Honor our employees. We're going to come down front. Doug, if I could take a moment to introduce the award and remind people who might not have been at the county for a very long time how this award came into being. In 1998, we lost our facilities director, John Scott, and the court wanted to recognize him and honor him with an award for commitment to excellence and dedication to the people of Denton County. And so they created the Employee of the Year Award, named at the John A. Scott award in honor of John Scott and each year Commissioner's Court recognizes an employee of the year along with several finalists. Each year we have a lot of people nominated for the award and there are lots of people each year a select few that get actually recognized in Commissioner's Court and receive the award. The award comes with a plaque. It also comes with a plaque on the wall in the Commissioner's Court room which has each honoree's name on it, year after year the names get added. And it also comes with a very nice monetary award of $1,000. And the finalists get a very nice framed resolution. We will not today have a framed resolution to give out because as you can see, not all of our court members are here to sign those resolutions. And they have to be signed before they can be framed. So we'll be delivering those later. I'm going to turn this around here so I don't have my back to those that I'm talking to. Okay, we're going to do this one at a and as I call your name if you would come up here please. The first one that we want to honor is Michelle Pinho. Good morning Michelle. Why don't you come on up here and face the crowd. They don't look at me, they don't look at you. Okay.
