We have a bid opening today. This is the notice of interest of persons on the offer of a certain real estate, a betting to a land in record, Botics LLC, and we received a offer from them for this abedding property. And? It should be 2500 somewhere in there. Yeah. Right there. Good. Right in front of this. Okay. So we have a bid for this piece of property. Moving'm trying to motion approve this bid or take this bid and advise my sorry. Moving seconded all those in favor say aye. Aye. Both same sign thank you very much. Okay. $2,500. Lafayette renew. Good morning Brad Talley Lafayette Renew. You have before you a notice of award for the Prairie Oaks Force Main Permanent Bi-Past Project. This project came about from our emergency repair that we performed early 2024 on those force mains. We decided that we needed a little bit more flexibility, so this bypass will give us flexibility to inspect force mains that we've not been able to inspect previously. Also, there's some rehab of a manhole that where the force main discharge is into the gravity sewer that's been eroded away due to the atmospheric conditions, so we're going to rehab over here. Seal Bids were opened on Tuesday, April 29th. This award is to the low bidder SLB pipe solutions, LLC. They submitted the low bid of 348,000. Other bids received were from Atlas excavating in the amount of 586,000 even and from outweiler contracting LLC in the amount of 800,000 documents have been reviewed by everyone. And I recommend these for this award for your approval. OK, it's good to see if we have any questions. Chantant and motion approve this award to SLB pipe solutions at L.. So, my second. Anybody have any questions on this? Substantial difference in cost. Quite a bit. And I think we attribute that there was a couple of the contractors were a little bit more conservative in their pricing for bypass pumping. And then I think just the volatility of the meeting process right now, you know, there's the tariffs and everything else. It just seems like a lot of instability in these processes right now. So you're okay with your resume? Yeah, we've looked at it. They actually were a sub on the emergency repair and did some work for us so we do have some extra work. Okay, good. Good. You know, the questions on the other side? No. Okay. Have a motion in a second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. I'll close the end sign. Thanks, Brad. Thank you. Mm-hmm. All right, tab. Engineering. Good morning. Eric Felix, engineering planner. Thanks for the explanation. Chair and tenant motion approve this contract with Alton Wittsick. Oh, no. Second. So this is new. We haven't done this before, have we not? I haven't seen this before. Not directly. Okay. Usually the contractor or refrily or milestone or whomever is to have repayment for us, will employ a testing agency. We're also doing some of a testing through the street department, so we're just trying to implement that as well. Okay, it's good. I recall these stuff last longer than exactly. Yeah Yeah. Okay. I have a motion. A second to prove this contract with all those in favor say I put the same sign. Thank you. Thank you. Next we have purchasing. Good morning, Dave. Dave Payne, purchasing manager. Good morning, Jeremy Diel, City Controller. Controller's office has reviewed claims still in $670,370 and $16. I request the board's approval. Chinatown motion approved the claims. Oh, move., move. Moving in second, we all have one universal question. Oh, what is downtown activation project? That is an incentive that the city provides from our edit funds to the long center to promote bringing some high profile acts to the community. And then we've talked about that before, but none of us could be doing this for a few years and that enables us to get the beach boys in the United America bigger acts like that. Okay, all right, thank you. That's very helpful, thank you. Anybody else have any questions? No. Okay, they have a motion, a second to prove the claims, all those in favor say hi. Hi. same side. That's why she's not here today. She's the one who put it all together. OK, great. This is on June 13th. Yes. And we have the letter from your wife. That's great. We appreciate the explanation. And I think this will be pretty straightforward. Churrent-Henry motion approved this special event request. Second. Anybody have any questions? See how simple that was?
