Was the applicant asking for our continuance because the Mr. Marous is in here or they asked for it for no we have to add some conditions to the public to the project the planning conditions and they they want to buy by the conditions you have to run it by the architect slash engineer so yeah they want to continue it okay that all of you good I was gonna, go ahead, Mr. Chairman, if I may move to table this. Oh, well, we'll just move to continue it. Or right here? Yeah, yeah. Yeah. So I have a motion. I'll second that. All in favor? Hi. I'm sorry, who motion? I did. My man. Okay. Going into a new area. Okay, going into a new area. Parks and Rick. For Parks and Rick, we have a brand new park that the land has already claimed for bellflower and chamberlin. But the environmental will be done this September and then groundbreaking is estimated to be about two years. Right. What's the location? Okay, with that new business time to vote for a chair and a vice chair. How do you want me to open it up, open floor up for nominations. Floor is open for nominations. I'll make a motion to or nominate Chris White for chair. Okay. I think do we do that or do we open nominations first and then go. Yeah. It's a point for vice chair. I'm sorry. It's for vice chair. Oh, well, do we need to close that one out first though? No. It's this so this is just a point in vice chair. You're still the chair, which is going to point vice chair because Terry Deogato is no longer with this. Oh, okay. I thought we were going to do chair and vice chair like the thing said. Yeah. Sorry about that. Okay. Well, we had two years. I'll make it a third. Okay. I'll open it up through it. Just in case there's a legal matter involved there. Vice chair, I would like it at this point to nominate somebody. She, I'll kind of narrow it down there, has been very faithful to the meetings, except when a kid gets drug behind a car or torn up or something. You know, but she did send pictures. No, she's been very faithful, Miss Garcia, and starting to really learn the ropes. So I would like to nominate Miss Garcia for Vice Chair. Do I have a second? I'll second that. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Okay. Very good. And anything else, Ms. Nica? Yeah, City Hall will be closed on February 17th for President's Day and our next PC meeting will be February 19th and I will have a full agenda for you guys for Okay, folks, comments? I want to make a brief comment. I was here a couple days ago and some of the residents, there's a resident in here and you know the ladies in the front, they do a phenomenal job taking care of our needs when we walk in and ask for information and all that stuff. But when you really get out of control and do not allow them to do their job, that's what they are behind the counter to do a specific thing and you're not allowing them to do what they're supposed to be doing and helping you guys, that becomes a problem. So either you step back and you gather your thoughts and come back and engage in whatever the circumstances might have been. And it was something simple. It was something simple. The forms, you can understand the forms. They're more than happy to explain to them because it took two ladies to explain to the individual What the form was for so with that said just be mindful that they do A lot of stuff for the city of Atlanta, okay? I'd like to make a suggestion and this was a suggestion that I made back in 2018, and I don't know if anything has moved forward with possibly implementing it, but the Roundup Program for the Water Department, essentially taking whatever the amount of your water bill is, and you can round it up to the nearest whatever. It could be to the nearest dollar, the nearest five, and then create a fund so that we can use it for assistance for residents that may need assistance with their part of the payments. I remember then. I remember that. Possibly. I know they do if Naika might know, may not, but if you want to meet with Perk or set up something, they do have a lot of discounting going on. They have a low income, they have different items to, not a bad idea, ain't none of us miss a few pennies. And if it helps somebody, absolutely. So, but yeah, they do have, I know they really reached out because a lot of people were fainting with the water bills and stuff and fainting is not good, you know, so yeah, so see what's on the books also and then that way when somebody comes to you, you say, hey, we got this and this because a lot of people don't know. You know, I can apply for senior citizen discount and get it, but I don't just something personal, I'm sorry, you know, so it could even have a RP card. I ain't getting one. You know, so but a lot of people are unaware of what's out there and you'd be involved like this again would be great too. Just suggestion. I have none. Again, I want to thank you all for showing up. I know our one big item got cancelated. But that's okay. So with that, I'll look for a motion to adjourn. Looking. I'll make a motion to adjourn. I'll second it. All in favor? I think very good. Thank you, Carlos. Thank you.
