I'm going to go to the public comments. I did. I did. I'm three. I'm individual consideration action. 3A action regarding the minutes of the summer night. May 24, right in the evening. So don't take a good moment and check that over. Because it's. Motion. I do. I do. I think I'm in the right. I think you can. I think you can. and light on that We were traveling in another. Patrick covered that one in. No, no, no. No, no. Okay. All right. Just. Hi. Okay. If anyone. I'd like to have a motion to motion. Also. Okay. Any further discussion on the minutes? All in favor? All right. Any more you have noticed? No. Classically unanimously by all President. That's your turn to three. Be, that in order for it. Number one, part four before January 25 with two things. And you have these funds in your, I won't go up to each now. And the cityman has any questions regarding the park fund. The path fund, 72,700. And then the park see I think. And questions with interesting. in the middle of the Kifang River. I guess the question. One of your expected our next project. Well, you have a recurring monthly deposit of $810. Right. That comes from the $500. That does not reflect the 12,000,000, which is in front of the park anyway. So it's probably you move into the park. See, I think. So going forward, this 72 current is the charter number. Okay. Moving forward is packed. And we've received our sales tax money. Is that where we are with that? Right. Let me let me have chat. The 72 does reflect the 30,000 anonymous donation that was dedicated to the City Hall heatification experiment. So that's why we have that jump. Okay. It's essentially incorporated should be the column left. But that is tagged simply for city police. When the nation they wanted to sit in a job, can speak to the session. I think they wanted to see where the stomach. Right. Okay. So then the sales tax contribution. Yeah. The annual income of up to cent. That is given in October and in a course you've got devoted to dedicate 1.22 million to help the part that completed leading you about lunch right now at two minutes to nine thousand one hundred and we only needed one million for the park so that 200 thousand there's a issue a little bit extra in there so you feel it. That mine. Okay. about 200,000 there's a cushion a little bit extra in there so you can feel it. That lines. Okay, and I'm sorry I just got back to 72,000 that doesn't look the 30,000. But 42 outside of the 30,000. Right, which was so hearing the symbol that you got that to work with to make it on the pledge for the people who contributed from 2019 to 2019. Perfect. Thank you. It should be a good shake. Anyway, we've got time to the groundbreaking. Thank you. It was a wonderful day. Big five happy people. Good turnout. The new public works facility, which was part of the bottom program that, you know, center part was part of is under one. They received this. Do you want to say anything about that? It's still, we had a chain order pass through city council. They're not at two additional bay back because it was came in so a separate process so we're still learning from any far within budget with contingency as well and put those two bays back so turn that to be a great project and this is down for us. It's down seven point yeah. Okay. And I think we've informed you last, last meeting that the Department of Public Safety, the new station project is moving forward on land back near where the reserve is of Hawk and Chris Cainey. There's a roundabout and Jason to that is City of Land. So to kind of make the most public private, or public dollars, we've got the City on land that it can be located. Thanks for that. And that's moving forward as well. We did an RQ for design for an architect. And we scored that this past week, and we've been taking that that to Council for approval. Hopefully the next, we didn't make this meeting, but hopefully the next one to make a presentation for the work and they get to start the next time. Yeah, so what houses that please invite please. So anything from here or is it same there already? So the intent right now, we wrote in the scope of the design, is if we can get two stations out of the deal. We want it to be in one and both working so the area out front, the actual boat work building is that's like a flag lot. And then back and then over like this I'm putting in their designs but unfortunately back they're not designed for those people back there so very front of that property in front of the old house I'm going to go for you now it's all just open land to be done that if we can squeeze it all in the budget which is the intent of the RQ when we ask for it it would the front of that property, uh, front of June 740. So it would be there in first June. Correct. And not here in the morning. It's a built built and we'll not be hearing you. You can't expand. It's not. If it doesn't work out, the V&T right now is the gimbals in. The update on the staff, Councillor Park, still no fun stuff. Nothing to see above ground. I'm going to change the day in and down and everybody's been telling us. There's always meetings over there and it's it's the same thing no one's been heard yet You know what's it concrete stabilization work? They're doing Lyme stabilization and chemical injections I think on the shorter ribings to start stabilization of the ground So you're gonna see parking lot formation or form to go on a festival street and things like that shortly. Lots of groundwork over here on the swell, one of that floors, where the water calorie is along that road. There's some concern, turns out it's like we don't have a time to make as it right now and hopefully we'll end up with one living or resigned with the storm to make that work and some designers and electrics that will lose their foster road and down to the water tower. And that's coming in the next couple of weeks but it's not no fun stuff yet to speak to them. You don't see any birth structures. Yes. Mr. Palmer, are you going down? The puns, the puns, Doug, it's not graded. I know they had an RFI on materials for the wall from that name. I think they had to work through and I think they're completing that. There was some, as far as the relabes is upon, we. We had some comments come back to T.C.Q. The well, we did the address, they pushed their comments back to the beginning next week and we opened our, they were the six for that item, which I know it's not one of the well, or the well, okay, or the well. And then after that, if T.C.Q approves, We, which I don't have their questions seem to say that they aren't going to approve and there's not a whole lot of issues. We are roughly about 70 feet learned today and I guess that's new news that you've got that's got to flip more away from the the product home. They're making this put some more distance on them. So we're just moving 70 feet, especially where the enclosure was. If it's on this end originally, it can move to this end. It does move a little bit closer to the sidewalk, but it keeps us out of some potential hardships being so close to the crowd now. Yeah, so the state has concerns about it and I thought it would be. But there's no, it doesn't expect any little placement in the other side. It doesn't look like no, it looks like we're just going to move it from from this end toward this end. It does put it a little bit closer to a sidewalk that originally was. All right. A little bit closer to a sidewalk that originally was. Not nice. It's it down so the pump is free, that's the flip deal. So if you hear a homo, the electric's kicking on, much like maybe you wouldn't have been laughed at, if you can. The water's transformed. The ASS. You're not here that cool. This you hear the water's coming, let's take some oner, a check mouth, and it turns on. There's none I hope. And then what was their concerns with the ties in with the pond? Where do we find that we have? No, no, we already, the time of the pond there were some original concerns with the dual going through the storm wall, with dual outlets and then the aesthetics of it I didn't love and it was an addition and we originally didn't count on it. We backed that up and tied it into the school where it just ducks and goes into the same storm line and it destroyed the rain and the pond. So you won't actually see a discharge mine into the pond from the well. Okay. You'll just see a water coming out of the storm drain that leaves eggs and carrots over the rain. Okay, next coming from the water. Not that chin, and then all chain bags. Okay, thank you. More questions? I'll be back was a period. But that didn't go, it was a period of time. Please. The plan does have an overflow, yes, I think that's just good. It is charging to this whole system, because it's often good. Hopefully it's all good. In power we on time? We're still, was it pretty good? The idea was to have comments back in the state about that birth part of February to tell them it's going to wait third. So that's really great. We actually moved the bits up and went ahead and did the process out even though we didn't have PCC cure approval. And just thinking we would get it and then we are going to get it. It's very promising. So after we get the easy cure approval, we've opened the VITS on February 6th and can award it immediately. But everything else is there. Everything. I think we're one of the half days is what they do so far on the project. Good. I think that much. Yeah, I think you're right. We're. You were. Perfect. Okay, so. Receive discussion and action regarding content or part renovation and fire exhibition amenities to have back into the scope and budget allowed. That we're going to get that. This is Mr. J. This is for you know he injured into the topic last month. Everybody met J. The So I promise he's brought to you some pricing and recommendation. Okay. Okay. I got one less go from here for both of us. I'm coming in the United States. There's really two players on the musketeer and an eco circus and I worked with both of them and musketeers and the best fix and tables. So I got with them, we have some musketeers already in the park. So that's an advantage, that's in cost because they're already here. So we're looking at the softball baseball field. We have one pole. We have that picture. Anyway, big one. Yeah. And we phased it out also because of the price. If you look at phasing one on the red dot, if you look at the red dot directly behind what would be home plate. That pole was going to have to be moved because it's directly behind home plate. And like that pull up, it's going to hit the picture and a center filter right face. At some point this field was moved where you have the two lights across the driveway. Those were down the third baseline at one time. And the entire field was moved over in order to make room for that road to go to the water tower. So in order to make it safe, that bull is going to have to come down towards the end of the dugout on the first base side. and it has a lot of rust rock on the bottom already because it's not a muskle hole. They did not put it on concrete pad. They just simply buried it in the ground. On that drainage. Yes, sir. And I took the little kick plate off of it about two weeks ago and it's filled with waters, can it's rusted on the inside? So that poll need to come down and we'll put a new poll up and a better location down towards the end of the dugout. All right, and then what we'd like to do and face more on is retrofit, once that poll is moved, retrofit the other red dots on the bill more with LED lights. And that's already this. Yes, me. And they're already there. The LED lights. Yes, those are already there. Well, they're going to they're going to lie up the left field. Right there. They'll lie up the back of the dead out. The third baseline and the left ill line. So they still work on that. Yes, man. All we have to do is change the candle strength and must go is already already written out some force on how they can do that. It won't be difficult at all. And that process is included in the process in the paper work it's 176. And 70 to where? Yeah, 170, 4,000 change to do everything you see see on the field one, which is move the pull from behind the plate and then retrofit all the red dots with LED. Now the advantage of LED lighting, not only are we going to get a better energy cost, less spillage over into other locations, LED's now, once they go up on the post, we never have to take them down. When they burn out, it's not like a light that burns out in your living room lamp. All we have to do is go to the pole, pull one fuse out, put another fuse in, and it lights back up. That means once the field is done, we'll never have to track a crane out there. We won't have to, you know, over the tarp grass, we won't have to run over irrigation. Once that's finished, it's pretty much finished forever. Now in phase number two, you see the four poles there. They are still the sodium lighting like we have on baseball, softball right now. So my recommendation, because of the cost, would maybe in the future replace those with LED lighting. That amount was $160,000. Well, basically $170,000 to redo that field. So about maybe we can split those two fields up because there's nothing wrong with the lights I'm able to. They're just a little antiquated and when they're learning They're hard to work with and hard to get to but there's ways we can get to it's out damaging And it just takes a little bit more effort Okay, and then on phase number three you see the three great the four green dots at the top Those are already fully working their musk of balls. They're hooked up to what's control called control leak We can them on and off from a cell phone when people rent them or use the field and they're all LED, they're ready to go just like they are. And then the four orange dots you see at the bottom would be additional balls in the future so that we could utilize the end of that field at night for, as you say, a little smaller, but for a lower-atting soccer, lacrosse, football, or whatever we choose to use it for. Is there currently any on-going to those areas? No, so those would have to be run. Can you come off and agree? Oh, yeah, you can come off and meet those phones, yes sir. So I spoke with Rainy about this field and I said why is it only halfway? You have to go to the funding issue and they just agreed to do half of it. But the future in teaching was to do the other half and it just had a good impact. It was EVC project money. And then you have you remember it was like one of the first projects when you got the 25th percent. I think it's a cost for that. So yeah, no, so we haven't run that cost yet. All we're really working on now is getting the lots working on one and two. We have a run that cost yet. All we're really working on now is getting the lots working on one and two. And since the four lots work already on three, we've got enough life to hold any kind of night practice for the size of the athletic facilities that we had. So the question is how do we fund this $174,000 to fit baseball situation? And keep in mind, if something happens when you decide, if you decide not to fund, if you decide not to fund the lighting in phase one, which is the baseball softball field, we would either have to figure out a way to kill the light behind home plate, which would make it dangerous, obviously that's where your hitters are, or kill all the lights on that field and not be able to use it at night. So just keep in mind, the majority of the practices that happen on a baseball softball field are here in a time which is not dark till 9 o'clock anyway. Not a lot of people are going to practice at 9 o'clock. This is only going to be a 12-year-old field as the maximum it's going to hold. What hurt us is that we would not be able to interlock with other areas like what we talked about in the path meeting with rock ball with the high school when they hold their tournaments as an overflow field where we can make revenue up to. Excuse me. areas like what we talked about in the path made with rock wall with the high school when they hold their tournaments as an overflow field where we can make revenue up to. Susan did we add additional $200,000 to her? We did. So right, we just said you said if you go back on page six you'll see you need to see I think the parts three on page. The 269,000 one, when we said we three, was still available revenue, and that includes you doing the one million plus the two million thousand of the commission, other than the balance. So yeah, I have the two million thousand that I was going to say right now, already my answer. So I think we had a conversation about whether we think that $200,000 was best back coming to the volume of baseball field, or maybe something like that. Okay. Which I don't think we've even, which in my convoluted be, don't think we've even, I just don't know. I think we haven't really discussed that. We just kind of threw it in there because we, you know, I think so. There's something to talk about. We thought instead of trying to deal with finance and trying to move money to our later In your deferring only be aware we have a $500,000 contingency deal in the park we need that we couldn't spend it at this juncture in case we run into that contingency later on. We really have 700,000 but they might run into bigger if you get, we need to go. Yeah, that's right. Yeah, let's go. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, You know that's obviously not a way we want to do it. I'm not a baseball. I mean, you're already on your kids' base. Do you come up at night? Do you want one? No, I was all taken to bed. It's always been to bed. Yeah, the only issue would be, if we want to try to make, if we want to make bread and you, all of that feel maybe, so or times of summer and three times of fall. So what kind of revenue would we make in a year of that field? Did we have to put down the best? Yes. $2,000 a week in? Yes. You're just going to add later, right? Right. But $2,000 a weekend, we could choose how many weekends we want to use it. Right. Now, you want to, obviously, you want to leave space for our local teams to practice. Let's say that we have just, on the top of my head, And let's say we have four baseball teams with just heath kids on the teams and multiple ages from ages what? Okay, they're playing in the Rockwall league. They're not gonna wanna drive over to Rockwall schedule practice locations. When they've got a location right here in their backyard, we would take that into consideration as the first option when we schedule a fee. The local kids will get to use it first, you know, for whatever leave, they're practicing forward. And then around that, we would schedule, we get with the high school, we get with the Rock Wall Baseball Association, give it for your Baseball Association. Hey, when you guys are having tournaments, if you need an overflow field, this is what it's going to cost you per game with lights, This is what it's going to cost you per game with athletes. And that is in the easiest way to make revenue and we don't have to do any of the work. I mean, the majority of the tournament in the day or two. You play deep at night and they are. Yeah, because you're never on time. So by the time you're done, if you play eight games on one field on one day, you're talking midnight. You come back and you start to get the next one at 8 a.m. But I think you know, I think there's a city ordinance that we Well, the time you're done, if you play eight games on one field on one day, you're talking midnight. Oh come back and you start to get the next one at 8 a.m. But I think you may, you know, I think there's a city ordinance that we can't do that to midnight here. Right. Am I thinking right? I'm honestly going to play that like a great one. Well, a city's hard being closed at 10. Yeah, but also there's a, there's a lighting. Yeah, I don't think we can have their lives on it. The great thing about that is we're not held on our own ordinances. We can do whatever we want. We can do whatever we want. We can do whatever I want to do. I mean, I think we want to tell me that there's a reason it's there is because the city of these didn't want to. Well, I love that there's no housing around that field. So, but what we can do, you can still play six games and just tell the tell the guys that you're going to walk in with. You're more than welcome to use that field, but you have to be finished by X time. The only thing is is in baseball, they can't tell you what time they're going to be finished because if the home team gets lasted bad and they're behind by six runs and they score five, now you're talking an extra 45 minutes when the likes should have been all 45 minutes ago and you can't stop the game in the bottom of the seventh with one out and runners on second third just because you can't start the life. Stop it, you're just gonna get it. Yeah, that's okay. So the only poll that needs to be made right now is one line. Correct. Yeah, that's what it's all about. The whole whole thing is that thing. Oh yeah, come down if everybody in here went and pushed on it is all right, so I need to come down. Yes, right What yes, are all the oh yeah, come down like if everybody in here went and pushed on it, it's all over. So I need to come down. Yes, right. Yes, sir. All the guys want to come down? No, sir. Yeah, that's what we're that's what I'm which makes it cost just to take that pull down. That's something that needs to happen like this week. I would say between $75,000 and $100,000. Well, we can just push it down. Yeah, we have. Push it right there. But, you know, the very least to Well, we can just push it down. Yeah. Yeah. But you know, the very least to do is to have that poll come down and do nothing else. Okay. That might only cost us about the if you want to that poll come down and put your light down behind the dugout where it's supposed to be. You're buying a brand new poll, a homie set up, a new conduit, a new cable, everything to run a new poll. It costs anymore money just to take the poll down or is it less money to take the poll down for another one out? My concern is it was where breaking small winter school. Yeah, we have poll in my poll down. Yeah, so I mean, I'm kind of going to going to go, but I hope if you think that will be on the sweet if you're going to take that pull down, you might as well put the new one up and like, because you're going to have to come back and do that later anyway. I want to come back and do it later because we want to see how much money you have. It can be more than the answer to the game. Because right now there's nothing there's nothing there with construction, but it's right any cranking it back there Make the change is not problem if you wait for You know, you can't be more at the end of the day. You know, because right now there's nothing there's nothing there with construction business. Right. Any crane can get back there, make the change is not problem. If you wait for a year, you're gonna have the Grammy, Best Off, Grammy, Doug out. So, you're not gonna be able to get a crane back there. They're gonna have to come across the field, drive into the infield. you're not going to want to do because of your gait, because of the church grass. You're not going to be a park. Yeah, you're not going to be able to get a crane over long enough to pick that poll up. Well, right now we can do it for right against the poll because there's nothing stuck with. And this $174,000 is that concludes taking down the poll? That's just yesterday. That's that's for moving the poll and new poll and all of them. LEP likes all the red dots in phase one. Well, I'm going to be on that. Anybody come on here to see? Yeah, I mean, I thought as we need to come up with what the what are playing in uses of that baseball field is it going to be something that's more along those lines? Is it going to be kind of what it's been where it's like my six-year-old son practices there at 4-11 after the event? You know? Well, I think, I mean, we've talked about this in our past meeting earlier. We can say that however we want. We can say we're doing a 10% turnip and 90% it's pretty people. We can say we're turn of it here. We can say we're doing zero turn of it. Only for, you know, so we have ultimate control that we want to do. You currently have to reserve too. Yeah, well we do. We do. And that's one of the things that we need to do to make my these are going to sit in. And that's one of the things that you guys need to decide is at what level do we want to actually program fields, rent fields. Excuse me, or leave the field. What I would call open play. Open play is where me and my son go out there and play catch, we can fun go, we block kite, whatever we want to do. Historically, we have lights off to the nation around. Great question. I don't have the internet because the park is damn, you know, I think the usage of the lights were completely the thing on the guy, the owner of the program. The key goes out in hustles and finds leads for the kids that live here in town. Well, look, they don't believe place. They're in the store, but I guess. Everyone I've ever seen lights on. Yeah, do they ever heard of you? Meaning outside of the lead player are residents using this at night. Well, the stock field's death. So that's my first question. So should we do the stock field for sure? which is more popular the baseball soccer and should result in the money toward the soccer. I say, I think the soccer field is historically a very deeply more popular than I've been hearing that I've been here that I noticed However, if you build a very baseball field and to now feel fans around it That's true and this is gonna have covered that I Be easier to change out the lights. I mean you don't want to run run over any soccer field either, but you obviously can't run over a brand new baseball. You won't be able to get in there because of the grass. And because of the building. Because of the building. And call me back home. And part time is going to be. So you said let's start real good. It's easy to change. They're easier. Yes sir. no cranes need it. Oh no you're always going to have to crane. It's going to be a high foals. I mean, they're pretty sure that they are a crane. No crane. Okay, I'm actually a crane. Oh, no, you're always going to have to crane. Look at the high folds. I mean, they're pretty sure that they are a crane. No, crane. Okay, an actual crane. You have to lift the man up in that frame. So little tear up the soccer field too. Oh, yes, my zero one reason why there's two soccer fields cost 168, but one baseball, 174. Because of the brand new poll, the one poll. the one pole. Yes sir. Just be here these suckers. Oh, just English we just yeah, all right. We're going to all we're doing this, but now the lot's going to change on it. Yes. It was here. We think we have an outfield fence. Maybe they think it's a few words. Yeah, and a useful different facility would completely be. Brian, I can bring you the best practices of how to rent, reserve, and use a public park. And it would be completely a shared discussion. And then we would take those orders. The council would come to the vote on the policies and procedures and ordinances that would take. And that's the way we would run. Maybe when you flesh out that policy, you can put the dollars to the figure and figure out your hour. I don't feel like we exactly have to figure that out now. It's just more in my road. Do we want to spend $7,4,000? We're putting it a brand new baseball that seems weird to me that we can I agree with that. I think it should be fine. Except for do we need it right? Like is there a, is there a, is there a, you out of the heat to light it? Here's never really you. Here's the answer to that question. If you light it, I'll make sure it's full. If you don't light it, we'll practice the vote stop. Never get used. use my hydrate plant. If we don't want it, we don't want it to show it goes out. Yeah. That was quick. the football stuff. Never get used. My high grade play. And if you don't want it, we don't want it to turn it. It's going to be a tough time. Yeah. And we thought up a word, turning. And also, if your sons are playing the Rockwell League, and you know, you don't want to play every game in Rockwell, well, now we've got a brand of baseball field. I can call Rockle or say, yeah. No, no, I agree with all the backing use of it. It's just $200,000. That's it, sir. Yeah, and I'm just yeah, no, no, I get I agree with all the back in use of it. I just $200,000. Yeah, and I'm just trying to go through my head. What else can we do? We need to spend $200,000. And we think like lots are expensive. They are super expensive. But if you want to hit two stocked appeals. The same process that doesn't want to be sold. Some of the fails are working. You have to change up. Yeah, the song feels strongly. That's just the field is our work. You have to change that. The cyclical field is partly it. That's just the process switching the LND. That would just be an LED. All the life. There's a couple of what we would call lamps burn out. We would have to get a grain in here and fix those. I'd go across from the field too. Right. Well, we can do it before the fields are formed. but in those last last about five years and they'll be burning out if they're if they're used three or four days a week they'll be going five years missive call. before the fields are formed. But in those last last about five years and they'll be burning out if they're used three or four days a week they'll be they'll be gone in five years. It's like soccer, it's really. I mean, there are times this complex is going to play lots of soccer. We live here a lot of night meetings in the fall and spring and it's a long time. Yeah. And then we do get roasted a lot for the quality of the base field. In those college underwater, torn, no in field. So the question is, is a baseball town, even if you're talking about chicken environment. Just for the whole number of times. I mean, to go. But that's right. Well, I really, I mean, if it was my check and I just just rather check for it, I would fix it. I would vlog with. Okay, I mean, you must forget. I would fix the baseball field simply because of the condition of pole behind the home plate and one. And number two, you've got light poles that you can use that you're not going to be in use because there's the safety issue of turning the light bulb on behind the home plate if you don't fix it. You're gonna get a picture with a line drive right in the face. I can guarantee it. And then we're gonna be a lot more because we do about it and allow to practice some of the heat work. No, we don't need to hide it. I'm gonna go play. Yeah, yeah. You use it with just the existing lights without that one. a little bit not very much because it's still dark, not stark enough to play. Some of them are fastballed, right in the ear. You know what I mean? a little bit, not very much because it's still dark, not stark at all. So, it's like a fastball, right look here. You know what I mean? Yeah, the point of planning how, what's the ladies and we can let the book us and know what trepid will go. I mean, it's a part of dirt and dirt and dirt, no way, no way to the end. And they start bending. No, the cause may change a little bit if we have the math things. Yeah, and just keep it down more to start putting it back. So we're going to have to come in for that. Yeah, maybe a little bit different now. Have it get it done, but this is a fundraising. We can get it done. Yeah, we'll get it done. So my going back to the though, my only time concern is that cold, and I don't want that coal falling so much harder than in the pickup line for pickup that does right into that coal. Right. Yes. And I didn't realize that that was that material. Is the council knows that? That's a man's equal and everyone else is exactly that. That seems like we should probably as a city have a sense of urgency. Maybe maybe a little about the farce board. The, I mean, it's the only pull out there this that way because it looks like we're going to put those goals in. We're acting in like a car like substance is, which is kind of how they used to do it. And they got high enough on all the other goals just on the pole, the final play. Okay, right. Tara. It's over water. Yeah, it does. That's not I mean, actually, I mean, right now, it's taking down the cap. Yes. We want to cut the low grade cover up. Not even several minutes. One minute. One minute. And then this one. We're not for musk. Let me know. Is there a cheaper fix to get that pull down? we have somebody come up this cut the pole? They're not like a 10 feet off the ground. And you know, just trying to think where we don't spend $100. But let's get the pole down. Yes, you can always do that. I don't know what the procedure is to get that down. I think that it needs to come down. Yeah, we'll have them look at it. We're not done 50 electric from it. Yeah, you have to feel about it. And just keep in mind if that happens, we want to go ahead and cut all the way to the ground, because we don't want that to stay there. And not in the brand of silly. And you know, sure. Definitely not. So,'s going to work back there. Yeah. Tonight we need first of all, well, I think we need to take action. And if we have somebody that can cut that pole off, that can cat all power that go over and you can't see it. And we're going to go with a new pole down the line. That ball can just can go away. And that would make the change over with must go even cheaper, because now they're not having to remove a bad poll. They're only bringing in a new poll. I'm going to find out if it has a big trick. I'll give it a little bit to him. Okay. It's true in the market to see Bill. We'll hand it to him. not but I, I mean, it is much, I think it needs to be a summary to the front line. There's all that. Yeah. We can handle that. Correct. So. Does that mean we need to wait to be allowed out before we. I mean, are we ready to decide or we do it? Or can you ask any one of them? Thank you. Thank you. I would like to see. Okay, go ahead. I'd like to see if we get that fence, you know, because I graded in a week. If we don't get the fence. Then we need to decide we're going to fund the fence ourselves. Right. But if we're going to fund the fence ourselves, But if we're going to fund defense fence ourselves, then that's going to take one out of the budget. If we decide not to fund the fence, then we're not talking about as much of a completed finished project. I mean, the polls on this condom. But the other one, then at that point, you know, maybe it's not important to do the lighting. The fences will end exactly where you see up there. If you don't do the fence project, that'll basically end at the end of the dugout, a little bit into what we call, what we're being built in. You know, I'm thinking if we do the, you know, I said, if we don't get funding for the fence, funded by a third party then we fund the fence itself, or we decide not to fund the fence. Maybe we could the fence project off a little bit. And we're having to do dirt work to put the fence in any way. So we're doing dirt work to put the fence in any way. We do dirt work to put the lights in. Right, and so that, that being, at that point, we're not at this time critical. Just keep in mind if you do the dirt work to put that pole in, they're going to have to drive right across that field. If you do dirt dirt work to put that pole in they're going to have to drive Right across that field if you do dirt work for the fence You're not going to have to get all the playing area at all you can do the dirt work from the outside Yeah just like I know why do we not fly it together? Leave these orange ones? No, no. Number two? No. Well, since they're going away, how did they know? Oh, here. Where's the pond? Down here. And the picture. There he is. And small, we can write. Yeah, there he is later. Will there be there? It's in the, that was on the pond. The pond. You're gonna pull up your rap, the fans Saturday one. Yeah. I'm pretty guess that younger, the way a little quarterfields are locked, but more or four under six hundred eight, I didn't have a whole new event. Let me just talk about a little one of the project Saturday and Monday. I'm not talking about it. It's a good call, but I'm only going to play for a little while. It's a good day. 460. We do have those people. So help me because I'm new. Thank you. This is the health center. The other kids. I'm like the preschool. Yeah. I'm on there. I'll kind of go around. So this is how new this one is, but. Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure we have. Here's the ponds and then there's two. I feel right. Also, they're not they're not full size. This okay, here's the hot. Here's the big one. Here's the big. This off. I think they're writing new fields over here. And look we took that out. I think that's just no. No, it's just that. Here's the big this off I think they're writing new fields over here. And let's we took that out. I think that's just no. No, it's. No, I heard by your answer. No, my answer. Yeah, but I have no position to spill for like people hanging out. That was a. I don't know if it's part of the network. I mean part feel like this is we're gonna spend this money on this much client You see the money I think you have to allow pretty Feel on the baseball and just I think you're gonna make a nice deal But I can make work either way and it looks like we can retrofit to the future easily. Correct. We can also retrofit the point dot he's correct. Yes. The fans, regardless of the fans, where it comes in easy to any time of future. I mean, we might even have enough to come to all three of those technically. Like we've been never think We have, like we've been to everything we have. I think you're being a good way to, if we're doing on budget, we can use some of the content as these are slivered out. These, and what can this list, I don't know how to correct it remember, but I know there's a lot of people here. I don't love the teens' wings to come out here, I don't even know what that kind of a duller not like. But even the stuff with duller not something like land state and folder or something in the alliance. We're a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. I'll wait a minute. So yeah upgrading the entry to any parts depends what we took out. Yeah. They're actually down the second to the last the rest of the area of hunker kick they're already doing that. So that's like, I love the teens win to come back. Yeah, I agree. But we don't know much that is. Remember we had a ball. And then we jump up and it's kick. And we're going to do whatever they want. These are also effective responses for responsive for. That's actually the actually fine. Yeah, we literally would have it. It works. Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. All of that stuff over here to time is gonna paint for itself plus some. Your swing sets, your wristrooms, your open plate area, that stuff will never paint for itself. It doesn't generate any kind of evidence. The other stuff will, it might take four or five years, but it will eventually pay for whatever you guys invest in. Katie, would you want to jump ahead to John Walker's presentation? Yeah, I'm not wondering. Still a bit better. Can we come back in? Yeah. I think we should. Okay. Okay. So, okay. Oh, thanks. I mean, so, okay, we we're gonna just hold on this for a second and go to three, the discussion and action regarding requisition of no discussion and action regarding parts of the drill to be have under anything for a grant to object. And that's a good part. I'm sure we would be on top. Yeah, I'm sure. We have on three, D, D, D. Okay. What's it actually good time? the sound would have been to figure out how to raise some money for all of this. So we... Okay. What's the actually good timing? The sound would have been figured out how to raise some money for all of this. So we, the steering to make it pretty busy. We finalize. That's what we call our pitch deck. We'll be able to take out to the individuals as well as so our businesses. You know, the big thing was the first start of all trails and paths and then then we just need to raise money. We've been at some buy-based compensation. We've been at the lights. And now people, to the updilt fence, I've been talking to the individual, he had reached out to the city, I showed him the, well, what was the baseball field? A few weeks ago, we walked, reviewed it through the fence. He's looking to pay for it. his business of a fancy company. You'll see some of the stuff that we kind of laid out. Is that Jesse, Sergeant Root? Yes, I met him today. Okay, getting all the specs. Everything. Good. So, so with that, I was Jesse. One of the things we've talked about was, how do you get people to, how do you donate their time? which is a is a big big lip but it's also if they have a business and Jesse has a fencing company how can we use his fencing company or how he uses fencing company to promote his company. The ones we talk about are teams who are going to build that out field wall or fence. I get to say wall who's like my gosh what's happening. I'm like sorry I keep saying wall, but I'm like I'm going to take a field Well, I was really getting asked if I'm trying to he's like my gosh. I'm like, I'm like, sorry, I keep saying wall, but it's like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I keep saying wall, but it's like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I keep saying wall, but it's like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, your company, you, if Cheryl, you build it all out. It's your name in your instance, or to, for sure. I'm really wondering why we would do that. So that's we, we laid this out, the Serenci Committee presented a phenomenal job with this Jason Kilo, with his prior experience fundraising. When we are live list up out, first and foremost, for visualization. And we know once the town center needs further along, people I can feel see what we're talking about. So other than we walk you right now, it's just see if the approval from part of the approval for what we're doing in the steering committee to present city council tomorrow. So, to get this approval forward, before we move. So, we lay everything out from the left side, I'm going to read out of one of them, but yes, we have the idea of performance, pavilion, the toll works were kind enough to donate Central amount of money. And we took that money and I'm sorry into the back. I'll show you in a second what they did. Let's put it an album about everything and the duration of their last month, and see how far we've set it. 10 years, all right? Yeah, 10 years, go ahead. So it's on 10 years. We've talked through this, and this is giving me so flow. This is so new. This figuring out if it's a business, we decide these 10 years. If businesses are bought, sold, go out of business. So what are you living on 10 years? If you find your payout, that five year payout, this really for a tax process. So each year, they can get those benefits. And people have asked, what do they get for this? And I'll show you the minute. The biggest point that tax model. 100% of the price of the dollars go into the patent trails. I didn't use in that manner. So we put to be interacted as flash free and erotic chairs. And I get it in the erotic chairs don't cost 25 grand. But that's one thing we put in opportunity as well is some of those like the hammocks. So given all that, these are kind of a view of the items that are within the park that we can sell for native rights and for sponsorships. Oh, for a little bit, take a walk in vain. This is what we, we're actually some of the tolders. We got a nice dinner and we were walking through this. My recommendation to them was to will name this to work pick a walk of the billion after the family name and do this in perpetuity. They pay in full, which we will take to check the folicky light. Or it will flow five year payment. But they like the idea because it's their name over all the pick-of-all courts, not just one. So looking at the same thing with the basketball complex, the baseball of what off. Park benches, we have, I don't say at unlimited amount we can sell, I'm sure a little obnoxious, so we have just more benches. But that's another one we'll look at. There's some great wins. David the great idea of the University of New York committee was asking about treats. We have a plumber of treats. Some folks don't want to spend 10 grand, so they have about $2,000, $2,500. So having those, excuse me, I'm gonna tell them you ever been in Dallas are where you don't mean everything's for sale there's a sponsorship whatever you see. So the single tree has got a button. It's time knows to that and having those. Having each he represented. So, the one of the path donors from a recognition standpoint. We've got the highest level of 10,000,000,000 dollars. And we try to keep with the trail name, summit trail head base camp, and then keeping the pace. So kind of below, what are people going to get for this? They're logo, we're on the market material, the multiple materials, the mayor's newsletter that goes out on the monthly basis. Logo on the donor garden display, which we'll show you a little bit. What you'll be in town center park and that's one of the key things that we keep talking about is driving people to town center. This is a good one to see that. We initially talked about putting someone's logo on a trail that sounds great which you probably still have but when you have a beautiful town center going and people want to see want want to make sure everyone's seeing it, not just a few people. They're continuing trailhead to 50,000 hour levels. Once it stops at base camp, base camp below, you don't have to achieve them on the line you make it will show for the stone miners we're talking about at the day and the right. But each person a amount of money left for showing gear will have those plaques in front of the item they've chosen at the sponsor. I would say if you're a pinnacle vendor, you can make your own selling cell. Yeah, that's it. This has come up. More in the comments will say how much would all the trades and which have you roughly, little or $1,000, will it be? If we hit on every single thing. And then one thing we have talked about is, if someone wants to name a rights to be tired, there's our dollar not that we would want to entertain if someone wanted to, the Shakyelomheel. A few more. 12, nine. 12, nine. This is the deck that we put together for our team to go out and meet with different businesses and individuals. But not a lot of individuals that have asked about it. Because they're interested in the delineating and being part of it. But what I want to do is just talk to your final New York history, a little king with us going to City Council tomorrow, and proposing these sponsorships and they've done our rules. Did we make motion? Any questions? I guess we'll see. Don't bag it a shot. Yeah, yeah. A lot of red tape depends on who. And turn it over. It's taken a minute. Yeah. But we'll also show the donor garden what that looks like. We're still working through a couple of details in the city against many small. But any question, Johan, more happy talking about it. Those good. They go. and I hope that you have a great open, so you live very good. They go. Well, we do this money coming as we won't have to sweat over a hundred thousand dollars light. Yeah. Right. Not that. to enter the chat too much, but if you remember, very smart people sit on the EDC and those lights that they planted back in the back field was when they were walking their hands on, choosing products and projects, and they were behind those ball field lights because they brought traffic to town. They would go either, so there's kind of a business decision back then too about that. So, being maybe we can come to again. I'm going to say this. I'm not going to say on time. Tell me, people, we want to get donations. They like to support you taking that hit to get the ballfields correct. So that we look like enough skill town. That was a baseball and it brings traffic so we can strike just the right amount of tournaments which Andy run a day. Right. Right. Right. There's an on and on. No, that's it. Yeah. I mean't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. like that allows the team to go out and solicit the sponsorship and donations. This came up in our early v-busters work product. Where's my money going? It's going to bring his lights back here. let's get it to go out and solicit these sponsorship and donations is, and this came up in our early meetup for product. Where's my money going? It's going to bring his lights back here. It's, you'll see improvements on site. And it's something worth that's not already built into the budget that we have already approved for town centers. Things that we want to add to it. The glass railing and so was items are on the list can be added back. Right. So there's naming rights and then there's also providing something that we don't even know. Something about you. Yeah. That's great. Yeah. on the list and be added back. Right. So there's naming rights. And then there's also providing something that we don't need to show you value yet. Yeah. Mm-hmm. That's great. Yeah, I think that's wonderful. And I heard people have put a lot of ideas on it. I put it approach for this. And sorry. Yeah. I've done a great job at that. But I think I don't, the action that we are we okay with I mean this in taking this is a couple of night and you can change this. So you could approve the program as presented and recommend that city council do the same. Okay. That way. Okay. Any further discussion before we go. Okay. All in favor? Okay. Those? Okay. We got to go mad real quick to the urgent number before this. And decide what we want to do. Do we have to take action? I mean, I'll step for the donor. And that will make people believe in hopefully better. So you guys presented a, uh, you approved the location of the donor card, don't regard it in the card, get you a license. Okay. And you saw all this. So we're good there. But what Katie is asking for your input and blessing on is what goes on each morning. The first 30. And the reason is it's a slippery slope. Once you start trying to figure out all the people in town, they think because of the business 2019 that we started this. so there are a lot of people to think. So you can you can't see it there, it's in the pile. And that's the names. What's such an amazing question? I'll be in the chat, but you're going to be in the meeting. So it's on this. Yeah. and I'll fire. Okay. Right in the end of that. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. you council members from starting from 2019 on in part was acting. I need to see and see. And then usually they just see managers. Are they on there? They should be under the council list. I don't think they're on there. I don't know if I can do it. Oh, yeah. I'm actually going to need to much it is going to go. Well, that's fair. It's only going to go more than that. OK. I think it would be on. I'm not saying time is there. So you can be on. Here. I'm just showing the time. I know my privateism. I think people know. The, the, the, the gist is. You say time's told. I know my private is a big deal. But the distance you stay comfortable, you're part of your EDK, you two contractors. And so you guys can bless that and recommend the same. And John will present this as part of his package tomorrow. the think there's a lot of cities out there. So much on this part. I think it's not on the list. The band. It's typical. And that's I know it's just father's. Thanks to we all agree. Anyone have any thoughts on this? That's up with Boone. You get into more edging. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The same look and nothing but kids. I mean, you know, you realize we're going to suppose on the project or a ball. Yeah. Really better. Yeah. And that would be the only time the year's tunnel, it catching up on the charges on this from 2019, which is the column next to it. Then you think you've made good in going forward and it's all about the good facts that John's pregnant and he could speak. I think it's right. You could just do the same like you just did on the other. And what I should do to- I would need to imagine you did. I'm just- To be comfortable. Come on, I can press to recommend there for this. I'll say good. Okay. Okay. Good session. Hey, all favorite. All right. All right. Go public. Just know how to take that to attitude to the ERNC. You can decide. It's complicated. And it sounds like. Hey, back to page 44. Do we, because of that action on the agenda that we need to. You know, add the text and give us the table it. And so here's our option information. We decide where you want to go ahead and fund some of it now. We decide we want to wait for the world. We get Katie's name on that stone board and then. We can wait and pass. You guys in the project about taking down that microphone. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, lifestyle community and we can't find a baseball field. But why not just a big, just like, Jonathan said, I'm just moving. Then the past, everybody used to put that. It sounds like there would be a domain on the beach. I'll make a proposal. We approve the concept of lighting and fixing the lighting on a field. Have in people. I'll make a proposal. Yeah. We approve the concept of lighting and fixing the lighting on a field, having people explore possible or cost-efficient. We can do it. Like if we can get a work, we say $20,000. And we're going to take a couple of those. Yeah. I think we need to go through all those are just a handrave. And if I can find a chick way to go that way otherwise we just need to get them. I agree. So how do we do that? We do it as they do. We'll have to come. Before we go. Yes. I can't have you out here. We have hit monster positive I have no focus. Okay. So we need to find out if we can get the full renewed outside of this book and you get this book read on about And I can get it on yeah, we're all over And if it's turned into the process and And you're talking about a cost savings of $5,000 we'll just just get the bus go to do. Well, because we can buy it in the end. I mean, still, I think we still think you're making me. Yeah, yeah. Okay, so I guess we can't vote on this tonight. Officially but it sounds like everyone's in favor of having a public vote. We're going to like the baseball field, yes? Yes, yes. Our attention is too much. Okay. And you may be potentially other stuff too, but I guess my next question would be, would it be intense to switch out the existing lights on the soccer field, to LED or lights one of these new fields I think it's appropriate if you give us the direction for what you want us to pursue. Yeah. So I think it's appropriate if you give us the direction for what you want us to pursue. Yeah, we don't have unless you went through him looks and they afford you to move on. 74, that was not out of mind. So, you know, just give us the direction and what you know, Think I want to see and we'll get solid numbers for that. So we're making ridiculous trying to get someone else to take. I mean, do we just go ahead and do this? No, we can, we can pursue. I mean, you talk about some of us take down a poll. Yeah, I mean, it's just like pointless. Yeah, because if we wait, that poll is not going to come down for a while. And get some if I can get some safety thing. Yeah, but I hear better frosting and somebody will need a Construction and electricity and then I'll take down a poll and cap off all power And we probably have time to power kill on that field for while I don't know if they're all connected or not But we wouldn't turn them back on for the thing until the course completed Okay, so I guess we will direct staff to to do that. Okay, thank you. You need more to do. Yeah, then how do we keep this going? So that so we're not going to have month though. Is it okay? Wait a month. Or is it okay? If it's deemed an emergency, we will need... We just need to say that. We will. You'll get approval before that funding is expressed. We will. We will. We will. We will standpoint of slowing down the park? Yeah, we're even pushing the baseball field or interacting with the disturbing dirt or whatever. I don't think they're there. Oh, we have to do is beat the backstop and the dugouts and turf grass going in and they're a long way from that. So we can just, you know, you know, there's such a point. Does it help you have authorization to spend what's needed if it's deemed an emergency? If you want us to spend that out of our funds, then yes. If you're looking for us to handle that, I mean, the straight up lead through the Hill of Lucas Inc. because it's an emergency in town. We don't want to pay emergency prices. Yeah. I mean, I would want to verify that we truly have an emergency. Yes. But that's what we do before we do that. If not, then we have to go through our financial policy procedures to fund that. That's why we have to give three books to pull it down call it on with over a thousand. They'll know that we buy what item to ensure must go is. Yeah, must go for or still be a budget sandwich. They're following. So is there a reason the board needs to vote on something I just said that you have approval to view it? Worst case scenario comes up at Park funding. or still be a budget settlement they're following. So is there a reason for board needs to vote on something? I just just say that you have approval to give it worth getting a note comes out of part funding. It's a remodeled effect to stop. If you want us to use part funding, we don't. But we don't want to do that. Everybody's saying, man, go like, we don't have funding. No, we're going to move forward anyway. We're going to assess the following. Okay. I'm going to be asking you to emerge. Okay. It's rusty inside now. It's rusty. Okay. I'm going to be able to say to the emergency. Okay. It's rusty inside now. It's rusty. Okay. It's the only poll that's a way to. So I'm not sure why we'll take a look at it. Get it down. Okay. Okay. Okay. Wait. So anywhere is the final. I think so. It's not going to slow down. OK. All right. That's not. You have to like go to do it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. So that's. Go ahead and just do it. I mean, if you feel like you're going to do it, then just say make a conditional bond. If you're gonna do it, just tell us to do it and we'll get it out of you. Yeah, well it's not too exceed 100100,000. And we get people to move. Well, I'm not even about that. Right. Or you can say, you know, probably. Yeah, I have to do this. Hey, well, listen. Yeah, I was killed. Yeah. Okay, the motion is this. We'll we're authorized you to take the whole down to do the lives in the most cost effective way. Okay, not too exceed. That would be in doing everything right now. Okay, we'll look at doing that. We'll be revised both. Yeah, we're going to motion that. So let me just be clear that 174,000 dollars is going to get you the open room after all the new poll put up. In the right new location. And LEDs on the basewalk view all the way around. Right. And your expert opinions. That will light the baseball field accordingly. Correct. Because we don't want to go back in six months and say, oh, there's a dark spot that I've been able to go back. I'm actually going to give you this. And it gives you all the channel strength readings. On every inch of that baseball field. From the proposed engineering. Yeah, that's. Let's go to expert. Yeah, that's what I mean. Yeah, very engineers that did it. And it looks really good. And this is a recreation level lot. OK, this is an NCAA or a high school recreation level lot. And for these ratings on a recreation line is outstanding. OK, OK. And what is the difference between a recreation level like? And it's simply coverage and spillage. You know, on a majorly baseball field, I know y'all are good by when they play baseball with ballpark and arken with outdoors. You can see the light, but if you work looking at it, you want really where it is there. That's that's majorly zero spillage. Yeah, okay, see like 10 feet from Yeah, like you weren't really aware it was there. That's majorly zero spillage. Okay. So you're like 10 feet from there. Yeah, like you don't see. A federation, a federation style light is like in the high school, you can tell that that hole back of that school is a little when they're playing baseball, whether you look over there or not. That's a high school federation school. And then the NCAA is right in the middle. That makes sense. Okay. Thank you. And then is there any guidelines we need to follow as a city on these lights to make sure we're staying within the appropriate requirements set forth. Well, when we get to it, when we get to the usage part of the part once we're getting close to being finished and how kind of how you guys want to use it on what level you want to use it. I'll write out all the procedures and ordinances we'll break it to yellow look at and then we'll give to the council to look at make the changes we'll change it and then they'll approve it and we'll be off. The only thing I'd be concerned about on light spell interview and we don't know what that feel behind the bicycle park walk events would be but we're going to be going on. I don't want you to see the visual in place in the pipes. Yeah. Or the houses that are back at other night right next door. But still there would kind of be in the line of sight. I just don't want to get in there already. No problem. Well, that's a good thing. It's not going to happen. It's going to happen. house. Okay, we're good. Okay're here. Okay. And these days, these days, I just don't want to do lights. Do you know what you think about 10 list buildings and what you're getting right now? Yeah, they're great. Okay. Okay, so basically we want to find this. I just need to figure out how, how to phrase the motion. We just want to go ahead and just have a look. the one seat. That's my question. Can we just find it? I'm going to go ahead of the city. Can we We played that, we want to go ahead and just have a look at it. We're doing what you see. That's my question. Can we just find it? Can we say that? We want to find it. But it must be helpful. It's not just not to exceed that amount. Yeah, you can see it. Is there another company that would. Yes, we don't have to get it for because they're part of. What should we do for? Yeah, not after. I've dealt with both of those two. There's really two major players that do both their lives in Texas. And we worked with another one. We at Dyer and Tarpark was Musco. We built a phase five, which was a hospital college field. We decided to go with them instead of Musco. And it was a total disaster. I mean, a complete disaster. What they do on a sponsor, they're real. Have some of the answers because they sponsored all of our turf as long as we bought it from them. And we turfed all of our fields and let them put the lights up on that one. And if I could do it all over again, I wouldn't call them on phone. I mean, it was that bad. Life's not working. last one, start flashing in the middle of games because they're L.D. We had huge dark spots, even though we played for an NCA spillage candle with. It was bad. That's why I was so interested in the spillage. I'm just going to have one little bit. And the numbers are really good. If you tell her what you need to pursue, you can get in the botboard clouds. they would not have a number of people eating. And then, and must goes in by board. So legally, we're not, we don't have to get pretty close. We don't have to get pretty close. What do you have? What they sponsor the church? Musk go proly not or not in the church business, but the other people were maybe the lights entered. So what about this one? And the board approves, and repairing base file field lives in the most cost efficient manner, not to exceed 170. and then you put your back. That's it. You can get us a budget to work with you for each other. But we're just paying it to the in-home open center to take down that other floor and then you're like, I know it. If we was that cheaper, then we'd come up and teach you. We can't ever let you do it. Let's go on. We keep on taking down. I just got to count. I'm sure after after tomorrow, two weeks to get in. I have to buy down so we're this one. And tomorrow night. And it's like. We're care. I can't, I can't,. I don't know. We got. Okay. Okay. Anyone anything before we go. So we are going in on 174. Okay. all in favor? All right. Okay. Oh, he's a man. Oh no, he's a man. Okay. I saw him playing at work. Oh, he's a man. Uh, he's a man. I think that I can. All right. That's good for about you. We will be fighting the ball, you know. Yeah. So that is all right. You ready to do it? I'll go talk to Ram tomorrow. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. I'll take you. Thank you. Yeah. I mean, we. I'll go talk to him tomorrow. Okay. Thank you. Yeah. I'll take it. Yeah. I mean, we can take that right now. You can. You can do it on that. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I don't like that. Yeah. What before I talked to black. last year about putting water for the farmers work. Okay, because I went down and talked to the farmers actually and they all said we need water back here. Where's the farmers market? Well, we're down there. Oh, we don't have a farmers market anymore. No, because he's talking about the of that. That's one point. We didn't build a last couple of years. Well, we've adjourned. Okay. Now we're at a corn. I can hit this deal offline, but yeah, the market ran through 2022. And it just wasn't happening at the job. Yeah, but the next question is go we need water down to 10. If we do this on because right now we don't get right now it's going to be pretty tough. But it's all that. Yeah. And at a stage it's longer. You get better at things. I think the same fact that I've studied. I think you're going to be great at things. I bet you're going to be better. Yeah. I think things like that. That's great. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. you
