More markers more markers. This is the first year for Dittin County to participate in the serve of the government program. Dittin County has never had a confidence in cultural resource survey. We will be using the national register of Historic Places of Criteria to identify all structures, objects, cultural landscapes, anything that's above ground within the county to help us prepare for a county by historic preservation plan. This will not make me excited, everything, but it's to let us know what's out there because it's not even done before. We're sort of patterned this after a come off feeling, which is that enormous enough growth, and we see it didn't tell you the same way. So we just wanted to identify what's there to bring the 40 and to preserve all the can. I mean, you could give you a book, but I'm not going to tell you. Well, that means it's we recognize the ones we can't recognize the eyes of the National Park Services' historic, the National Register of Programme, and we're also the eyes of the Texas Historical Commission. We're here to let them know know we see any type of government entity or any entity that receives government funding, for example, tax dot. If they all of a sudden start building a ground with not doing an archaeological survey. Mayor just sort of think the preservation police in a way, we just glorify the Texas Historic Commission. And they can't help it. So it just strengthens us as meeting intervals or historic preservation within the county. Thank you, Matthew. I think we've got a motion in a second. Is that correct? Okay. Everybody in favor, please say aye. Great. Motion passes. All right. Let's now meet an executive session, pursuant to Texas Government Code 551071 to it. We're going to consult with an attorney in a closed meeting when the government and body seeks the advice of its counsel about pending litigation or settlement offer. And it's in regards to cause number 413-CV-05-05-33, Richard Taken versus Denton County pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. So we will now move and go into executive session. Resets? What the? Oh, I guess we're going back into a regular session of our meetings today. Anybody have anything else they want to add? I'll move that we adjourn. All right. We're adjourns. I get to ease the deal. Tease the deal.
