you Okay. Okay. Take care, I think we're in for gotcha. We're ready to get started. Okay. All right. Okay. Okay. Take care. We got you. We ready to get started. Okay. All right. Okay, take care, thank you for your time. We're ready to get started. Okay. Alright. Okay. Okay. Take care. We got you. We're ready to get started. Okay. All right. Call the order. The police. City of Edgelwater Police Officers, Pension Board Meeting for March 10, 2025. Roku. Okay. My wallet. Here. Your money. Here. Tiger. Here. Five minutes. Joe Moni, here. Joe Siger, here. Five gins. Here. Here. So, should we move to the court? All right. We proceed to section two, public comments. Seeing no one present from the public. We move to section three, approval of minutes. Look for a motion. I make the motion to approve the amendments of the minutes from the December 9, 2024. Second of motion. Rokal. Miles Loller. Yes. General Honey. Yes. Charles Dagger. Yes. I'm going to find this. Yes. Motion, yes. All right. Moving to new business, election of officers. Okay, so your plan does it yearly. And so we're up, Joe is the chair. And Charles is the secretary. We're going to vote to continue that. We'll move to the chair and set. So we're going to make a nomination for chair. I'm going to make a quick. You guys want to change? Well, I make a motion to reelect the current officers. I'll second. Roku. I was Luller. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. All right. Next up is John with Mary. All right. So we have the, uh, the marriage book, uh, uh, we were doing before that's on the 1231. And that was the main area set up. We're flat. And all the good ones are working on the wall like in the classroom. You have an up to up page three. Just to get a point line. You see the number right here. You have majors. And I just want to get this. I'm ready to head up a little the blue. I just want to do that. And then the international orange over that was 8% in red. And then I'm going to do that. So you all are actually flat and in mid-Sune, flat and this is what you're well. And I'll show you why everyone. Regardless, the next time I'm on page four operating corner. So with this point, the signal of e-somps, we've all done much better than the rest of the one in this cloud. So again, with basically on the video, and all those other large signals, we're driving everything, and you know, the next time you see these, I'll also, you know, all those e-sons, and I'll let you know, these are awesome, you know, those, you say, try to do it now, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you are, as you know, you're next time to use that. You know, all those, you can say, and I'd like to go down to our mine or stand up today and learn. So, you know, so, uh, there's, uh, I think it'll be in the market the last two years. Quite frankly, you can look at our new video house, the S&D 500, on the international market since I'm there last year. And I need them to rest for a week. And I'm sorry, I'm sorry. the So we look forward to several pages to the pie chart. So we are up right in the corner. You see that we're setting the screen. We're setting the screen. We're exactly right there. We're setting the screen exactly right there. So not taking the account. So we're going to have to send it right now. But this morning we were exactly at that moment. So I'm still good on the line with page 13. We'll see our ones. So we'll see have good balance. And then I get into the returns here on page 18 and 19. So, page 18, very top you can see for the quarter, it's a negative 0.04. And we were marginally positive, we made it up in the last, this year, the 18, and then we're probably down about I'm going to go down about a half a percent and go into a really big, we take in two kinds of international roles, I was a real citizen of the bond, so I was just throwing down right now. As you can see on the face here, I gave 18 for the quarter column, and a line of 18, we'll see that are four US ones. We have the main guards and the end of the rest ones. But here you'll notice the first one is the other guy you want that we have. So that is not the red bar, so that's the one's negative. And then you'll see the index 500, MMS, and the small gap of the barrier. And as of this morning of the exact opposite, the first one was up about 4% and the rest of these were negative, we love the current, where it's, page 19, we're sort of the international ones. You can see that they were good down three big negative 7%. They have since gained that fact good with them. So with Trans-America as a swan, we actually have 15% with current life. So the international, the horned war is at the very beginning, hearing on much better. We call all these other scenarios, I'll try to do some more of these down there. In the middle of there, we have our bonds with integrity. Down negative 3% of the reporter, they had been an almost 2% of that back to this morning. So negative this year, beginning some traction now with the safety, like the safety of the U.S. that starts one down. And then the last thing there, the real estate, largely positive, 1%. And you know, we've seen the light, you know, that's all there, real estate. So I think overall, like I said, I was coming in here today seeing your plants, most plants, I calculated it was 24-24.5%, so we were going to do it on a relative basis, and then you might think it happened for set off there with the most money being out of that, so we were sent. So yeah, I think right now we've got to get through this. I think what is happening in the administration through the long term is going to be good. And you know, I don't think you're all saying that everybody is waiting because you're going to be a lot of oxygen down on the way. And we're in and right now. So I don't know what's going to stop. I don't see it getting too much water but it negative down 10% and it was so much cash on the socks, I'll write that down in the middle of that number. But we're in three clothes there, so right now it's... We have any questions? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right. Next. All right, next is a page where you're up for the legal update. Yes, I get up to you and everyone. So, just kind of updating on the restatement. I know that that is going to go before council. I think we kind of worked with this city on a couple of last minute changes or getting them comfortable with everything. So I believe that's going to be moving forward. Also wanted to just provide a brief update with respect to the Florida Legislative session. It just began last week. Nothing, as of now, there's been nothing filed that would affect our plans specifically. There has been a bill filed that would seek to amend the Florida retirement system by reinstituting a 3% call of for certain members hired on or after July 1 of 11, but not seeing locally so far, but obviously one session concludes we'll have a final report for the board with respect to anything that may have taken place or may have passed that would affect our plans going forward. And then I did want to update you as a federal boarder was a fairly significant piece of legislation that passed or was enacted on January 5th of this year, although it technically doesn't affect really our plan or our members, but just informational for you guys to be aware of the Social Security Fairness Act was signed into law on January 5th, essentially repealing two provisions that had been in the statutes for quite some time, late 70s and early 80s. The Social Security Reduction Act and the Windfall Elimination Provision, So these were two pieces of law that would effectively lower or reduce social security benefits for certain individuals and their spouses who were receiving a pension from a public employment system that did not contribute into social security. So again, does not affect our plan. Yes estimate from social security has been to affect about 3 million folks nationally, about 185 or 183,000 here in the state of Florida. So obviously, relative, we're speaking not a huge number. But certainly it will be an impact and it will have, I think, a meaningful effect for a lot of those folks who had their social security benefits reduced for these many years. Other than that, really nothing to report on from our perspectives and open to any questions or anything you guys might have on our end. I have any questions? Thank you, Pedro. Yes, sir. Thank you, Pedro. Yes, sir, of course. All right, moving on to six, old business, seen none. We will go to seven, Cassena Genda. Mr. Chair, I make a motion to approve the consent agenda as published and advertised as motion. Second, motion. Roll call in motion. Miles Loller. Yes. Joe Mahoney. Yes, Charles Wagner. Yes. Yes. So, we're moving to eight staff reports discussion in action. Foster and fostering control, you're up first. OK., I've just got the FPPA annual conference is coming up to summer June 22, 25th. That's the Orlando at the Champions Cates. A little bit early, but we probably start opening it up and they'll probably be registration up through the day of April. So I just want to get it out there on your radar in case you're interested. you have time for the summer vacation. So I just wanted to get that out there. Don't need to know now, but whenever you do decide, please let me know. I'll get it to the analyst. And this is the one that gets you registered and then sends you all the registration information as far as I can tell. And you guys go and book your hotel and keep your seats and stuff like that. and just follow the track. Yeah, let us know any time we do. Obviously this is a big one. So we do recommend that this is the big one. So, we do recommend that probably within the first two weeks of April, if it's open, we kind of want to get you registered earlier than later, so that you don't go to other public hotels or you get into the main hotel. So, but that's up to you. We can do it all the way up until it's ready. You're going'm just trying to get you into it. Okay. At a quick question, reference the share plan allocation. Like where a couple members asked typically in March, the 185 contribution allocation list comes out. And then I just had one other thing that I forgot to put on the agenda. My apologies for trusting term update. Brian's term just expired on 113. And Brian's number are elected. So if you are interested in serving again, I will go ahead and I'll start the process and I'll support out the nomination. I will stand. Okay. That's great. So that nomination notice will be sent out. Nobody responds to the automatic hearing and somebody does, and we do run off. We do it very interestingly with S&M. will be sent out. Nobody responds to the automatic again. And somebody does. And we'll run off. And that's it for me. All right. We will invite. Trustee Reformed discussion. Action. Is anybody having anything? I have nothing to read. Yes. Nothing. I have nothing. I'm I have nothing to read. I have nothing to read. I have nothing to read. I have nothing to read. You will adjourn. I have nothing to read. I have nothing to read. You will adjourn.
