We only have a few items on the agenda today. I'd like to hold all public comments at the end. If that's okay with you all. And last time, I hope you all enjoyed the presentation that we had and Chris Oana thank you so much for cheering the meeting for me till I die here and at our next meeting we'll have a representative from River Keepers to kind of give us an update what's going on with that as well. I didn't see it. By your actions, you have a POO 2024-327 as amended. Steve, did you want to come up? I'm just kidding. Just because right? Item number 4 2020 430364 is on second. Number 5 2020 430365 is on second. Number five, 2020, 40365 is on second. 202040369 is on second. And we have two public comment cards. I would just like to say, please stay on the agenda items. And we have Mr. Jeremy. Can't see that Jackson, Jr., if you would please come up. Mr. Jackson. Please state your name and your address for the record please. the police state your name and your address for the record please. My name is Jerry M. Jackson Jr. Yes sir. I live in the Arlington section of Jacksonville. Could you state your address, your entire address, Mr. Jackson. 7-045, Markwood Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, 3-2-7-7. Thank you. Go ahead, sir. First, I have a point of order. I have come to these transportation committee meetings to speak about public safety. Now I put on here the amendment of widening the road. You've already passed that. But you never have public safety only in gender. It's quite unique for a transportation committee, I think. I have mentioned before that I am a transportation specialist, which is the difficult of training from both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Jackson, I want you to stay on there. Are you speaking on any one of the legislation for today? I'm just like to say that we're going to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be able to be widening of the road. Okay. Yeah. The wider speaking of the roads in Jacksonville, and the upkeep of these roads in Jacksonville are very important. We lose a motorcyclist every other week on the streets of Jacksonville. That's what's reported by the news. On my way here from just Arlington, I couldn't tell you the number of people that ran red lights when I chose to stop at them. They were behind me and they ran the red lights. Now widening roads, making roads from multilayings to one lanes, those are all things to consider and making this city safer. But the things that we're not doing that we need to do on any road are red light cameras. I understand that this city used to have them and that then they were withdrawn for whatever reason. Okay. Before my time's up, I want to rise to call for a point of order to order us speakers that come here, that take out from our time, that come down here and discuss, especially public safety. And we are not allowed to, because it is not only agenda. Thank you, Mr. Jackson. Thank you, Mr. Jackson. Our next speaker is Mr. Carl Connere Oliver. What's your first name? Here. Uh, could I get my time to start please. Hold on one second. All right. My name is Cardinal Over. Earlier today, I submitted a email to the chairman of the T. I have it right here. And while I want to speak specifically to is 2020 Ford, Dazz094. And what I want to talk about is is dealing with the J.C.L. program. Mr. Oliver, that's not an issue. Mr. Oliver. Could you stop my time if you want to get me probably in charge? If it's not on the agenda, we're not speaking about it today. OK. All right. And then this is why I'm going to use. I'm going to use 2,024-06364 as an example. Delete me in the right direction of why I'm trying to accomplish. We have a Jaguar deal that's coming forward. And our community needs septent phase out. And the thing about it is is that we need to support J-Sept programs. So in my mind with the community benefits program with projects like this happening in our community, if we can get at least $2,600 and $650,000, allocated towards the positions that need to be filled and the respective wages for it, respect for wages that are needed for those positions. I think we can create a better sense of life. I believe in businesses of color. But the thing about this is that I need this city to believe in it. I've submitted the emails in its part of public record. I will submit this to the legislative body of our city to consider what I have to say because while I want dealing with 2024, that zero 294 from the community benefit fund, $650,000 allocated from're not allocated from the Jaguar dealers to this. Please. We don't have to be difficult, ma'am. I'm not being difficult. I ask you to speak on the bill. And that's what I expect. We are trying to keep me. Thank you, Art. Thank you. Thank you. Our meeting is adjourned. Thank you all very much. I would like for you to state your name and your address. You wrong. State your name and your address. Carnaval, address on file. You know I got care of the person. Thank you. I don't know about you. The business is a jar. you you you
