Mr. Chairman, I'll be appearing on behalf of Miss Kennedy tonight to conduct the public hearing. In accordance with the Dublin County road naming and addressing ordinance, Mr Marshall TG and Miss Edna TG have requested to name a lane off Fust Road, Rose Hill and Rockfish Township Boulder Eagle flame. They have completed all of the necessary paperwork. Mr. Gary Boney, the fire chief in Rose Hill, who serves the area, has been better aware, has approved the name. As has Mr. Leroy Austin, Jr. Postmaster for the Rose Hill Post Office, which also serves the area. I request that the board approve the name of the line. Submit to the public hearing. All right, thank you, sir. Okay, this time I will open the public hearing for that purpose. In accordance with the new, the kind of road naming and addressing ordinance. There's anyone that wishes to make any statements or address this, please do so now. I'm sorry, I didn't buy. Okay, here in the, at this time the public hearing is closed and I will entertain a motion. Second. At this time the public hearing is closed and I will entertain a motion Second got a motion second to approve a name Or to name a lane offer fossil road and roads here North Carolina Rock pit town. She's volleyball lane in accordance with the dooming town addressing the road name and ordinance Those are things there. I was against the name motion carries I was a police there. I was against the night. Motion carries. All right, Miss Tracy, can you please trace the Simmons can be anywhere? The first thing I have here is they CoVin 19 CARES Act agreed it agreement in them on 539 funding opportunity. This is in reference to $31,224. This is a month ready to hang through from the federal government as it relates to the CARES Act. And I'm fortunate that was given to each county health department. And it's decidently part of a total of $631 million that was funded under emerging issues project of CK 1990s, not to Newark 4. This money is to be used to carry out surveillance, epidemiology, laboratory capacity, patient control, mitigation, communication, and other preparedness response activities either related to COVID-19. So what happens in the health of our health was like to request a match to accept the $31,224. Turn the moon. And then approve my other budget. You got it, Davis? Yes, sir. All right. I've got a recommendation with a motion and a second to accept COVID-19 cares activities that A8 539 funding and the amount of $31,224 on behalf of the Duke and the County Health Department and authorize the necessary budget of men in this discussion. Those in favor say aye. Aye. Those again, say nay. Motion carries. Go ahead, Mrs. The second item is to accept the Biden Health Community Good and Dips grant. We apply for this grant for $10,000 and we're awarded this to continue on our diabetes and pre-divities management program that we have at the Health Department to actually help serve as well as the other residents of New York County with diabetes or pre-divities. This money goes to health paid for those who are uninsured with their laboratory test, traditional education and diabetic testing supplies so we can accept This grant opportunity for $10,000 Second Good motion second to a simple vital health community Benchitz grant funds in the amount of $10,000. It's on behalf of the Duke and County Health Department and other residents that deserve budget for next. And it's question. Those in favor, you can say aye. Aye. Those against any motion carries. Can you go to next one, man? OK, the next one is in regards to the WIC AA or agreement again, number 403, Renege number 2. That actually is attached in your documents, or agreement again number 403, Revision number two, that actually isn't passed in your documents, which was to provide additional funds that were reinstated for this physical year 2021, back to the case load of participants, which is 2008. This was due to COVID as well. This money has a short timeframe from June 2020 through September 2020. This agreement and then on the revision of acceptance is for $9,042. So we've got a motion and second to accept $9,042 for fiscal year 2020 2021 with four three agreement of denim revision number two funds on behalf of the Duke and County Health Department and other rather than this sir budget come in and in discussion those are favor say aye aye most they say nay those are motion I most incident. The last. The last item is for a affordable for Ducley County to be the Lincoln Public Health County for this next initiative which is a long-term care for vision support team. In North Carolina each county belongs to our region and with long to a region 8, which is from Nippling County to Enclosed County style to the 9 County region. And so Nippling County would like to take the lead as this opportunity to create this team to help with long-term care for mutual support. This team will look to perform on-track consultation of specific percentages of each type of on-term care facility, ensure appropriate identification and documentation of issues and support plans for corrections, perform follow-up consultation with those facilities at submit timely submission back to the HHS. So this is, we would be one of 10 regions who is taking the lead in this opportunity. This funding issue will turn as well and under the CARES Act funding for that money would have to be spent by the end of December. For this team here we'd be to support four positions. One is a regional coordinator and the other one are three regional trainers, so it's a total of four positions. The budget for this is actually $113,680. We are awaiting on the agreement and then I'm from the state. So I wanted to come before you guys to not to see if you guys would accept the click on the key of the lead on this project for our 9 County region. the motion to approve to allow the Duke and County Health Department to be lead county public health agency for region 8 for the long-term care prevention support team project and otherwise a necessary budget amendment in the discussion. Yes. This is a four and a half month project and that's how long we're supposed to be using this money for. That is correct. Are you new staff for that? Yes sir. So we will be using probably temporary agency, it's a part agency for that. I can't even add where that's already before that month. That's correct. Thank you. Okay, I have no questions, not had any questions also. You said as long term care is this just in facilities or can it be in a residence, a private resident resident? It's not a private resident, so it will be your long term care facilities, your skilled nursing facilities, your adult care homes, your residential homes, and those that have our lives in the by-the-state, there will not be private residents. Okay. Now I was just talking to somebody the other day about the care that we can get for people that are in hospice and that leave the long-term care facility and then go home. They let them go home. That would never change me. Okay. This would be related to prison. All right. Well, I don't just question my head. Okay. Um, those in favor say hi. All right. Those against their name. Motion carries. Thank you guys. All right. Thank you very much. Have a good evening. Good evening. Good evening. Good evening. Good evening. Shime. Shime. Okay. We've got a motion in second to approve and accept the offer to purchase for the Gugane's property located at 195 lower lane, Wallace, North Carolina, in a discussion. I do have a question. I got rid of the agreement and the agreement that I saw he refused the offer that he changed his mind. If you look through it, he mark that he wasn't interested in selling to the count. The copy I have says I do intend to tell. He sent your pages from the Grimm and it is one of the things that I'm not sure if you received a copy of that. I read I read the whole of the that's paid on that he signed that he did not agree to set to the count. He is here. Yeah, I have the original last time with you. Okay, did you change your mind? An application will install county water and street improvements on part-wheeled states running their war saw and complete improvements at the county health department building wanted to mention is It's written a privilege, but we're looking to see if it's anything other priority that we need to address and with The application deadline is always early first program does not require a lot of local match But we're requesting that you approve the resolution that's in your back. All right. This is anybody wants to make the recommendation and make a motion? Second. All right. You know when we look at it, I can't remember. It's got a little branches off at the end, a couple of little. We'll look at our budget and see how hard it's got. Okay. This is a pretty long road. Yes. All right. Those are the things that I? I. I can't say nice. I think it's the best part. Okay, Mr. Brinth. Thank you, Mr. Chairman, members of the board.
