below Below where? Well the black at the bottom corner. Yes, right. Because right now there are three colors there. There's the original crown color. I like to the blight and you know, so you set the blight paint. But the awning's gonna be over that. Yeah, I like to cover that. I mean why not really looking at the paint. Right. Right, we're just looking at the awning. I thought it was fine. Sorry, could you show the picture? An observation. Yeah, I'll do the close-up. I'll just move on. I'm going to have this one. I think it's in the file that says numbers 75 and 77 to the right when you click. You see the window up on right right here. Is it there? I have to put it of oil on it. So thank you. Okay. That's coming up. I know. I know. I don't know. Just to go up. Yeah, it just looks kind of like a lot of us actually. Oh, there's a, that used that name a lot. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So he's trying to differ in different things? Yes, to differentiate from the other ones. Because there are a lot of hussians. I just did a manual that says, Asienda. These lastienda. Okay, yeah. No, I agree. Because there's a lot of hussians that say that like since. So you can see part of the unpainted part of the top. They do, yeah. So it doesn't cover at all. It seems like all of that. It just means it's maintenance, you know. But I don't know if we default. Right, yes. If we have a sale, you know, it's just an observation. I mean, I guess we could recommend it, but it doesn't. We can recommend it, but it does factor in the S or L. Yeah, because looking at it here, you know, you can see that this is sort of a grayish white, and then all the other is original. And while it makes this stand out, it makes the rest of the building look a little more dull. It looks right, men. Thank you. Why do you think what happened is basically knowing how it was before they just painted right? Exactly. And it is a great improvement to me. Yes. Absolutely. So we'll go. I believe the one who goes up a little higher than then I just. Okay. Well, it's an issue you can paint. Yeah. But we can recommend it, but we're going to go to an honest track. Okay. So before we vote, this is Rackenabot. Any rep? What are the recommendations and then we'll vote on the I. Recommendations to continue painting throughout, I guess, paint up. And then continue with Michael. Do you think this is more of yours? Should the pink go all the way to here also? Yeah, all the crown mold here also all the crown molding all the molding and I forget that these columns has a name. It's like a plant. Yeah, it's like the bottom part. Yeah, yeah. So, I would say the architectural detail, it's like the cast. So it should start like right there go up, go all the way over down and all the way around. Or should be the other way around. Should they try to make the white match with the old stuff? I think that they should because this is the wrong color. Yeah. It looks better in the original color. Yeah. Which is really like a beige. Right. So that's just recommendation. For all the trim, you know, the architecture trim, that's not bright, that's, I would say, it's either like a plaster, you know, it's very plastic. Just to match the whole building. Yeah, so that's the recommendation that we're going to about, is there any more questions about the audience specifically? No. Motion to approve. Time motion to approve. Second. Second. On favor. Any notes? Okay. His pass. Thank you. So that's 602024 and we will not be voting on 602024 or 602024 because it doesn't apply any more. Thank you for coming. Thank you. Thank anymore. Thank you for coming. Thank you very much. Thank you. All right, next one, 6,3,2,0,2,4, a new application by Brian O'Connor, which is about two monument signs and two wall signs and one rat is in plaza. Is he here? Bio Connor? Bio Connor. Webster Bank. Okay. Confirm. All right, we'll see if we can find it. Next one, 6-4-204, application by David Hong to reface one existing on in on 538 Main Street. So see down. Yeah you can come up to the front. That's good. Oh fantastic. Yeah, I'll take them all to the junkyard. Yeah, that's all I got to do. I wish we had Joe here, because that is a question. They're not allowed to have the windows covered like that. They took down a lot of the window graphics. Okay, do you have a more recent follow? I don't. Okay. The response will be to, you know, to replace all that stuff too. So I'm going to think down a lot of it. Okay. Yeah, just to do something to be able to open up the space, the building is so beautiful and now to be able to see the inside of the market also. It's because they have a deli in that, in a certain area. They want to cover that. That's what I should have put that into this appeal as well, but I just didn't want to put in, just like everything that the department wants. So, are you covered with a film, like a dark-fraud film? Yeah, or just, you know, with the same type of the storefront color Because I think there are more than one of the other stuff. There are guidelines on how much you can cover for the... Like 25% or 20% or so. Right, so that's definitely worth it. So, you know, it sounds great, but yeah, there is what it'll prove in. We just want to cover up everything that exists, it's an older building, so that signage up there is actually attached to the storefront. So if we try to think of all of that stuff, it's a huge construction project. So I'm just proposing to just cover that up with a frame and then like the outside the deck material like just that you use in the backyard It's like a synthetic like a fake wood. It says water pump. Yeah, so it's like you know It's the rain it for like 30 years. It's like a half inch thick. How thick? The pre-tick. The kind of holes in the metal and It's almost like three quarters almost like a brick. Yeah, correct. So It's not going to rot away. It's not a change color and I'm gonna propose and you know the channel lives up there but the locals are a little bigger than What you guys allow here? I guess in the town at 16 inches. We're at 16 now. Yeah, it's And what is that? I mean I have like the letters, the letters are like 10 inches. The town, the town letters. The C is like 26 inches. Yeah, that's what's over. And you know, that's select their logo. And then, I might kind of gain a reference as to if pad looks a little aw. This one is the size, size goes. Can I have the letters lit up? All the letters are going to be lit up. And then it just looks a little aw. I don't know if you guys have the other page where I'm like a peeling mess in there. Are you talking about the sea town logo? Yeah, the sea town logo. But if you guys don't approve this stuff, I just want to... Sometimes we just like the sea and then just the regular, we just write it out, see town and we'll probably just write it out in the 16 inches. It's difficult to see both of the fresh ones. Yeah, and I'll try to see what. That they get lost, could they maybe be green? Or maybe part of the problem is that they're like kind of diagonal. Maybe they were linear or maybe less angle. Or what if you did put fresh or sea tonnets and you put fresh on the left side? Like if you got rid of fresh or sea tonnets because that is a big logo and you just kept fresh on the left hand side and you're able to make it bigger. I think that would balance it out a little bit. It should also be angled the same way C-town is so you don't have too many angles on there. If that makes sense. You don't want the fresh going that way you're saying. It still could be angled because C-town's angled but not as not as it should be the way the way these letters are Tilted Yeah, that the one fresh to be a little less. No the same it should be matching the way the word town goes so that you have Consistency going through Let me let the me see this trim Is that there All right, here's another problem like that. Let me flip the meosio. Is this trim and this molding here? Is that there? Or is this the main? We're gonna make a molding. Okay, good. So that looks fancy. And how does this attach to the existing? Is it? And we're gonna anchor all of that into, you know, it's like a brick wall. Okay, and that seat down, the existing sign is right on the brick wall. It's like glued on the brick wall. Yes, that is. Well, that is just like a light box. Well, it's supposed to be a light box. OK. And what they did was they put some sort of a fabric or a couple of plastic pieces, acrylic pieces. Which is what now says that, which is now the orange. Yes, we kind of got all that colorful. And that's going to go, that's going to stay in this, this is going to go on top of it. Yeah, which is how I'm covering it up basically. So, there's a couple, so this is one big one and then the one above the doors is the second set is a separate one. Yeah it's like a corner but it's like three sides only because the way that they build the building. You're going on that angle, you're going on that angle. Yeah I'm going on that angle. There's a 45, like a, there's a 90 degree angle but like a 45 degree angle there. So we're just follow in the building line rather than coming at a 90 degree angle with two different signs. It's going to look a little off. So yeah, we'll just go closer to follow the door. And center the C-town logo over the door. It's too much to look at. So the logo has the letters, the SS town in town. And they seem like they're cut off. That's the way the logo has like the letters, the SS town in town and they seem like they're cut off that's really weight the logo. I don't see it in the original logo. Maybe on a different PDM here. I mean is that intentional? Look this is one coming. This piece of that's intentional? Yeah that's intentional. Yeah, that's part of the logo. Okay. It wasn't on the other one. It wasn't on the old one. It was. You see, like this is like the, I was just trying to say like it's pushing it to the panel size. If I reduce it down to 16 inches, it turns it to like just a little, yeah, it just looks like off. So if you go to the original, where the old, where that one, that old one was, yeah. Before, okay. There's not a bot, there's an ending, there's town town. For the new one, there's a little bit, is that it, is this, C-town's new logo? Probably, yeah, it's probably been updated that's why or they didn't so we didn't put it up there right oh my goodness the first wave I mean I do I do think though with the big here the big thing here is that if you could make this fresh bigger on the left hand side get rid of the fresh on the right side it's gonna see more balanced. Okay, and also the angle. Yeah, it's important to have the up. So just get rid of one of the other fresh. Get rid of the right fresh. The right fresh. And make sure that the fresh and the seetown angles are the same. And then above the door, above the door, remove the fresh. So you see this seetown, that doesn't have to only has one fresh. But if you remove this fresh and center this, I think that will be much nicer, it'll be much cleaner. Yeah, because we're now super busy, we've got two different angles right now. This would be so good. The goal is to clean up this area. We're carrying a lot of fresh. Yes, we're getting fresh. And then What was the other ones because he's writing down then this fresh real lemonade This one here, and then we leave this one here at the at the angle like this And then this one we this one we leave it to angle Yeah, like the other and I would just make sure that the fresh on the left is proportionate to the seat on on the right Hmm right on the big on the big one on the bottom. So you have to make a little bigger. And when you move it, you'll have room to make a bigger. Got it. And you have the note to center the CTown on this panel. Yes, yes. Okay. Then put that out without the brush. Mm-hmm. Do you think that motion? Okay. You were good. Motion. Yeah. Because there's a... Okay. Motion. For the long sign, remove the fresh on the right, on the fresh on the left, rotate it so that the angle matches the angle for the words of town and enlarge fresh. large fresh so it is in similar size and scale to C-town. In the smaller logo above the door, remove fresh and center the C-town logo over the door. And on the supermarket for savings, change the angle of fresh to match the angle of fresh that matches CTowns and the same size. We got it. Second? Well done. Second, Michael, second, all in favor? Any nose? All right, it has passed. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. Obviously, we can't have it at 28-ish size. It's not a mixture of both. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. Obviously, we can't have it at 28 inch size. It's not a big show. Thank you. Thanks. And then what happened here? Joe from buildings. He's going to reach out to anyone. And then I'll tell you. Also, updated drawings as well. Send it over to him. Thank you. Thank you so much, guys. You're welcome. Thank you. Good evening. 65, 2, 4 application by Rebecca Perlman. Sorry, we have to announce it wrong. Just on one pain in your all 50 clinton place. Yeah, so you switch. Are you representing Rebecca for the whole program? Yeah, I'm on behalf of her. Okay, so there's going to be one, two, three, there's four of us. So we can start from which is what we're going to do for her. Then you can show her. Okay. So 652024. I can also speak to case number 68204. I'm from the science shop that I've ever made this thing. So just any questions? Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Come on through. Great. Hi everybody. I'm Terrence. I work with a company that we're back at works where our ex are. This is related to Tupel and Park, which we just opened a few months ago. So on this wall here in this alley between us and the hotel on church street were proposing to put a mural. Simply put, that's it. It's by our name, Jocelyn Sey, and it's going to be backdrop of a dog park that's approved by the city. The dog park will be for the use of the residents of the building, but it will be effectively activating that otherwise dead alleyway for the street. And it's going to be painted on? It's going to be painted. Any questions? Do you know the condition of the wall now? Does it have to be prepped? The condition of the wall is really exactly as you see here in the straight clean, which is it's brand new. It has two holes that we're going to have patched by the contractor. And that'll be it. OK. You don't have peeling paint in there. No, no. It's very yellow. Could you scroll back to it, please? It's very yellow. The back drum. Yeah, the back. The background is very yellow compared to everything else that is very gray. Although it matches the building next to it. Yeah, a little. I mean more than a gray one now. It's a white color. Let's say it's something. It's just that the yellow color is already an aged color. It goes back to the mid 90s and that we have so much of that color in another area of the downtown. It's very aged already and these two buildings are so absolutely spectacular. But today they kind of like then combines the old and the new. Like you don't want to look too new. Yeah, but that yellow is really... This is the artist's rendition. This is the artist's new, really. I mean you're asking an artist to change their artwork. I know, but the yellow is really a dating color. I do know the intent was to have it be high contrast. Right. Files. That's just my opinion. Everybody else. Well, they could also go with the same hue and a little greater. Yeah. That's a good idea. But I mean, this is just a rendering. You never know how it's going to really end up. Right. I mean, now. I mean, I feel what it's like to be mindful about changing their actual artwork. Like if it was something like you're painting a wall, you know, that's one thing, but the fact of that is there are artwork is kind of, you know, I wouldn't want someone to tell me that it's public art work done. So it has to, not necessarily conform, but it has to enhance the area. Right. I don't think it takes away though. I think it looks really old. Like everything else is amazing about this. The people that are there, the flowers, they're absolutely amazing. Jane, how about like this? Like, what kind of, because it's a bright screen right now. Is that, you think this is even like compared to how it's better, but that yellow is so super dated. Because if you go and you look at New Rock, even if you look at 175, you get on it, it's got those colors and those spaces are so very dated. And this is a spectacular piece. I think it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was my conserving white though, it's like, it's just getting there. Yeah, it shouldn't be white either, but, you know, Michael, what you suggested maybe like a little, you know, a little tint of just like a little more gray, but not so much to dampen it down because it's also really clashing with the yellow posts, the safety posts outside the garage. So what is this going to be? I mean, we have to vote on. We're voting on this. If there's changes, you don't mean... To pay me, the artist is on the line. Right. He's going to be the artist who suggests a different background. Yeah, that's a good way. That's a good way. That's a good way. That's a good way. That's a good suggestion. Yes, the artist could be a-haryo surrounding the building and to find out whether that could be recommended and amended. Yes, excellent. That's a great idea. So we should be the director's work to be a better harmony with the surroundings. Yes. Right. Say that and see if he could. So that's how it is. So look at what we're looking at with the, just that background color, everything else is fine. Okay. So we need to turn this on. Yeah. The grain, the purple and the, would be great if she can, wish she didn't come. If that's possible. I think she's just that the art series is all over. Okay. I can ask you. Did you have a couple to do a site visit? Yeah, and I could certainly ask her to come back. Or at least get her on the phone. She could look. I mean, I think- But I know she designed this based on the site context. But yeah, we can see what she thinks. What's up? Yeah, I mean, I guess Talmer that they want, it's an amazing piece of art. Yes, that's first and foremost. It is an absolutely amazing piece of art that is definitely going to enhance this area. And it's wonderful to see RxR putting forth this kind of effort to bring this kind of beauty to our community. And it's greatly appreciated. What would be, as Fred suggested, what would the artist suggest is an alternative background color that's more, Mark and Michael, who said more in harmony with this surrounding neighborhood and the surrounding buildings? Okay. Hypocetically, what if she feels very strong about this? You know what? If we can zoom or have a phone conversation, I think there would be a better report and we would be better at it as a standing. Because I think, yeah, because I think if she, if that's the era where she's very strongly about it, then I think yeah, let her tell us why. Because then it may enlighten her. And so we asked she was. Yes. I think the caller might be a little, I can try. I, well, you know what we should do. It's okay. Well, why don't we do that? Well, why don't we, we'll do this right now. We have the other ones to go through. Yeah. If the one that wasn't here is a bright and no corner here. I don't see anyone. Okay, but let's go through the other ones first and then we'll see what happens. Sure. Because we have our own applications to go through too. So if the meeting won't be adjourned yet, you'll have time to come. Okay. I don't want to put her on the spot right now here. I think you should have a conversation. And then you have a conversation first and then we can talk. Sure. Tell us what's going on. All right. So next one, so that one, so next one. Is this the right one? Yes. It's type 604. That's right. 662024. So this is leasing banners, which will be affixed to the bulkheads of both towers advertising to Clinton. Really it's advertising Clinton Park as a whole, but obviously we just want to get the word out. This is both banners would be facing the I-95 card or the train. They're not very big and a lot of this is because of the constraints we've got on the bulkhead, but they're designed to be legible, very simple, the few pages above here just are an example of some work we did in the Bronx. This is an actual photo. These have been up for about a year and hour and they still look really great. How long will it be up? They'll probably up for a year depending on how could be the building releases up. I think maybe less time than that. But this is what we've done before when there's been stuff as we put a stipulation of a timeframe. You know, we'll be generous in the sense. So if you'd say a year, we'll say a year, we can say a year and a half, and then if it's shorter, then you can take it down, but I do think not more than a certain amount of time. So. So, yeah, I mean you name it, I think we can definitely work with that. So this first one, the 66204 is for the Clinton Place sign. It's right in the school back to it. That one right there, a Clinton Park. And that's the one that's going to go on the new tower. It says here's two wall signs. I just see this one. Where's the second one? The second one is on the wall. The second one is another application. Is that correct? We have one on both. It should say one on both. I see it. I see where the confusion is getting. Because the picture is the pick two. So I can look as if there's two for each one. But I get it. Yeah, that will be fine. Okay, so we'll just... So 662024 is for one sign and 672024 is for one sign. Right? This is for 662024 for this one sign right here. How did RxR decide to put these signs up now after one clinton has already been open for a significant time? Even though two just opened, is this absolutely necessary for it? Yes, I think one thing we've discovered is that the visibility from the train and the highway actually has a big effect on people coming through the door. When people come through the door, they see the building and that's where we really get some to sign a lease and live here. So I think we recognize that this would be a great correction to make sure it's visible to make sure they know exactly what the building name is. So it's a no-brainer for us. I think there was an approach to since the first hour was so obvious. I think it was just a little bit more subtle. So we had a lot of vinyl wraps down the street. And then of course external advertising in train cars and things like that. But this time I think just passersby really reacts well to having a name in the Google and knowing that it's not leasing. How long did it take till these the first building? Just about, or let's say they'll 80 or more hours in? I don't know that, it's on my head. I want to typically they take two who go like 20 units a month. So you're probably around 18 months and I know that has the other buildings around here we've given the okay for here yeah but the problem is that there's still up that's the comeback for extension right when you're back from extension I mean there's still up that's on the building. Yeah, exactly. That's being handled differently. That was just my question. These are much more, I would say, delicate than the other ones. So that's greatly appreciated. That's why I'm asking a lot of these questions. Great. Yeah. Plus, it would be great. The more residents we have, the more vibrant or city-ish. Any other questions? Right. Motion for 6204? Motion to approve. Second. All in favor? Any negatives? Okay. I have an else. Any negatives? Okay. Next one, 6, 7, 2, 2, 4, the one wall sign on 50 Clinton. That's this one. That's what we saw over that. Pretty nice one. Oh, okay. And just both applications have this diagram. So it's the same design design. Right. These are the two buildings. Oh, okay. They, one is facing a little bit to the west, They want it spacing a little bit to the west and want it spacing a little bit to the east based on the angles of the building. That's pretty much the same thing. It's pretty much the same thing. Oh, you want to cut it too. We've got a stipulation for it. But come on, we didn't put a stipulation for time. I'm the one who just cut it out. So the one prior? Yeah. do we have to do an amendment? Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. Do we want to put a stipulation? Yes. OK. All right. We're going to amend 66024. Stipulation is approved, but it has no, what's the word anyway? We were talking about here and a half. Yeah. So yeah, up to a year and a half right more than not more than a year and a half on 662024. Motion to approve. Motion to approve. Okay. Amendment has been approved. All right. Next, sorry. 672024, any questions? No. Would you like to make a time stipulation? Also, no more than 18 months to match the previous amendment. Okay. Last to group. No second. All in favor? All in. Okay. It passed. Thank you. Last one, the 68204. Install one double-bladed sign on 50 Clinton points. This will be the last one. Yeah. This is what the EO battery is. Okay. Okay, I'll be showing you. Sure, sure. How are you guys? Good, how are you? Good, how are you? All right, so my name is Rich. I'm from the company GoGraphics. I fabricated the sparking sign. I have pictures here, drawings and specs if you guys want to pass those around. But I think we also have everything. It's green. This is all one of them. Is this not up? Is this sign? Yes, it's eliminated. Okay. And there's actually an identical sparking sign under the garage. Next, we'll have 26 divisions from south. Over the top. Yes. All the pictures. The round part is 36 inches, right? Correct. 36 inches. And the width is about 46. Any questions? Where exactly is it going to go? Is there a rendering or something showing exactly where it goes? I don't have a picture, but it's going right outside of people's right. And that blue matches the sign, right? The Clinton? Correct. So it all kind. Now you say this is another one exactly like it? Yes, on 26th Division Street sign. So pretty gross next to it. Okay. I believe that was a proof last year of the year before. Any more questions? Motion to approve. Motion to approve? Second. Wrong favor? Any negative? That's correct. Thank you. It's 6.30, 24 here, up in the Shrine of Briole, in the Pryonoconner. Sorry on the mural application. You want to push that to the back of the meeting, talk anymore about it or... If you can go out quietly, you can go out. Sorry on the mural application. You want to push that to the back of the meeting, talk anymore about it or... If you can go out, quietly explain what's going on here and then you come back. Because we have a couple artists, they're going to come so... If you reach her, they are shaking like I know. And then if we pick a color, can we show it to you tonight? No, at least to get her reaction of response and whether she's willing to. Because if she's like absolutely not, I'm keeping that color, then I think it'd be more dialogue. Then once they will, yeah, I could do it. Let me get you a rendering with a different color. Then when you come back to your original, probably a lot easier. All right. Okay. We'll check on you before we get your Artistic vacations. Yes, so we're gonna move on to administrative items Artistic certifications and our first application we have You have atiana Barnes. Super. Did she do a video? Um, no. What would you do? Flores Polador? Sorry if I mispronounced your name. No, I'm Polador. Hi, hidden. Hello. Hi, Laura. So what could you like add was like around two minutes? Just to tell us a little bit about yourself and what you do in your art. Okay, no problem. I brought a painting, so we have an idea of a piece and not just a photo. So here's one. So you can see the degree, can you read it? Also during my last exhibition, I created a catalog of the exhibition. So if you want to take a look at it. So my name is Feras Perido. I'm from France. I'm from Paris. I'm new in the area in your two years. I live in Rye. And mostly my work is about women's rights. I got a grant from Auschwitz-chester last year for that series of paintings. They were on exhibition at the European delegation in New York. Then there were an exhibition at the J. Heritage Center in Rye for two months. And it's been accepted at the UN for this coming March during a woman's history month. And right now, I got another grant from Aus Westchester to work on another series of artwork, same about humans, right. But this time I'm working, I've recented my research because all my paintings are through research and my knowledge story, and so I spent a lot of time reading books. And from those books I created paintings. And so right now I'm working with the right historical society in their archives and collections. And working on creating the tank portraits of notable women in Westchester County. And one of the portraits I'm thinking of making is about Captain Delores Johnson, who was the first woman to become a police captain in Westchester County in New Yorkshire. So I'm researching her specific life story and see what struggles she had to overcome. And each portrait I'm making for that series of paintings about specific women and all the difficulties that she encountered in her life. And each time I create a series of paintings, I create a program around it. So for example, for that series of paintings, when they were on display at the J. Heritage Center, I gathered my visitors, personal experience and you can see some of their stories in the Catholic arts exhibition. With the Rice Recruity Society, we're working on workshops for kids and adults on the subject of women's rights. And so I also did an exhibition at the RI public library. And I had my work there for a month. And while it was on display, I created a little treasure hunt for kids. So they could look at the paintings and find details in there and learn a little bit about the history of, you know, behind the work. So I'll give you an example of the treasure hunt I did for the kids. Yeah. That's the two more. So are there any questions from this? I didn't. Who, which woman are you going to or how to get her best? So, for, for, for, uh, New Rochelle, it's Captain Doris Johnson. Okay. Uh, right now, so I already painted, uh, Ruth's, uh, Nichols, who was in it here. Uh, I'm working right now on painting Carolina Day. And so I have a series like that of, you know, another woman. And also I'm applying for the certification because I've noticed that you know, Yoroshia is very active on the art scene and I'm interested to be part of that. I already worked with Venda Gallery for a show and right now we are creating a collaboration for a show in November and her gallery. So, you know, I'm an artist and I think that I really enjoy, you know, the community part of it. And, you know, since you're working on that also, I said it was, it made sense to apply for this certification. Now it's starting. So, we won't vote here, but, you know, once meeting's over will all well and then I'll let you know via email what the result was we thank you so much for coming up thank you so much for that what this painting that you brought what is it called what's the name of it so is this one you school say home and I created drains of during the pandemic where you were all stuck. And when you were listening to the news, some people were not safe at home. You know, like, woman, you were suffering from violence, something like that. So yeah, so that, you know, I at least didn't use, I tried to understand the world around me, doing a lot of research and then through the paintings, sharing those things to try to create discussions that communicate with around. So because there is a little complex right now, people have a hard time talking to each other. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Thank you. Our next application for Art of Certification is Terence Mod. Just be loved. Terrence Mott, just me left. Which for you? If you like, you can go through whatever you submitted or you can. Yeah sure, I wasn't really sure how this process actually works and then you guys put me up just after Celine Diabria. Wait, before you begin, you're right. Okay, I'm sorry. So, we'll come back to it. Yeah, we'll join in and then we'll come back next month. Yeah, thank you so much by the way. Thanks for joining. All right, so Teres, I'll go have two minutes to kind of explain about your artwork and why you want the certification and then we'll go later and we'll get back to you. Sure. So, I actually just found out about the program even like two months of us when I looked it up and email It's like there's some amazing things happening here at Shell My family's been in the community for you know, just about just over 20-some years now Generation churches is my family my brother works in the community. I work with Kingdom community Consultants so he recently did the Juneteenth event. I work with LaShawne, with Sugar Plums. We recently did the hip hop event in Lincoln Park, and we're looking to do something sometime mid-September as well. So the reason I've decided to join this collaboration hopefully, I work more on the digital marketing side and graphics. So I've worked with, locally, I've worked with Ali Bar. I don't know if you guys know next to Columbia House. I've worked with, I've designed their website. McLaren's wellness, which I don't think is up here. She's also in Main Street helping her develop the Rendering's for her new product that she has of course, of course, a racer and is a woman's Cleansing Formula she has. I don't know exactly what it is. I'm not pulling that side of the business And then LaShon as well, obviously, you know, I work with her. So those are some of the folks that I work with locally Generally on website marketing and design concept things like that Why I want to do this I just noticed that there's a lot of buildings coming up and I'd like I'd love to have some preferential treatment to be able to apply and live amongst the community of like my defaults While still supporting the folks that live here and work here. You know, so I'm not as breathy as lengthy on. But I'm a grassroots guy. I've been here for a while. My family's here, my kids are down to all the schools up to. The high school, I graduated from rural college, so that's me. So the artist is flooring. Everyone's different, so we don't compare. Do you have any examples of the things that you've done digitally? Yes. I think I might be able to help you out on the other side of the office. Sure. Yeah, sometimes it does. So this is our current website and this speaks to what we all do. That's one. That's one brother Joe. These are some folks that are working in the community as well. Did you take the, from up above and being in, did you take pictures of those stock photos? These are not stock photos. They're up on top up on top of that? Right there. These are stock photos. These are stock images. What have you? I don't think so. Let's take a look. I don't think so. There's some more websites like Ali Barfer and Sensen, AfroSense, which is another gentleman that I want to podcast with and he's based on ministry. So this, I'm not going to be able to get into. You can show us another just one more website. Sure. So, I did enjoy working on this one. This took a couple of iterations. Yes, some are. A lot of this is, so this afro sense in the middle, this is not what it looks like. Did you design that? That little bit. The logo yes. We came up. This is how folks sign up and subscribe. But you design a logo. The logo, yeah, pair two. We're still working through some other components of their entire, all of their social media platforms, YouTube, Instagram, all that stuff, kind of make everything consistent. But this is essentially it, and I may actually be also one of the hosts on this program. So these are... So this is what we're working on now, and so I'm on the team that really does more of the graphics. So did you design those graphics right there? Some of these, yes. Which ones? The Afro-Sensogo. Some part of that crew. These are folks based out of Jamaica, a lot of them. So is it a collaboration to the team? But you designed that graphic? This one, the Afro-Sens. That's your design. Yes. Okay. Well, this is the actual show. So there's some pieces that, this one is, you know, we're still kind of working through and building it out, it's also launched, maybe September, hopefully. Questions? What was your major and decree? Business Administration. Okay. And they have graphic courses of the room. I graduated in 2012. I don't know what they have now. I'm pretty sure they have some of the. Yeah. When you were there they did have. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I was a little focused more on business. What's the business? business and stuff like that and and so I'm a part of a few different Companies I'll say right to the Sarah yourself taught yes, yes, in this area of self-tort Thank you for coming out. Thank you guys. I appreciate it. Thank you guys so much. Thank you. You have a child in high school? I have my... I'm impressed. My ham foot too. So my third daughter is now going to... It's all great. She's senior. Right here in New shop. In the shop. And the other two graduated the past three years or so. My youngest is up in Vegas. That's what I thought. Great for you guys. Thank you. Thank you. It's a great. So we're going to join you. What about the last artist? The last artist? We're going to join her. We're going to join her. We can last a journey. We go last call. Last call for the artist? Yeah, last call for the name. At Sianna Barnes. And last call for Brian O'Connor, 632024. All right. Motion to. Motion to adjourn. Second. Three seconds. On favor. We are adjourned. Okay. Wait till you come down. Enjoy the rest of the summer. This is summer. Okay, three seconds. On favor, we are adjourned. Okay. Wait till you come down. Enjoy the rest of the summer. This is summer, I really feel so. Thank you.
