And our first resolution is the Rangers Ballpark Development Project Agreements. And I'll call upon Mr. Trey over to our city manager. Thanks Mayor, members of the council. Last Tuesday you all know we approved our original set of the Ballpark documents at the time. While we were doing all that, we were receiving some feedback from Major League Baseball and some of those things are beyond kind of our administrative ability to correct so we needed to come back and ask you all for consideration to include the MLB related language for the documents and so those largely affected the latter sections of the ballpark lease which made it clear that these were all subject to Major League Baseball rules and regulations. So that was substantive enough that we need to come back and make sure to ask your consideration on that. We would recommend your approval and ask for such. Okay I'll turn to the City Secretary's office, Ms. Gillian Cloud and Ms. Cloud are there any speakers on this item? No speakers, Mayor. Okay. Then any discussion or a motion? Okay. We have a motion for approval from Council Member Walman and a second from Council Member Farah Myers. Police capture votes. Motion passes. Are so you want to verbally be voting yes voting yes, okay? So unanimous from the council members here then Okay Next we'll move to change the name of the proposed local government corporation from North Central Texas utility cooperative to North Central Texas utility Corporation missus utility cooperative to North Central Texas utility corporation. Miss Salis? Marin Council, at your last council meeting, you approved documents for the formation of this local government corporation. We sent off for the filing of the name with the Secretary of State, and they informed us that we cannot use the word cooperative in the name. So we are now coming back to them in those documents to change it to Corporation instead and that's the resolution that's in front of you today Miss cloud are there any speakers on this item no speakers me okay Then I'll call for a motion We have a motion from council member wolf and a second from councilmember Ferrar Myers. Please cast your votes. Mr. P. Okay. Okay. Okay. Not working on yours, so we have a yes from Councilmember Parker, Verbal. Oh, it took him all. Great. So motion passes. Seeing no other business on our agenda, we'll adjourn.
