Yes, great head. You want to go back to something? Yeah, just for clarification, folks, on Consent agenda to E. Proof of Joe Rodriguez appointment to CPS citizen board, placing Gretchen, he's not replacing her on the board. She was my appointee. She moved. She was then appointed by then Commissioner White and so this is her slot that I'm replacing her. Not her. Okay. Okay. So she's still on the board. It's replacing that slot. She brought, she had that, she held it prior to her moving. And so it, she vacated your position. Well, who is the point that she now is my question? Well, he's one, Mr. Collins. Yeah. All right. That's because Commissioner White appointed her. Then she moved. I don't know if that's worded correctly or not. Okay. Okay. Legal says we're all right. Sorry. All right. Actually 13A is a disaster declaration but I don't see that we need to be making any changes and making any changes and we need don't those generally go a week at a time I would move to extend it an additional week. We have a motion by Commissioner Ead seconded by Commissioner Mitchell any discussion. If you're going to say a week actually to our next to what's the February 17th. Our next meeting, February 17th. Motion does carry. 13b is approved revision to the commissioners court operating policies section 5, record of session. I would like to take a moment at this point and acknowledge the good service of all the fine people that have provided court reporting services to didn't kind of commissioners court. They've done precisely what was asked of them and done a very good job of it and they're all very nice ladies So this is totally nothing personal, but it's certainly a cost saving To Denton County we Constitutially I required to have the minutes of the meeting which Aaron Keeps track of all that and hats it Provently recorded in the county Clark's office and that will continue to happen. We will continue to have the video of the proceedings and as a matter of fact we're going to have some enhancements of our video process pretty soon so that not only can anybody go to our website to the archives of any prior meaning and pull up a video of the proceedings But in the future they will be able to go by agenda item and get to What they're looking for much quicker, but I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your service and you've done a great job for us and we wish you well Echo echo that and well. I echo that and this new program, I think it's a great program. Why we're going to be saving on one side. This money's going to come out of the records keeping fund at the hand. Well for the new program, that's correct. So it is going to cost us some money. It's out of a different fund. It's not going to come from the general fund. I want to thank you and thank you for, you know, trying to spell some of the words that I make up along the way. But I will miss your bright smiling, pretty face. And so thank you very, very much. Okay. With that, the chair will move for passage of 13b. Seconded by Commissioner March. Are there any other comments? Hearing none on favor, please say aye. Aye. Opposed to any? Motion does carry.
