Thank you very much. Thank you very much once again. I just want to say I take an adult, we're tonight one one, and we're out by in the mouth. And I think that we should go more on. And I could be good love it over there. And he made it. But every time I go over there and grinds there, he always greets me a smile, which a lot of people in the county don't. Seriously, I asked him a question. He's very helpful. The one time I was able to sit in on some training and watching the new group come in and Ryan really is an effective teacher because that's really what a trainer is and he does it really well and we are very fortunate to have been here. So thank you Brian. All right. Are there any deletions from our voting session agenda? Is there a motion to approve the agenda? Motion? Second. Motion to second. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Aye. The agenda is adopted. While I'll public comment on agenda items only. I have Mr. Troy. And that's where this is going to be for voting session or work. Mr. Troy. Is it really good? Mr. Troy? Yeah! Mr. Troy, is this for an agenda item? The mic is for Mr. Troy. We're going to pass on my phone. Okay, all right. Thank you. All right. Anybody else for public comment? On agenda items? Any audience? Anybody on this room for agenda items? All right. Done. We'll move on. Is there a motion to approve the minutes? and then we'll move on. Is there a motion to approve the minutes of the March 25th, 2025 voting session? So moved. Second. Motion to a second. On favor? Aye. Opposed? Is there a approve? Move on to the agenda, which is super short today, thankfully. First, we have a motion to adopt the resolution approving a modification to an American Rescue Plan Act funds award project for Michael C. below to the foot and ankle sign. I'm a question. We need a person. Sorry. That's okay. Motion. Second. Motion and second. I'm a question. My room's hall or at the end of last year where we had foot and ankle come to council and they made a request. I remember the actual owner of the business wasn't available on their son actually spoke if I'm not if I'm correct. So did we not take money back from this from this organization? This meant we'd like to expand on what's the current? If there was, they had requested an extension, a period of performance, it's not granted. However, when Booth was up for some monitoring visits, she stopped in there and conducted some monitoring. And there were extensive things that doctors had been heard prior to the deadline, prior to the period of performance. So this is a budget modification to just move those on the round. Thank you. And I believe Dr. Bologna here at home. Okay. Any other questions? Councillor, I'll show you. Good. All right. There's a motion at second. Roll call. Mr. Haas? Yes. Mr. Krishnowsky. Yes. Mr. Laskovic? Mr. McDermott. Yes, Mr. Perry. Yes. Mr. Sabatino. Yes. Mr. Haas? Yes. Mr. Krzyszowski? Yes. Mr. Lyskiewicz? Yes. Mr. McDermott? Yes. Mr. Perry? Yes. Mr. Sabatino? Yes. Mr. Stevenson? Yes. Mr. Thornton? Yes. Mr. Willowicz? Yes. Mr. Lombardo? Yes. Thank you. We are too motion to adopt the resolution of proving the modification to an American Rescue Plant Act for the project for the Laura South Valley Council of Governments. So we will All right. Second. Motion and a second. Roll call. Mr. Kurschenowski? Yes. Mr. Wolfsgavenge. Yes. Mr. Durmit. Yes. Mr. Perry. Yes. Mr. Savitino. Yes. Mr. Stevenson. Yes. Mr. Thornton. Yes. Mr. Lovage. Yes. Mr. Hales. Mr. Arnold. Yes. Minnett. All right. Thank you very much. That concludes our agenda. I'm going to public comment on non-agenda items. Mr. Troy. All right. quote by the comment on it. I am said to be going on the next week, right? You can start a coyote one. Sure. Mr. Troy, you live in Wolfsbury City, correct?'s that you live in Wolfsburg City? Yes, okay, just making sure If they have a comment on There is a on the agenda this is not a agenda obviously Tax tax rate what We come in on that There is a there is an I can't see them all one day. There is an item on her for a approval of a tax break for some company in Hazel Township correct. It's a modification to an existing one. Well let me just comment on this. I've never seen, but I didn't really know that they're counting only on planting. I see that there's a commission. Who is seeking permission? Is it a local group of hunters? I was wonder why I would want to come up against I wanted to come out and advocate that the county denied permission for this. I don't know what the rationale is it seems to me may not not a month ago and hundreds are a group. And they always claim there's an overpopulation of as a threat to some other form of wildlife. But whatever case here, I usually perceive it as being exaggerated, this sort of rationale that people use to hunt. And I can guarantee it how much time I got got on that? Well, one or two? You gotta make lots of. These claims were exaggerated. If that's so rational, I think the rationale should be listed or at least council members may have witnessed. This is probably the only I'm gonna get there. But these animals, I guarantee you, if there was enough research done by DET, you would find that they're probably on the precipice of being in danger. If they're not in danger, all right. So I don't know what the rationality is there, but I'm totally against the county, graining any group, a coterie or whatever, when you call a select group of people, they try to satisfy some sort of urge and claim they are doing some good in terms of a balanced nature. In fact, the opposite, in my mind, it's a research that I have done. So to advocate for this sort of thing, I think it's totally irrational and it's immoral. It's not that. It's unethical. These creatures are struggling just like you and I and everybody else that have a right to live. And they are important in the balance of nature. Thank you, Mr. Troy. It's time already? Yep. Three minutes. We'll expand the time. Anybody else in public comment in the audience? There's a additional public comment section later on. Yeah, you can come back up again Mr. Detroit, if you have any comment to make about another item. Anybody else in the audience? Okay, we have one on the Zoom. Mr. Mark. Mr. Raebo, we can barely hear you. I'm not sure what's going on with your microphone. It's not much better. We can hear you a little bit better now. I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean, I mean that comes up every now and again and I understand that the political class of, you know, the Hazleton area, Hooserm County have fond memories of this, memories of this property and parcel because it's one of the political career of a state representative who represented the Hazelton area who was now a county board comment police judge. So I know how delicate in terms of the balance of this situation is, but it all wants to be Mr. Chairman and members Teleflow County Manager Proclamation, this parcel needs to be broached with the proper sensitivity, especially the people of Hazelton considering the fact that they've been screwed morally older this property for nearly, nearly 25, probably 30% actually the 0 to 30 years. So for this, and I'm not blaming the current developer, I just want to make that abundant with this. Current developers have no, it was brought in at the last minute at the 11th hour. I'm talking about the previous developer, and previous owner of the arsenal,'s done the river dredge from New York and the old Navy's stadium into an online pit with also contaminated drug picks from friends that were put into that and Mr. Care at yourself and the council should ask the current developer if the ACP asks if the mitigating circumstances with the contaminants that were dumped into that the old city landfill was actually removed for is actually contained before breaking ground on this property because that will break the groundwater thereby contaminating the groundwater and causing a very big problem if there isn't already a big problem with the drinking water of the people of the Southern Hamilton City, Mr. Chair. This needs to be not about just economic development. This is one of those issues, Mr. Chairman, where you got human-chemical tasks that were hosted in a balanced manner, and I stress balanced manner. I hope I made myself here in this hard and coyotes dope. That's an aftermath of a displacement because of the 12 warehouse that are being developed in the area near watershed winds. That that said for the past few years. So, that also needs to be brought to consideration. And I hope the Vice-Carrion members of the A13 committee can maybe look into vector control as I said to come and ask the question that needs to happen. Because of all the wildlife displacement that's going on with the development of the... Thank you. Reba. These were houses. Thank you very much Mr. Chair. Thank you. Anybody else on the Zoom for a public comment? Mr. Emotion to adjourn? We'll move. Second. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Right. Well the voting session is adjourned at 6.21. Can we just
