Don in Open Court this 27th day of November, 2018, upon a motion made by myself. Motion by Commissioner Mitchell, seconded by Commissioner Eads. I'll in favor please say aye. Aye. Aye, pose, aye. Motion does carry unanimously. We have some picture taking going on. If you want to come right up here and take it this way, that's just like to say a few words. Go ahead, sir. He would. Okay. He would. So sometimes my other importance to label is sometimes the time has changed the place of an already date. And this one is not the, we really hate to see the whole deal. This is a retirement period. It's a great bunch of questions. When I started the first time in the county, many of them were like that. She started the first time being with me and that. So we had that conflict. When I started the first time, it didn't take me all for a month. She really loved me. He didn't even know the word in the same area. But she had that spirit of a crew union, one of everybody's friends family. That was something that I actually made for the union. What also became very apparent was, as was render as we should buy from the middle. People would ask her, really, what made me? She became really the face of the couple of adults, or many people in our community that are prepared, unsure, familiarly conduit for people who didn't have access to something that you need to know. And that makes me just, just experience with a lot of the lowly. A meal yet to body fat, he was detained waiting to run the carbon entities, a day-way to services, a way for people to access something in the service. And that's rare. It is rare for someone to get kind of a group of some of our services that they need, feeling like they belong. And that's something she did pretty cool. And that's the way it is. We're hoping to carry that over, knowing in our honor, that's been more than what she's done. And it's really hard for us to separate the unit of the person in the unit of a case manager or the minister in the unit of justice. I'm at the same person in the out of work. And it matters. It matters to me. You also, the first person that I think is maybe thinking about how I was trying to factor in Spain year to year. I didn't wear so little. I think I need to change the perspective. I think it's more mad and more mad. A dormant. So whatever that's for it. You can only have what you can't like six to three. So that was not what I had. You can't do it with six to three months. Really, really what we want to say is thank you so very much. Do you think it would be difficult to help? They recognize that we are grieving the first departure so we are rejoicing for the last few months. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Did you want to say anything there? I just wanted to thank all of you for coming out with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all. Thank you. Looks like somebody has left some flowers for you. Come on up. That's nice. Thank you and happy retirement. We appreciate you. Thank you all for being here too. I know it means a lot to her. That's great. That's great. Okay. Members, item two is the consent agenda. Item 2 is the consent agenda. So the questions or comments We all got an email from Kimberly McCary concerning some signage at the Charlie Cole building Me to suggestion I believe that was passed on to all that we maybe like name a hallway and do some lettering inside the building to acknowledge a couple special employees over there or former employee. I just wanted to make sure that we're all on the same page here with that. And I suggested that Kimberly work with Kate or whomever to come up with wording for a resolution. And so we can honor them in court and we can work with Danny Brown, and we need to do the sideage inside the building. I think that's a nice thing to do. Go ahead. May I make a suggestion? Sure. I'm wholeheartedly for what we're doing here only because I know that people might care to protect us the wrong word to ensure that there is some type of procedure in place on naming different facilities or naming different parts of facilities within within the county could we take to the building midi? midi some just basic guidelines on when you're going to do that and what the circumstances are. Yeah, I don't think it's been done in the past. So it'd be good to have a procedure. Yeah, okay. That's great. You got that? I think what we should do is probably have an additional item to discuss that before we name anything after anybody. That's fine. Yeah, I just wanted to put it in the building regulations that there is a protocol before you do. That's the primary reason I brought it up because it didn't happen before. Okay, but this is strictly for the interior painting. We have a motion in a second. I'll in favor please say aye. Aye. Aye, post, any motion to carry. They get to pick the color. No, no, no.
