We're starting to please if you got something or want to speak to the public, thank you name it all for records so we can have record all that. That is correct. That's kind of great to have you father. We ask you to forgive us for we publish all that load. We ask you to be with us today if we get through this meeting and everything we do do better than our townings. We also ask you to let people remember what the true meaning of Easter is this coming up Sunday. So we say all this something and then Jesus Christ. Amen. I play the music to the flag of the United States of America. And to the cross, we will say, one nation under God in indivible with everything I'm gonna get for our all. The story was a minute for four. I got a motion by David, taking my Daniel, he's a discussion, all in favor, all the produce same son, motion care. We'll be approval of the minute from the workshop, the board meeting. Got workshop, that also. Yeah, he's just done that one. Did the workshop? The meeting. I said board meeting. Here's kind of motion for a minute. Motion by day. Say, thank you by day. We need to discuss all the favor. All the favor, say, sign. Motion carried. Need to prove what about. No, I'm pretty sure he's going to check out what's his seat count. We've got something on that one. No. She thinks it's from some other places that we think it can. It's too out here. It is a motion. Second. The motion by David. Second second mark in discussion. All is favor. I'll oppose same sign. Motion here. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm going to go to the office. I'm, local members of the community. My name is Damon Crecker. I am the Chief Technology Officer for Circularity Group. And we're very pleased to be here tonight so the Commission can take up a lease for the parcel that we are seeking to lease here in Cross City. My company is focused on making bioparbon. It's a removable stock that we produce from local low grade residual width and we will use about 450 thousand tons per year of that width which is an abundance supply given some of the events that are and occurred with the people in their road and a lack of other end users. And at least we can provide great economic benefits to the community. Our project is a relatively low project. It's used about 25 acres of a parcel with a cyst behind a cost city lumber. And we've had a lot of good conversations with local community and a number of business officials in the light and we take our business, fits very well here. We basically take wood and we grind it up to a small particle size and we dry it out and we cook it in a rotary kiln to produce something with a lot of charcoal. It's a very high carbon product. It can be used as an agricultural amendment. It helps to enrich soils. It helps to produce stable moisture content in soils. It can also be used as a replacement for a fossil coal yield production and other so-called high-resistant carbonide industries. And we've had a great deal of interest, not only overseas, in steel markets here, but in domestic applications as well, a number of those growing every day that we work on. So we're very excited about the project, and I'm happy to answer any questions that folks may have. I don't have any questions. I probably know a little bit more. We've been leaping this up for a year now and miss Diane and Miss Karen and myself and John's office and Roy and Miss Barbie and Miss Brenda. There's been a lot of people that has got us to this point. And most of all, I want to thank you for choosing Dick Tchaikovic all of you. You know, you all had other sources on the board. And so I'm going to entertain a motion for the lease agreement. Like John, we'll finish it up, even before he's finished it up. And do all what we need to do on our end to finish that up. And I've read the lease agreement. I like it. It's's a very fair. I appreciate you, the work we've done, home-laden, the design calls, and everything that's been involved. Thank you. This has been an absolutely wonderful community. I enjoyed the welcome that we got and how great it's everybody to spend here. We're just really, really excited about being able to build a prosperous business that can can support people and get a lot of money into the community and benefits. I got a question. I'm going to say a second. I'm going to say a second. I'm going to say a second. Daniel. Motion by Daniel. Mark. Thank you. My David. Anyway, only of product, I'll be taking it for anybody or something. So we're getting away from it. You got a lot of people in Dixie County that house. We don't do sex trailers and what have you or you're going to be accepting it from everyone or how's that going to go about? We would be happy to entertain any suppliers to our facility. We're focused on southern Yolo pie. We need to take a low grade of material. We don't want to be competing with sawmills for their quality of material. We want a residual material that doesn't really otherwise have good use. And we think that's a compliment to the forestry industry Is there going to be a size when the dime or the logs is shoveled be in the tank? No, we can take a fairly large we can take chip we can take logs and we don't really have a Well, I mean today's mills they're set up to only take up to a certain size and anything bigger than that It's much. Yeah we designed that plant and have a great deal of flexibility to be able to produce you know to make all of that and chip form to all of that non-group form, a small material, large material you know this is a flagship project for us so it's really important that it works and so we've built a great degree of flexibility into the projects. That was great when we get started. This is a huge milestone. We're very, very happy. In the morning, I was like, oh, I was putting some thread, machine care. Thank you, Mr. Smith. Thank you, sir. No, too. Ms. Carroll? No, you didn't. You won't leave me. I'm Carol West, and this is Dixie's baby queen, she's a refugee chamber. And usually, annually, for about 64 years or so, the chamber has given awards to various individuals that volunteered from some companies or some kind of a combination of those. But this year, it was an animus that we needed to do a recognition that we've never really done before. And that includes a couple of definitions. So because of the fact that we've had over three years and the hurricane recovered, We wanted to specially point out a couple of our commissioners. Mr. Mark Hatch for your service to Thwani in the community, not just Thwani, but focus on Thwani. I know there were very few days that you were not there. It leads from set up the sun down and beyond. So the fact that you could help and that you wanted to, there were there, so you wanted to recognize you, and thank you for. Yes, sir. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm going to go ahead found and you can go to the locker. Thank you. Thank you. I'm going to swap. Let's put an arrow here. Let's try to go. Miss Kaden's house. Here. Alright, it's a great baby. Bye, baby. Ready, then? Yeah, all right. It's a great baby. A couple quick updates. The fire station out of Horsew. We got the additional survey. The water line. So we're wrapping that up a little bit more complete. As soon as we get that down, we'll be able to Smith the permanent application. So that's where we're at with Fire Station 6, Fire Station 3351 and 349 with the clearing moving real pretty fast. We should be able to get scheduled to get in there for our soil tests for the septic system. Once we get that, that's kind of one of the last things we're needing to wrap those plans up to the next three. That's it on the fire station Z. C-D-B-G-9-5th and 9-7th, a bit open and redid. Open and was this past Thursday. We did receive two bids. Only one of which was a responsive bid. And that was in the amount of $750,836.39 from Anderson Columbia. So it's same same. It's a bit, previously, a little bit of discussion that I've had with the officers office. There is an item that we could scale back. At this point in time, if that's the way the board wants to go, we will need a motion to award it. And then that would allow us to discuss reducing the scope, or to reduce the cost of the project to bring it within the budget. Motion to accept. So motion is marked by that. All the favour? Motion geared? Uh, motion geared. All phone front. Discussion started. Uh, eight session. I have a new. I don't think awkward here, but. Pins wasn't. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not. I'm not going to get behind me. So the last thing I got is the restore act, but also update on that. Where should be torque and waterfronts? We got some comments on that application. We addressed those comments. The funding is currently scheduled to be awarded in September of this year, which will be the time we will begin the design of the back project. The remaining three that were submitted, we got some comments on those as well. Those were addressed. If you remember those were a little bit behind, or as a application process of those are scheduled to, applications are scheduled to be submitted in May. And then once those are submitted, the funding would be awarded it in the year. So in the year we'd be able to start this on on those three projects. Mr. Advish, you asked about Cal Creek Bridge. That project can be submitted with the remaining funds available. The schedule for a new project, because it's got to go through an amendment process, and then the application's submitter. You're looking at making, we can make the amendment submitter with the end of this year, and then you're looking roughly in the next year before the funds would be awarded. And could change a little bit. They kind of switch around and schedule some, but looking at it right now, if we make that amendment, at the end of this year, the funds should be awarded as the latest in the 2016. That's a good start. Thank you. That's only. you, that's the only. So we'll move forward then with getting the amendment together and getting that submitted by the end of the year that's included in the rub for them October. That's quarter of the year, so we'll work on that. And other than that, I don't have any questions. I don't have any questions I don't have any other questions. Thank you. Thank you. Good job. I'm never getting it. I'm listening. I'm not a- I'm not a- I'm not a- I'm not a- I'm not a- Cal Creek. I'll get with Cal because we- I'm never getting a slip. And I'm not a slip. I'm not a slip. But Cal Creek, I'll get with Cal because we actually just drove steam. We're looking at it and it's less than $100,000 to fix that bridge. So I've been talking to DOT just this past week. If we can't find a way to get that done through their funding quicker. But it's that fall. Obviously. We're paying on that done through their funding quicker. But if that falls out, obviously, whatever pot it comes from. Oh, we're coming from. So it's going to be right. There's still movement on that from different times. So I think we had was pretty positive. It was good. Yeah. So it got the movement. So it was worthwhile. Yeah. Um, can you second on Star Emerson Daniel? They still have a star.'t started working on that. It's a bit till the guys are the best. Sorry. They guys are going jump me. You don't get that. I'm just reporting what I know. That's all I know. They supposed to start in any state call that, do you say it? Monday. Monday, guys. He said Monday morning they'd be clearing the building. They're actually going to be out there grilling the side of the road cleaning out getting it ready full pay. We've been on that several several years ago and Daniel he's been on top of it. He's a commissioner at the district. He's been on the road right now. Yeah, that road is awful. yes, that's awful. I dropped up and down it pretty regularly, it's awful. One more in the lake, moving up to five rocks at cable, with good and a little lake. Yeah, it took a, yep. That took a little month, I think. They know what their own speed is. Yeah. I moved here when I went down that road, how long has it been going on? But yeah, it's coming guys, I promise. We'll make it happen. Well, so by the next meeting, I'll come back with a, we got started. Okay. Shared island where respond, we got some questions back from a DPP and Army Corps. The same for the dredging at Horseshoe and swanning the vast questions were responding. How fast did they review what we have? So when we're in spastic hand to get it back to them and they ask a lot of questions, but we can get them answered to their liking. So that's where we're at. That's all I have. Only Dred Only a dreading like a horseshoe, I mean, I understand interior law. I like only here, here, when one thing is getting highways back open, people go by the work. That rim canal is the highway for the fishermen down there. And it's yet to get opened back up, where the folks can go to work. And I understand that's their highway. like something's got to be done. So it's a minor standing and I don't understand that's their highway. Why is something going on? My understanding and I don't want to speak out of school is the HGMP money that we're talking about. I'm specifically talking about as an interior canal and FEMA was going to handle their own contracts, the exterior main channel. I think over the footprint that I'm working on is not the exterior. So when you say exterior, it's not for that money. For payments. My understanding is that they were female was already aware of it and working on. I don't think there was a necessarily at least I'm aware of. Our dread is going to go around the point though great yes. Our first word to talk about is our course comes out a little bit but it's not the point. Yes not gonna get the but the main thing is that at the point right there that that did completely full you can walk out of the way. That's it. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I'm not sure if I can find one. I don't know. Yeah, so we know. Is it gone? Yeah, that's it. Is that gone? Like you don't have gone, don't you? And you seem about clearing that lane, did? Yes, this one right here. Okay, good. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Any other questions? No, sure. Thank you, sir. Thank you. Good evening. Good evening. I'm finally back with work meetings. I was able to hire one through the four times. The other lady, the expected job they call back and said, well, you can do higher parking, three days. I've got the one I hired and it's awesome. We've had a good stuff in one time and she's done. She has a flight coach now, and she light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the night and the light of the the library yesterday and I know we've talked about new library, repurposing libraries. David, you said on that library board, right? Can you take the lead on that? I think John's working with some stuff on that also. Liberty Partners. Yeah, Liberty Partners through Liberty Partners or sorry both of them. Everyone who's in John's, our bodies, John. But that library I'd love to see it stay within the city. And that's what we talked about. We got the mayor here today with us. with us and that was one of our things in our county city meeting yesterday that we talked about So you can because you said on that board if you can take that and run with it My question on the library situation is Several meetings by Chena had mentioned that the school board was gonna Talk about Turn loose to the old library at at the high school. No, he'd only have him parking. They'd sold all the front yard, the parking lot and everything. I mean, it was, she mentioned in the meeting they was entertaining to let me carry her. And then there's no parking. There's no parking. There's no parking. One more thing on the library also, this Lisa was actually at her. She's very quiet, if they don't. Lauren Jilas for some of us. So we was able to not hear a note from her. But through Florida Commerce, one of our meetings up there, we attended their warnings of so expansion projects, and where the library set that now, that whole complex could be put on a city sewer and because it goes down how far that right half a mile, three quarters of a mile to one of the house and then a lift station's right there. So the city is going to see if they can get. Yeah, and I'll get a big team managing today. Okay. We'll get together with John. Okay. That's all I got. You're late for the point here. It's now. No, the swan is doingann is doing good. Everything is going pretty smooth down the under. So, next one. Steve, frame us? Update Steve. Yeah, I know. I'm the e-mailer spend a phone call at Busy E.T. when they come to make their visit. They're supposed to notify me that I'll notify you when we both show up there and watch whatever they're going to do. I'll tell them or I want to be there. Thank you. Until they call me a lady going to be here. I mean, he's talking about the search at O-town, the huge mess beside it. I just thought he'd track it on this. Then after my company this week, they told me that they'd be in the car. I thought, whoa. I got, and I just, let's see, if there's been people in four or more tires coming in, but they keep telling me that we tell them. They're kind of. I got some. I'm only RVs partying the county right away. I go. Thank you. You're welcome. Phoebe. Kim Johnson. He has to be excused to not he went to the beating and greenfield pass tonight. He on. So, 2025, he was 399 on 9th position, but other than that, the wash request is actually granted by the bill for a certain point, especially because in the 1950s, when we got a new relation to prevent 1,4,4,4,5, and then the court to the petition days were out of In 2024, we located up in the Far East Vegas County, with So, here, the sea is the same, and I think it's one of the superb vehicles in the mission, just your three, and our half-year-old, that number is correct. You already think so? I think it's a very, very good application. Anyone here opposed it? Anyone on the phone? Y'all heard anything? No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. So let's get the strategy to be grand as provided. motion heard. There was seven. I have a position. The applicant is here. Mr. Stoy called me and said due to his absence, and he would ask that you all go with the LPA recommendation. Yes. You want to let him come up and speak? I'm going to go through the door. I'm going to go through the door. I'm going to go through the door. You want to help me out a little bit? Yeah. Hello. I'm going to go through the last part. Help me out a little bit good. Though I'm just happy and I think it occurred for the RG exceptions or I could come up with work on the poverty and eventually you come to know I'm topic of it. Not ready to do something at this time. I mean, there we have to really stop to be an isolated community. It's not to be a place where it's starting to move trees, and we're going to go on putting a data. You know, this is a long-term investment for us. I've been driving up and down 19 for 25 years back and forth to stand on the living. And we just always enjoy our area. And again, And again, the same thing you just heard is that come up and try and get a property ready to eventually build and pass up there for retirement, it's just not feasible. Again, it's up in us to be small. If anybody's seen the land in five acres, the military has already cleared out. You really can't see the seeds where it would B, but all the other neighbors are on. We've admitted to the office, we've admitted to the office. I was just trying to finish up the year. So, maybe we've been educated correctly, because the previous owners, that the medical losing, you know, that they have an RV and they came to the office to offer E and so gone after the court told that under the special discussions that they'll have one RV. So I'll take the lead on it. Due to the opposition, seven opposition on it. We are big land rights people. You should do whatever you want to do. You work hard for it, do the detrimental to your neighbor because they're done the same thing. And with this amount of opposition, and the commissioner recommended to go with the government now, what the LPA board does, and we'll make a motion to the night. Thank you. I've got a motion by Mark. Second by Daniel. Any more discussion? I got three. I have a question for you. Okay. I mean, is there a lay on? You can get one lay on and he can try to work. Would you recommend a mile for one person in the meeting opposition? One person? Anybody here? Opposing this? Anybody on the phone? You don't hurt anything else? All right, that one person that was opposing this is that it's even live on that road. There's only road behind it. This lady has 16 acres plus. There is other RVs on that road because I know I gave them one of them for the front of Hurricane and there's RV lot on the other side of me. I butted up this property. Bruce tuning lives across road. He's alright with it. I don't know if y'all know Bruce or not but he's good with it. Take a motion to approve. So I guess most of my day will take my David his discussion favor or I'm going to take a motion to approve. So I guess. You know, most of my Daniel's taking my David. He is discussion. A favor? Hi. I'll focus my spine on. I'm going to take care of it. 2025. 2025. I'm going to sit down. I'm going to put this in the higher mirror. One for the village. They're on your one you got a nod all the way. You can build a flight for the 900 sub square feet, 450 square feet, tiny home, and you can get power. You can actually get power and possibly have your RV there while you're doing I'm going to get a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little I'll have to say that. Thank you. All right. We don't want to have to put it down. I just hope. I've got you, you're here. I got you, you're were here but it's good. I'm recording. I acknowledge. Two weeks ago we put in for a 911 grant. The grant for the Prince of Difflin by the 911 Board for board from states. I was pleased that they have heard this one have the official grant agreement, but this isn't how it will not. Anyway, just to get us asked to see the order and just do a preliminary acceptance of the grant, I'll give you the information that will be re-drugged. And then then once I get the actual agreement, I'll have you sign it. Did everybody give it up? Oh, yes. All right, so the first grant was for a emergency medical dispatch slash emergency fire dispatch software that goes into the dispatch center for leads to color through the actual call. And then what questions the AFT and how to lead the dispatch through the rock call to get the information to the standard around the whole country that we need to put in place we had it all the time ago but it went away. So this is a grant for a $59,598. Nice. And most of them are marked. Thank you for taking my day. Any discussion? All in favor?? My whole body is saying fine, motion carries. While we're talking about that, I need to ask for permission. I have the funds in my budget already to do this, but there's some additional items that need to be purchased on top of this that was not part of the grant. My failure for not adding to the grant in beginning of it just because the delays get the information back. But I do have the money in my capital asset funds. So one quote is for 12,200. That's for smart cop integration with the software integrated with the CAD. And the other one is $8,397 just for our software torecognitive and for the software to get on in the Sheriff's Dispatch. So, the approval of those motion. Let's do one at a time, motion on the motion by Mark 12,000. 12,000, two minutes. Thank you. Thank you, Mark David. You did second one for me. He was just talking All in favor. All opposed. Same five motion on the second was 8,000. 8,000. Seven to nine seven dollars. Motion carries. 8,000. 8,397. I guess the question is maybe what you guys are going to say., absolutely not. They made a motion to pay that, or for him to pay that. I don't know how to count. They were doing it separately. Who made the second motion? I did. Thank you. And who was the second? Eight thousand. I was the second. He was the motion, Mark was was motioned, I thought. That's right. Thank you. That's good, I have you. That one you knew, that's 1000 was most of my David, second by Daniel. Oh well, I figured out. Was that what you was asking, wasn't it? I thought we were on the second one. That was the first one. Yeah, and she's the one who needs it. What are we gonna do? We got on the first we got a motion by Mars. Second by Daniel. All within a favor. Paying the 12,000 for him to pay it out of his account. Second one was a motion by David. Second by Daniel. I'll pay the 8,000 out of his account. All his favor. I motion carried. All the same time. Yes, man. Are we good? Yes. All right. Second thing, I'm sure. Is a second grant for our annual maintenance contract with the final one system, 6,767. Motion. Second. I've got to motion my mark second by Daniel. We're just discussions. All in favor. I'll oppose same sign. Motion carried. All right. The second thing I've ever noticed is more information being is our, I sit through a webinar that's going in with the cyber security grants people with a foreign business service, they are. There is $10 million in the governor's budget for the renewal of that grant for the third year. There's a list for a few. World and physically restrained counties. So there's a possibility with that, they may a call sharing involved it when I get that information I'll let you know but they are pushing that so that we are up for possibly a third year renewment so they'll have a stop just want to give that information and that's all I have. seats and all three man satin three and first district are near completion on the plant. I would like if the board would be agreeable to it. Go ahead and get both those approved to be bid out whenever Mr. Tellen is able once those plants are up and ready. so that we don't have it other week or two to the day or three week if we have a long board meeting. For the six weeks you think hell most of both of them. Maybe a little bit more. The three is three of that only near and so at least the quick three six is the or lines we're still working on that so I'm not sure where the boards are on that it may be a little far out at six weeks but we have money and bank for bug tell them we're just sitting there waiting on the plans to get ready to get it out so if we could wait and get that out of the way I would appreciate it if not we're going back in the video as you would see. I'm going to make some money. Motion by David, second by Daniel, in discussion. For final presentation and three, right? Or for both of them? Three and six. Can we do them both? I won't. No, I was motion for three. Is what I was just... Okay. Okay. In the discussion. All the favor. All the same. Fine motion. Here. Any motion on. That was the first. Yeah. Oh, she's not. If the board that's one. It's going to be a little further out. So if you're a preferred weekend night, we will. Let's get this back. Authorization is same. The whole scene is the whole thing. Well, say a good question about David. Say a good question about Daniel in his discussion. All in favor. Who's saying sign? Motion carries. You know, most of everything else I have is an information on a lot of you probably here, young people, on the other side. Station full, and that's the problem we've, uh, Chatebrook, we've replaced our old station there. We're receiving a station in the next few days, and we're most often doing what we've got there doing. That, um, is on 30th. We, all the 30th of this month from 11th to 11th we're gonna have an open service moment there. We've got a plus use of folks and buyers and all that have to do with the different agencies. We should have got everybody to have a reason and be known, but we would like for anyone for anyone that can be there to be there. We're going to do a short ceremony and we'll have a light lunch provided right now. We've got about 100 to 150 on the list, so it's a pretty big deal. And a lot of those are confirming. The Senators represented were very, very budget and they're probably not going to be able to be there. they are may not able to send someone. So if you would like to come to like have you and the citizens as well, we have voted up for the kind of community for the poor for providing them. So those of you that are sitting here listening, I would like to give you a rest from 11 to 12, 11 to 12. And once we get done with the actual ceremony, we'll open it up for the team as the folks that do show in the allow everyone to go through the building to give them a hug. That's your part of the shooting. Yeah. Our plan is to go in my burst, seven thirties shift chain, we'll have food there. That will be another ambulance in this community, ladies and gentlemen. That's a fourth crew. They still have a couple of mates who are getting Florida. We have kids who have moved from staff around and make sure that truck is running so you will have to make first four ambulance is running. They downgrade one of our engines to a one-man truck to do one. That's on this way we have a few in class. So that's a historical event, gentlemen. I can remember when there was one truck sitting across the road. And that was the only annuals in this county. And I remember when Old Town was built, it went to two. And I remember when the first district was built, it went to three. Your gentleman sitting on this border seeing the fourth truck going to place. So that's a good thing we need. I told y'all a couple of meetings ago a couple of times that we were in the process of hiring the second person for the community for medicine position. We hired them. I told you all a couple of meetings ago, a couple of times that we were in the process of hiring the second person for the community for a medicine position. We hired Ms. Sandy Bloom. She is working with us now. She finished her orientation last week. Well, her office orientation. She's with Ms. Alex and now for a couple of weeks writing and getting familiar with everything. And hopefully she works out this way. She likes it. We'll see it through everything she's done in the past so we'll see where that goes but we do have a second position on and that will take a lot of the load off the vialis and give her some free delivery. The vialis has been very much needed. She's also now. The emergency operation's in situation one is scheduled to be done by 815. I can code that is final 8. And so far as the last Wednesday everything is still on schedule for that. If you have it now, come by on the name group. You've got all walls up and painted inside. There are team C-Ingrias today. Electrical is almost finished. They started the towering the platforms today. Parking is supposed to be started within two weeks. Cadence will be Monday week. We'll ring a follow after that. It's coming along, you know. The events are all in air conditions today. Clear that. That's patient is moving. So sometimes maybe we'll have another open ceremony and be able to move forward and be done for her cases and with starts. And we. We. Come. Come. No way around. While fire season is here and her case is almost over, all that. We discussed a few weeks ago about the LMS meeting. We got a deadline for projects to be submitted. I know Mr. Hatch and Mr. John are working on that. We had a meeting set and we all had some interferences. If we have projects we didn't get them in. We have a meeting set. I think you can send it out. He did. He did. It'll be on May the 7th at 1 o'clock at the office. So we didn't get that list of projects and we can get them on. So they'll be there when we have to meet and then we can prioritize them and any others that come up and any other mission type. We have a pre-hurricane meeting set for May the 29th from 11 to 1 this is the meeting we do every year before Hurricane season has to be done for June 1st through the next month. There's an office hopefully by that date we'll have a lot bigger office if everything goes well. So you'll be on the wheel. May the 29th from 11 to 1. I think it's the first date. It is sure. And then the last thing that I had, gentlemen, weeks ago, months ago now, I told you a few times and when this nightly was the part of the health came in and met with you all one day and told Joel this was the part of the health in Dixie County was looking to go back to a primary care situation to provide medical care within the community that was done away with years ago by the state and he helped limit the medical care and I was just leaving that in the county. They have got a doctor to hire, a doctor to be a laundry, he's from Miami. He is the doctor that came up last year with the hospital that we had set up, the mobile hospital. That is the same issue, so in front of the situation that he wanted to be a part of. They have hired him and he will be here on the second of May, from May 30 to 11, 30, they're doing a small reception, there is a problem of health for him and those services will be moving forward. Don't know that they've changed the plan that I've been state-based with last time I heard it was like 4 days a week. So we'll see what they have going there, since we can get on board. And there'll be some other options for care there, dental, different things coming in. There's a lot of these yet because I don't know what's changed in these last couple of months. But that is moving forward and it's going to give us another level of medical care. And still it's not a hospital. We can't transport that. And you hate for it. During the emergencies there's probably some ways we can work around some of that. But it is something that will allow citizens to go out and get medical care without having to drive a game field. For some of the stuff that really is not needed for that. And also to keep from running our units there. You know, the citizens can go there and get a schedule too monthly and maybe an x-ray up like we're talking about x-ray machines. I don't think it's there. But it's a good thing. It is. That's all I have unless you'll have anything else for me. Thank you. Thank you, Dan. I'm here, I'm sorry. But it's a good thing. It is. That's all I have, unless you'll have anything else for me. Thank you, gentlemen. Thank you, gentlemen. Thank you, there. Let's go, Carter. To the precincts, you know. To the Mali. Miss Angie. She has to be a skier. Oh, come on. Let's try thinking. First, I got a free rule of a minute per FDAC's mosquito control contract, 31505 increased to $67,478.79 to be electronically signed. Motion by Mark. Second by David. Any discussion, discussion. John, are we doing the same thing we did fast here with Lady Cone? Well, we probably go out to Enigotio, because I think he's up lowly signed. I was in my shop the other night and I had mosquitoes on me now. I know what happens whenever I get one at my house. Everybody else does. I'm working on someone to help us. Okay. I get it worked out. Maybe I can. I don't know. Okay. He more discussion. All in favor? I don't think. I'm most careful. Okay. Next one is requesting border approval for pasture ed average to hold the National Day of Prayer on May 1st, 2025 from 8 to 9 on the front steps of the go-alts. My name is David. I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I was in the office, I to wish everyone a happy Easter. Remember the season. I saw a lot of them. I saw something for me. Okay. Thank you. We've got 24 boxes of records that have met retention. We've got them both set in ready for just 14. I just need that sign off. I was saying I was going to put the table there. Motion by Mark. I'll take it to my venue. His discussion. All in favor. All opposed. Same sign. Motion carried. And then I just want to bring a couple of things to you all. Attention with the cards. First of all, I've called David. I've got to call that somebody was in a tent camping at Sherry, and I know that that's called we have an end so, but at Gantou, they'll have them, no end, the county courts. They're allowing them down there. I brought it to their attention and she said, oh, well, I feel bad for the kids, but if they start bothering you, or then they're going to, then there's another dog. And somebody's going to get bit. Something's going to happen. You can't make exception. So it's either yes or no. And then I don't have verification on this, but I was told, and while I would say there's several campers were coming in last week or spring break, but they came in the week ahead, put your campers in, but they're not charged unless they actually stay in there and plug in. So I don't know how you verify that, but that's what I'm being told that they're holding the spot, but because they're stay in there and plug in. So I don't know how you verify that, but that's what I'm being told that they're holding the spot, but because they're not staying there until they're actually there. So something y'all just might wanna check up. All right, well they need to, we can eat that a lot. I'm just bringing y'all's thinking. You gonna take care of your little districts? Yeah, I'm gonna hold that. Okay. Yeah, definitely can't work. I'll go with it. Okay, that's it. Come on, man. I'm still at the hospital. How long? How long? Okay. Yeah, I'm going to have a look. How long? I'm going to have a look. I think that's it. How long? I think that's it. How long? Oh. Yeah. Do you think that's all I got? Oh, can I have a commission, Rod? Thank you. Oh, everybody has a safe and happy Easter. I thought I was right, because I would be covered there. Walt? Um, again, I know I've said it earlier, but it's worth saying again, with a circularity. Mr. Damon, thank you for taking the chance from County. And look forward to working with you for many, many years to come. And I can't sit here without thinking of them being just sort of a friend up there from a theater there, Karen and Miss Diane. They all love Miss Diane. She is a blessing for Dave's account. She's at the No-Four-A-Economic Development. I settled on that board as a commissioner, Karen, that it as a citizen. Miss Barby staff, Miss Turner, Miss Barby, John and your team with you, Roy and Miss Martha. It's a lot of work going into this. I know, I hate calling people out like that, because I'm going to miss somebody. This is a hell of a big project for our county. It's really, really a great project. Don't forget to change. I see, see. Oh, that's what I'm saying. See, it's been quiet now now. I forgot about it. But, China. China has, has went above and beyond. I can't thank China enough. She's reviewed more documents on this and she's done an outstanding job and we truly appreciate it. We've had Zinc all the 5.30 in the morning and thank y'all for y'all's hard work on this and there's no eye on this. Also, I want to thank the city. They're going to put some water and sewer out there for us and make that a really nice industrial park out there. We'll have some 25 acres left. So we're going to fill that up next. We want jobs. We love our kids. I said that multiple times. But we want our kids to have a place to work whenever they become adults because they will be kids not quite as long as they'll be adults. So we want to pull the boards right now. We want to get this work place right here and raise their families in this county else. I'll be remiss if I didn't think the Chamber for this award and thank my fellow commissioners for trusting me to do what I do in 20 and thank y'all for putting that trust in me and thank the Chamber for that and thank the community down in 20 for supporting us. I got I gotta give a shout out to Brooks, he has home air once in a while and we'll pass out whatever our issues is and find out just trying to help everybody. And there's no district lines when it comes to hurricanes. I promise you that. We all pull together, we all work hard, and I just happen to be the one with the name over this time, but every one of y'all deserves that same recognition. And I want to give that to y'all. Other than that, I want to wish everybody a happy Easter. Jodie, let your grandkids find them candy eggs, you know. But the all joy Easter and remember good Friday tomorrow. You know, others in that. That's all I have. Thank you. Maybe. Yeah. Someone will start by a happy Easter with the date. Hopefully she comes to our candy and everyone that was involved with it, we really appreciate that. And I've also been working on kind of very couple of businesses to the county and this care. Please find them numbers where I can have those people meet up and maybe we can have them and exit jobs and pay. And I'll find somebody else and that's all I have. Thank you. Hi everybody, thank you all for having me. If you all know anybody, if we can call to help get that ramping out, hold you open with those folks who go back to work, make those calls. I don't know. I mean, like I said, I still don't understand on the hill highway to get the commerce back moving is the main thing That is their highway They can't go to work It's been going on That was feel that at the point on the storm before the last one So I mean it's just it ain't just got there so we've been fighting this battle a long time and this is just got Comfortably worse But if you know anybody you you can call. Please do so. I appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you. We mentioned the date that we're planning to do. Yes. This is the first time we're trying to plan for to make a plan to do a cleanup from the cattle back towards the dump. So we're going to be recruiting trailers and men and all the help we can get and try to clean up some. I've done it for you. Thank you. We appreciate it. It's just home. Someone has to turn. We're going to say no until it is 30. You did it. Yeah. I'll be like, start it. I'll talk to you in to 11.30. Yeah. I'll start it and I'll talk in for you. Yeah. We'll put it on our, um, brilliant. We'll put it on our friends and two takes too. And I'm sure you'll get on with the local leaders today. Now it's the public's turn. And it's y'all got any comments? Y'all got a couple of parties. Y'all got three minutes. We had to push up here by the American League. Y'all get y'all answers? Y'all good. Anybody else? Thank you very much. I've got two questions that are out. Y'all have a nice question. Two questions. This is just an update on the county park. That was over par. And my second question is the point that can't erase 350 one. Don't know what's a mess. At the end, it's following in a hole. John, can you give the update on the park? The park is an engineering process. I just have located a lot of our names engineering course. As soon as we get that, we're going to start it on it. And when I say the point, you all want to do 250 ones coming from this county, all of the programs, you know, talking about right, all the way to the point back, at least it's all, I mean, under mine, holes, I just like a bell in it. Yes, in your say. Yes, very dangerous. I don't know how I'll send the words to another there, but it needs some serious vericades right now. It does. So I'm out there. So it is serious. Veracadings right now. It does. 50 and that's not the. I'll take care. Thank you. And County for working the update from the bus. He just kept the. That's the reason. Yeah. Now, I don't know. I want to talk about the park. Yeah. You talk about the park. So anything about the road? I haven't got that far on that road. OK. All right. There's two. OK. But we can put some barcage in. Yeah, we can. So anything about the road? I haven't got that far on the road. Okay. All right. There's two. Okay. But we can put some barcage in. Yeah, we can put barcage in. It's not stable. I mean, it's not really okay. I mean, you can't see anything. And they got the dog beer case and some like tape, but it needs to be a little bit more secure than that. We'll do something. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Whenever I'm out there, but I just want to make you also that really appreciate a working relationship that it means to those lawyers. Second, I want to speak for the TV serial quick as I represent the City on that board, the local TV speak board. I thought was this parent ran on about this. And a meeting this point in a very profound process of possible ways for us to get scholarship funding for our professionals for our economic team that we've developed. That way we don't have to start trying to find money for that and go ahead and get that going before the new budget year starts. And we can report back to you on that. I'm going to be at Miss Karen and Miss Kay together with Lauren Eater who's a senior advisor through Regional Planning and Council and they get anything you think and they can hash that out and we can take care of whatever we need to as a city and council. And that meeting today in very was tourism, which is natural and more floured that I said on and represent the board, as well as Russ McCallister. And a big thing we found out today, which is stuck in a bunch of different tax fields. And it has to do with our tourism tax dollars. It's called the TFT, but basically it's talking about a bed tax. So, for tax, we get out, put down motel, campgrounds, VRV, VRVOs, things like that. We get a certain amount that comes back to the tourism or the antibiotic and the rest comes in. I can't remember the number of how that happened. Either away, that's been going on for a number of years now. Now there is a house built 12.1 and a sister 10-of-year-old 1664, which would put out a referendum every eight months or every eight years, where we have to go back over and put that on a ballot again and explain what a bed tax is. And when you're trying to explain it, it's something that has tax in it. We all, we don't want to hear it. This is not something that you get taxed for. If somebody comes in and plays in the community at one of the best places. And that baby has that come back. This is not for our residents. So what happens then is we have to reeducate every seven years, take one year just to make sure we get our new voters to come out just to have turned 18 and people that move in to understand that they're taking care of business. So what I'm saying is we need to talk to our senators and our representatives of political, political, political leaders and residents. That's something we do. That's something that we change. We take it out of the law home building as far as I just want to get that information. And that's all I have to do. On that, that's the bad tact. We was one of the three counties about eight years ago. That's how it moved. That's what happened. That That didn't happen. And the first development has been won. We have a question coming about what he was talking about. I'm going to text me with a speech in my bed in my head. No, no, no, no, no. It's an educational thing, but what he said is absolutely right. And we was one of those three counties in the state. All counties does it now. We're not collecting facts and put it back to it on tourism. So it's very important to get out and sack it out about Senate bill. That's House Bill 1221? Yes sir and and centrifugal things that you can pull. I can't believe you all. You can't believe you all. You can't believe you all, huh? Yeah, yeah. I gave you all copies of that. So you can get a re-moon and, uh, obviously, ask her to change it. You can't wait for me doing that. And let's talk to our state officials. With that being said John can you can you draft us a letter on the county letterhead stating that we as a Board of County commissioners about to have that read that I could have a better. They do have one more thing. We're not on the red tax of the Huttland County, I was a little bit charged at the end of the night, but I brought the dirt in the 40s for not to count for me to make the city can the they they thought it would have nothing in their own county that rented. There are be no no less than those hotels And all of the things They're sadly mistaken Yeah, they are Also our next city, County meeting is about 15-50m That is a Tuesday And that will be at the library I'm hope I have. Thank you. Anybody else? Box Mayor in the town of Pearl City. Excuse me. Well, if I have the town of Pearl City on the Ankewell, Mr. Armada, full percent on the thank you. For the partnership that we have with you all. It's been a blessing to bring the county and city back together working together so I have to tell the cross-state that it's going to take place. Also this time we're going to set aside the origin blue for a minute and go out to our campus of FSU for the state. Yes. Meeting only has another social media news and everything. But the fact is that having the entire HASTY so I'll ask for the old sort of prayers for the campus of FSU. Thank y'all have good evening. Thank you, team, man. I just had a meet-up. I apologize for not making it to the county meeting last night. I was in the doctor's office trying to set up a surgery to get the patch removed before I can see a bio-back worker. Marquis said, you had to help. John, I mean, he talked about this and I forgot to bring it up in my former items Adams but I'd like for us to recognize DOT district 2 with mr. Greg Evans with a with a nice plaque that supporting staff he was it had up she'll Kevin and Yeah, it's Hank Lambert. So like,, every weekend about them to our next port we present them with some certificates and I know Mr. Greg won't be able to make it so get him a nice plight and we'll mail it to him with some challenge points but the OT really stepped up and helped us a lot during this hurricane and hopefully that'll be their last but um... I they deserve the recognition. That's why we're going to do it. Anything else? Anything much to the gun. We're having so much fun. Motion to make my mark. I think it's my David in discussion.
