It's a last year we awarded $150,000 and they were divided into two disbursements. So this will be the final question. Mocha, please. Good to have a second. Mr. Thompson, second. OK. I've got a motion to approve the grant contract between the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources in the Calvin Museum of History and Science authorize the chairman the sign saying and Authorize the necessary budget and in discussion Those are famous. I was against the name Motion carries. Thank you very much, man Because Miss Pamela brain available Good evening, ma'am. How are you? Hey everybody. Hello. Hey. So I've come in to bring before you the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources every year. Looks at our pay plan as far as our office is state personnel. It has recommended that we move the Social Work for Gray Man's, or which is currently a grade 75 to a grade 76. So we have two grades in between all the social workers to be consistent. It affects only one employee, the program manager and her salary would remain the same while we're doing this retelling the grade as the state suggest that we get. Look at the frame. Thank you. I've got a motion and second to approve the North Carolina Office of the State Human Resources recommendation to change the salary grade of the Social Work Program Manager at the Duke McKinley Department of Social Service from a grade 75 to a grade 76. You know discussion? Get those in favor, sir. Aye. Aye. Those against any. The motion carries. 18. All right. Good evening, man. Mr. Trace, the Simmons, can you please come in? Good evening, chairman. Good evening, fellow commissioners. The first item is the WIC agreement again on four green revision number three. We'd like to want to provide additional funds to the health department to get an increase in the participation of WIC participants for safe physical year 2021. and that has been increased from the original ones that were issued back several months ago. That increase is for $12,540. We would like to accept those with a vote to amend. Thank you, gentlemen. We have got a motion and second to accept funds in the amount of $12,540 for fiscal year 2020 2021. We, four, three, agreement, addendum revision number three and authorize the necessary budget amendment in discussion. Those of those of you who say aye. Those against any may. Motion carries. the motion carries. All right. The second item is COVID-19 infection prevention support is the state agreement relief and assistance for the thanks of 719 free infection prevention. And so this funds, the $85,231 will be used to provide things for infection prevention related activities. So we would like to accept the funds in the amount of $85,231 and also approve a budget amendment for a state fiscal year. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I've got a motion in second to accept the funds in the amount of $85,231 from COVID-19 and fetching prevention support agreement, then the 115 funding, and authorize the necessary budget amendment. And then discussion. Those of the people who say aye, aye, is against a nay. Get motion carries. Go with next. The third is in the item is for a Homeland Security Grant Program for fiscal year 2020. In September 2019, the Health Department of class for a 2020 shelf project through the Eastern Branch of North Carolina emergency management. And that's how we requested two regional support trailers to be available and to deploy to general population shelter in the event of a disaster. These trailers will contain deployable equipment to support the us being of shelters to include medical cops with rolling courts card storage Oxygen railulators and oxygen cylinder cards and shelter cards to lose supplies throughout the Shelter these trailers can be deployed to any of the surrounding counties that fall under the domestic preparedness region too, if not, currently being used locally. However, with that request, no con emergency management only funded parcel of that request, which was $15,900 to support one regional support trailer in the equipment with the index. So we would like to request an acceptance of $15,900 from the Homeland Security Grant program for the Shelter Support Trailer and Equipment and included a budget amendments for 2020-2020. Second. Okay, I've got a motion in a second to accept the funds in the amount of $15,900 from the Homeland Security Grant Program of fiscal year 2020 for shelter, support trailer, and equipment and authorize the necessary budget amendment in the discussion. So that's just going to be one trailer, that's correct? That is correct. And we will, regardless of minute submitted a great application for this year, 2021 self project, um, to reciprocate the same thing. So I've always to get two trailers and the materials and those two trailer will support our four shelters. Yeah, is there any further discussion? If not, those in favor say aye. Aye.
