I'll get that out. Good morning, Peggy. Did you want to add anything? and anything? I'm fine. I'm sure. We're, we had an open house two weeks ago. Very successful. The log cabin is located across from Liberty Elementary School. They're principal and teachers are so excited about this project and how they can use this as a resource in their curriculum. So we're just really pleased that we're able to offer the assistance, the town of Flower Mound. I think it's gonna be a great partnership. I just wanna interject one more thing. I've met last night with the City Council in Pollock Point on an MOU to assist them with their Historical Museum that will open this summer. And I'm just going to pass around some wonderful documents that were given to me to that we could use for their Historical Museum that one of the documents from Res College, Commissioner Martin, and also from a college that was there. The Franklin College is no longer there, and then the Public Works Director brought me an abstract from his house, so I just thought I'd like to pass these around so you can see some of these things. Thank you. Thank you so much. Talk to the person. Good. Peggy, what is the procedure? Oh, that's cool. The reason why this is near and dear to me as much of you know is that my, I belong to the church of the Nazarene. And that pilot point is the site of the creation of the Church of Nazarene in 1908. And I have a very dear friend of mine who's getting ready to become the new pastor at that church. And that leads me to, there is a building on that site that is owned by the West Texas District Church of the Nazarene, that is the original maintenance shed for that rest haven cottage and adoption. Oh wow. And what is the procedure of getting seen about getting it donated or would you be interested in the donation of it to the historical park? Oh definitely. I think we need to go in and take a look. I've heard about that. Yeah, why did we just found out about it? We talked to the archives people with the Church of the Nazarene and it's the only Stainey structure left from that entire college. Oh, wow. Which was the rest of the home run with mothers, an adoption home, and a holiness college. It's on the original site. It's on the original site. You know on the original site. They're not able to keep it on the site. Oh, they can keep it on the site, but they're not keeping it up. Oh, I see. Okay. It's well, it we definitely need to see what we can do to help preserve it. I know there was a privy, I believe, on the site. It was moved to a private residence that now is next to the Bloomfield School. So they were able to save the privy. Thank you. I'll be sure. Well, I think this agreement we're working out today is to be a real model what we want to do with our cities. Is the town of Flyer Mountain. They've acquired this law cabin site about two steps ahead of a wrecking ball and as much historic preservation has done that way. You know it's discovered many items are discovered and are about to be demolished when when people find out about them or become passionate about them and you know I think as the town of Flyer-Meyer willing to contribute financially to the preservation of the project, but they just need some local expertise. And the skillset that we can help provide them and so it help them guide them through a restoration process and guide them through a programming process. I think this is a good model that we can work in. Any of our cities and we've gotten calls from Louisville on projects and the feed mill and other things that I know Commissioner Mitchell's worked on. And a different, different we get calls. We the county get calls from different local preservation groups all the time. I think this is just a really good formal process of what we can work out for all of them. Do we have a motion? Does that make an album loop approval? Thank you. We have a motion for approval by Commissioner E. Seconded by Commissioner Mitchell. Here you know further questions or comments all in favor. Please say aye. Aye. Post and e. Motion to carry 14D is approval of agreement for architectural services between Denton County, Texas honor, and I can consult and group LLC architect. For the Denton County Courts Building, this is a remedial upgrade in the amount of $99,800 with estimated reimbursement expenses, not to exceed $15,000. Funding to come from 2016 capital replacement fund. This is ordered a line out of 8.066-97010. I was recommended by the director purchasing that funding and then kind of facilities manager. We have a motion by Commissioner Mitchell. Back in the by Commissioner comment or other questions? Hearing none, all in favor, please say aye. Aye. Post and in. Motion is carried. Okay. We have the. You're okay. So there will be no action on 15C.
