Right, or which stands one nation under God, individual, with liberty and justice for all. I'll take this slide. I'll take this slide. I'll say, I'm going to go on one of the videos of this hall. Come around. Thank you. All right, we've three police officers here, including the sheriff. Please, can we respect him somewhere? Yeah, she is. She is here. I'm sorry. She is here. He's family. He's a copo, and then a copo, and then a copo. This is a copo. Can you put an illiterate needs? My life is a copo. OK, let us pray. Every father, we come to you at this time asking that your presence might be upon this meeting of the leaders of our city. Asking if walk over and guide them in their endeavors, give them up rightness of heart and passion for truth. Make them wise, fair and impartial in their decisions, through their work, accomplish your holy and gracious will at our midst so that all that they do might be for the greater good of all the residents of the city of Latin. You name it or we pray. I'm here. May we see it? This time we'll call the Board of Adjustments to Order. And I would direct the Council to Item No. D. Consent Agenda Items. it's in for you. I have a motion and a second. Any other discussion? All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Moving on to the public hearing portion of that. At this time we would entertain a public comment as David Santel Saltel I'm sorry, yeah David yeah, yeah, it's your time to comment circle Putting a storage building Where this old school is next door to it but all the same long I'm trying to get a variance to push a storage building a little bit closer to the property line so I can have a drive what for trade looks at stuff like that. And you're just asking for a variance on the setback? Yes, sir. Okay. All right, thank you. Yes, sir. Any comment from the staff on that? That help is good. It's in me, it's been in the area. I thought we passed the variance on the different one. So yeah, the new plan came and it was closer to the back part of the wood. We're from Shephiel. So it's the rear part that's about to behind it. All my years, right there. Okay. Yeah. The open concrete space. It's all concrete, you know. That's it. All right. Okay. All right. Any other comments on that? All right. At this point, we will close the public hearing on that. Move to item number F, regular and agenda items under that. Number one, discussion and possible action regarding an application. Ververeous to allow three-foot setback at 505 Sheffield. I move to approve. I think I Think I heard you first killing Okay, I'm motion in a second any other discussion all those in favor Any pose motion carries just time we will adjourn into our regular city council meeting And at that time, I don't have any public comments from a forum on this, so we will move on to our presentation for our employee and our chief John Bauer. We'll make that. I have a favor to come up, because I'm not a bar buyer. I don't know. I don't know if that's the fire. So I would be 40 to date right on March 2nd at both 300 hours. Just batch notified the fire department in the year. Land Police Department about a fire at 512 East Main, Officer Stephen Patrick Rive on scene, first he went with the heavy smoke, made sure all residents were safe, also happened then. Remember from volunteer fire departments that told him once everybody's out close the door so that you can eliminate all the oxygen to come in for the rest of the house. With that being said, there were no working smoke detectors in there. There were still some animals that were in there. And due to Stevens' knowledge of the fire from the volunteer fire department, he was able to close all the doors, block off to the church area. So the fire chief wrote me that morning, but I wanted to express to you that your officers actually actually saved these people some of the kid officers that would have been a total different outcome if it were not for his training. So with that, I've never known that we could do this, but actually oxygen was issued to cats. So the cats were saved, and I had no clue about this, but your animal control officer is actually an animal certified CPR. Okay. Or something to do with it. Any way. So with that, we cannot want to give Stephen an award for his actions on that day wanting to provide a bubble beyond his college. Right. Yeah. The Alright, here. So nice. Thank you Stephen for your actions that day and I would just say that just a testament to the fact that good things do come in small packages. I love that. Who do you want to item number D? Considered gender items. Do I have a motion from the council? I move to approve. I'll take it. I have a motion and a second. All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. At this time we're going to adjourn into an executive close session. Sorry, we'd like to take care of these towards the end if we can, but we are going to be going into it now. So at this time I would ask you to forgive us for a few minutes as we exit. This is going to be discussing Texas government code number 551.072, deliberations regarding possible real property and also 551.071 to consult with the city attorney regarding legal matters. We're adjourned to the executive session. 623, we're back in regular session and having a return from concession. We had an interesting discussion during that particular time which the city was offered some free property and I think we were very pleased for the off we'll find out more about that later. right, back into what we were doing now in the public hearing side of number G. We're getting. I'm sorry. You're okay. Yes. Yes, sir. Oh, yes. Number two, sorry, yes, sorry. The perfect. These glasses don't work anymore. I'm sorry. First item, we can be now and discuss possible action with those in the regarding the real property Council heard from Several options on this and so I would offer any discussion or motion from council at this time To accept donations land from a trust the location being with land land located at Ell Street. On Ell Street, the Sheppard Avenue in Lano. Lots described the number of point four eight two acres at the Lion F block 1.4, plus three through five, and point four eight two acres Lion F block. 1 through 4, lots of 12 through 14. Okay, I have a motion and a second any further discussion from council? All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? The motion carries. Under number 2 on that as we reconvene into into this any possible action regarding legal matters on that and I think at this point There's not any action necessary from the council So we will continue on now to item number G Council will hold public hearing to receive written notice and oral comments regarding an application for a specific use permit. For the purpose of a trade days market located in the northern business district, the legal description of that is as you see there. It's 202 West Grayson and I believe Amber, you would like to speak to that. I'm going to look at brother mom. Okay, that's fine. Good evening, everybody. I don't know. Good to see you a lot of doll again. Yes, we would like to open a once a month training market in that metal barn that is directly behind Dollar General over by the city park where star star United's is. With that, we would also like to do a nursery at some point. Nursery would be more permanent when we get to that point. But train days in the open air and that fuel behind it would be, or maybe, at request what we were looking to do. Purpose of that would be kind of like a Fredrik's bird of train days. Or a kitten, if you're familiar with a kitten the once a month. Have vendors come in from of town, set up their boots, they pay for their little spot, stay for that Thursday Friday, Saturday, pack up on Sunday, and then go back out. But the kind of the purpose of that and what we want to do is start to develop that site and make it kind of an entertainment area for once a month. We've got people coming in, we might be bands at some point, at the nursery, a little beer garden, eventually we can get to that. But really just want to get to create an event, sit at around the Antiques and vintage items, such artisans, to bring people into Lano and get them here. And then once they're here, because we would close prior on sundown, let them all go venture out into the town and go walk the square and go catch other live music. So that's what we are, what's more looking to do. Okay, very good. Sir. Council have any questions? Okay, thank you very much. Please. Number two under public hearings there on G. The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive written end world. Knows written, notice and oral comments regarding a specific use permit for an accessory building on a property in an SF2 zone at 305 West College. And Bob, I believe you want to speak to that. Yeah, I mostly just couldn't answer the questions that you didn't have. What I'd like to do is put, I have a pre-built building brought in, a shed, brought in, not large as in 14 by 28. The house that we live in is an older home, and it hadn't been raised at one point. That's been told to stand long before we purchased it. So we really have a very real shortage of storage space for things. Plus I had kind of a hand man I do my own repairs and things and it would be nice to have a small shop to work out of. The structure would be pre-built and it would be done by a rep people company and delivered. The design, I submitted the design to Heather and it's going to have basically sets the long way across the back and the property level. We're a large store, we're a roll-up, we're a here-dial, we store one more and I have a motorcycle that I park and get it out of the letter and then it'll have a storage and that end of the other end of the first shop. So any questions? Thank you, Bob. Appreciate you. Thank you Any comment from staff? Okay, thank you moving on to item number three energy they city council will hold a public hearing to receive written in or oral comments regarding a special use permit or short-term rental the physical address is at 709 Black Creek Drive and we have I believe several people that would like to speak on that film will start with you. Sure. This one. This one. This one. Go ahead. The money is going out. Just go ahead and do the morning ska ok, huh? It's not made for life, don't it? And this is joy. That's OK. Let's find it. Go ahead. The money's go out. And my wife and I are, who've been so blessed, we have to buy a piece of property over here. It's got three acres on the lake. and it's a 7-0-9-clack drive. It's a super peaceful place. There we've got three acres in it bloodstreams that are going to send me beach there. The geese like to come in. Anyway, we love the place. It's a very peaceful place and our intention is to use this as a short-term mental. It's been really difficult for my family, and we want to continue to increase the value of property by doing improvements on the property. So therefore, we'd be set out, we're able to improve it. We're not looking to transition full-time to land, but we're not quite there yet. Just historically we're givers, and we like make things better and that's our plan is to property. And so we are requesting approval for the short-term mental. We have many of our neighbors that we met with them and we think we have a list of names there. And we're committed to have a place that is very peaceful and a place that is honoring to our neighbors a safe place. And there's a lot of benefits to having this, but it's a pretty city with taxes and other things that people are all familiar with, that it's a pretty meaningful year. And so that's kind of our attention. And then- Family bread for you, the new ordinance, very carefully, and we've actually submitted from how we intend to comply with each item in the ordinance. And we do have a local property manager that's here that can respond to anything as well as, you know, our friends, we have an everyone live here too right down the street. So we have, you know, people that come back to set up, they have a set of our immediate issues or anything. And just to remind people that when they stay there, it's a family neighborhood. So expect our neighbors and we'll have the, you know, the science post it as requested in the ordinance for for noise, you know, quiet hours and you make this contact, you know, there's a problem. So, I want to be very respectful and considerate of our members. Okay. I have a question, Phillip, you said you were planning to move here eventually. Are you going to occupy this house when you move here? Are you going to have another residence? We like that place. So, we're kind of... We like a lot. And that's part of... Yeah, yes. We like to have a dog here and he would have a floor of a house. Right. Yeah. So, if that were to occur, what time span would you expect it to be a short-term rental property. If you were going to move here, if you'll occupy the house. I don't know that we would keep it as short-term rental. But we did, I mean we tried to keep it as long as we could. How long between? I've probably used to couple of years, I think. But maybe 10 years? Can that far out? Five years? What do you think? Hard to say. It is very hard to say. I'm not convinced it's right now in Austin. Yeah, we have a good sense of the sentence. It's not nothing to go with there. I mean, I've been able to say it. Yeah. Well, I'm not trying to hold you anything. We're just going to kind of get an idea about how long the time you rest, right? Yeah. I would say, hopefully, the same time years could be known, which way we're heading. So three to five years, we could say, would be a decent estimate, possibly shorter, maybe longer. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Maybe longer. OK. I'm sorry. I don't want to get too complicated. All right. We're interested in what is the best interest in the city. Yeah. That's what it's not probably the way. In conjunction with that we did have a couple of letters of opposition that came into this city on that and I was gonna ask have you addressed those people who have objections and tried to alleviate their fears. The two letters of opposition are actually for the same residents and one is the trustee that actually manages our own property technically for the trust and the other is one of the beneficiaries of the trust to actually resize there and we met with him him and went through all those concerns with him. And when he left, he said that he was pretty much good with it. He just needed to talk to the other person that lived there. And we've since met with the other person that lives there. And he's actually in guard about one of his friends actually staying there when we did it. So, they both have our phone numbers and we're committed to honor them. There's actually a vacant lot between, our houses are on two lots and there's actually vacant lot between the house and their house. So in their house also a base is kind of a different angle but we're committed. I mean, to honor them. And one of the main concerns was weddings and events which we're not doing those. That's not the end of this property. It's just for family stay come or a few apples. OK. Yeah. All right. Thank you very much. Thank you for asking me that. Does council have any other questions? All right, thank you all very much. So I'm glad you introduced myself. Sure, go ahead. I think I'm over here. I'm Julie Schumann for the designate at Jotman-O-Nee. And I have a small, big, property management company that I've had for six years. I relocated out here shortly after that in 21. and so I know I'm a business owner here in Lackle also. I have three properties in town that I still met or in west of Austin, I don't know how long I care is. And so I've gotten to know Donna and Felon made us need to manage this property. So I would be liable along with we are family business in my rental company too. So we're all liable here to two managing. Watch the buffer. I always be a part of the property and make sure that it's taken care of properly. Okay, thank you. And welcome. All right, moving on to number H. Number one, discussion and possible action to approve ordinance number 1554 regarding the application for a specific use permit for trade days located at two to west Grayson. I'm going to to approve. I think I heard Kelly as the second first. Any discussion? All those in favor? Okay. I hope that y'all will look at the city property and maybe someday down the road try to lift the city's and the court and court nation. Expand your trade days into the sea park. Just a thought, but that's my vision. That was being part of Shipland. your trade days and to the sea park. Just a thought. But that's my vision. That would be a partnership. I'm not going to propose. Thank you. And I'm concerned with that. I did think about the fact that you have a parking lot available times when you're not using it. Would it be all right for the city to use that if we had events going on at the park? Yes. If I can cook off last weekend, it comes to us and asks and we just getting the same at the said that they're welcome to use it as long as it was returned to us in the same condition. They've run you to government and other things like that and they also post liability science as well. We're insurance companies. So when we definitely, you know, the future would love to work with the city on things like having, you know, we're moving nights and different family events and stuff that can help draw people in. Okay. Okay. All right, thank you very much. All right, so we do have a motion and a second on the floor. So in the other discussion from council. All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Emotion carries. Item number two, discussion and possible action regarding our order of 7555 Regarding the application for a specific use permit for the accessory building located in 305 west college street I'll hurt care a second I May be the sound travel quicker. I'm not the woman. I'm not the woman. You said Gordon. All right. I have a motion on a second. Several. And so those in favor. I am. And you pose. Motion carries. I remember three discussion and possible action of proving ordinance number 1556 or a special use permit to allow for a short Firm rental located at 709 flag Creek Drive. I move to the fruit. I second. All right. I have a motion and a second. I've never seen people fight over this stuff. Motion and a second, any other discussion? Yes, I have some of that. I'm gonna say that, you know, this went through PNZ, and they, you know, of course, approved it, that's how I got here. But I do think this is going to be an awesome way to show off our beautiful river. And that's how, you know, tourism gets started and to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest, I'm not a person, and it's to be honest tourism gets started as a to be an agent for people and let them get a taste in and so I'm I'm really happy about it. All right thank you Kelly. Any other discussion? All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Item number four, discussion and possible action to approve resolution number 2025-10 for property tax exemption for qualifying child care facilities in the city of Leno as authorized by Section 1, our article number eight of the Texas Constitution, Kim, would you enlighten us on this? So it may be, it may be asking for this exemption. You know, it's a top of here at all. You could talk from there. Two years ago, there was a vote to have allowed a cares to be tax exempt if they fill in certain categories. You have to be had with the children. You have to be a Texas rising star, which means you're above the regular state standards. Our state care alphabetality is a four star, which is the highest grade you can get on that day care. And the other one is you have to be in compliance with the Texas workforce.force. I only take care of Atlanta with number one call of eyes, but I'm also the only one that posts city taxes. And what they have said is that when the vote passed, it said that you could get anywhere from 50% to 100% of your taxes reduced, just your, and I've already gone to the commissioners court because you can be a fruitlight accounting and the city to allow if this is happening and they have written you for 50% so now I'm just waiting on if I can improve we all can not reduce my yearly taxes for the property taxes. All right thank you. I'm gonna to approve. Well you're gonna have to offer a percentage dear. Oh! Oh! By the way, it was like you caught my hands with a record. A lot of sorry, I should have said that. Yeah. All right, thank you. I'm in the two proofs. Well, you're going to have to offer a percentage to your Oh All right, I'm a motion and a second any discussion All those in favor any opposed? Motion carries congratulations. And by the way, thank you for taking care of kids. Yes. A lot of the very first job in the world was working at a daycare center. Thank you, I was very happy to be gone for them. It's tough. Item number five, discussion and possible action to a point, Andrea, is it strictly for two-year term on the land street that Lennon's Main Street Advisory Board. Kim? So, I'm good. Thank you. Andrea is getting. To get me from medillating your net. I'll get you a net. All right. I'm going to approve. Okay. Motion and a second from Larry. Yeah. All right. Any other discussion? Thank you for serving. All those in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries. Item number six. Discussion and possible action to approve ordinance number 1557 amending the masterpiece scheduled Marty why do we need to contract with the U.S. Medical Hospital. So this is five plan review by the infections by the public review and infection. And your fire safety infection, those things, we don't have in our master face schedule or we can pass those things on to the community and the community. The importance that you see here, or the 15th, because I simply ask so to start please get to. There is one time you've done there, fire coat plan review, which is the first one on that list, is shown in 210 dollars, it should be 2505. It's okay. Great, but it's okay. All right, thank you, Marty. And do I hear any motion from the council? I'm your kid for you. Thank you. And do I hear any motion from the council? I'm going to approve. Sorry. Motion and a second. Any other discussion? Yes, I have some questions. And do you, this is just their charges to us. It's not an over-fit. We're not running any many areas. 20% higher than their 20% of the house. All right, thank you. Any other discussion? Questions? All those in favor? Any opposed? Motion carries. Item number seven. Discussion and possible action to approve ordinance number 1558 for traffic and control devices. Josh, you are going to tell us all about the stop signs. So we've put in new polls and sites across most of town and one of the phone knows we notice that college street, San St. Street, Main Street and Chestnut are all through streets. And the majority of the cross streets intersecting of those are all the old signs. And we spoke with the chief after we started and it agreed that one of the first streets that should probably be stopped sign and said the old sign. Do we have any record of accident accidents long there? Is part how many we've had? No? No, I might pull it. Okay. All right. By the way, I do appreciate the new stop sign and the one way signs that have made it tremendous difference. I thank on the corner of Main Street in Oakland. I know that we were getting reverse traffic flow up that street sometimes two and three a day. It was a very dangerous situation, so thank you. Do I hear a motion from council on this. You ask about any accidents there. Do we have a problem? I mean, not that you guys patrol out all the time. Do we have a problem? Do we have a notice? A problem with... We know that we know it's like I'm saying some traffic has increased. And it going to continue to increase its big growth. You know, as you please, I'm out of fan of yield signs just for the accident concept of that with the volume of traffic. Number-wise, I don't know, I haven't won the last three years. With that had several air vases all chestnut and city vehicles. I'll tell you, Brahmers, you're slow now. Well, I'm not the cross-traffic. I'm not necessarily a fan of top suns. So what I think is going to happen is, they're just computer. They're not going we, you know, penal pig lives in our citizens for, you know, so I'm like, if there's not a problem, why fix it? If you reduce this list by 90%, I might go along with it. Cause this is where I live, and I can't even remember to stop at the science. Y'all put up last week. And yeah. So. Just more you should stop anyways. You don't get tea bones. I haven't been tea-boned in ten years. I'm a lawyer. I think if we could mirror this down. And if there are a few changes a little along, it'd be a little harder and less harsh as well. Right. I mean yield signs, I think people abuse yield signs more than they do stuff. That's going to be a four effect. I do think some increases stock signs. I think the problem is the list is so long right on one go. But I definitely am prone to increases in stock signs versus yield signs because they do encourage potential Brexit to happen, near misses to happen, you know, your slam on the brakes, throw up things around the car. I think the red direction maybe step too far in Wonderland. I appreciate you bringing this to us, however. There's an installation of this, so efficiencies, one of the list the list. I feel like all of these stopgines should come out of the Water Department budget. I love this trip. Oh, there. There you go. I feel like water would hurt worse. And our budget, anything. But we did talk about it earlier. And they could change for many from the water department. Yeah, yeah, there you go. I just, I feel like this is overkill. Can we, can we read, evaluate some of these Josh and Chief and maybe come back with a piloted, a dramatic, like, we're going to ask if it's probably a black system? We're going back to the known intersections. a lot of oil and traffic areas. Well, and if we did have some kind of a record of accidents happening, I would say that's the place to start. It's just simply from logistical problems arise when you're shoving a bunch of money down into buying new signs when in fact they may not absolutely be necessary You know one of the things tech stuff doesn't do is they don't change the highways until we have eight or ten people killed on it So you know that's their criteria So okay Structed views me. I don't know how many of these yeah, I bet a yield sign and it's kind of obstructive as you're approaching that maybe you really should stop and take a look. And like Chestnut, people expect to be able to go all the way down to Inhikri. I mean, they're just kind of that's the standard because Chestnut comes off at 71 and Inhikri is the funeral home to the cemetery. And so. Oh, oh. This is going to push back sounds on those. This push back sounds on ones coming on. Oh, OK. On to those. Yeah. All right. Well, OK. On to notes. Yeah. All right. Well, judging from the discussion of the council here, I would say at this point maybe re-bout you weight the list and bring it back to us again. Because we're not getting any kind of motion from the council. Moving on to number eight, discussion and possible action setting a time and date to Canvas May 3rd election. Kim this is just for folks, what do we need to do here? Um, if we can just set a date, or I have to be on the Winston? No, yes. Um, but you're not going to give me the table rules for then. So, um, we can't do it with weapons. We don't have to be on the actual date for four then. So we can't do it with four then. So we don't have to be on the actual date that the last day of the team came to us. I just did. I just did. The four teams make four twenty. No, the day is like, all of a sudden, it's up to the make a mention to accept that for many four teams. Make more ten. The three. Can we make it as late as possible? 10.30 pm. Wait as long. Okay. May 14th. Okay. Can we make it as late as possible? In 30 p.m. What is the look? I don't know what the suggestion is. Okay. I have a motion. Do I have a second? Four thirty. It's great. Okay. All right. The motion to Canvas election votes on May 14th at 430 PM. Do I hear a second? Sir. Any other discussion? I was saying because it's a little. All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? All right, motion carries. Number nine, discussion and possible action on contracting for professional services with attorneys. And I'm not going to tip to say their names on the development of water supplies. I moved to a group. Well, we hadn't heard from Marty yet. Oh, yeah. He don't want to say that. What this is, is everybody knows we're looking at improving and trying to acquire some additional water dots, especially for right and the two things that we've definitely had. And it's been suggested that we have legal representation to make sure we get those water rights and they can be used properly for what we need on the use board and for permitting any rip the toilet or for use in those water rights as we need those and it's suggested that low gasoline attorneys are the ones that should represent us because they do a lot of work in that particular area of field. And in addition to that, we currently use them for our regulatory authority in the rainy season that atmosphere is to do in our area. So we're just asking for permission to contract with them to do that to do the background of that to do the planning Make sure Some that we can use for a public Well, no you can do we need okay, I move to approve, but do to approve the acceptance of this particular attorneys. So I do have a comment. You're going to approve this particular one. Now thank you, that's a place where you have put it. How much you are not going to say it does it not? Yes. Okay, so would you? Can I take you to this rocker newly and it's all done? Yes. I'm kind of going to the safe. Yes. OK, so was it? I don't know. It's a new, it's a rapid new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, new, Yes. I don't know if we had a motion of the head on the case. So at this point, do you want to amend your motion, Laura, to include the amount not to exceed? I don't know what's reasonable. I don't know what's such as a $20,000's actually say 20,000 or it seems like 10 that didn't get you anything anymore. You need to just 20. Okay. I'm not sure. You should have that line. But this research and patient should not succeed because if you remember the documentation provided by the inmates, I'm sure I have that. Okay. Okay. So we should have something a cat. Then we can renegotiate a cat for that. 50? 50? Rehab that does its context. Yeah. Yeah. I miss my calling. You should have been a lawyer. Well, never we. Okay. Okay, so we still have a motion on the floor that needs you to be amended or voted down and then re-remotions. I move to accept this attorney with the cap of $50,000. Okay, so now we have an amended motion and a second. Any other discussion from Council? All those? Okay, go ahead. Okay, so, it's about $20,000. What's that, I heard it's $20,000? Yeah, it's only $120,000 worth, $117. It's not gonna get you too much. So I needed to talk about it. Would you like to amend your amended motion? Well, give me... Give me... I don't... I mean... Somebody come up with a number. I came up with three and you don't like them. So... What happens with... What happens after a meeting? A man was mad. Because his novel was the business. No, it's not the business. Okay, does no avoid the contract? No, it's just a middle of the business. It shuts it down until... Right. So we would need to preemptive, you know. It's very hard to know. We've never paid for a water loist before. So it's kind of hard to know. There you go. What's $200? $250. Probably, yes, maybe in the water rights. It's too much. All right. I'm going to the center of the dry. Well, what number? I don't know what number. OK, I'll tell you what. Let's vote on this. And if it votes down, then you can go back and redo it. OK. All those in favor of the motion as presented? All those against it? Yeah. Can we just move on? So I have three or two here. Don't matter if you can come back for more. Okay, so I guess the motion carries as presented. All right. Let's see. Number 10. Discussion and possible action to approve. Resolution R 2025-11 and there you you to a lease agreement with Kate and Spank. Kira, this is about expanding and adding to an existing lease, is that correct? Yes, yes. I said number of the awarding paintings with the truck lease, the resolution. They're just adding this to an advice where we have ask if this is number two. There's life here. I have one for this. So it has weird dates in it. It says like 24 is when the last place was done. Okay. So this is just no more to. Okay. Same. Right. And we're just doing this and Lou trying to do something more complicated. Yeah. This is just the way they sent us to do. OK. OK. I'm going to go to the auction. I'm going to be buying out. Yeah. I'm going to approve. I'm going to have a motion in two seconds. OK. How did you do a little call? Yeah. OK. Larry. Yes. Laura. Yes. Cara. Yes. Bless. Okay, how did you do? Yeah. Okay. Yes. Yes. Chair. Yes. Yes. Yes. Motion carries. Moving on to item number 11 discussion and possible action to approve ordinance number 1559 speed limited school zone amending ordinance number 1318. Josh. So the one we have to work on for a while The school zone signs currently are a not legal and we are 15 which don't exist the standard school zone sign and residential neighborhood is to mall are 20 miles away So we have to rewrite the ordinance to match that. Or maybe another small change of the ordinance, but I'm going to call back and text on it to match our school's own times with text on school's own times. Okay. So the curve on is good thing. And it would be brought to me by the chief of police for the ISD, but because you went from 79 to 4, so you're quite a long time for 15. So the last vote was the superintendent, everything else, and they were requesting that they put them up at up to 20 during that time. I'm motion in a second. Any other discussion on room council? All those in favor? Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. A month of a report, anything to talk about? No. I'm sorry. I'll be. All righty. Well, with that, we are now adjourned. 6.59.
