Okay TV ready. Yes we are ready. Okay. Jonathan this is for you. Okay. Good afternoon everyone. This is the Beverly Hills City Council special closed session. Today is Tuesday March 25th, 2025. It's 3.30 p.m. and we will start with roll call. Good afternoon. We have two roll calls for the close session. The first one is for city council. Council member Wells here. Council member Korman. Here. Council member Mirish. Here. Vice Mayor Nazarian. Here. And Mayor Friedman. Here. The next is for the parking authority close session. Director Wells here. Director Korman. Here. Director Mirish. Here. Vice Chair Nazarian. Here. Andman. Here. Okay, so we will start with public comment. At this time, anyone in chambers or by electronic means will be given the opportunity to address us on matters on the agenda. Do we have anyone on the phone? We do not have anyone on the phone, but we do have two written comments. Okay. The first one is from Daryen Vujot. Unfortunately the city's agenda is continue to be ambiguous because the city fails to identify the proposed lessor, proposed lessy, current owner or proposed purchaser. When a lease is being considered is the city leasing property from another or is someone proposing to lease city property. When an acquisition is being considered is the city considering purchasing or is the city considering selling property. These ambiguities could be easily solved with competent work. Please take care of it so it will not be necessary to rally a lot of residents to take the council's time to get these matters corrected. The next comment is for Mr. Thomas White. I trust the issues cited below referring to Darian's comments are merely an oversight by the preparer. If they are not, I would respectfully ask. Is the draft or misinformed or simply confused or over whether the city is the buyer or seller, lesser or lessy or licensure or licensee in the identified transactions. What legitimate reason or benefit can there be for excluding such basic and benign information in a published notice? I'm aware of no apparent competitive harm or prejudice to the city in making a required disclosure document clear and intelligible. Absence such a showing and as they are reasonable the requested corrections should be made promptly and without the need for further discussion or time investment. This is an easy fix for which I thank staff in advance and would be grateful for a reply confirmation from designated staff that these issues will be corrected. I think it's fair to say that our residents, voters and taxpayers can only instruct our elected representatives as to their wishes if they are adequately informed, though these are certainly on the most bare and fundamental level. Indeed, an informed electorate and public is a necessary element in any healthy democracy. It is good of Darian to have identified and raise these important issues and provide an important opportunity to comment. Thank you all for considering my point of view and requests. That concludes written public. And that concludes public comment for closed session. Okay, thank you. So with that, we will adjourn to our closed session for those items listed on the closed session and revised closed session agendas.
